Opis:
In contrast to traditional systems for monitoring fault of the running gear of the rolling stock, this paper proposes a technology of noise control at the onset of defects. The authors consider the possibility of creating an intelligent system that can perform noise diagnostics with the indication of the beginning of the latent period of the initiation of typical defects preceding faults. To this end, using the noise technology, sets of reference informative attributes are created in the training process. The reference sets, in turn, are used to determine the condition of the object at the beginning of the development of defects by comparing them with current noise estimates. It also allows controlling the dynamics of the development of defects.

W pracy przedstawiono nowoczesne konstrukcje układów biegowych pojazdów tramwajowych na przykładzie konstrukcji wózków tramwaju typu 118N produkcji krajowej. Przedstawiono wykaz eksploatowanych pojazdów tramwajowych w wybranych miastach Polski. Zaprezentowano główne parametry tramwaju typu 118N oraz porównano je z parametrami tramwajów produkcji zagranicznej. Ponadto omówiono konstrukcję układów biegowych pojazdu tramwajowego typu 118N z podziałem na wózek napędny i toczny oraz porównano kilka cech konstrukcyjnych wózka w odniesieniu do wybranych parametrów.
New construction of the running systems of tram vehicles, on the example of the construction of the bogies of a tram of type 118N of the domestic production, are presented in this work. The list of the operated tram vehicles in the selected cities of Poland is presented. The main constructional characteristics of the tram of type 118N are presented, and comparisons with the parameters of the trams of foreign production are made. Moreover, the construction of the running systems of the tram vehicle of type 118N with the division on the driving bogie and the rolling bogie is discussed. The comparisons of the few constructional characteristics of the bogie with regard to the selected parameters are made.

W artykule przedstawiono klasyfikację badań diagnostycznych oraz opisano podstawowe metody prognozowania stanu maszyn. Przedstawiono charakterystykę węzła maźnicznego układu biegowego z wyszczególnieniem elementów składowych. Zaprezentowano kryteria m.in. temperaturowe, fizyko-chemiczne oraz eksploatacyjne łożysk oraz maźnic pojazdów trakcyjnych. Artykuł został opracowany w ramach projektu badawczo-rozwojowego Nr 10 00 4806 pt. "Mikroprocesorowy system diagnostyczny głównych systemów trakcyjnego pojazdu szynowego uwzględniający ocenę bieżącą i prognozowanie stanów", finansowanego z budżetu Ministerstwa Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego.
The classification of diagnostic tests is presented in this article and the basic methods of prediction of the devices conditions are also described. The characteristics of axlebox node of the running system with detailing the components is presented The criteria including temperature, physico-chemical and performance of bearings and axleboxes of traction vehicles are also presented. This article was developed within the research and development project No. 10 00 4806 entitled. "Microprocessor diagnostic system of the main systems of traction rail vehicle taking into account the current assessment and prediction of conditions" financed from the budget of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

