    En faisant l’analyse de l’enseignem ent actuel du magistère de l’Eglise et de la discipline ecclésiastique sur le dimanche l’auteur tache de fixer des obligations des membres particuliers de l’Eglise locale qui concernent la conservation du caractère de fête du dimanche. Il présente tour à tour: 1) des obligations de cette communauté concernants la connaissance universelle de l’essentiel et du sens de la célébration du jour du Seigneur, 2) des tâches de l’évêque diocésain en matière de la fixation du caractère de fête du dimanche, 3) des devoirs du curé de la paroisse touchants la fête du jour du Seigneur, 4) des obligations de la famille chrétienne qui concernent la conservation de son esprit à la manière de vivre le dimanche, 5) des suites de la réalisation de toutes ces tâches.

    L’objet des réflexions faites dans l’article, ce sont les abus qui concernent l’éducation non catholique des enfants. A la lumière du droit canonique, constituent un empêchement à l’éducation catholique des enfants: 1) la conclusion des mariages mixtes, 2) la conclusion d’un mariage avec l’accord donné concernant l'éducation des enfants en dehors de l’Eglise catholique, 3) le fait de confier réducation des enfants à une religion non catholique, 4) le fait d’enseigmer aux enfants et’ aux jeunes des principes contraires à la foi et à la morale chrétiennes. On traite de ces questions dains leur développement historique, en tenant particulièrement compte des changements essentiels intervenus dans la discipline pénale en relation avec la doctrine du concile de Vatican II et La réform e du droit opérée dans le Code de droit canonique de 1983. Soius l'influence de la doctrine sur la liberté religieuse et de l’esprit oecuménique, les changements les plus importants dans la discipline ecclésiastique sont intervenus dans le domaine de léducation des enfants dans les mariages mixtes. En outre, on attire l’attention sur le danger de l’éducation non catholique à travers l’abandon de l’éducation religieuse des enfants. Et on souligne le sens du souci pastoral (de l’influence pastorale) qui souvent peut remédier à l’éducation non catholique des enfants plus efficacement que la répression punitive.

    Artykuł ukazuje z perspektywy teologicznomoralnej najważniejsze aspekty zaangażowania Kościoła na rzecz pokoju. Wstępne rozważania na temat istoty pokoju, odniesione do kategorii dobra wspólnego oraz postrzegające pokój jako istotny element ładu społecznego, który ze swej natury ma charakter ładu moralnego, ukierunkowały główny nurt refleksji na wymiar personalistyczny i etyczny. Z kolei powiązanie pokoju i prawdy pozwoliły powiązać go z ideą praw człowieka. Wskazano także na konieczność odideologizowania troski o pokój, co charakteryzuje niektóre współczesne nurty pacyfistyczne. Naukowe analizy potwierdziły, że katolicka koncepcja pokoju zbudowana jest na bazie antropologii personalistycznej. Fundamentem pokoju, na którym nabudowane jest całe życie społeczne, jest osoba ludzka.
    The article shows the most important aspects of the Church’s commitment to peace from the perspective of the moral theology. Preliminary considerations on the essence of peace referred to as the category of the common good and perceived as an important element of the social order, which by its nature stands for the moral order, directed the main current of reflection towards the personalistic and  ethical dimensions. The compilation of peace and the truth allowed to combine the moral order with an idea of the human rights. It has been also indicated that the concern for peace ought to be free from ideology, which characterises some of the contemporary pacifistic movements. Scientific analysis confirmed that the Catholic concept of peace is built on the basis of the personalistic anthropology. The human person is the ultimate foundation of peace, upon which the entire social experience is built.

    Kościół katolicki w swojej działalności kieruje się przede wszystkim misją wsparcia każdego człowieka. W sposób szczególny wsparciem otacza osoby z niepełnosprawnością. Pokazuje, że pomimo dysfunkcji, słabości i ograniczeń osobom takim powinna przysługiwać taka sama godność, jak i pełnosprawnym. Zadanie opieki nad wiernymi powierzone zostało biskupom. Aby jeszcze lepiej dotrzeć do wiernych, Kościół kieruje swoją pomoc poprzez działanie instytucji mu podległych. Nauczanie Kościoła nakazuje pełne włączanie niepełnosprawnych w życie lokalnych społeczności, jakimi są parafie oraz w życie instytucji na szczeblu ponad parafialnym. Artykuł ma na celu przekrojowe ukazanie nauczania oraz form wsparcia jakie Kościół katolicki oferuje swoim wiernym, a w sposób szczególny osobom niepełnosprawnym.
    The Catholic Church, in its activities, is guided above all by its mission to support every person. It particularly supports people with disabilities. It shows that, despite their dysfunctions, weaknesses and limitations, such people should be entitled to the same dignity as those without disabilities. The task of caring for the faithful has been entrusted to the bishops. In order to reach out even more to the faithful, the Church directs its assistance through the action of institutions under its authority. The Church’s teaching mandates the full inclusion of people with disabilities in the life of local communities such as parishes and in the life of institutions at supra-parochial level. This article aims to give a cross-sectional overview of the teaching and forms of support that the Catholic Church offers to its faithful, and in particular to people with disabilities.

