Opis:
The article describes application of selected methods of technical diagnostics for assessing the operating status of precision gearboxes. Within the confines of experimental measurements in the field of physical metallurgy materials of diagnosed system were being examined while taking into account the process of degradation of material properties during operation of monitored gearboxes. Measurements and collecting of dynamic data were realized on 4 selected gearboxes where a high-frequency vibrations and acoustic emission (noise) measurements were carried out. Retrieved values were subsequently used for mutual correlation and verification of applied methods. Results of both selected methods underlined unsatisfactory operation status with 3 inspected gearboxes. Measured values were identified as being above suggested caution limit of Alarm 2, representing a level of danger.

W artykule przedstawiono metodę wspomagania komputerowego do diagnozowania łopatek turbiny gazowej z wykorzystaniem sztucznych sieci neuronowych. Głównym celem prezentacji jest opracowana sieć neuronowa, za pomocą której na podstawie cech obrazów powierzchni łopatek dokonuje się orzekania o ich stanie (element zdatny, element częściowo zdatny, element niezdatny). Opierając się na wnioskach sformułowanych na podstawie badań mikrostruktury, dotyczących oceny stopnia przegrzania (łopatki zdatne i niezdatne do dalszej eksploatacji), przyjęto jako wzorce obrazy powierzchni reprezentujące łopatki w różnych stanach (neuronowa klasyfikacja wzorcowa). Dodatkowo, wiążąc oraz segregując (wg ich przydatności w procesie uczenia sieci) parametry obrazów, uzyskane zarówno z histogramów jak i macierzy zdarzeń, zautomatyzowano i zwiększono wiarygodność (wspomaganie komputerowe) procesu decyzyjnego. Zastosowanie sztucznej sieci neuronowej umożliwia w większym stopniu odwzorowanie złożonych zależności pomiędzy obrazem łopatki a jej stanem, niż to realizuje diagnosta dotychczasową metodą subiektywną.
The article presents a computer - aided method of diagnostics of gas turbine blades with the use of artificial neural networks. The subject of presentation is the developed neural network, with the help of which - on the basis of features of blade surface images-their condition is determined (operable element, partly operable element, inoperable element). Basing on conclusions formulated on the basis of microstructure examinations and concerning evaluation of state of overheating (blades suitable and not suitable for further operation), as patterns assumed were surface images representing blades in various states (neural pattern classification). Additionally, combining and segregating (according to their applicability for the network teaching process) image parameters, acquired from histograms as well as from matrix of events, automated and increased was the credibility (computer aiding) of a decision process. The application of artificial neural network enables better representation of complex relations between blade image and its condition than in the case of subjective methods used currently by diagnosticians.

