Opis:
As many programs of scientific and technical cooperation of various fields are being successfully implemented between Ukraine and the EU, the author has set the goal of intensifying relations between Ukraine and Chile in the field of green energy. The cooperation Ukraine has had with the EU serves as an example of future cooperation between Ukraine and Chile. The text explores Chile’s experience in the field of green energy and, through the comparative example of such cooperation between Ukraine and the EU countries, shows that such interaction is a worthwhile endeavor. Based on an analysis of research materials, one of the priority areas of scientific and technical cooperation is the use of non-traditional renewable energy technologies. In Ukraine, and the EU, as well as Chile, there are objective factors (natural, resources, socio-economic, environmentaltechnological) that concern their development. It is interesting to note Ukraine’s scientific experience and implementation of these technologies and the organizational and economic support of them as priorities in the context of national and regional policy. All aspects of international scientific and technical cooperation, including through the exchange of intellectual products, make it possible to increase the effectiveness of forms of state support, the innovation, production and business activities of Ukraine and the corresponding development of producers and consumers' motivation towards using non-conventional forms of renewable energy technology.

Opis:
Nowadays, alternative energy is being formed as a competitive and attractive sector for investment. The analysis has showed that: 1. Non-traditional renewable energy in Ukraine is not used to its full potential. This is related to certain technical and economical problems. Technical problems include issues concerning the stabilization of frequency and preservation of stability for electronic networks during power fluctuations in power plants which use non-traditional renewable energy sources. Economical problems include additional expenses on energetic systems, joined by facilities related to the preservation of stability and reliability of their work. Today, the development of placement and operation development for renewable energy assumes priority in the allocation of funding, defining perspective directions of development for renewable energy sources and defining the level of involvement in energy balance. It should be noted that it is appropriate to adopt a state program of development of renewable energy sources on the level of investment projects for basic local administrations. 2. Indicators “Potential energy savings” and “Realization of potential of renewable energy sources” provide an opportunity to assess the energy savings component in the national economy and calculate the realization of the potential for renewable energy sources in the long term. This calculation should be the basis of local planning and investment of facilities and systems of renewable energy sources. 3. Development of technologies based on non-conventional renewable energy sources, should be implemented, relying on government support and measures for administrative and economic stimulation. Namely, on the tax arrangements (tax holidays, reduced taxation for installations of alternative energy sources at the level of their construction and the initial period of use, at the level of permission for implementation of local tariffs for such facilities of energy generation, etc.), on the mechanisms of indirect stimulation (through the provision of preferences to land allocations for construction of such facilities, through simplified administrative procedures for project, construction and operational cycles, through the creation of positive image for companies that implement renewable energy projects).

W referacie przedstawiono zagadnienia wykorzystania niekonwencjonalnych źródeł energii w budowie maszyn dla górnictwa skalnego i budownictwa, z uwzględnieniem w szczególności metod akumulacji energii mechanicznej oraz jej powtórnego wykorzystania podczas procesów urabiania, przetwarzania surowców skalnych oraz prac z wykorzystaniem maszyn budowlanych.
Paper presents methods of utilization of non-conventional energy during building and mining processes. Authors focused on waste energy storing, mainly as heat, but also as energy of compressed gases, potential energy of gravity, springs and hydraulics. Some methods of waste energy storing and retrieval are described, for example utilisation of waste heat generated by internal combustion engines of machinery used for heating temporary office and social building on construction sites. Also some methods of storing and utilisation of mechanical energy are described.