    L’autore di questo articolo sottolinea l’incessante cura della Chiesa cattolica e dei singoli fondatori degli istituti religiosi, per una adeguata preparazione delle persone alla vita secondo i cosigli evangelici. Il discorso sulla sollecitudine della Chiesa per la formazione dei religiosi trova la sua base principale nei documenti della Santa Sede, ed anche negli scritti di alcuni famosi fondatori degli istituti e dei promotori di vita religiosa. L’autore osserva che la Congregazione per gli Istituti di Vita Consacrata e le Società di Vita Apostolica prima di pubblicare il documento le Direttive sulla formazione negli Istituti religiosi, fece numerose consultazioni e prese in considerazione gli attuali bisogni riguardanti la formazione religiosa. E’ ovvio che l’autore ha preso in considerazione solamente alcuni motivi ispiratori che spinsero la Santa Sede a promulgare il documento Potissimum institutioni. L’ultima parte dell’articolo tratta del carattere giuridico del documento in parola e cerca di delineare il quadro limite della sua obbligatorietà.

    Opis:
    The analysis of the relationship between the Holy Spirit and the Church in respect of its concern for the heritage of faith shows that the highest level of the Church's knowledge is the truth about God who “is love” (1Jn 4, 8): about the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The greatest wisdom of the Church, however, is taking this love out of the Heart of Christ, listening to His words, being nourished by His Body and Blood, and following Him “wherever He goes” (Rev 14, 4). The Holy Spirit by His Person shows us the inner unity of the Holy Trinity and the unity of the Revelation of God as well as the unity of God's eternal plan for creation, redemption, and sanctification of man. Accepting the integral and personal vision of the Revelation of God, we should acknowledge that the heritage of faith is not only the object that is received from Christ and faithfully transmitted by Church of providing the generations. The heritage of faith contains “the heritage of life” (depositum vitae), that man connects with God.

    To the 10 th Assembly of the World Council of Churches in Busan, Republic of Korea (30 October to 8 November 2013) we owe two particularly important doc- uments which are relevant to the problem of ecological crisis and endangered hu- man environment. They are: the convergence text The Church: Towards a Com- mon Vision and Unity Statement. The first one is a result of many years’ work of the Commission Faith and Order. In both documents one can see a profound preoccupation of Christian Churches about the integrity of the whole creation of God. As creation has been misused, Christians are not allowed to remain indiffer- ent to this fact. We truly live today “in the tension between the profoundest hope and the deepest despair”. To this urgent issue the author devotes his reflections in the following points: the divine plan for the universe; our faults concerning the divine gift of life; God wants reconciliation for the whole of creation; continuation of some earlier initia- tives undertaken by the WCC to protect the creation; towards a new sensibility to the fate of the creation; the nature itself teaches us humility. God is the ultimate future of all his creatures. “The New Testament ends with the vision of a new heaven and a new earth, transformed by the grace of God (cf. Rev. 21:1–22:5). This new cosmos is promised for the end of history but is already present in an anticipatory way even now...” (Towards a Common Vision, par. 69).

    Problematyka uchodźstwa jest dzisiaj aktualna, jak nigdy dotąd. Dzieje się tak z racji rosnącej liczby osób migrujących przymusowo. Przedmiotowa problematyka stanowi istotne zadanie i wyzwanie, przed jakim stoją państwa, społeczeństwa oraz Kościół katolicki. To właśnie poprzez działalność pomocową Kościół realizuje zbawczą misję. Będąc drogowskazem moralnym dla wiernych ukazuje nie tylko, jak nieść pomoc, ale także daje wielu wiernym impuls do zaangażowania się na rzecz drugiego człowieka. Agresja Rosyjska na Ukrainie zapoczątkowana 24 lutego 2022 r. zmieniła nie tylko sytuację geopolityczną w Europie, stała się także swoistym egzaminem z człowieczeństwa dla tych, którzy mają możliwość niesienia pomocy drugiemu człowiekowi. Artykuł prezentuje w syntetyczny sposób podejście Kościoła do problematyki migracji i uchodźstwa. Ponadto praca zawiera dane statystyczne dotyczące współczesnych trendów migracyjnych i uchodźczych. Artykuł przedstawia także formy pomocy, jakie świadczy Kościół katolicki w Polsce na rzecz uchodźców.
    The issue of refugees is as topical today as ever. This is due to the growing number of people migrating forcibly. This issue represents a significant task and challenge for states, societies and the Catholic Church. It is through its aid activities that the Church carries out its salvific mission. By being a moral beacon for the faithful, it not only shows them how to provide assistance, but also gives many believers the impetus to commit themselves to helping others. The Russian aggression in Ukraine initiated on 24 February 2022 has not only changed the geopolitical situation in Europe, it has also become a kind of test of humanity for those in a position to help others. The article presents in a synthetic way the Church’s approach to the issues of migration and refugees. In addition, the paper contains statistical data on contemporary migration and refugee trends. The article also presents the forms of assistance that the Catholic Church in Poland provides to refugees.

