The parable of the Good Samaritan has at its center a virtue: mercy. His “ethós” is found in “compas- sion”, as an arethological experience, induced by the Desvalido (semi-living). The moral demands of daily practice seem to be best expressed in the language of “virtue”, it will be necessary to recognize that the rapid development of biomedical progress produces an ever-increa- sing problem, driven by the solution of which moral and sensitivity is not sufficient. the willingness to operate for the good of the patient. On the other hand, the reference to “virtue” is a constitutive element of moral experience, in such a way that the principialist approach cannot be taken for gran- ted, but the effectiveness and performance of the principles themselves depend on the disposition of the character of those who act.

The humanization in health lives between the “responsibility of identity” (έρος), represented in the Priest and the Levite where there is concern for the Torah, according to the times of Christ, and the “responsibility of alterity” (agapic commitment) symbolized in the Samaritan. The true humanization resides in the paradigm of alterity, which has a metaphor in the Samaritan and is based on an “agapic responsibility” due to the “commotion of the viscera”. Both identity and otherness responsibility are experienced in “poietic responsibility”. One will be a “doing” in a commitment of interest (juridicalpolitical) and the other is summed up in the commitment of dis-interest and “forgetting oneself” (vergeben sich), inexorably giving oneself to the Destitute on the Path. Jesus, in the parable, did not reproach the Priest and the Levite, as they fulfilled and carried out the other face of “poietic responsibility” (acting with identity). But the Samaritan went further and, by carrying out the “agapic responsibility”, he elevated the poietic responsibility in its positive form to the sense of merciful “doing”.

Freedom play a central role in Kant’s ethics, because the possibility of moral judgment presupposes it. Opis:
The Theory of Relativity from Einstein starts from some everyday system of Cartesian space- coordinates plus a linear time-parameter, read from a good old grand-father’s clock. The theory then contemplates a group of certain homogeneous, linear transformations with constant coefficients, transformations which involve all four coordinates and which there is reason to interpret as going over the another inertial systems, that moves with constant translational velocity with respect to the first. In fact the very backbone of the theory is that all laws of nature shall be the same for every frame reached in this way, including the original one from which we started, there should be no difference or distinction in principle between all these inertial frames, any one of which can be reached from any other one by a transformation of that group a so called Lorentz-transformation. In short, all laws of nature are assumed to be invariant to Lorentz-transformation.

The deconstruction is a hearing, a decision and a recitation of the Word. Thus, deconstruction is “opening the word.” We may also assert that deconstruction is a kind of “maieutica “ given that there is a “birth” of the Word. Finally, we describe the “deconstruction” as the host of the host as well as the hospitality of hospitality. It is the “host pure.” Deconstruction is the sovereignty of the Word, is the power of the Word and thus assumed as “hearing the word.” This hearing is the “best part”, as found in the hospitality of Bethany. Thus, deconstruction is “to-come”. Deconstruction is the way of the “to-come” of the Therefore the deconstruction is hospitality and the hospitality is deconstruction, and is founded by the “parusia”.

In my responsibility that answers for the freedom of the other (helpless), in the astonishing human fraternity in which fraternity according the Good Samaritan, would not by itself explain the respon- sibility between separated beings it calls for. The freedom of the other (destitute) could never begin in my freedom (Samaritan). The responsibility for the other, according Lévinas, cannot have begun in my commitment, the I am here by Samaritan or in my decision. The responsibility for the other (autrui) is the locus in which is situated the nonplace of subjectivity from Samaritan to the Helpeness on the Road. In the Good Samaritan parable there is a very important relationship between the faith, mercy, and hope, according the spklancnophanic convolutions of the Samaritan. This story nnarrated by Jesus Christ is dialectically founded upon these three pillars which define a newe plesiologic aretology and refers a new poietic ethics by the new paradigm of splancnophanic aretology. And Jesus Christ des- cribes the sense of the Helpless at the Roadside (Lc 10, 25–37). In the Health Humanization there is a very significant splacnophanic deliberation because we have a role to the physician and others health technicians in the Rodside by the Helpless, tha is Jesus Christ.

The plesiological reference is the temporality of alterity – plesiological time – of the Good Samaritan, as it appears in Luke’s parable, which is exclusive (10, 25–37). He is what he does not see with precepts. It will be what approaches the suffering man. And, because it approaches, creating a plesiological space, it is that it sees well; and, because he sees well, “is moved” (rahamim); and because he is moved, he bends over him to give him life, because he has an eonic time.

Many bioethical questions arise in everyday clinical reality and therefore have a strongly practical profile: how can MORALS, ETHICS and MEDICINE be combined and merged? Where does the the- me of this triangle come from? Starting from an introduction to the medical field and on the contri- bution of clinical ethics, I will proceed to analyze purposes, functions and practicality, highlighting how ancient this triage movement is, also determined by significantly social dynamics with respect to moral choices and decisions. On health and illness on an individual, interpersonal and social level. The principles and values are spreading like wildfire in the single realities and in the different practi- cal situations with the common aim of promoting health and directing attention to those who will be able to receive care through appropriate communication and information methods.