Purpose – to develop the methodological provisions of the functional-parametric approach to diagnostics for operating the development through the centers of responsibility of an innovation-oriented industrial enterprise in the process of functioning. Design / Method / Approach. The functional-parametric approach, methods of systematization, concretization, abstract-logical, causality and causal-consequence. are used in the research. The monographs and scientific publications, Internet resources are the information basis of the research. Findings. The author substantiate the expediency of functional-parametric approach application to diagnostics for operating the development of innovation-oriented enterprise. The interpretation of concepts of operating the development and development mode are proposed. The structure of the tasks and consequences of operating the development by the functional centers of responsibility are formed. There are proposed the methodological provisions of the functional-parametric approach to diagnostics for operating the development in the process of functioning of the innovation-oriented enterprise through the centers of responsibility, which are based on the application of indicators of the implementation level of economic functions and obtaining economic returns on the dynamics of the results of the enterprise functioning, anticipate a functional dependence between the diagnosed parameters and include the diagnostic procedures complex. Theoretical implications. The interpretation of the concepts of research is revealed, the methodological provisions of the diagnostics in the operation of the development in the process of functioning of the innovation-oriented enterprise are proposed. Practical implications. The practical result of the application of proposed approach is combination of managerial and economic diagnostics, which allows operating the development of the enterprise through the centers of responsibility Originality / Value. The originality of the research is to develop and substantiate the methodological provisions of the functional-parametric approach to diagnostics for operating the development through the centers of responsibility (provision, reproduction, expansive and innovative reproduction), corresponding to the functioning of the innovation-oriented enterprise in the development mode. Future research. The direction for further research is the formation of the mechanism of operating the development of innovation-oriented enterprises in the functioning process.  Paper type: сonceptual.
Цель работы – разработать методологические положения функционально-параметрического подхода к диагностике при оперировании развитием через центры ответственности в процессе функционирования инновационно ориентированного промышленного предприятия. Дизайн / Метод / Подход исследования. Использованы функционально-параметрический подход, методы систематизации, конкретизации, абстрактно-логический и причинно-следственный. Результаты исследования. Обосновано целесообразность применения функционально-параметрического подхода к диагностике при оперировании развитием инновационно ориентированного предприятия. Предложено трактовки понятий оперирования развитием и режим развития. Сформировано структуру задач и последствий оперирования развитием по функциональным центрам ответственности. Предложены методологические положения функционально-параметрического подхода к диагностике при оперировании развитием в процессе функционирования инновационно ориентированного предприятия через центры ответственности, которые базируются на применении показателей уровня выполнения экономических функций и получения экономической отдачи за динамикой результатов функционирования предприятия, предусматривают функциональную зависимость между диагностированными параметрами и включают комплекс диагностических процедур. Теоретическое значение исследования. Раскрыто трактовки понятий исследования, предложены методологические положения диагностики в оперировании развитием в процессе функционирования инновационно ориентированного предприятия. Практическое значение исследования. Практическим результатом применения предлагаемого подхода является сочетание управленческой и экономической диагностики, позволяющий оперировать развитием предприятия через центры ответственности. Оригинальность / Ценность / Научная новизна исследования. Новизна исследований заключается в разработке и обосновании методологических положений функционально-параметрического подхода к диагностике при оперировании развитием через центры ответственности (обеспечение, воспроизведение, расширенного и инновационного воспроизводства), соответствующие функционированию инновационно ориентированного предприятия в режиме развития. Перспективы дальнейших исследований. Формирование механизма оперирования развитием инновационно ориентированных предприятий в процессе функционирования.  Тип статьи – теоретическая.
Мета роботи – розробити методологічні положення функціонально-параметричного підходу до діагностики в оперуванні розвитком через центри відповідальності в процесі функціонування інноваційно орієнтованого промислового підприємства. Дизайн/метод/підхід. В дослідженні використано функціонально-параметричний підхід, методи систематизації, конкретизації, абстрактно-логічний та причинно-наслідковий. Інформаційною основою дослідження стали монографічні праці та наукові публікації, Інтернет-ресурси. Результати дослідження. Обґрунтовано доцільність застосування функціонально-параметричного підходу до діагностики в оперуванні розвитком інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства. Запропоновано трактування понять оперування розвитком та режим розвитку. Сформовано структуру завдань та наслідків оперування розвитком за функціональними центрами відповідальності. Запропоновано методологічні положення діагностики в оперуванні розвитком в процесі функціонування інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства на основі функціонально-параметричного підходу, які ґрунтуються на застосуванні показників рівня виконання економічних функцій й отримання економічної віддачі за динамікою результатів функціонування підприємства, передбачають функціональну залежність між діагностованими параметрами та включають комплекс діагностичних процедур. Теоретичне значення дослідження. Розкрито трактування понять дослідження, запропоновано методологічні положення діагностики в оперуванні розвитком в процесі функціонування інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства. Практичне значення дослідження. Практичним результатом застосування пропонованого підходу є поєднання управлінської та економічної діагностики, що дозволяє оперувати розвитком підприємства через центри відповідальності. Оригінальність/цінність/наукова новизна дослідження. Новизна досліджень полягає в розробленні й обґрунтуванні методологічних положень функціонально-параметричного підходу до діагностики за оперування розвитком через центри відповідальності (забезпечення, відтворення, розширеного та інноваційного відтворення), відповідні функціонуванню інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства в режимі розвитку. W artykule przedstawiono koncepcję budowy i sposób realizacji systemu diagnostycznego do oceny stanu silników indukcyjnych pracujących w układach napędowych wózków wagonów tramwajowych. Przedstawiono najważniejsze założenie, które należy przyjąć przy projektowaniu i zestawieniu układu pomiarowego oraz doborze skutecznych metod diagnostycznych do wykrywania uszkodzeń elektrycznych i mechanicznych w układzie napędowym tramwaju. Przedstawiono opis układu pomiarowego oraz sygnały, które są wykorzystywane w module diagnostycznym. Na bazie doczasowych doświadczeń autorów wybrano metody diagnostyczne, które poprzez analizę sygnałów prądów, napięć i prędkości w dziedzinie czasowo-częstotliwościowej pozwolą na skuteczne wykrywanie uszkodzeń w stanach dynamicznej pracy napędu. Reprezentatywną grupą metod diagnostycznych przedstawioną w artykule jest metoda analizy spektrogramu kurtozy. Podjęte prace są związane z poszukiwaniem nowych skutecznych metod diagnostycznych do wykrywania uszkodzeń natury elektrycznej i mechanicznej występujących w układach napędowych wagonów tramwajowych.
The article presents the concept of construction and the implementation method of a diagnostic system for the assessment of the condition of induction motors operating in the drive systems of trolley carriages. The most important assumption that should be made when designing and setting up the measurement system and selection of effective diagnostic methods for detecting electrical and mechanical damage in the tram drive system was presented. A description of the measuring system and signals used in the diagnostic module are presented. Based on the authors' past experiences, diagnostic methods have been selected which, by analyzing the signals of currents, voltages and speeds in the time-frequency domain, will allow for effective detection of failures in the states of dynamic operation of the drive. A representative group of diagnostic methods presented in the article is the method of kurtosis spectrogram analysis. The work undertaken is related to the search for new, effective diagnostic methods to detect electrical and mechanical damage occurring in the drive systems of tram cars.