Opis:
Celem rozważań jest rozstrzygnięcie wątpliwości związanych z interpretacją przepisu art. 2b ustawy z 11 kwietnia 2003 r. o kształtowaniu ustroju rolnego. Przepis ten nałożył zasadniczo na każdego nabywcę nieruchomości rolnej dwa uniwersalne obowiązki: nakaz prowadzenia gospodarstwa rolnego, w skład którego weszła nabyta nieruchomość rolna, przez okres co najmniej 5 lat od dnia nabycia przez niego tej nieruchomości, a w przypadku osoby fizycznej – prowadzenia tego gospodarstwa osobiście, oraz zakaz zbywania nabytej nieruchomości lub oddawania jej w posiadanie innym podmiotom w ramach tego 5-letniego okresu. Przeprowadzona analiza przepisu pozwoliła ukazać wiele praktycznych problemów, jak również przedstawić zastrzeżenia co do jego zgodności z fundamentalnymi zasadami Konstytucji RP oraz prawem Unii Europejskiej. W konsekwencji w ramach uwag de lege ferenda został sformułowany postulat dokonania daleko idącej modyfikacji tej regulacji, a nawet jej eliminacji z systemu prawa rolnego w Polsce.
L’articolo si propone di chiarire i dubbi sorti riguardo a come interpretare le disposizioni dell’art. 2b della legge dell’11 aprile 2002 sul regime agrario. Esse impongono due obblighi universali all’acquirente del terreno agricolo: l’ordine di gestire l’azienda agricola, parte del terreno acquisito, per un periodo di almeno 5 anni dalla data d’acquisto, e, nel caso l’acquirente sia una persona fisica, di farlo a titolo personale, nonché, sempre entro lo stesso periodo, il divieto di vendere oppure di cedere il terreno ad altri. L’analisi svolta ha permesso non solo di individuare molti problemi di natura pratica, ma anche di avanzare rilevanti obiezioni circa la conformità ai principi fondamentali della Costituzione della Repubblica di Polonia e del diritto dell’Unione europea. Di conseguenza, come osservazioni de lege ferenda, è stato formulato un postulato di dover apportare modifiche, di vasta portata, alla regolazione in oggetto, oppure di procedere a rimuoverla dall’ordinamento agricolo polacco nella sua totalità.
The aim of the considerations was to resolve doubts regarding the interpretation of the provision of Article 2b of the Act of 11 April 2003 on shaping the agricultural system. This provision imposes, in principle, two universal obligations on each acquirer of agricultural real estate (i) to run an agricultural holding contained in the agricultural real estate acquired, for a period of at least 5 years from the date of acquisition, or, in the case of a natural person, to run the holding personally, and (ii) not to dispose of the acquired real estate or give it in possession to other entities within the same 5-year period. The analysis of this provision enabled to identify many practical problems, and to formulate substantial reservations as to its compliance with the fundamental principles of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and European Union law. As a consequence, de lege ferenda comments have been formulated, calling for a far-reaching modification of this regulation or its removal altogether from the Polish agricultural law system.

Producent systemu Android już od pierwszej wersji platformy stara się oferować użytkownikom sposoby na ochronę przechowywanych na urządzeniach danych cyfrowych. Rozwój możliwości systemu oraz nowe rozwiązania technologiczne pozwalają na wprowadzanie coraz bardziej innowacyjnych zabezpieczeń, które cechują się nie tylko większym poziomem bezpieczeństwa ale również większym komfortem w codziennym użytkowaniu. Artykuł przedstawia porównanie dostępnych rozwiązań, zarówno względem zapewnienia najlepszej ochrony, jak i pod względem wygody użytkowania. Zagadnienie komfortu wymagało przeprowadzenia badań, w celu zebrania informacji o najbardziej popularnych konfiguracjach wśród użytkowników. Analiza bezpieczeństwa blokad oraz otrzymane wyniki badań, pozwoliły zweryfikować, czy właściciele urządzeń pracujących pod kontrolą systemu Android odpowiednio zabezpieczają dane przechowywane w pamięci wewnętrznej swoich urządzeń.
Producer of Android operating system have been trying to offer ways to protect digital data on devices since 1st version of this platform. Development of possibilities of operating system and new technological solutions allows to launch more innovate protections, which are not only more secure, but also very comfortable in everyday usage. This article presents comparison of available solutions, both in terms of the best protection and convenience of usage. The topic of convenience of usage required research to collect information about the most popular configurations among users. The analysis of security level of available locks and obtained results allowed to verify whether owners of devices running Android operating system are properly securing digital data stored in internal memory of their devices.