    The profound social, demographic and political transformations that occur in modern societies have caused deep changes in human mentality, which results in a changed attitude to the questions of marriage and family. The Church feels obliged to ceaselessly confirm and remind the unchanging teachings of Christ concerning the sanctity and indissolubility of marriage. At the same time, it takes pastoral care for the people who live in non-sacramental bonds. The growing number of broken families and divorces has made the issue even more burning. Some bishops, priests and theologians show their pastoral care by searching for new, alternative solutions, both legal and moral. They aim at bringing at least some of the people living in non-sacramental bonds to full participation in the Church life and sacraments. However, at least for now, the Church has not approved these solutions.

    On the ground of the Erga Migrantes Caritas Christi 2004 instruction, the situation of refugees and expellees requires not only new analyzes and defining their position in the Universal and diocese Churches, but due to the dynamics of the migration phenomenon it is repeatedly necessary to update the pastoral tasks towards these categories of migrants. Political and social unrest in the first two decades of the twenty-first century was a catalyst for the development of the Apostolic See statement: Adoption of Christ in the refugees and forcibly expelled.
     Na fundamencie instrukcji Erga migrantes caritas Christi z 2004 roku sytuacja uchodźców i wypędzonych wymagała nie tylko nowych analiz i zdefiniowania ich sytuacji w Kościele Powszechnym oraz w Kościołach diecezjalnych, ale ze względu na dynamikę zjawiska migracji wciąż na nowo konieczna jest aktualizacja zadań  duszpasterskich wobec tych kategorii migrantów. Niepokoje polityczne i społeczne w pierwszych dwóch dekadach XXI wieku były swoistym katalizatorem wypracowania przez Stolicę Apostolską instrukcji: Przyjęcie Chrystusa w uchodźcach i przymusowo wypędzonych.

However, social changes and contemporary problems connected with the functioning of family have lead to a modification of the father model, and even the thesis about its crisis has appeared. This is why pastoral care for fathers of the family is one of the priorities of the family pastorate. Creating structures and methods of such a pastorate is a pastoral postulate. It is worth returning to the practice of special teachings for fathers as well as establishing workshops, retreats, pilgrimages and other forms of work with fathers. Experiences of Catholic families associations that give broadly understood support to fathers are especially valuable, as well as the grass-roots Inicjatywa Tato.Net that actively promotes responsible fatherhood.

    Opis:
    Analysis of approximately 165 letters of Gregory Nazianzen written by him in the last decade of his life revealed a large part of them devoted to his involvement in the current affairs of the ecclesial community. His departure from the position of the bishop of Constantinople, marked by a kind of failure, did not prompt him to react against the Church, but developed just an opposite attitude – increased mobilization of his strenght for the constant concern about the situation of the local Churches. This concern referred to the activities of the pastors of particular ecclesial communities, experiencing a variety of problems, deacons and presbyters, coming from his surroundings, as well as synods, which were to successfully resolve contentious issues. It should be remembered that Capadocian did not enjoy at that time good health. Despite suffering form various diseases, Gregory did not only focused on the treatment of poor health, but also continuesely appeared as an active member of the Church, especially that having still the bishops ordination, he could not completely withdraw from the pastoral obligations.

