    The study presents the evolution of process organization and process management, as well as the process approach, along with classic, contemporary and modern management concepts that build the value of a global enterprise. The present paper introduces to the reader aspects of contemporary global economy, modern technologies and information technologies in particular, and customer demands, which in the 21st century necessitate changes in management. Based on the collected statistical data, observations and literature, we formulated conclusions concerning the application of process management to the creation of value in global enterprise, including its sustainability. The advantages and disadvantages of this organizational form are also outlined. The aim of the present study is to introduce to the reader, the importance of various methods and forms of management, and process management in particular, for building the value of a global enterprise.

W artykule opisujemy nowoczesne metody zarządzania takie jak: komputery pokładowe, ogumienie, GPS, assistance, karty paliwowe, systemy rozliczeń finansowych. Zwracamy uwagę na ubezpieczenia towarzyszące flotom samochodowym
    A dynamic demand for road carriage of a variety of goods has prompted a rapid increase in the number of businesses operating a variety of different motor cars. These are most often private, state-owned or cooperative enterprises operating at least 5 motor cars (car fleets). The purpose of this article is to present modern management methods for commercial truck and van fleets. We argue that, for all practical purposes, trucks are available on a round the clock basis. The article describes advanced management methods and tools, such as on-board computers, tyres, GPS, assistance, fuel cards, or payment systems. We also address the issue of car fleet insurance.

    The implementation of processes comprising the overall project management consists in the use of various tools, methods and techniques depending on the type of the project. The knowledge of the industry and the characteristics of construction projects make it possible to select those which, on the one hand, will not cause difficulties for the contractors and on the other, will, in fact, constitute a necessary complement to the technical skills of the project manager. Construction companies face situations that have a profound impact on the failure of projects. Such occurrences include a large number of simultaneously implemented projects, the appointment of a person who knows the project mainly from the implementation side as the project manager, a failure to perform risk analysis and procedures that become irrelevant when deadlines are approaching. After reviewing the available construction projects, analysing the literature, consulting experts and making observations, the authors determined that the majority of difficulties and failures result from omissions or errors that take place during the project planning and implementation stages. The following paper outlines the selected elements of project management, whose application in construction projects may significantly affect their final success and the results obtained. It also includes an example of the use of modern management methods, which certainly include risk management methods. A utilitarian tool addressing the effects of risk analysis is a contingency plan. Contingency may be translated as eventuality, possibility and sometimes also as coincidence.
    W realizacji procesów składających się na całościowe zarządzanie projektem możemy zidentyfikować różne narzędzia, metody i techniki uzależnione od rodzaju prowadzonego projektu. Znajomość branży oraz charakterystyki przedsięwzięć budowlanych pozwala na wybranie tych, które z jednej strony nie przysporzą trudności realizatorom a z drugiej strony będą wręcz niezbędnym uzupełnieniem do technicznych umiejętności kierownika projektu. W przedsiębiorstwach budowlanych możemy zidentyfikować sytuacje, które mają ogromny wpływ na finalne niepowodzenie projektów. Wśród takich zdarzeń obserwujemy dużą liczbę realizowanych jednocześnie projektów, wybór na kierownika projektu osoby, które zna projekt głównie od strony realizacji, brak analizy ryzyka czy procedury, które przy nadchodzących deadlinach schodzą na drugi plan. Po zweryfikowaniu dostępnych projektów budowlanych, analizie literatury, przeprowadzeniu konsultacji z ekspertami oraz obserwacji, zespół autorski określił, iż większość trudności i niepowodzeń jest efektem zaniechań lub błędów na etapie planowania i realizacji projektów. W pracy przedstawiono wybrane elementy zarządzania projektami, których zastosowanie w projektach budowlanych może wpłynąć w znacznym stopniu na finalne powodzenie projektu i osiągane wyniki. Podano także przykład wykorzystania nowoczesnych metod zarządzania. Do nowoczesnych metod zarządzania możemy z pewnością zaliczyć metody służące do zarządzania ryzykiem. Utylitarnym narzędziem odnoszącym się do efektów analizy ryzyka są plany kontyngencji. Kontyngencje możemy tłumaczyć jako: ewentualność, możliwość, a czasami także jako przypadek.

    Celem poniższego artykułu jest omówienie wyników badań dotyczących kontrolingu jako narzędzia wspomagającego menedżerów wprowadzających efektywne metody zarządzania. Badania empiryczne zostały przeprowadzone wśród pracowników polskich organizacji zarówno państwowych jak i prywatnych o różnej wielkości. Menedżerowie stosując kontroling w praktyce, konstruują coraz bardziej optymalne rozwiązania usprawniające proces zarządzania organizacją. Ponadto autorzy artykułu wskazują instrumenty kontrolingu, które stymulują ten proces decyzyjny.
    The main purpose of this article is to present and discuss the results of authors empirical researches connected with a controlling as an instrument which can assist managers who are implementing effective management methods. The empirical researches were conducted among the employees of Polish state and private organizations of all sizes. The managers who are using controlling in practice are able to create solutions which can improve the process of organizational management. The authors would also like to present controlling instruments that can stimulate the decision-making process.

    Purpose: The aim of the study is to present a changing global environment for businesses, to use modern elements of management, IT and telecommunications as necessary elements in the face of the pandemic and global crisis, to sustain the functioning of businesses, organisations, economies and states. Design/methodology/approach: On the basis of the collected statistical data, own research and surveys, observations and literature, conclusions have been drawn concerning trends of changes in the organisation and the application of modern management concepts and forms of management. The study presents the functioning of enterprises taking into account their further environment, especially economic and social, against the background of the current problems of the EU and the world economy. The study also presents the problems of modern global economy, pandemic and sustainable development. Findings: Study presents selected elements of governance and trends of change in the organisation. What matters most for companies is marketing, finance, profit, strategies, personnel, innovation, modern methods and forms of organisation, etc. However, elements of IT and modern management methods already have an important and growing position, especially in the face of the pandemic, remote work and the global crisis. Technological and macro-economic changes, new methods of management, shrinking natural resources in the world at the turn of the 20th and 21st century, looking for substitutes, all these set out the directions for the development of companies. In addition, socio-political and epidemiological changes, computerisation and automation, cause changes in the functioning of enterprises, both large and small.