Wstęp. Bieganie w krajach rozwiniętych jest bardzo powszechną i łatwo dostępną formą aktywności fizycznej, jego głównym celem stała się rekreacja i sport. Celem pracy była ocena najczęściej występujących kontuzji/urazów u osób regularnie biegających w biegach długodystansowych w formie amatorskiej. Materiał i metody. W badaniu wzięło udział 140 osób, 79 kobiet oraz 61 mężczyzn w wieku od 18 do 61 lat, głównie mieszkańcy Warszawy. Średnia wieku to 35,59 (SD 9,24). Dane zostały zebrane za pomocą ankiety, metodą sondażową, a opisane zostały w sposób jakościowy bez użycia analiz statystycznych. Wyniki i Wnioski. 91 badanych ze 140 doznało różnych kontuzji podczas biegania. Do najczęstszych urazów u biegaczy doszło w okolicy stopy i stawie skokowym, były to skręcenia (30%), naderwania (16%) i przeciążenia (16%). Większość osób biegających stosuje odnowę biologiczną w tym prawie połowa automasaż. Regularne bieganie stanowi dobrą formę dbania o zdrowie, prawie wszyscy badani polecili by ją innym osobom.
Background. Running in developed countries is a very common and easily accessible form of physical activity, its main goals include recreation and sport. The aim of the study was to assess the most common injuries in people regularly involved in amateur long-distance runs. Material and methods. 140 people, 79 women and 61 men aged 18-61, mainly residents of Warsaw, participated in the study. The mean age is 35.59 (SD 9.24). The data was collected by means of a questionnaire, survey method, and described in a qualitative manner without the use of statistical analyzes. Results and Conclusions. 91 of the 140 subjects suffered various injuries while running. The most common injuries in runners were to the foot and ankle area and included sprains (30%), tears (16%) and overloads (16%). Most of the runners undergo biological regeneration and almost half of them use self-massage. Regular jogging is a good form of taking care of health and almost all respondents would recommend it to other people.

The evaluation of system performance plays an increasingly important role in the reliability analysis of cyber-physical systems. Factors of external instability affect the evaluation results in complex systems. Taking the running gear in high-speed trains as an example, its complex operating environment is the most critical factor affecting the performance evaluation design. In order to optimize the evaluation while improving accuracy, this paper develops a performance evaluation method based on slow feature analysis and a hidden Markov model (SFA-HMM). The utilization of SFA can screen out the slowest features as HMM inputs, based on which a new HMM is established for performance evaluation of running gear systems. In addition to directly classical performance evaluation for running gear systems of high-speed trains, the slow feature statistic is proposed to detect the difference in the system state through test data, and then eliminate the error evaluation of the HMM in the stable state. In addition, indicator planning and status classification of the data are performed through historical information and expert knowledge. Finally, a case study of the running gear system in high-speed trains is discussed. After comparison, the result shows that the proposed method can enhance evaluation performance.

The railway and the Rail Traffic Control Systems installed on it in Poland have recently experienced rapid technological development. This is undoubtedly due to the funds that Poland receives from the European Union for the modernization of railway infrastructure. The development of modern railway infrastructure means not only stations, modern rolling stock, but also safe and reliable train control systems based on the latest telecommunications and information technologies. For a longer time, radio communication based on the GSM-R (GSM for Railways) standard is being introduced on PKP. For this purpose, dedicated infrastructure is being built in order to use this technology for railway traffic. This is associated with huge investment costs. Since the beginning of its existence, research has been conducted worldwide on the use of LTE (Long Term Evolution) technology for conducting railway traffic. For economic and technological reasons, it is necessary to study other possibilities of using modern telecommunications infrastructure not yet dedicated to railway tasks in these open networks. The article will present research on the use of open radio communication network based on LTE standard for rail traffic and passenger comfort. It will discuss the research method and selected results of measurements made on railway line no. 4. The choice of this railway line was dictated by two factors. The first one resulted from the maximum train speed, the second one is the variety of rolling stock used on this line (compartmental and non-compartmental wagons). The part of research concerning collection of measurement material was performed within the framework of completed research work PBS3/A6/29/2015. As a result of conducted in-depth literature analysis as well as performed measurements and calculations, it allowed to develop a model and software for simulating system operation in real conditions. This system allows to send railway telegrams on appropriate safety level defined in standardization documents. The research proved the possibility of using an open system in the LTE standard for the transmission of signals for railway traffic control and passengers while maintaining an appropriate level of safety. The only limitations which were indicated by the tests are improper radio interface coverage of railway lines. Appropriate planning of radio coverage of railway areas by radio communication operators (so far ignored) with proper cooperation of infrastructure manager can lead to launching efficient communication system without necessity to build specialized infrastructure for railway.

