Opis:
High voltage transformer is one of the most important elements of the power system. Due to this reason, it is crucial to properly design and build from mechanical side as well as thermal side. Nowadays, designers of power transformers are using from the many programs that allow you to reduce design time. Additionally, thanks to them, designer can quickly and effectively bring new changes in the construction and see what will be their impact on the work of the transformer. This paper shows design assumptions of the mathematical model of power transformer, the similitude theory which was used to maintain an appropriate scale, and interface of Ansys CFX program, in which simulations of temperature field of power transformer was made.

This article deals with the economizer as one of the main parts of a boiler. Economizers and air heaters perform a key function in providing high overall boiler thermal efficiency by recovering the low level energy from the flue gas before it is exhausted to the atmosphere. The most common and reliable economizer design is the bare-tube, in-line, cross-flow type. To reduce capital costs, most boiler manufacturers build economizers with a variety of designs to enhance the controlling gas-side heat transfer rate. From this point of view it creates a lack for an investigation and modeling of these parts.

The calculation results of the temperature field during multi-beads GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) cladding of the S355 steel plate are presented in the paper. Numerical simulations were performed using the SysweldR program. Two of Goldak’s heat source models were chosen for calculating the temperature field for each weld bead. The original article achievement is, by selecting the right heat source model and heat loading of the finite elements, obtaining an irregular shape of the fusion zone. This irregular shape of the fusion zone is very complicated to obtain using other commercial programs for numerical welding simulation. The calculation results were verified by the dimensions (critical temperatures) of the heat affected zones (HAZ) determined in the experiment, obtaining a satisfactory agreement.

This article is dedicated to the study of numerical simulation of temperature field distribution in rolling mill with many cages for continuous casting and rolling stripe of metal wire. In work the simplest is used in use, certainly a steady, economic difference method, a method of division of variables of a multidimensional task into a chain of one-dimensional tasks, a method of total approximation, the locally one-dimensional scheme. The algorithm of numerical modeling of distribution of a temperature field on cages of the rolling mill is constructed. Solutions of the three dimensional temperature field distribution tasks based on experimental data allows finding the temperature across the strip of metal rod in a rolling mill stands. Calculation of the distribution of temperature field in hearth of deformation of a metal rod was realized on implicit scheme. The calculations are shown in the graphs. It provides an analysis of the error of errors.

A modified "Pareto principle" has been applied to the analysis of the temperature field in three-phase high-voltage cables. In the paper the temperature field is described by thirteen distinct parameters including the geometrical dimensions of the system. By solving the thermal conductivity equation 2p times, it is possible to determine the parameters belonging to set A, which exert a decisive influence on the temperature of the cable core. To describe the ABC sets elements of linear algebra are applied. The paper’s concluding notes present a preliminary optimization procedure of the system.

In the paper the fractional order, state space model of a temperature field in a two-dimensional metallic surface is addressed. The proposed model is the two dimensional generalization of the one dimensional, fractional order, state space of model of the heat transfer process. It uses fractional derivatives along time and length. The proposed model assures better accuracy with lower order than models using integer order derivatives. Elementary properties of the proposed model are analysed. Theoretical results are experimentally verifed using data from industrial thermal camera.

The paper presents analysis of the positivity for a two-dimensional temperature field. The process under consideration is described by the linear, infinite-dimensional, noninteger order state equation. It is derived from a two-dimensional parabolic equation with homogenous Neumann boundary conditions along all borders and homogenous initial condition. The form of control and observation operators is determined by the construction of a real system. The internal and external positivity of the model are associated to the localization of heater and measurement. It has been proven that the internal positivity of the considered system can be achieved by the proper selection of attachment of a heater and place of a measurement as well as the dimension of the finite-dimensional approximation of the considered model. Conditions of the internal positivity associated with construction of real experimental system are proposed. The postivity is analysed separately for control and output of the system. This allows one to analyse the positivity of thermal systems without explicit control. Theoretical considerations are numerically verified with the use of experimental data. The proposed results can be applied i.e. to point suitable places for measuring of a temperature using a thermal imaging camera.

The non-uniformity of temperature field distribution of long-span steel structure is proportional to the intensity of solar radiation. Based on the background of Guangzhou Baiyun Station large-span complex steel roof structure, this paper studies the non-uniformtemperature field distribution of large-span steel structure under the Summer Solstice daily radiation-thermal-fluid coupling action based on Star-ccm+ finite element software, and uses Spa2000 software to analyze the stress and deformation of steel roof under temperature action. Combined with the on-site temperature monitoring, the maximum difference with the measured value is 2.5°C compared with the numerical simulation results, which verifies the validity of the finite element simulation. The results show that: from 8:00, with the increase of solar altitude angle, the intensity of solar radiation increases, the temperature rises, and the temperature distribution of large-span steel structure becomes more and more non-uniform. From14:00 to18:00, the solar radiation weakens, and the temperature distribution tends to be uniform. Finally, reasonable construction suggestions and measures are proposed to reduce the adverse effects of temperature effects, which can provide theoretical references for the safe construction and normal operation of large-span steel structures located in the subtropics.

Jednym z najważniejszych elementów systemu elektroenergetycznego jest transformator energetyczny. Z tego powodu ważne jest, aby został on poprawnie zaprojektowany oraz zbudowany, zarówno od strony mechanicznej jak i cieplnej. Obecnie konstruktorzy transformatorów energetycznych korzystają z wielu programów, które pozwalają na skrócenie czasu projektowania. Programy te pozwalają w szybki i efektywny sposób wprowadzić nowe zmiany w konstrukcji urządzenia oraz sprawdzić, jaki będzie ich wpływ na pracę transformatora. W artykule przedstawiono założenia projektowe modelu matematycznego transformatora energetycznego, teorię podobieństwa, którą wykorzystano do zachowania odpowiedniej skali oraz interface programu ANSYS CFX, w którym wykonano symulacje pola temperaturowego transformatora energetycznego.
