The article features the results of tests concerning the influence of dc voltage on the energy value of an arc burning in the gap between the contacts of a W10 connector. W artykule zostało przedstawione stanowisko do pomiarów oddziaływań elektrodynamicznych i cieplnych szyn płaskich. Stanowisko badawcze pozwala na pomiar strzałki ugięcia szyn i w efekcie określenie sił działających na szyny w momencie przepływu prądu przeciążeniowego. W pomiarach cieplnych szyn układ pozwala na badanie przyrostów temperatur w 16 punktach szynoprzewodu.
The paper presents a stand for measuring electrodynamic and thermal reactions of flat busbars. The stand is composed of a high-current source Wpu-400 of the continuous operating current up to 1A as well as instantaneous currents up to 4.1kA and a multi-channel recorder AGILENT 34970A that enables temperature recording every 200ms at 16 measuring points. A strain gauge is placed in a geometric center of a tested busbar and it enables tracking vibrations of the tested object and measuring their frequency. The presented measuring stand (Fig. 1) makes it possible to test flat busbars of the 50x5 mm diameter in vertical and flat working positions at smooth support adjustment within the range of 100-160 cm for three distances between the bus-bar axes of 30, 20, and 10 cm, In order to change geometric parameters of the stand it is enough to make adequate supports (Fig. 2). By taking the measurements it is possible to determine the distribution of steady temperatures over the whole bar length as well as heating curves for selected points of the system (Fig. 3, Fig. 4). The stand also enables measuring the busbar deflection sag (Fig. 5) and, consequently, determining forces that act upon the bars at the instant of the overload current flow.

Management of organisations in a global economy, globalisation and governance, and progressively wider and deeper integration processes put forth to managers different levels of hierarchical, multi-dimensional requirements in the sphere of competence, mainly in the fields of knowledge, competences and experience – including managerial competences, personality traits, ethical and moral behaviour (the system goals and values). In the twenty-first century economy based on knowledge and innovation, the manager is the one who has a huge impact on the development of the organisation, a person with a unique opportunity to create his own ideas. This paper discusses various competences of managerial level staff which are a prerequisite for successful organisation management. Among others the following competences are elaborated on: leadership, negotiating, interpersonal, team-working, technical, knowledge management and managerial competences. It is stressed that every manager, regardless of the level of management, position and functions, needs to be effective and efficient in managerial activities. Therefore knowledge and managerial competences, personality, experience, intelligence, imagination, are the key traits that should characterise a manager.
Zarządzanie organizacjami w gospodarce globalnej oraz coraz szersze i głębsze procesy integracyjne stawiają przed współczesnymi menedżerami różnych szczebli kierowniczych wielowymiarowe wymagania w zakresie kompetencji. W artykule przedstawiono kluczowe kompetencje pracowników szczebla kierowniczego, które są warunkiem niezbędnym skutecznego zarządzania organizacją. Są to kompetencje w zakresie umiejętności interpersonalnych, technicznych, technologicznych i organizacyjnych oraz zarządzania wiedzą, umiejętność pracy zespołowej, sztuki negocjacji. W artykule podkreślono, że każdy menedżer, bez względu na pozycję i funkcję, musi być skuteczny i efektywny w działaniach kierowniczych. Stąd wiedza i kompetencje menedżerskie, jak również osobowość i doświadczenie, inteligencja, wyobraźnia i kreatywność są kluczowymi cechami przywódczymi, które powinny cechować każdego menedżera współczesnej organizacji.

In this article the authors focused on the possibility of carrying out diversion and disinformation on the Polish territory in connection with the ongoing war in Eastern Ukraine. For this purpose there are presented the basic assumptions of diversion and disinformation, thus revealing relations between them and the state security. The analysis of the possibility of conducting diversionary operations within the Polish territory made on the basis of public sources constitutes an important issue in this publication. In view of the above the possibilities of the occurrence and conduct of activities on the territory of our country by organized diversionary groups are subject to analysis. What is more, the authors attempt to resolve the question of whether Poland currently has the strength and means to combat these diversionary groups.

Opis:
In that report we observe the initial stages in the process of film growth at different irradiation doses. Investigations of influence of Mo deposition on glass substrates by means of self-ion-assisted deposition on its topography (atomic force microscopy) and wettability (sessile-drop method) were carried out. It was found out that with an increase of the irradiation dose, the average roughness and the contact angle increases rapidly at first and then decrease. 2.45-2.77 increase in the contact angle of water when Mo-based coating was deposited on the glass was observed.

Chromatografia gazowa jest metodą analityczną pozwalającą na bardzo dobre rozdzielanie składników różnego rodzaju mieszanin. Połączenie tej metody ze spektrometrią mas jest szczególnie często stosowane w praktyce laboratoryjnej. Prócz zastosowania w laboratoriach, chromatografy gazowe mogą być stosowane w miejscu występowania analizowanych substancji. Stanowią także istotny element modułów analitycznych pozaziemskich misji badawczych. Urządzenia te dowiodły swojej przydatności w kosmicznych misjach eksploracyjnych najdalszych zakątków Układu Słonecznego. W artykule przedstawiono przegląd pozaziemskich misji badawczych, w których układach analitycznych wykorzystywano bądź wykorzystuje się chromatografię gazową, jako jedną z metod badawczych. Wśród nich opisano misję Viking na Marsa, Pionner na Wenus, Cassini - Huygen na Saturna i jego największy księżyc Tytan oraz misję Rosetta, której celem jest zbadanie komety okresowej 67P (Czuriumow - Gierasimienko). Artykuł zawiera również charakterystyki poszczególnych elementów konstrukcyjnych chromatografów gazowych przeznaczonych do pozaziemskich misji badawczych, z uwzględnieniem różnic względem analogicznych elementów wykorzystywanych w warunkach ziemskich. W końcowej części opisano najbardziej prawdopodobne kierunki rozwoju aparatury tego typu.
Gas chromatography is an analytical method which enables very good separation of components of different mixtures. The combination of this method with mass spectrometry is very often used in laboratory practice. Besides stationary use, gas chromatographs are commonly applied as significant part of analytical modules in space missions. Those devices proved their usefulness in many deep solar system missions. The paper briefs on the space exploration mission, the analytical modules of which took and still take advantage of gas chromatographs as one of the research techniques. Among others there are some missions described - Viking Mission to Mars, Pioneer Mission to Venus, Cassini - Huygens Solstice Mission to Saturn and its biggest moon Titan, and Rosetta Mission to explore the periodic comet 67?/ Churyumov - Gerasimenko. Moreover, the paper presents the characteristics of modular construction elements of gas chromatographs for space exploration missions along with differences in comparison to the same elements used under terrestrial conditions. The final part contains most probable directions to develop the apparatus of that kind.

