This article constitutes a critical edition, translation and philological analysis of Isa 51–52 based on Coptic manuscript sa 52 and other available manuscripts in the Sahidic dialect. The first part outlines general information about the section of codex sa 52 (M 568) that contains the analysed text. This is followed by a list and brief overview of other manuscripts featuring at least some verses from Isa 51–52. The main part of the article focuses on the presentation of the Coptic text (in the Sahidic dialect) and its translation into English. The differences identified between the Sahidic text and the Greek Septuagint, on which the Coptic translation is based, are illustrated in a tabular form. It includes, for example, additions and omissions in the Coptic translation, lexical changes and semantic differences. The last part of the article aims to clarify more challenging philological issues observed either in the Coptic text itself or in its relations to the Greek text of the LXX.

The article constitutes a critical edition and a philological analysis of the text of Isa 46-48, based on the Coptic manuscript sa 52 and other available manuscripts in the Sahidic dialect. The first part provides general information on this fragment of the codex sa 52 (M 568), which includes the text being elaborated. This is followed by a list and a brief description of the remaining manuscripts, containing at least some verses from Isa 46-48.  The most significant part of the article is the presentation of the Coptic text (in the Sahidic dialect) as well as its translation into English. The differences noted between the Sahidic text and the Greek Septuagint, on which the Coptic translation is based, are presented in a tabular form. It includes, i.a., additions and omissions in the Coptic translation, lexical changes and semantic differences. The last part of the article is devoted to more difficult philological issues, observed either in the Coptic text itself or in its relation to the Greek text LXX. Particularly noteworthy are those verses of Isa 46-48, which appear only in the manuscript sa 52.2 and have not been published anywhere so far. 
Artykuł stanowi edycję krytyczną i analizę filologiczną tekstu Isa 46-48, opracowaną w oparciu o koptyjski rękopis sa 52 oraz inne dostępne manuskrypty dialektu saidzkiego. W pierwszej części przedstawione zostały ogólne informacje na temat tego fragmentu kodeksu sa 52 (M 568), w którym znajduje się opracowywany tekst. Następnie podany został wykaz i krótka charakterystyka pozostałych rękopisów, zawierających przynajmniej niektóre wersety z Isa 46-48.  Najważniejszą częścią artykułu jest prezentacja koptyjskiego tekstu (w dialekcie saidzkim), a także jego tłumaczenie na język angielski. Różnice, zauważone pomiędzy tekstem saidzkim i grecką Septuagintą, na której przekład koptyjski się opiera, zostały przedstawione w formie tabelarycznej. Obejmuje ona między innymi dodatki i opuszczenia w tłumaczeniu koptyjskim, zmiany leksykalne i różnice semantyczne. Ostatnia część artykułu poświęcona została trudniejszym kwestiom filologicznym, zaobserwowanym czy to w samym tekście koptyjskim, czy to w jego relacji do greckiego tekstu LXX. Na szczególną uwagę zasługują te wersety Isa 46-48, które występują jedynie w rękopisie sa 52.2 i do tej pory nie były nigdzie publikowane.

The main aim of this article is to present a descriptive social-cognitive model of the adaptive self-concept (ASC) which integrates knowledge concerning the relationship between two aspects of the self—self-awareness and self-knowledge—and optimal functioning. We propose that adaptive self-awareness is moderately frequent, non-ruminative, focused on inner states, and motivated by curiosity. Adaptive self-knowledge is defined as accurate, complex, integrated and consisting of easily accessible self-beliefs, both abstract and concrete. The broader context for the ASC model is discussed, including its regulatory and interpersonal functions and factors which influence ASC development. The limitations of the model are discussed and suggestions are made for future investigations. In Polish mining enterprises, mining exploitation processes are often carried out in much more difficult geological and mining conditions. At the same time, underground operation must be carried out in accordance with the legal requirements concerning work safety and public safety. In these circumstances, taking into account the fact that hard coal mining is by nature a less competitive industry, it should be stated that in Poland managing a mining enterprise is a real challenge. Additionally, in the situation of the functioning of mining enterprises in the conditions of the market economy and constant changes in the economic situation for coal, both on the domestic and foreign markets, the degree of management difficulties, including planning and decision making, is constantly increasing. This is a result of not only the specificity of mining production processes, but also the need to conduct effective economic activity in a constantly and dynamically changing environment. During the implementation of changes in a mining enterprise, the variety of conditions often increases difficulties in the change forecasting system and generates a high risk of implementing adaptive measures. The changes may have a different scope – from gradual, aimed at improving the activities carried out or slowly adapting to changes in the environment, through changes in implemented processes, to radical changes in functioning, often associated with organizational changes. This article aims to present the method of managing a mining enterprise, Poland Grupa Górnicza SA, established during the period of significant changes that took place at that time, both in the company itself and in the hard coal mining industry.
W polskich przedsiębiorstwach górniczych procesy eksploatacji górniczej często są realizowane w trudnych warunkach geologiczno-górniczych. Równocześnie eksploatacja podziemna musi być prowadzona zgodnie z wymogami prawnymi, dotyczącymi zasad bezpieczeństwa pracy oraz bezpieczeństwa powszechnego. W tych okolicznościach, biorąc jednocześnie pod uwagę fakt, że górnictwo węgla kamiennego z natury rzeczy jest branżą mało konkurencyjną, należy stwierdzić, że w Polsce zarządzanie przedsiębiorstwem górniczym jest prawdziwym wyzwaniem. Dodatkowo, w sytuacji funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw górniczych w warunkach gospodarki rynkowej oraz ciągłych zmian koniunktury na węgiel zarówno na rynku krajowym, jak i zagranicznym, stopień trudności zarządzania, w tym planowania i podejmowania decyzji, stale wzrasta. Jest to wynikiem nie tylko specyfiki prowadzenia procesów produkcji górniczej, ale także konieczności prowadzenia efektywnej działalności gospodarczej w ciągle i dynamicznie zmieniającym się otoczeniu. W trakcie wdrażania zmian w przedsiębiorstwie górniczym różnorodność uwarunkowań często piętrzy trudności w systemie przewidywania zmian oraz generuje wysokie ryzyko realizacji działań dostosowawczych. Zmiany mogą mieć różny zakres – od stopniowych, mających na celu udoskonalenie prowadzonych działań lub powolne dostosowywanie się do zmian otoczenia, poprzez zmiany realizowanych procesów, do radykalnych zmian funkcjonowania, często połączonych ze zmianami organizacyjnymi. Niniejszy artykuł ma na celu przedstawienie sposobu zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem górniczym, Polską Grupą Górniczą SA, powstałą w okresie znaczących zmian, jakie miały miejsce, zarówno w samej spółce, jak i w branży górnictwa węgla kamiennego.