    Prawo do godziwego wynagrodzenia bez wątpienia uznać należy za jedno z najbardziej podstawowych praw przysługujących człowiekowi. Prawo to przynależy zatem także duchownym, czego potwierdzeniem są dyspozycje ustawodawcy kodeksowego zawarte w: kan. 384 (godziwe utrzymanie) i kan. 281 § 1 (odpowiednie wynagrodzenie). Godziwe utrzymanie powinno pozwolić duchownym zaspokoić potrzeby własnego życia, bronić koniecznej wolności apostolskiej oraz dawać możliwość wspomagania potrzebujących. Podmiotami zobligowanymi do troski o godziwe utrzymanie duchownych są biskupi diecezjalni. Podmiotami uprawnionymi zaś są wszyscy duchowni, nie wykluczając także diakonów stałych, którzy całkowicie oddali się kościelnej posłudze, a nie posiadają stałego wynagrodzenia z racji świeckiego zawodu. Biskup diecezjalny jest głównym zarządcą majątku kościelnego w Kościele partykularnym. Wyposażony przez ustawodawcę kodeksowego w szerokie kompetencje dla dobrego i sprawnego zarządu tym majątkiem, posiada odpowiednie i wystarczające narzędzia pozwalające sprostać obowiązkowi troski o godziwe utrzymanie duchownych. Zobowiązanie to wypełnia przypominając wiernym o obowiązku zaradzenia potrzebom Kościoła i w odpowiedni sposób domagając się jego wykonania (kan. 1261 § 2). Pomoc w realizacji analizowanego zobowiązania stanowi także specjalna instytucja gromadząca dobra i ofiary przeznaczone na utrzymanie duchownych, którzy pełnią służbę dla dobra Kościoła partykularnego, chyba że inaczej temu zaradzono (kan. 1274 § 1).
    The right to equitable remuneration should undoubtedly be regarded as one of the most basic rights of man. This right belongs, therefore, also to the clergy as evidenced by the code legislator dispositions contained in can. 384 – adequate means of livelihood, and can. 281 § 1 – fitting remuneration. A decent living for the clergy should be such that it provides for the necessities of their life, is adequate to apostolic liberty and provides an opportunity to assist the needy. The entities obliged to care for the proper support of priests are the diocesan bishops. The eligible entities are all ministers, not excluding permanent deacons who dedicate themselves full-time to ecclesiastical ministry and do not receive remuneration by reason of a secular profession. The diocesan bishop is the main administrator of church property in the particular Church. Equipped by the code legislature with extensive powers for the good and efficient management of this property, he has sufficient and appropriate tools to meet the obligation of caring for the proper support of the clergy. This commitment he fulfills by reminding the faithful of the obligation to address the needs of the Church and by seeking the proper execution of this obligation (can. 1261 § 2). The implementation of this commitment is also assisted by a special fund which collects offerings and temporal goods for the purpose of providing for the support of the clergy who serve the particular Church, or unless they are otherwise catered for (can. 1274 § 1).

    Christians, following their master and teacher Jesus Christ who healed the deaf-and-dumb, ought to treat deaf and dumb people with great respect. They deserve to be in the limelight of christian communities as the issue of their participation in spiritual goods of Church was raised. In this article I want to present the attitude of Church to the deaf-and-dumb, then on the basis of some documents I would like to show the necessity of catechisation of the mentioned group of people. Thruogh its actions, contemporary Church wants to show that the poor, the sick and the disabled are the privileged addressees of the divine message that entered the human history.

    Benedykt XVI w swojej trosce o stan współczesnej egzegezy przypominał o konieczności stosowania kryteriów teologicznych w interpretacji Pisma Świętego. W ramach postulowanej przez niego „hermeneutyki wiary” należy uwzględniać tak zwane „wielkie zasady interpretacji”. Jedną z nich, którą omówiono w artykule, jest uwzględnienie żywej Tradycji całego Kościoła. Pogłębiona refleksja nad relacją Pismo Święte–Kościół prowadzi papieża do wniosku, że życie Kościoła jest właściwym miejscem interpretacji ksiąg natchnionych. Ojcowie Soboru Watykańskiego II oczekiwali, że studium Pisma Świętego stanie się duszą teologii. Ojciec Święty modyfikuje to życzenie i postuluje, by Pismo Święte czytane w komunii Kościoła stało się duszą studium teologicznego.
    Benedict XVI in his concern about the state of the modern exegesis reminded of the necessity to use theological criteria while interpreting the Holy Scripture. The so-called “great principles of interpretation” should be taken into consideration as part of “the hermeneutics of faith” postulated by the Pope. Taking into account the living Tradition of the whole Church, the principle that was described in the article, is one of them. Deep reflection over the connection between the Holy Scripture and the Church makes the Pope conclude that the life of the Church is the proper place for interpreting inspired books. The Fathers of the Second Vatican Council expected the study of the Holy Scripture to become the soul of theology. The Holy Father modificated this wish and postulated that the Bible read within the communion of the Church should become the soul of theological studies.
