W artykule scharakteryzowano podstawowe wyposażenie i zagospodarowanie typowego terenu budowy ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem obiektów technicznych wraz z wyliczeniem niezbędnej ilości energii elektrycznej do ich zasilania. Zaproponowano model sieci elektrycznej dla przykładowego placu budowy. Sformułowano typowe zagrożenia związane z eksploatacją sieci elektrycznej. Określono strefy ochronne i ochronę przeciwporażeniową w tych strefach. Opracowano instrukcję bezpiecznej eksploatacji sieci elektroenergetycznej dla wybranej przykładowej budowy.
The article characterizes the basic equipment and development of a typical construction site with a focus on technical facilities, along with the calculation of the necessary amount of electricity to power them. A model of the electrical network for a sample construction site was proposed. Typical risks associated with the operation of the electrical network were formulated. Protective zones and electric shock protection in these zones were defined. An instruction for the safe operation of the electric power grid for a selected example construction site was developed.

During periodic inspections, the technical condition and assessment of the suitability of the building object for further safe use are checked by: • identification of symptoms of technical wear of the facility and • estimation of the impact of this consumption on the functional properties and technical efficiency of the building. The paper proposes an assessment of the technical condition of buildings based on a four-valued logic.

Work constitutes a fundamental dimension of human existence on earth. Humans plan, organize, perform work and thus develop through the work of their mind and the physical transformation of the world. Knowledge management has become a widely discussed and increasingly popular concept worldwide. Knowledge takes a priority place among other resources and tends to constantly expand, i.e. to increase its resources, and increase their varies, depends primarily on how it is obtained and, above all, on what problems it concerns. Safety is defined as a state that gives a sense of confidence and a guarantee of its behavior and a chance for improvement. The level of safety at the construction site depends on many factors, and a significant group of them are technical factors that determine the possibility of adverse events. The possibility of adverse events occurring is called unreliability. This concept is opposed to the concept of reliability, which is more commonly used in construction. Knowledge of reliability is necessary to conduct construction works. There is a need for a structural engineer to take into account safety issues and an obligation to have general knowledge in the field of safety and technical safety. Knowledge of technical safety allows for the proper conduct of works on the construction site. The article introduces the issues of technical safety, characterizes selected types of activities posing hazards on the construction sites and proposes ways to eliminate them.

Construction objects arise during the implementation of construction projects. Participants in these projects are interested in taking systematic actions to improve the state of occupational safety and health protection. The effectiveness of these activities requires that they be carried out as part of a comprehensive system of managing the construction project implementation process. The safety management and health protection system is part of the overall project management system, which includes: organizational structure, planning, responsibility, rules of conduct, procedures, processes and resources and requires analysis of safety and health protection issues in its individual areas, phases and stages. This is primarily due to the fact that proper management is the most effective way to ensure an adequate level of safety and health protection (S&HP), desirable both due to the need to comply with legal provisions in force in construction, social expectations, and the possibility of obtaining positive economic effects by individual process participants in the scale of the entire construction project. The article proposes a theoretical model of the built undertaking that can be used to recognize the state of bioses. The model distinguishes parts, activities and areas in accordance with the logical course of the process, which was assigned to individual stages of the project. A research tool - RADAR S&HP - was developed to identify the factors affecting S&HP. To assess the condition of bioses, an analytical and mathematical model of the examined undertaking was formulated to ultimately determine the directions of preventive actions in the field of safety and health protection at individual stages, phases and areas of the construction project implementation process.

The paper presents the Complex of Buildings which was created in Gdańsk as a result of the reconstruction and development of the remains of the defensive fortifications of Redita Napoleońska. Some of the buildings of the Building Complex, after many years of operation, were in an emergency condition and required urgent renovation and repair work. The paper contains a detailed analysis of the technical condition of individual buildings of the Building Complex and analyzes the impact of the current use and the lack of regular periodic repairs on the technical efficiency of these facilities. Conceptual solutions in the field of renovation and repair works were also presented, the purpose of which was to bring the objects in question to the proper technical condition.

Istotnym problemem w rozwoju nowoczesnych technologii jest inżynieria bezpieczeństwa obiektów antropogenicznych w celu realizacji różnorodnych potrzeb człowieka -obejmujących szereg teoretycznych i praktycznych zagadnień bezpieczeństwa dotyczących obiektów wytworzonych przez człowieka w następujących obszarach: technicznym, ekonomicznym, prawnym, organizacyjnym i logistyczny. Procesy projektowania, wytwarzania, dystrybucji i eksploatacji obiektów obiektów antropogenicznych wiążą się z kwestiami bezpieczeństwa. Ze względu na szerokie uznanie problemu sformułowanego w tym artykule autor podjął próbę wyjaśnienia szeregu ważnych pojęć dotyczących inżynierii bezpieczeństwa przedmiotów antropogenicznych, takich jak środowisko, potrzeby człowieka, konsument, przedmiot działalność człowieka, bezpieczeństwo, zagrożenie, inżynieria bezpieczeństwa.
