    Opis:
    Analysis of terms ‘social relationship’ and ‘legal relationship’ in the literature of legal theory and legal philosophy encounters many difficulties especially because of the ambiguity of such terms as ‘law’, ‘positive (statutory) law’, ‘rule’, ‘legal rule’, ‘norm’ and ‘legal norm’. Insight into the mentioned above literature points out that particularly the former pair of these notions have been so far wrongly considered as equivalent. It does not result a correct description of the relationship between different normative social systems such as statutory (positive) law, morality, religion and customs. Next it translates into a numbers of disputes about the content of positive law both in law-making’ and law-applying’s decisions.

    This article expounds the rediscovered and unpublished manuscript by Father Franciszek Mirek God Christ and the People. A Sociological Study. Father Franciszek Mirek was the first Polish sociologist who was a member of the group of Florian Zaniecki’s students. The recovered manuscript offers an innovative look at the elements of the history of salvation seen through the eyes of a sociologist. The introduction to the paper presents the profile of Father Franciszek Mirek and his most important works. Further parts present the rediscovered manuscript of Fr. Mirek. On its basis the following issues are discussed: the Bible as a source of sociographic data, people as partners in relationship with Christ, the apogee of relations between God and a man in the mystery of the Incarnation of the Son of God and faith as a precondition of human communication with God Christ.

    Koncepcja tak zwanych mediów tożsamościowych nie tylko zmienia rolę i zadania dziennikarza w demokracji, lecz także proponuje przyjęcie zamkniętej wersji patriotyzmu w opozycji do wielokulturowego świata oraz narzuca defensywny i nieufny stosunek do Innego. Rozmaite wcielenia tej koncepcji czynią ją niebezpiecznym zjawiskiem społecznym i interesującym problemem dla badacza. Ten krótki artykuł to wprowadzenie do trzech następujących po nim większych publikacji, podejmujących zagadnienie z rozmaitych punktów widzenia.
    The concept of the so-called identity media does change the role and obligations of the journalism in democracy, and proposes the closed-off version of patriotism as the opposition to the multicultural world. It also imposes the defensive, distrustful attitude towards the Other. Different iterations of this concept make it the dangerous social phenomenon, but also constitute the interesting research problem. The role of this short article is the introduction to ensuing three bigger publications, dealing with the issue from different points of view.

    Celem artykułu jest omówienie związków między miejscem jednostki w hierarchii społecznej a jej stosunkiem do idei narodowej. Podstawę teoretyczną stanowi teza Zygmunta Baumana o podziale współczesnego świata na turystów i włóczęgów. Śledzimy losy tych dwóch grup od czasów przednowoczesnych do dziś. Przyglądamy się ich ideologicznym konkurentom: obywatelom i nacjonalistom. Wnioskami płynącymi z tych rozważań jest konieczność wprowadzenia dodatkowej kategorii – wycieczkowiczów, a także niestabilność dominującego w kulturze konsumpcyjnej podziału (turysta – włóczęga – wycieczkowicz) i możliwość powrotu starych tożsamości (nacjonalista – obywatel).
    The purpose of this paper is to discuss the relationships between the place of the individual in the social hierarchy and their relationship to the national idea. Theoretical basis is Zygmunt Bauman's thesis on the division of the modern world for “tourists” and “vagabonds”. We follow these two groups since pre-modern history till today. We look at their ideological competitors: citizens and nationalists. The conclusion is the necessity to introduce an additional category – “tripper”, and also instability of the main division in modern culture of consumption (tourist – vagabond – tripper) as well as the possibility of return of the old identities (nationalist – citizen).
