    The article analyzes the axiological characteristics of emotions of the group „Compassion” as verbalized in Russian. The author explicates the influence of hedonistic and moral assessment upon the conceptualization of these emotions in the linguistic consciousness of the Russians.
    В статье проанализированы аксиологические характеристики эмоций группы „Сочувствие”, объективированные в русском языке. Эксплицировано влияние гедонистической и моральной оценки на концептуализацию этих эмоций в русском языковом сознании.

    Analyzing co-occurrence of nouns naming emotions of the group «Compassion» with other words as registered in the Ukrainian national linguistic corpus, the author provides the description of these emotions in the world picture of Ukrainian: their outer and inner manifestations, intensity, duration, thermal and quantitative characteristics as well as their assessment. Also, she describes the conceptualization of emotions of the group «Compassion» in Ukrainian language consciousness.

    Artykuł aktualizuje jeden z problemów lingwoemocjologii — sposoby przedstawienia negatywnych emocji i uczuć za pomocą odpowiednich “afektywnych znaków przestankowych” lub “emocjonalnych znaków przestankowych”, modelujących transpozycję w dziełach literackich różnych lingwokultur (zwłaszcza ukraińskiej, rosyjskiej, angielskiej), co pozwala na wyróżnienie “interpunkcji emocjonalnej” jako składnika teorii lingwoemocjologii. Artykuł prezentuje również wyniki eksperymentu psycholingwistycznego, przeprowadzonego w audytorium studenckim.
    The article focuses on the actualization of one of the problem of linguistics of emotions — the ways of representation of the negative emotions and feelings by means of “the affective punctuation signs” or “the emotional punctuation signs” that model the transposition in fiction texts of different linguistic cultures (Ukrainian, Russian and English). This fact gives grounds to single out an emotional punctuation as a constituent of linguistics of emotions. The data of a psycho-linguistic experiment held among the students have been represented.

    Taking as a starting point the nowadays evident role of media in the process of forming public opinion, our article focuses on the function performed in it by the title pages of periodicals.     The article discusses the functions of the map in the journalism and poetry of Michał Książek (Droga 816, Jakuck, Nauka o ptakach, Północny wschód). The author asserts that the map creates multiple tensions between the sign and reality and releases the emotions which accompany the journey, both in space and time. Książek constantly seeks correspondence between the world of the map and reality, which he merges in his travel narratives and observations.

    Opis:
    The different emotional perceptions of reality have created in literature three specific modes: lyric, drama and epic. Epic works correspond more to the prose of life and reflect its presentation in literature, both fictional and aesthetical. It is clamed, that nowadays rage is booming and anger is fashion (Johannes Lehman). Then comes the question how modern authors present these phenomena in their works and how it is perceived. The novel by Daniel Kehlmann “F” (2013) could be seen as a material for the possible explanations of the emotion “anger” in relation to the cultural-historical background of modern time. The examples analyzed indicate that the rage of the protagonists comes from the inadequacy of solving their sexual, intellectual, economic, artistic and religious problems and is mostly named but not described.