The aim of the paper is to recognize diagnostic symptoms based on parametric modeling with the use of system identification methods in the scope of monitoring techniques intended for rotating machinery. The particular attention is paid to the diagnosis of running gear subassemblies both at the standstill and during the running. Opis:
Evaluating combustion quality using sensors that allow continuous assessment of the process is one of the modern methods of engine sensory diagnostics. The proper calibration of such systems is a task that requires many studies to determine the conditions and quantities affecting the process. The analysis of significance of quantities related to the ionization signal was carried out in the article. The magnitude of the voltage generating the electric field, the type of spark plug used, the distance of the spark plug electrodes and the dynamic factor - spark plug operating temperature - were all tested. The tests were carried out using a CNG burner (with an excess air ratio of λ = 1) and four spark plugs. As a result of the ionization signal research, the following relationships were obtained: regarding the impact of the sensor position on the amount of generated voltage (the smaller the distance the greater the value of the signal), the effect of temperature on the sensor resistance (non-linear relationship: increase in temperature decreases resistance, with R2 = 0.9997) effect of system voltage on the ionization signal (linear relationship: voltage increase increases the ionization current signal with a determination coefficient of R2 = 0.9803). In addition, it was found that using an iridium electrode candle had the best effects on the ionization current, regardless of the electrode’s geometrical parameters.

The paper deals with practical applications of the DriveWindow software to electric drive technology. This software tool is designed for setting up, monitoring and controlling drives fed from ACS and DCS series converters. Ramowa Instrukcja Eksploatacji Transformatorów – RIET-2022 jest w polskiej elektroenergetyce instrukcją podstawową. RIET-2022 uwzględnia aktualne przepisy prawne: dyrektywy UE, ustawy i rozporządzenia obowiązujące w Polsce oraz aktualne normy europejskie. RIET-2022 może być wykorzystywana do opracowania instrukcji stanowiskowych, do szkolenia pracowników i przez firmy diagnostyczne. Diagnostykę off-line transformatorów olejowych hermetycznych i transformatorów suchych RIET-2022 ogranicza do pomiaru rezystancji izolacji. W artykule badania diagnostyczne wymienionych transformatorów rozszerzono o badania polaryzacyjne izolacji, a dla transformatorów przekształtnikowych zaproponowano wzmocnienie izolacji zwojowej.
The Framework Operating Instruction for Transformers – ROIT-2022 is the basic instruction in the Polish power industry. FOIT-2022 takes into account current legal regulations: EU Directives, Acts and Regulations in force in Poland and current European standards. FOIT-2022 can be used to develop Workplace Instructions, to train employees and by diagnostic companies. Off-line diagnostics of hermetic oil transformers and dry-type transformers FOIT-2022 is limited to the measurement of insulation resistance. In the article, the diagnostic tests of the mentioned transformers were extended with polarization tests of the insulation, and for the converter transformers it was proposed to strengthen the turn insulation.

W ocenie zawilgocenia wykorzystano spektroskopię dielektryczną w dziedzinie częstotliwości (FDS). Wspomagano się również danymi pochodzącymi z badań metodami fizykochemicznymi. Wyciągnięto alarmujące wnioski dotyczące zawilgocenia izolacji.
The paper presents the investigation results of insulation moistening of over 70 transformers operating in the Polish power grid. The results were obtained from examining the transformers in the years 2004-2008. In the assessment of moisture content the frequency domain spectroscopy was used. Additionally, the physicochemical methods were applied. The authors came to the alarming conclusion concerning the moistening of transformer insulation.

