Opis:
This paper presents hydrodynamic lubrication of human skin by the thin layer sweat restricted on the tight fitting sportswear surface during the sport training. The aim of this paper is to determine the influence of the above mentioned lubrication of the skin by sweat during the training effort implemented with the electromagnetic field on the fat cells burning and loss body weight. To following are included in the research methods and materials used in this paper: tight fitting sportswear, pedometer (First Electronic Device FED), Second Electronic Device SED generating electro magnetic field, an analytical hydrodynamic model, the author’s experiences gained in German research institutes, the anamnesis and practical results after measurements. To the results obtained after sweat lubrication of movable skin demonstrate an influence of hydrodynamic pressure on metabolism increases and its stabilization. The main conclusions are concentrated in the decrements of the metabolism age in comparison with the human calendar age and the loss of human body weight during the slimming process.
Niniejsza praca przedstawia hydrodynamiczne smarowanie skóry sportowca cienką warstewką potu ograniczonego ciasno dopasowaną powierzchnią dresu treningowego. Celem pracy jest określenie wpływu hydrodynamicznego smarowania skóry potem podczas wysiłku treningowego implementowanego polem elektromagnetycznym na spalanie komórek tłuszczowych oraz spadek wagi ciała. Do metod i materiałów badawczych użytych do realizacji niniejszej pracy należą: obcisły dres sportowy, krokomierz GARMIN Ltd.2015, MAGCELL ARTHRO 2015 elektroniczny przyrząd pomiaru spalania komórek tłuszczowych, analityczny model hydrodynamiki, doświadczenie autora zdobyte w niemieckich instytutach badawczych, wywiad i praktyczne rezultaty pomiarowe.

Opis:
Introduction. One possible way of iron loss is sweating. It is unclear how physical activity performed by untrained individuals affects the iron status in sweat. Objective. The purpose of this study was to analyse iron concentration in sweat during 4-week exercise training to determine the changes in iron excretion during follow-up exercises. Materials and method. 43 untrained volunteers participated in the study, 29 of whom completed the full exercise programme. The training programme consisted of exercises on a cycle ergometer and cross-trainer. In the first week, participants exercised for 8 minutes on each device, in the second for 10 minutes, and in the third and fourth weeks they exercised for 15 min on each device. Intensity was submaximal and defined as 85% of maximal heart rate. A sterile sweat patch was placed on the skin between shoulder blades. Results. Concentration of iron on the first and the fifteenth day of exercises was comparable and statistically insignificant. Iron concentration was highly increased on the last day of training in comparison with first (p<0.001) and fourteenth day (p<0.006). The median of iron concentration in 29 samples on the first day of sampling was 21.2 ppb, in the fifteenth – 52.5 ppb, and on the twenty-eighth day – 286.2 ppb. In relation with the sodium concentration, the iron content was also increased on the twenty-eighth day of the training programme (p<0.005). Conclusions. Iron sweat loss significantly increased during the 4-week exercise programme. A possible explanation may be improvement in the thermoregulation mechanism and secretory activity of sweat glands. Iron sweat loss may be an indicator of iron deficiency observed in active individuals.

Opis:
Introduction. Skin is the largest organ of the human body. It plays an important role in protection against harmful substances found in the surrounding environment and takes part in the elimination of heavy metals from the body by sweating. The aim of the study was to evaluate the changes in the concentration of lead and copper in the sweat collected on the first and the fourteenth day of endurance training. Materials and methods. The research included 43 patients undergoing a supervised, two-week endurance training on a cycle ergometer and cross-trainer. The lead and copper contents were presented in relation to the sodium content as an indicator of the amount of excreted sweat. Results. The lead concentration in relation to the sodium content in the samples of sweat taken with the use of swabs is statistically significantly higher on day 1 (Me = 1.64-E-4) than the 14th day (Me = 0.37-E-4) p = 0.027. In the sweat samples collected with a plaster, the lead concentration on day 14 of rehabilitation (Me = 0.08-E-4) is statistically significantly lower than before the beginning of the training cycle (Me = 1.19-E-4) p = 0.044. The concentration of copper in sweat samples collected with swabs and patches on day 1 of the rehabilitation cycle does not significantly differ from the content of samples collected on day 14. Conclusions. Endurance training with submaximal heart rate results in reduced excretion of lead in the sweat and does not significantly affect the level of copper. Further research into the impact of physical effort on the excretion of metals from the body can help explain the results13
