Opis:
The multidimensional monitoring of symptoms applied to railway systems allow to detect and locate the sections of the track (straight and curved) that generate the decrement of the safety and comfort of the passengers. It also evaluates the technical state of the rail-vehicle interface. In addition, it allows observing, evaluating, and controlling the reliability and availability of the system. The objective of the study is to propose an alternative to evaluate the condition of the technical state of railway systems from a dynamical point of view that guarantees the safety and comfort of the passengers. One looks for diminishing the operative costs of maintenance, improving the use of equipment for tasks of maintenance for the track, vehicle and auxiliary equipment, optimizing the time of the maintenance personal, the maintenance frequencies (corrective, preventive, etc.). It also aims to identify the variables related to maintenance actions that have a high influence on the technical state of the system. This paper presents the results obtained when applying a modelling of this type to a railway system, being cantered mainly in the application of SVD theory to the technical diagnosis of systems.

The knowledge of the dynamic stat and structure of the system allows desercribing its behaviour, and allows creating prognosis models of the system behaviour in the function of dynamic evolution time, based on the model of the technical state symptoms growth. Most often, however, there are no known equations describing behaviours of the system in the function of dynamic evolution time, which accounts for the need to apply new tools to examine the dynamic state. There is, therefore, the requirement to experimentally verify analytical technical models as the proper one is a model which is verified in practice. An experiment is, therefore, often only an inspiration for further researches leading to the optimization of the construction. In this work presented are chosen problems of machines technical state diagnosis with the use of identification and technical diagnostics methods. Relations between methods of dynamic state evaluation and methods of technical state evaluation were indicated. Example modal analysis results illustrate the complexity of projecting dynamic state researches into diagnostic researches of machine state evaluation.

The results of the investigations of the post and exploitation emissions of the harmful components of the fumes of engines from CI were introduced In the work. Obtained results were subjected to a statistical study according to new computer procedures. Qualitative and quantitative reports were established for the level and kind of emission in reference to the changes of the state of studied engines. The need for detailed analysis ofphenomena changes of state destruction of the examined engines, with a vast number of measuring data, requires the use of specialized methods of statistical concluding. The presented results were submitted to statistical analysis, where the methods OPTIMUM and AVD were used, as well as correlation and regression methods. It gave the possibility of quality and quantity comparison of results of fumes contents from stationary tests and exploitation researches. The results of this research allow a model (mathematical relations) determination of relations between smoking and the quantity of toxic fume components of a high-pressure engine. The performed tests and analyses in his work's researches indicate tothe conclusions: in the engine of self-acting ignition (CI) the emission of carbon oxide (CO), hydrocarbons (HC) and smoking are considerable, especially during start-up and engine warming; along with the decrease of environment temperature, the emission of CO, HC and smoking increase, whilst the quantity of NOx goes down, providing premises confirming the specified regulations of forming dangers on the side of engine fumes emission; the phases of start-up and warming up of the CI engine are characterized by increased fuel usage and increased emission of carbon oxide - CO, giving information and sensitising vehicle users to these harmful for the engine working conditions, the influence of environment temperature on the emission and smoking of fumes during hot start-ups is weaker than during cold start-ups.

Nadzorując procesy degradacji stanu opracowano system pomiarowy SIBI kompleksowo ujmujący akwizycję i przetwarzanie informacji dla potrzeb nowoczesnych elementów strategii tolerowanych uszkodzeń. Dotyczy to dedykowanych systemów diagnostycznych, systemu uzgadniania decyzji oraz redundancji informacji.
New elements for the improvement of existing exploitation strategies of machine engines are presented in the paper. The state system measuring (SIBI) including the acquisition and data processing for modern strategy needs of tolerated damages were elaborated during the supervising of degradation processes. This approach concerns the dedicated diagnostic systems, coordination of decisions and information redundancy.

In this work one represented rules of fashioning identification state of dynamic machines. One showed on possible manners of fashioning of state for needs of technical diagnostics. As example one talk overed investigations initial reliabilities of turbine - engines, which permit on estimation and prognoses their of technical state and settlement of policy exploitation of engines, what is very essential from point of view safety and of economic bill.

