Opis:
Manufacturing Industry has an essential role in West Java economy in contributing to regional output and level employment. Besides, it is very fragile from internal and external shudder. Thus, government intervention is considerably needed to offset the negative impact that might be ensued due to internal and external shocks. This study will analyze the impact of both government fiscal policy and bank monetary policy on industry and West Java economic performance by using the Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) model. Fiscal and monetary policy will positively impact West Java macroeconomic performance in terms of change in real GDRP, investment, consumption, and capital rate of return, with the most significant fiscal policy impact. Conversely, the result is expected to vary at the sector level, and the West Java industry is not so receptive to changes in interest rates that represent monetary policy.

Opis:
The research objectives are: 1) to analyze several parameters of the aquatic environment that affect the lead accumulation in shellfish body (Anadara granosa (Linnaeus, 1758)) at eastern coastal waters of Muara Gembong sub-district by using multiple regression analysis, 2) to reduce the variables through principal component analysis to reduce the research cost for monitoring of lead pollution in the next time, and 3) to analyze the location which has similar characteristics of lead accumulation by using hierarchical cluster analysis. Based on the multiple regression analysis, the lead concentration in water, lead concentration in sediment, and sulfur concentration in sediment has a very significant correlation (P < 0.01) to the lead accumulation in shellfish body. In contrast, COD of waters has a significant correlation (P < 0.05), which correlation coefficient (R) is 0.97. Through the principal component analysis, the lead concentration in sediment, COD of waters, and sulfur concentration in sediment gives the most variance contribution to the total data variance. Therefore, those variables are sufficiently used to monitor lead pollution on shellfish at the Muara Gembong sub-district's coastal waters. Cluster analysis shows that the location is agglomerated to be 3 clusters, which coastal water of Southern Bahagia Beach and Western Mekar Beach has highly similar lead accumulation characteristics.

Opis:
This research aimed to find out the condition of coral cover and the distribution or spreading of coral reefs in the waters of Biawak Island using coral reef monitoring. Several supporting aspects that were also required to know were the percentage value of coral cover, diversity index, uniformity index, similarity index, dominance index, and the value of coral mortality, to support the activities of the management of coral reef of Biawak Island. This research was conducted in the waters of Biawak Island, Indramayu Regency, West Java. The research was conducted using a survey method through field data collection. Quantitative and qualitative data collection was conducted using the line transect method (Line Intercept Transect / LIT) to collect data on 3 stations at a depth of 3 and 7 feet using 3 replicates per station. Distribution of corals in the waters of Biawak Island was spread evenly, known from the percentage of frequency of coral lifeform converge which was found mostly above 50%, a low dominance index ranged from 0.128 to 0.216, a diversity index ranged from 1.884 to 2.246, and supported also by the similarity index value ranged from 95.24% - 100.00%. The condition of coral reefs in the waters of Biawak Island ranged from a poor to moderate criteria whereas the percentage of coral cover obtained was between to 17.04% to 44.93%.

Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP) prioritizes Pangandaran to be one of the important fisheries centers in Java, especially southern West Java. One program that has been rolled out is the assistance of a number of grant boat units for fishermen in Pangandaran who are members of Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB). KKP hopes in giving these grant boat is to increase fish catch so that it can advance the fisheries sector in Pangandaran. Boat grants from the KKP was not used properly by the fishermen in fishing operations. This aims of the study were to analyze the suitability of size of the KKP’s boat grants based in Pangandaran. Suitability of GT of grant boats size will be compared to the actual size and size of the boat used in Pangandaran. Based the result of the study, in actual size the all of the grant boat by Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP) based in Pangandaran are not suitable with the boat certificate.

The Bali Strait has very high pelagic fish resources, ranging from small pelagic fish to large pelagics, one of which is a type of tuna. Skipjack tuna (Euthynnus sp.) is one of the dominant and high economic value fish resources. The composition of fish catch landed in National Fisheries Port (PPN) Pengambengan in 2014 is dominated by small pelagic fish. The composition of the largest fish catches consists of lemuru, skipjack, mackerel and scad. This study aims to look at the production of skipjack tuna and season distribution for 5 years. This information can be used as an effort to manage fisheries in PPN Pengambengan continuously. This research was carried out in the waters of the Bali Strait with fishing base PPN Pengambengan. The catch of skipjack tuna in Bali is fluctuated every month during 2013 until 2017. The average catch is high in 2014, and the lowest catch was in 2016. This was allegedly due to the catches of previous years namely in 2014 – 2015 skipjack tuna fish resources were overexploited. The catch of skipjack tuna based on the season has the highest value in September - November (transition II (intern-monsoon)) and the lowest is in December-February (northwest season).

Fiheries products that will be exported or marketed domestically, must have the specified food safety criteria. One of the criteria that the products is safe to be marketed and consumed is free from the presence of pathogenic bacteria. One of the common pathogenic bacteria found in food is Vibrio cholerae. The purpose of this research aims to examine, isolate and confirm the presence of dangerous pathogenic bacteria V. cholerae which shouldn’t exist in fisheries products with sample Frozen cuttle fish, frozen baby octopus small cut and Pasteurized crab meat. This research was held from July-August 2018 at Cirebon Test and Application of Fishery Products Technical Unit Agency. Data is collected through direct observation or testing in a microbiology laboratory with conventional methods using special media for V. cholerae such as Alkaline Peptone Water (APW) and Thiosulfate Citrate Bile Salts Sucrose (TCBS). The testing is qualitative, so the results obtained are either positive or negative. The results of the research showed that there’s no pathogenic bacteria V. cholerae were found in tested fisheries products so that they were safe to consume and satisfied the standards to be marketed.
