The continuous growth of demand on energy, the perspectives of running out the stores of mineral fuels and interventions havings on the aim of the protection of the natural environment the interest the renewable sources of energy and they brought to the large growth of their use in the consequence. The renewable sources of energy are this the source use in the process conversions energy stepping out in various figures -in the peculiarity radiated surmy, wind, the water and biomass and the warm interior of the ground.

In the article vast possibilities are indicated of using Old Polish sermons to study culture, first of all popular culture. First, a typical collection of Sunday sermons is analyzed, presenting their rich contents and broad possibilities of their pastoral influence. Apart from that the reader's attention is drawn to Marian sermons shaping a peculiar religiousness connected with sanctuaries devoted to the Virgin Mary. In essence sermons of those times formed the faithful's sphere of axiotics, and besides that they shaped a specific image of the world. They also contributed to forming social bonds.

Opis:
Prace konserwatorskie i restauratorskie zostały przeprowadzone na ruinach zamku w Siewierzu w latach 2007-2010. Zostały one wykonane po szczegółowych badaniach historycznych przeprowadzonych przez Artura Rok. Głównym celem prac była rekompozycja i odkrycie niejasnej pod względem funkcjonalnym i przestrzennym struktury zamku, a także konserwacja ceglanych i kamiennych powierzchni murów. Fundamenty renesansowych skrzydeł zachodnich i południowych zamku zostały odkryte, a także częściowo poddane konserwacji i rekonstrukcji. Wykonano zasadnicze prace rekonstrukcyjne na południowych murach zamku, które wcześniej były poważnie uszkodzone jeszcze przed II Wojną Światową. Cel pracy był czysto techniczny i doprowadził do ukazania wizerunku południowej części zamku pomimo faktu, iż najwyższy poziom nie został zrekonstruowany celem zachowania wyglądu ruiny. Zaaranżowo dziedziniec zamku w taki sposób, by eksponował fundamentu XIII-wiecznego donżonu (wieży obronnej) i baszty, która jest otwarta dla odwiedzających. Zrekonstruowany został także most zwodzony (nie jest to częste działanie przy odbudowie zamków w Polsce). Prace konserwatorskie na Zamku w Siewierzu przeprowadzono zgodnie z zasadami Karty Weneckiej i Historycznej Karty Ruin, aby zachować najwyższą autentyczność zamku.
The conservation and restoration work was carried out on the ruins of Siewierz Castle between 2007 and 2010. The restoration and conservation work was made after detailed historical research conducted by Mr Artur Rok. Recomposition and revealment of the obliterated functional and spatial construction of the castle was the major aspect of the work as well as the conservation of stone and brick surface of the walls. The foundations of the Renaissance west and south wings of the castle were revealed and partly taken under conservation and reconstruction work. Tha main reconstruction work was carried out on the south walls of the castle which were badly damaged before the Second World War. The purpose of the work was purely technical and it led to show the image of the south part of the castle despite the fact that the highest tier was not reconstructed in order to maintain the appearance of ruin. The courtyard of the castle was arranged to feature the foundation of 13th century bergfried ( defensive tower) and the keep which is now open to visitors. Also the draw bridge was reconstructed which is not very common action in castles restoration in Poland. The restoration work in The Castle of Siewierz was conducted according to the rules of Venice Charter and Historican Ruins Protection Charter in order to maintain the uttermost authenticity of the castle.

Opis:
The definition of leadership and the role of leadership in generating and maintaining effective organizational change has been widely studied for a long time. Leadership is often defined in terms of the influence, emotional manipulation, classical top-down approach. We must learn to build leadership concept on a foundation of ethical reasoning, rather than pretending that leadership and ethics are separate. The search for leadership and the search for ethics amount to the same thing, and both have to be connected to our concept of corporate identity. As a practical example of such an attitude the typology of different leadership paradigms is analysed. We suggest here that organic paradigm, or co-leadership, is the most adaptive to the challenges of corporate social responsibility transformation. Good leadership, in moral and technical sense, means participative leadership which can create conditions within organizations for employee and stakeholder empowerment. In this ongoing process values become an integral part of the practice of daily management, the means by which the responsible company acts.

The text presents different types of interpersonal contacts in the course of the journey based on Polish clergymen’s travel reports from the 18th century. The clergy establish numerous contacts primarily with other encountered travelers of their state. Also, information about meetings with peregrines and people on subsequent stages of the journey can be found. Interesting, contacts include Poles and important people of that time. It is important to emphasize the assertiveness of clergy travelers and their openness towards representatives of foreign nations.