In this study choose problems of technical diagnostic were introduced in building and exploitation of machines. Steering part of technical diagnostic was talked over in formation and supporting of quality in production and exploitation of machines. On background of assignments of technical diagnostic it was shew onto basic coefficients of correctness the functioning of diagnostic system of exploitation machines. Estimating dependence effectiveness of well-known strategy of exploitation was introduced also.

W pracy przedstawiono podstawowe informacje w zakresie szkodliwego działania dioksyn i furanów, szczególnie w aspekcie zanieczyszczenia środowiska naturalnego oraz szkodliwego ich działania na organizm ludzki. Analizując możliwe przyczyny i źródła ich powstawania zwrócono uwagę na powstawanie dioksyn w silnikach spalinowych. Zaproponowano w tym względzie nowe narzędzia badania dioksyn w oleju silnikowym.
It the basic information in running were introduced was in range harmful the rule the dioksyn and furanes, particularly in aspect of dirt of natural medium as well as the harmful rule on human organism. Possible causes and source of their formation analysing were turned the attention on formation the dioksyn in explosion engines. The new tools of audit were proposed in this regard the dioksyn in engine motor oil.

Opis:
The destruction processes of technical systems extort need the changes of supervising their technical state. Modern technical diagnostics methods are the tool of diagnosing their technical state what is the basis undertaken the decision. The technical diagnostics, he is one from basic sciences about the rational exploitation of objects next to tribology, reliability, safety and exploitation theory. The acquaintance of physical phenomena drawing ahead while functioning machine engine makes possible the qualification of qualitative relationships between destructive processes and the machine engine condition. The great dispersion of the initial properties of machine, how and undeterminancy and the continuity of aging and the cells processes and the tasks of the diagnostics machine which has to work out the specific gathering of diagnosing clearly use up outline methods. The important problems of the article enclose: modelling the machine engines dynamics in the aspect of diagnostics, multidimentions and her the various ways of solving SVD, PCA, Date Fusion, diagnostics integrated with the object, artificial intelligence, diagnostic agent and system solutions of folded objects diagnostics.
Procesy destrukcji systemów technicznych wymuszają potrzebę nadzorowania zmian ich stanu technicznego. Metody diagnostyki technicznej są narzędziem diagnozowania ich stanu technicznego, co jest podstawą podejmowanych decyzji. Diagnostyka techniczna, obok tribologii, niezawodności, teorii bezpieczeństwa i teorii eksploatacji jest jedną z podstawowych nauk o racjonalnej eksploatacji obiektów. Poznanie zjawisk fizycznych zachodzących w czasie funkcjonowania maszyny umożliwia określenie związków jakościowych między zachodzącymi procesami destrukcyjnymi a stanem maszyny. Duży rozrzut własności początkowych maszyny, jak i nieoznaczoność i ciągłość procesów starzenia i zużyć wyraźnie zakreślają cele i zadania diagnostyki maszyn, która musi wypracować sobie specyficzny zbiór metod i środków diagnozowania. Ważne problemy tego referatu obejmują: modelowanie dynamiki maszyn w aspekcie diagnostyki, wielowymiarowość i jej różne sposoby rozwiązywania, SVD, PCA, Data Fusion, diagnostyka zintegrowana z obiektem, sztuczna inteligencja, agent diagnostyczny oraz systemowe rozwiązania diagnostyki obiektów złożonych.

The topic was limited to methods of excessive diagnostic information reduction. The importance of preliminary preparation of processed data is indicated. The bases of OPTIMUM method are also given.

Przykładowe wyniki analizy modalnej obrazują złożoność problematyki odwzorowywania badań stanu dynamicznego w badania diagnostyczne stanu maszyn.
Some problems of troubleshooting relating to the technical state of machines by methods of identification and diagnosis are introduced. Relationships are shown between methods of dynamic state evaluation and methods of operating state evaluation. Examples of the modal analysis show the complexity of problems of representing the evaluation of machine dynamic state in diagnostic examination of machine technical state.
