    Opis:
    The article highlights the main directions of creative cooperation of scientists and educators of the Republic of Poland and Ukraine. Certain directions are analyzed, the dynamism of this process, its expansion and deepening caused by a combination of factors are characterized. The leading among them is the human factor, which determines humanization, spirituality, internal motivation in the “man-man” system. Particular attention is paid to the understanding of the role of the scientist’s personality, his state vision and influence on this process. A vivid example of such a scholar is Franciszek Szlosek, Doctor Habilitated, Professor, Director of the Institute of Pedagogy of The Maria Grzegorzewska University in Warsaw, Foreign Member of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Head of the Scientific Society “Poland-Ukraine”. His name, ideas, concrete and fruitful activity, aimed at developing international cooperation, became part of the history of Ukrainian pedagogical science and education at the end of the 20th century - the beginning of the 21st century.

    Opis:
    The State Pharmaceutical Inspectorate was appointed to realize the tasks of a special inspection on the pharmaceutical market. It has a complex structure, based on the principles of centralization and deconcentration, and is made up of a central government administration authority – the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector, and territorial authorities – governors with the assistance of voivodship pharmaceutical inspectors. The object of this article is to present the systemic character of the authorities included in the State Pharmaceutical Inspectorate. It is also important to determine the content of the organizational and functional link connecting the entities carrying out the tasks of the Pharmaceutical Inspectorate because the legislator does not state the link expressis verbis. In addition, the internal organization of the State Pharmaceutical Inspectorate is presented. The summary of the article is an indication of the areas requiring the commencement of legislative work so that the bodies of the State Pharmaceutical Inspectorate perform in a real and proper manner the public tasks to which they are called.
    Państwowa Inspekcja Farmaceutyczna została powołana w celu realizacji zadań inspekcji specjalnej w zakresie nadzoru nad rynkiem farmaceutycznym. Posiada złożoną strukturę, opartą o zasady centralizacji i dekoncentracji, na którą składają się organ centralny – Główny Inspektor Farmaceutyczny, oraz organy terenowe – wojewodowie działający przy pomocy wojewódzkich inspektorów farmaceutycznych. Przedmiotem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie charakteru ustrojowego organów wchodzących w skład ogólnie ujętej Państwowej Inspekcji Farmaceutycznej. Istotnym jest również ustalenie treści więzi organizacyjno-funkcjonalnej łączącej podmioty realizujące zadania Inspekcji Farmaceutycznej, ponieważ ustawodawca nie nazywa tejże więzi expressis verbis. Ponadto przedstawiona została organizacja wewnętrzna Państwowej Inspekcji Farmaceutycznej. Podsumowaniem artykułu jest wskazanie obszarów wymagających rozpoczęcia prac legislacyjnych tak, aby organy Państwowej Inspekcji Farmaceutycznej w sposób rzeczywisty i prawidłowy realizowały zadania publiczne, do których zostały powołane.

    The article sets out to analyze Jerzy Kaliszan’s linguistic philosophy focused on the field of word-formation and based on the triple unity of philosophy of the language (semantics, syntax and pragmatics), systemic character and functionalism. Intertextuality of the academic speech of the scholar is influenced by classical Slavonic linguistic conceptions, leading representatives of linguistics of the second part of the 20th century, as well as key theoretical investigations of the late 20th — early 21 centuries. The idiolect of the scholar is marked with brevity, laconism, condensed content, wellstructured text, depth and expressiveness, persuasive argumentation, breadth of the material used, refined stylistics, scholarly courage, topicality of the problems discussed, prognostic insights.

    The system of electronic reconnaissance of the Polish Land Forces produces data and reconnaissance information for end users depending on their needs. Producing a piece is carried out in the information process. Research conducted using the triangulation method showed that the information process in the Polish Land Forces’ electronic reconnaissance is a system of operation on reconnaissance data and information, not based on developed methodology with the application of specific information system resources. Therefore this system has elements connected by relations which are the subprocesses of collecting, processing, storing and sharing of reconnaissance data and information. This process is conditioned by primary and secondary factors. The efficiency of the information process in the Polish Armed Forces’ electronic reconnaissance is limited by technical, organizational and procedural barriers.

    Niniejszy artykuł jest przedrukiem tekstu będącego wstępem teoretycznym do opublikowanej w roku 1993 pracy zbiorowej Polacy wobec ładu postmonocentrycznego. Społeczeństwo polskie i jego instytucje w 1992 roku. Omawia on podstawowy kierunek rozpoczętej w Polsce w roku 1989 wielkiej transformacji systemowej, wykorzystując w tym celu klasyczne Parsonsowskie przeciwstawienie dwóch przeciwstawnych układów zmiennych wzoru oraz Stanisława Ossowskiego czterech typów ładu społecznego. Pokazuje on, jak „rdzeń transformacji”, czyli podejmowane zgodnie z „interesem teoretycznym” działania modernizacyjne w gospodarce, polityce i kulturze napotykają na wywodzący się z różnych źródeł opór społeczny. Tekst publikowany jest w przekonaniu, że może on stanowić znakomite nawiązanie do Karla Polanyi’ego koncepcji double movement (przywoływanej w niniejszym tonie w artykule Macieja Kassnera), pokazując w szczególności, że opór wobec wprowadzania gospodarki rynkowej miał nie tylko ekonomiczny, ale znacznie szerszy, tj. społeczno-kulturowy charakter.
    This article is a reprint of a text which is a theoretical introduction to a collective work published in 1993 entitled Polacy wobec ładu postmonocentrycznego. Społeczeństwo polskie i jego instytucje w 1992 roku. It discusses the basic direction of the great systemic transformation, which began in Poland in 1989, using for this purpose Parsons’ classical juxtaposition of two sets of pattern variables. It shows how the “core of the transformation”, i.e., modernisation measures taken in line with “theoretical interests” in the economy, politics and culture, encountered social resistance from various sources. The article is published in the belief that it can serve as an excellent reference to Karl Polanyi’s concept of double movement (cited in this issue in Maciej Kassner’s article), showing in particular that resistance to the introduction of a market economy was not only economic, but of a much broader, i.e. socio-cultural, nature.