The study is devoted to an analysis of the working conditions of the running gear elements with elastomer tracks in the typical applications of an industrial vehicle. The loads of the undercarriages elements for the selected running gear with elastomer tracks were determined on the basis of this analysis. Particular attention was paid to the operation of the inner track lugs (during the drive transmission and track guiding), and the elastomer lining of the driving sprocket. Numerical computations were conducted by means of the finite element method using nonlinear static. The elastomers used in running gears, mainly the rubber with various mechanical properties (for instance hardness) were modelled as incompressible hyperelastic materials using the two-parameter Mooney-Rivlin model. The computations took into account contact effects andfriction in the areas of the mating elements contact. The results of the numerical analyses demonstrate the possibilities of increasing the loads transmitted by the analyzed elements of the running gear. The local character of the loads in the drive transmission system using the positive power transmission is noteworthy. The results of the computations may be used for the optimal dimensioning of the elastomer elements of the drive transmission system between the driving sprocket and the elastomer track.

Opis:
W ramach projektu rozwojowego WND-POIG.01.03.01-00-164/09 opracowano modele wirtualne oraz zbudowano model rzeczywisty przedprototypu pływającego pojazdu gąsienicowego (PPG) przystosowanego do poruszania się po terenach wodno-błotnych. Wyniki badań modeli wirtualnych, między innymi układu jezdnego przedprototypu PPG, posłużą do opracowania nowych modułów gąsienicowych oraz innych podzespołów dla prototypu pojazdu członowego, który będzie przystosowany do koszenia traw, trzcin, zbierania i ładowania ściętej biomasy oraz jej tymczasowego składowania lub wywozu z terenu chronionego np. Parku Narodowego lub obszaru Natura 2000. Nowe pojazdy powinny zastąpić ratraki, których gąsienice powodują zniszczenia chronionego terenu a ich stan techniczny stanowi zagrożenie dla środowiska przyrodniczego.
In the framework of the project development of the WND-POIG. 01.03.01-00-164/09 developed virtual models and built a real model of amphibian crawler type preprototype of the vehicle, equipped to work in wetlands. Results of research tests of these models will serve to develop new track modules and other parts for a prototype vehicle unit which will be adapted to mowing the grass, reed, biomass collection from ground , transportation of biomass to temporary storages outside of protected areas of national parks or areas Natura 2000. New vehicles should replace ratraks (used in snow grooming), which tracks cause destruction of protected land and their technical condition represents a danger for the environment.

Opis:
Provision of well-being in rooms is associated with their good ventilation. Good ventilation is influenced by cleanliness of ventilation ducts. The article presents a drive-by-wire version of a mobile inspection robot for ventilation ducts. A handler, which is movable in three axes and ended with a grab, a supporting vertical wheel (to reduce wheel skid) as well as a colour camera, a distance sensor and two light sources (LED and halogen lamp) on a rotary platform have been placed on a circular chassis. Apart from performing the inspection function, the operator of the "Inspector 1" robot may remove bigger pieces of dirt and garbage from a ventilation shaft using the handler and the grab. The device is powered from a 12 V / 5 Ah battery. A robot controlled using a control panel allows accurate illumination of the internal walls of the duct and wireless transmission of a colour image to the operator's monitor. The rotary platform on which the camera with lighting is placed is also capable of tilting up and down. The robot's drive has been resolved in a way that makes it as manoeuvrable as possible. Two front drive wheels operate independently and two rear wheels are easy-running. The robot will also allow recording the following environmental parameters in the ventilation shaft: humidity, temperature, draught force and direction and the presence of gases. The entire robot's electronic system is based on battery-powered supply (12V/5Ah) which is sufficient for approx. two hours of continuous operation. The voltage of the battery is constantly monitored and should it drop.

The most important part of a rail vehicle decisive for travel comfort and safety is its running gear. The bogie being an integral element plays a key role from the point of view of safe and stable vehicle motion on the rail infrastructure. The bogie frame structure adapted to the vehicle operational conditions can significantly improve its running properties. The article is devoted to analyzing some selected bogie frame designs with presentation of the structural differences between them.
Najważniejszym układem w pojeździe szynowym decydującym o jego komforcie i bezpieczeństwie jazdy jest układ biegowy. Wózek jako integralny element odgrywa podstawową rolę w bezpiecznym i stabilnym poruszaniu się pojazdu po infrastrukturze szynowej. Dopasowana konstrukcja ramy wózka do warunków eksploatacyjnych pojazdu, może w znacznym stopniu poprawić jego własności biegowe. W artykule zostanie dokonana analiza wybranych konstrukcji ram wózków oraz przedstawione zostaną różnice strukturalne.