Opis:
The diagnostic tasks, provided measurements and specialisted equipement of stationary test stand for checking of EU-07 locomotives are presented. For diagnostics of current collectors new method is proposed, which use special prepared overhead line section on depots exit track. For overhead catenary diagnostics the complex system consisted of special test carriages and stationary data processing stations is developed. Most of essential catenary parameters are measured by the test run and then evaluated by specialised software.
Przedstawiono funkcje i oprzyrządowanie stanowiska diagnostycznego do badania lokomotyw w serii EUO7. Jako przykład opisano przebieg testu nastaw wyłącznika szybkiego. Zaproponowano nową metodę kontroli charakterystyki stycznej odbieraka prądu. Badanie przeprowadza się na specjalnie przygotowanej sekcji sieci trakcyjnej na torze wyjazdowym lokomotywowni. Ocenie podlega przebieg siły oddziaływania przewodu jezdnego na wysięgnik specjalnego słupa pomiarowego, wywołanej naciskiem odbieraka na sieć. Przedstawiono kompleksowy system diagnostyki sieci jezdnej DST. W jego skład wchodza trzy specjalne wagony pomiarowe, dokonujące pomiaru istotnych parametrów sieci podczas przejazdów diagnostycznych, oraz kilka stacjonarnych stacji przetwarzania danych. Dzięki utworzeniu specjalnej lokalizacyjnej bazy danych, automatycznie korygujacej lokalizacje punktów podwieszania sieci, rozwiazano problem ich niedoskonałej detekcji, występujący przy wszystkich stosowanych w świecie metodach.

Omówiono jakim badaniom winno się poddawać silniki indukcyjne w napędach elektrownianych. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na silniki WN klatkowe w napędach potrzeb własnych. Przedstawiono potrzebę badań symulacyjnych i warunki jakie muszą być spełnione aby ich wyniki były wiarygodne. Zwrócono uwagę na eksploatacyjne pomiary diagnostyczne pozwalające na ocenę stanu silników i przydatność do dalszej pracy. Pokazano możliwości jakie w tym zakresie stwarzają: badania stanu izolacji napięciem stałym, badania stanu konstrukcji mechanicznej stojana pobudzeniem przez impuls elektromagnetyczny.
The paper presents selected diagnostic tests which will be performed on induction motors used in electric drives in power plants[1, 2, 3]. In dynamic states, such as start-up, re-connection, etc., a rapid increase in the current and electromagnetic internal forces acting in the motor can occur. The dynamic states can cause a damage of the machine. There are proposed some dynamic simulation studies of electric drives as a method of diagnosing the causes of damage. The mathematical model of the induction machine (Section 2) [4, 5] [7, 8] is presented. There is also cited, previously developed by one of the authors [6], the method for determining the electromagnetic parameters of the model. In order to show the usefulness of the method, a comparison of measurements and calculations of some examples of dynamic processes is performed (Fig. 2). It concerns the energy-efficient induction motors [9] (Section 3). An example of comparison of the stator currents of energy-efficient motors obtained from simulating the dynamics of their start-up is presented in Fig. 5. It was noted that the damage of the rotor cage (Section 4) after improving the design of cages [10] and simplifying the methods for diagnosing the state of frames [11] [14] ceased to be a frequent cause of the induction motor damages. Measurements of the insulation state by constant voltage excitation, introduced by T. Glinka [12, 13] and widely used in power industry [14], are discussed in Section 5 (Fig. 6). The ways of estimating the insulation state are presented in [14, 15]. The usefulness of this method was proved on the motors activated after the flood [16]. The methods for testing the winding insulation are listed [17, 18, 19, 20]. The possibility of diagnosing the state of mechanical structures (housing, fixing, packages, etc.) by the method of stimulating with an electromagnetic pulse is also shown (Section 6). [14, 21].In the conclusions (Section 7) the necessity of dynamic simulation testing to verify the correctness of the selection of engines and to forecast the damages of engines is emphasized. The method for testing the winding insulation and the diagnosing of the state of mechanical structures by an electromagnetic pulse are assumed to be the ones of the future and development. The problem of diagnosing rolling bearing is not taken into consideration in the paper.

Severe winters and sweltering summers which more and more often occur nowadays are the reason why machinery designers face many difficulties when designing devices which will be serviceable in extreme ambient conditions. Hence, defining the principles and conditions of safe operation of hydraulically driven machines and devices is essential for their designers and operators. For this reasons the author did a series of tests of hydraulic component and systems in thermal shock conditions (cooled-down component were supplied with hot working medium). In such conditions, starting parameters of the selected hydraulic component and systems which secured safety of their operation were determined. The experimental tests were carried out in the laboratory of the Chair of Hydraulics and Pneumatics, Gdańsk University of Technology.

They gave answer to the question how the effective clearance changes in such conditions and what parameters it depends on. Based on temperature graphs acquired from tests of heating up elements of hydraulic components it is possible to determine precisely change of clearance between cooperating elements.
