    W pracy przedstawiono zagadnienia dotyczące systemu śledzenia ruchu i pochodzenia żywności (identyfikowalności). Omówiono definicje określenia traceability, uwarunkowania prawne wdrażania tego systemu w łańcuchu żywnościowym i pojęcia związane ze sposobem realizacji tego systemu, takie jak: tracking & tracing (śledzenia i odnajdywania). Wskazano na wielość obszarów związanych z produkcją żywności (np. zakupy surowców, magazynowanie, przygotowanie do produkcji, przetwarzanie, pakowanie, transport i dystrybucja, ale również mycie i dezynfekcja), które należy uwzględnić w systemie śledzenia ruchu produktów żywnościowych. Scharakteryzowano sposób gromadzenia danych i ich rodzaj na przykładzie produktów pochodzenia zwierzęcego i produktów pochodzenia roślinnego. Przedstawiono sposób identyfikacji produktów żywnościowych w łańcuchu żywnościowym, w tym nowoczesne technologie, takie jak: np. RFID. Scharakteryzowano ponadto sposób zarządzania kryzysowego w przypadku wystąpienia zagrożenia lub sygnałów o zagrożeniu na rynku produktów żywnościowych. W podsumowaniu omówiono korzyści wynikające z funkcjonowania systemu identyfikowalności, zarówno zewnętrznego, jak i wewnętrznego.
    In the paper, the issues were presented that referred to a system for tracking and tracing the flow and origin of food (traceability). Among other things, the definition of traceability was discussed, as were the legal aspects of implementing this system into the food chain and the implementation-related concepts such as tracking and tracing. Many food production-related areas were pointed out (such as purchases of raw materials, storage, preparation for production, processing, packaging, transport and distribution, and, also, cleaning and disinfection) that should be included into the system of tracking and tracing the flow of food products. The method of collecting data and their type were characterized and exemplified by animal and plantoriginating products. A method to identify food in a food chain was depicted as were some new technologies, for example RFID. Furthermore, there was characterized a crisis management to be applied in the case of threat or danger signals appearing in the food product market. Finally, there were taken together the benefits resulting from the functioning of the traceability system, both external and internal.

    The paper presents the results of laboratory tests of passive RFID tags, which were conducted at the laboratory in order to determine the application area of this technology. The study was conducted in three stages: transponders reviews, that involved reading parameters such as the positional relationship between the transponder antenna and the maximum reading distance. The influence of typical packaging materials such as cardboard, foil, etc. on the correctness of reading was also taken into account, dynamic tests of transponders that involved reading tags in a linear or rotary motion at diff erent speeds. Reading more moving transponders, which are also close to each other, was carried out, and transponders research programme, which was to determine the possibility of writing such information and programming during movement.

    Opis:
    In navigation practice, there are various navigational architecture and integration strategies of measuring instruments that affect the choice of the Kalman filtering algorithm. The analysis of different methods of Kalman filtration and associated smoothers applied in object tracing was made on the grounds of simulation tests of algorithms designed and presented in this paper. EKF (Extended Kalman Filter) filter based on approximation with (jacobians) partial derivations and derivative-free filters like UKF (Unscented Kalman Filter) and CDKF (Central Difference Kalman Filter) were implemented in comparison. For each method of filtration, appropriate smoothers EKS (Extended Kalman Smoother), UKS (Unscented Kalman Smoother) and CDKS (Central Difference Kalman Smoother) were presented as well. Algorithms performance is discussed on the theoretical base and simulation results of two cases are presented.

    Opis:
    The system which is developed in Department of Transport and Electrical Engineering UTH Rad. consists of collecting, analyzing and selecting data from existing observation units, and such to be installed in the future, including photo-radars, electronic fee collection and traffic monitoring cameras. The aim is tracking of objects distinguished by certain visual features. The present paper specifies the road net on chosen area and further, algorithms for the prediction of the continuations of vehicle tracks registered by the system are on consideration and assessed.
    Działanie opracowywanego na Wydziale Transportu i Elektrotechniki UTH Rad. systemu poszukiwania pojazdów drogowych polega na kolekcji, analizie i selekcji danych uzyskanych z różnorodnych istniejących, a także dodatkowo zainstalowanych jednostek obserwacyjnych takich jak fotoradary, kamery monitorujące ruch uliczny lub bramki służące do automatycznego poboru opłat. Celem jest śledzenie obiektów o zadanych cechach dystynktywnych. W niniejszym artykule sprecyzowano sieć dróg na zadanym obszarze, a następnie rozpatrywane i oceniane są algorytmy predykcji dalszych tras obiektów – pojazdów drogowych, które zostały zanotowane przez system.