The composition of Zr-based thin films on rubber was investigated by utilizing the Rutherford backscattering technique and RUMP code simulation. The level of adhesion between the coating fabricated on rubber by means of self-ion assisted deposition was measured using Pin Pull Test. The coating deposited on the rubber consists of Zr, O, C, H. The self-ion assisted deposition process may successfully control the level of adhesion of the coating to the rubber and causes strong modification of the macroscopic properties of the rubber surface.

Tin dioxide films with variable stoichiometric composition were fabricated by means of dc magnetron sputtering followed by a 2-stage annealing process. The structural and electrical properties of tin dioxide films were investigated by means of the Raman spectroscopy and impedance spectroscopy, respectively. It was found that crystallinity and grain size of tin dioxide films increase with the increasing annealing temperature. The most conductive samples were obtained at the annealing temperature 375°C. Increasing of the impedance of films annealed at higher temperatures is explained by decrease of the concentration of oxygen vacancies.

The subjects of investigation are thin semiconductor $SnO_{x}$ films received by thermal oxidation. The influence of gas environments on electrical conductivity of films were investigated by a static way by measurement of kinetic and equilibrium isotherm of adsorption of trimethylamine, alcohol, hydrogen sulfide and ammonia. The communication between a type isotherm of adsorption, chemical nature of gas and temperature is shown.

PbSnS thin films were prepared by hot-wall vacuum evaporation. The Rutherford backscattering technique was employed for the investigation of $Pb_{x}Sn_{1 - x}S$ thin films composition. With a help of atomic force microscopy the main stages in the development of the thin films were characterized. Contact angle measurements of water drop on $Pb_{x}Sn_{1 - x}S$ thin films have been conducted on our original setup.

Wstęp i cel: Bezpieczeństwo żywnościowe to sytuacja, w której wszyscy ludzie mają stały fizyczny, społeczny i ekonomiczny dostęp do wystarczającej ilości bezpiecznej i wartościowej żywności, zaspokajającej ich potrzeby i preferencje żywieniowe i w ten sposób umożliwiającej im prowadzenie aktywnego i zdrowego stylu życia. Celem pracy jest określenie koncepcji i ocena możliwości wdrożenia zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania jakością i bezpieczeństwem żywności w aspekcie determinantów jego skutecznej implementacji. Materiał i metody: Zastosowano metodę analizy i konstrukcji logicznej. Problem zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania jakością i bezpieczeństwem żywności i jego modelowania przeprowadzono w oparciu o krytyczną literaturę przedmiotu i własne doświadczenia autorów. Wyniki: Wynikiem opracowania jest proinnowacyjny model zarządzania jakością i bezpieczeństwem żywności uwzględniający kompleksowo spełnianie innych, określonych w międzynarodowych wzorcach, wymagań zapewniających produkcję i przetwarzanie żywności o gwarantowanej jakości i bezpiecznej zdrowotnie. Wniosek: Jako oryginalną wartość można uznać autorski model proinnowacyjnego systemu zarządzania jakością i bezpieczeństwem żywności, który zaimplementowany do przedsiębiorstw rolno-przetwórczych zapewni wysoka jakość i bezpieczną żywność dla konsumentów na europejskim i globalnym rynku.
Introduction and aim: Food security is a situation in which all people have constant physical, social and economic access to sufficient food that is safe and valuable, and which meets their needs and food preferences so that they can lead an active, healthy lifestyle. The purpose of discussion is to define the concept and assess the possibility of implementing an integrated system of quality management and food safety in terms of the determinants of its successful implementation. Material and methods: Used method of analysis and logical construction. The problem of an integrated system of quality management and food safety, and its modeling was based on the critical literature of the subject and the authors’ own experience. The results: The result of the study is to pro-innovative model of quality management and food safety into account comprehensively meet certain other international patterns, requirements to ensure the production and processing of food quality assured and safe to health. Conclusion: As the original value can be considered an original model of innovation-oriented quality management system and food safety, which is implemented in the agro-processing companies provide high quality and safety food for consumers on the European and global market.

The use of different experimental methods (reflectivity, absorption, photoconductivity and cathodoluminescence) allowed us to confirm the existence of the deep donor-like state of iron and present allocation and properties of the iron states in Cd$\text{}_{1-y}$Fe$\text{}_{x}$Te (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.05) at 300 K and 77 K in the forbidden gap energy range. It was concluded that the increase in width of the forbidden gap with the change of temperature from 300 K to 77 K leads mainly to the rise of the energy distance between the donor-like iron state $\text{}^{5}$E and the bottom of the conduction band.
