    Ce travail examine le fonctionnement des pronoms démonstratifs neutres du français devant les subordinnées de type relatif. Il montre les différences de comportement de ce par rapport aux formes cela, ceci, ça , en détaillant les modes d'acquisition du sens et de la référence de ces termes, et établit que ce  est un pronom défini non démonstratif, avec des évolutions dans les usages.
    This work deals with the construction of relatives and cleft clauses that follow a demonstrative pronoun in French. It examines their mode of acquisition of meaning and reference, either by referential increase obtained by predicative interactions and lexical meaning, or by the process of focusing on a referent in the situation or context. We show that the original pronoun ce is no longer demonstrative in all these structures, and how the various demonstratives are used in actual French in those contexts.

    Praca przedstawia nowe algorytmy dla względnego pozycjonowania GPS, oparte na zbiorach różnic fazowych typu Schreibera. Tradycyjne procedury, stosujące podwójne lub potrójne różnicowanie faz i ścisłe modele stochastyczne w estymacji najmniejszych kwadratów, wymagają wyznaczenia odwrotności (inwersji) niediagonalnej i zazwyczaj znacznych rozmiarów macierzy kowariancyjnej. Finalnym produktem inwersji jest pełna (niediagonalna) macierz wagowa. Koszt kompletnego rozwiązania staje się bardzo znaczący w przypadku wielopunktowych sesji GPS i przy stosowaniu potrójnego różnicowania faz. Formułując zbiór różnic typu Schreibera, otrzymujemy estymację najmniejszych kwadratów z diagonalną macierzą wagową. Estymatory są identyczne z zadaniem oryginalnym. Użyteczne cechy algorytmów są teoretycznie dowiedzione. Algorytmy zostały zaimplementowane w profesjonalnych programach dla GPS, m.in. w module automatycznego post-processingu (APPS) w systemie stacji referencyjnych ASG-EUPOS w Polsce.
    The paper presents new algorithms for GPS relative positioning, basing on Schreiber's type sets of carrier phase differences. Traditional procedures, using the double or triple phase differencing and strict stochastic models in the least-squares estimation, require the inversing of non diagonal and usually large covariance matrix. The final product of inversion is a full (non diagonal) weight matrix. The cost of the complete solution is very simple in case of a multi-point GPS session and by application of triple phase differences. Formulating the Schreiber's type set of differences we obtain the least-squares estimation with the diagonal weight matrix. The estimators are identical to the original task. The applicable features of the algorithms are theoretically proved. The algorithms are implemented in professional GPS soft ware, e.g. in the automatic post-processing module (APPS) in ASG-EUPOS system of reference stations in Poland.

    Opis:
    This paper deals some linear regression type ratio exponential estimators for estimating the population mean using the known values of quartile deviation and deciles of an auxiliary variable in survey sampling. The expressions of the bias and the mean square error of the suggested estimators have been derived. It was compared with the usual mean, usual ratio (Cochran (1977)), Kadilar and Cingi (2004, 2006) and Subzar et al. (2017) estimators. After comparison, the condition which makes the suggested estimators more efficient than others is found. To verify the theoretical results, numerical results are performed on two natural population data sets.

    This study aims at studying the characteristics of some meteorological variables in Sokoto and its vicinity using probability distribution models. The thirty one (31) years data (i.e 1980-2010) were collected at Nigerian Meteorological Agency (Nimet) Oshodi and the data were subjected to various probability distribution analyses in order to resolute the best fit probability functions for each meteorological variables. The variables measured consist of Relative humidity, Rainfall, Temperature, Sunshine hours, Solar radiation, wind speed and Evaporation pitche. Whereas the probability distribution models adopt were Normal, Gumbel, Pearson type III and Log-Pearson type III distribution functions. Numerical equation were recognized and used to forecast the variables. Goodness of fit tests such as chi-square, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination were carried out to obtain the reliability of the forecasted values. The model that satisfies the statistical tests conditions mostly was selected as the best fit model. The study revealed that Rainfall, wind speed, evaporation pitche are best fitted by Log-pearson type III probability distribution model, whereas the Relative humidity, solar radiation, sunshine hours and temperature the best model is Gumbel probability distribution.

    Problem dotyczy oceny wartości średnie (globalnej) zmiennej w populacji ustalonej I skończonej. Zakład się, że z góry są znane w populacji wartości dodatniej zmiennej pomocniczej. Do estymacji użyto strategia kwantylowej zależnej m.in. od planu losowania proporcjonalnego do nieujemnej funkcji kwantyla z próby zmiennej pomocniczej. Ponadto, brano pod uwagę estymator Horvitza- Thompsona oraz estymator ilorazowy. Porównanie dokładności przeprowadzono na podstawie symulacji komputerowej.
