    Opis:
    Development of international trade and import/export processes is crucial to economic growth and GDP of Poland but it also commits to apply standards of international transactions. Interoperability in EU Digital Single Market determines participation of polish enterprises and public administration in European public procurement market. Lack of organizational and technological e-readiness according to European Norm of e-invoicing in cross-border transactions is a barrier to European community trade and a reason of low competitiveness of polish entities on EU market. Only 1% of invoices traded in Poland (ranked as 16 in EU) have format of standardised and structured e-document enabling automation of data processing. Lack of standardization and digitization of end-to-end public procurement in Poland causes lower efficiency of participants. The solution to researched problem presented in this article concerns implementing universally accessible, domestic e-invoicing system in Poland that fulfils requirements of e-invoicing European Norm according to Directive 2014/55/EU of the European Parliament and the Council on electronic invoicing in public procurement. Process and service oriented architecture of e-invoicing system has to integrate pre-award and post-award phases of complete end-to-end procurement process. An e-invoicing information system comprises of: layer of e-documents exchange web services, e-repository of e-document schemas, e-archive of e-documents, integration interfaces with conversion maps and validation formulas assuring interoperability of e-procurement participants. Proposed e-invoicing system assures normalization of public procurement cooperation and invoicing transparency of public funds, e-payment services and business policy of public funds transfer. The results of public e-procurement simulation's costs analysis indicate significant improving of costs efficiency both enterprises (61,90%) and public administration (80,49%).

    Na podstawie przeglądu literatury naukowej, jak również szczegółowej analizy procesów gospodarczych, należy stwierdzić, że wzrost wolumenu sprzedaży na rynku e-commerce w skali globalnej generuje nie tylko potrzebę analizy rozwoju biznesu, ale przede wszystkim konieczność prowadzenia badań naukowych w zakresie usprawniania procesów logistycznych i przepływu informacji w łańcuchu dostaw. Relatywnie długi czas dostawy zamówionego towaru, złożoność procesów celnych oraz obsługi logistycznej powodują konieczność ścisłego monitorowania statusu realizowanych operacji na wielu etapach dostaw. Dodatkowym problemem uniemożliwiającym kompleksową integrację łańcucha dostaw towarów e-commerce są różne standardy informacyjne i fizycznej identyfikacji, stosowane w obsłudze przesyłek transgranicznych. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest weryfikacja dostępnych możliwości monitorowania i identyfikacji towarów w przesyłkach e-commerce oraz szukanie możliwości usprawnień procesowych.
    Both in the scientific literature and in the observation of business practice, it should be stated that the increase in the share of the e-commerce market on a global scale generates not only business needs, but above all the need to conduct scientific research on improving logistics processes and supply chain information flow. The relatively long delivery time of the ordered goods, the complexity of customs and tax processes make it necessary to closely monitor the status of the realized transport. An additional problem preventing a comprehensive integration of the e-commerce goods supply chain is the different standards required in cross-border shipments in terms of customs or tax. The main aim of this article is to verify the available possibilities of monitoring and identification of goods in e-commerce shipments and the to look for possibilities of process improvements.

    The information flow, from which managers can make decent decisions, requires the use of e-economy tools and enterprise support planning systems. Simulations as a tool of e-economy become increasingly popular in business practice nowadays. In this paper, the authors focus on presenting how the simulations were used to verify the developed model of evaluating production efficiency. Using a case study method, they describe the verification process, which depicts the specificity of the production process, on the example of serial production, which is the most representative in business practice. The main aim of the article is to present the informatization method of the evaluation model and the simulation as a tool supporting the decision-making process at the operational level.

    At the age of dynamically changing market conditions, the speed of information flow and decision-making is one of the key factors affecting the competitiveness of enterprises. The decision-making process can be effectively assisted by simulation tools that allow multi-criteria analysis of the potential benefits or risks of the planned activities. The stage immediately preceding the use of simulation tools is modeling process, without which there is no way to effectively monitor and control the realized activities. The research problem defined by the authors is the way to carry out an assessment of the production process efficiency, taking into account the multidimensional analysis of the interdependencies within the process as well as the relationships with other processes that affect the continuity of the material flow. The aim of this paper is to present the concept of an evaluation model for the production process efficiency, as a proposal to minimize the identified research gaps in the fragmented definition of efficiency issues. This article focuses on the problem of modeling the evaluation process of production efficiency in iGrafx Process 2011 for Six Sigma, using the BPMN. The choice of this standard was determined by the representativeness of the modeling of processes and operating systems as well as the universal character, which allows the use of applications for other standards and notations. The result of the research conducted by the authors is a model that is conceptually prepared for verification, both in business practice as well as in the simulation procedure.