Opis:
Recent years have seen an intensive development in the field of spatial sampling methods, which generally focus on a balanced distribution of the sample in space. Adaptive sampling methods constitute another dynamic direction in the sampling theory. The issue raised in this article involves the combination of these directions. Five of the commonly known spatial sampling methods have been analysed. The experiment was designed to include statistical model in the sampling procedure. As in the case of adaptive methods, it serves to modify drawing probabilities during sampling. The necessary theory of this sampling modification has been developed and presented. An experiment using artificial data was conducted in order to analyse the efficiency of the model modification in comparison with the primary methods.

Firstly, it presents general information on the fragment of codex sa 52 containing the text of Isa 41. It is followed by a list of brief characteristics of the remaining witnesses that include at least some verses of the second chapter of Deutero-Isaiah. The most important part is a presentation of the Sahidic text of Isa 41, its translation into English and tables of linguistic differences between the text of the LXX and its Coptic rendering. The last part explains difficult philological questions observed in the Coptic text. The focus will be on Isa 41:11-27 since they appear only in manuscript 52.2 and have not been published so far.

Następnie przedstawił jego działania oraz w kluczowej części artykułu opisał, przytaczając dane statystyczne, udział obywateli państw europejskich w wojnie w której uczestniczą w szeregach bojowników Państwa Islamskiego.
The article discusses a very important problem of the participation of Europe citizens that join the organization of the Islamic State. The author presents the genesis of the Islamic State and the history of its successes. Then, he describes its operations and, in the key part of the article, the participation of citizens of the European countries in the war of the ISIS fighters.

Opis:
Two groups of research methods are used in the decompositional approach to stated preferences – conjoint analysis methods and discrete choice methods. The most commonly applied traditional conjoint analysis method is an example of the first group. Because of its computational complexity, its practical application requires using appropriate commercial or non-commercial computer software. The purpose of the article is to present the traditional conjoint analysis method and discuss its implementation in the form of the conjoint package for R program, which with CRAN packages is currently one of the most important non-commercial computing environments for statistical data analysis. In addition to the detailed characteristics of the individual conjoint R package functions, the paper also presents the application of the conjoint package in marketing research, along with the interpretation of the selected results, based on the example of measuring and analysing stated preferences of beer consumers.
W podejściu dekompozycyjnym wykorzystuje się dwie grupy metod badawczych – metody conjoint analysis oraz metody wyborów dyskretnych. Przykładem pierwszej grupy jest stosowana z powodzeniem do dnia dzisiejszego tradycyjna metoda conjoint analysis. Ze względu na jej złożoność obliczeniową jej praktyczne zastosowanie oznacza wykorzystanie odpowiedniego komercyjnego lub niekomercyjnego oprogramowania komputerowego. W artykule omówiono tradycyjną metodę conjoint analysis oraz zaprezentowano implementację tej metody w postaci modułu conjoint programu R, który wraz z innymi pakietami oraz programem R jest obecnie jednym z najważniejszych, niekomercyjnych środowisk obliczeniowych przeznaczonych do analizy statystyczno-ekonometrycznej. Oprócz szczegółowej charakterystyki poszczególnych funkcji pakietu conjoint, w artykule zapre- zentowane zostało także zastosowanie pakietu w badaniach marketingowych wraz z interpre- tacją wybranych wyników na przykładzie pomiaru i analizy preferencji wyrażonych konsu- mentów piwa.