    Współczesne przedsiębiorstwa funkcjonują w warunkach bardzo silnej konkurencji i szybko dokonujących się, a przy tym często nieprzewidywalnych, zmian w otoczeniu. Muszą więc dysponować odpowiednim instrumentarium, które pozwoliłoby prawnie zarządzać. Potrzeba ta sprzyja z kolei rozwojowi różnorodnych koncepcji, metod czy technik organizacji i zarządzania. Problemem staje się pełna znajomość tych narzędzi, odpowiedni ich dobór, przygotowanie do wprowadzenia do praktyki, sprawne wdrożenie wykorzystywanie. Trudność z doborem będących w dyspozycji koncepcji czy metod wynika z faktu, iż są one wykorzystywane w różnych obszarach funkcjonowania przesiębiorstwa. Szczególnie szeroki zestaw metod mamy do dyspozycji w przypadku urządzania produkcją czy logistyką. Dlatego też właśnie tym problemom poświęcono w artykul najwięcej uwagi.
    Contemporary enterprises operate in very strong competitive conditions and in rapidly taking place unpredictable changes in the nvironment. And therefore they need the appropriate instrumentation which would enable efficient management. The need in turn encourages the development of various concepts, methods or techniques of organization and management. The problem is complete knowledge of these tools, their proper selection, preparation for practice, effective implementation and exploitation. The difficulty with the selection of the available concepts or methods derives from the fact that they are used in different business areas of the enterprise. Especially, a broad set of methods we have available for production management and logistics. Therefore, these problems are discussed iv in the article.

    Healthcare facilities are increasingly drawing on modern management methods and tools to raise effectiveness of performed therapeutic processes, and to optimize their costs, duration and resources. This article aims at demonstrating the possibilities and the advantages resulting from using business process management tools in practice of healthcare centers. The presented process models described the independent decisions that the medical personnel made in their day-to-day operations and - from the process modelling phase - mechanisms of controlling and obtaining knowledge on the actual performance of a selected therapy. In the subsequent stages, by using process mining tools, it will be possible to recreate selected therapeutic processes and use them as knowledge sources during similar cases. The main aim of this research set at the beginning - searching for the „ideal” therapeutic process, was abandoned during the implementation. After the first failed attempts to create a detailed model of a process, the objective of the project was changed to modeling processes in a way to enable their adaptation to the needs of a specific performance, while still retaining the possibility of obtaining practical and useful knowledge.

    W artykule przedstawiono w sposób retrospektywny zintegrowany system informatyczny zarządzania, a w głównej mierze system komputerowy wspierający planowanie i sterowanie przedsiębiorstwem produkcyjnym.     The article presents an integrated technological system of management retrospectively, in particular the computer system supporting planning and operating a production enterprise. Furthermore, it provides, among other things, identification, application, advantages and disadvantages of MRP / ERP class systems. The major part of the article is dedicated to a description of the most advanced integrated system of management which is ERP II system. The Polish market of information systems supporting production management was analysed as well.

    The growing food service market is conducive to clarify the areas of interest in the field of logistics management. Logistics Management as orientation in conducting businesses need methods and tools that can be used. Creating economic and logistic flows, the owners of dining options depends on maintaining the highest efficiency, effectiveness with the least capital intensity. The paper consists of two parts. The first part covers aspects of unconventional approaches to managing it creates a chance for the development of the organization and presents modern methods and concepts of logistics management in the catering industry, used in the catering industry.

    Rozwijający się rynek usług gastronomicznych sprzyja precyzowaniu obszarów zainteresowania zarządzania logistycznego w sektorze. Zarządzanie logistyczne jako orientacja w prowadzeniu przedsiębiorstwa potrzebuje metod oraz narzędzi, którymi może się posłużyć. Tworząc ekonomiczne i logistyczne przepływy, właścicielom lokali gastronomicznych zależy na zachowaniu jak największej skuteczności, efektywności przy jak najmniejszej kapitałochłonności. Opracowanie składa się z dwóch części. W drugiej części publikacji dotyczącej nowoczesnych metod zarządzania logistycznego w gastronomii dowiedziono, że wdrażanie współ- czesnych systemów zarządzania logistycznego przyczynia się do budowania silnej pozycji przedsiębiorstwa na rynku.     The growing food service market is conducive to clarify the areas of interest of logistics management in the sector. Logistics Management as orientation in conducting businesses need methods and tools that can be used. Creating economic and logistic flows, the owners of dining options depends on maintaining the highest efficiency, effectiveness with the least capital-intensive. The paper consists of two parts. In the second part of the publication on modern methods of logistics management in the hospitality demonstrated that the implementation of modern logistics management system contributes to building a strong position of the company on the market. Measurable advantage for companies operating in the catering industry is a group of regular customers, specifying the items enterprise.

    The article Changed results of studies conducted among middle management staff of one of the companies in construction and assembly of the knowledge of the methods and tools of project management and project managers competence. Employees who participated in the study, acting as contract manager and the object of their direct involvement investment plans are realized in the form of projects related to industrial insulation, scaffolding and assembly services in many areas of both construction and industrial applications. The choice of this group of respondents was not accidental, since the contract manager most often determine the success project. The study was conducted in one of the companies in Opole province. The study involved 16 respondents from 26 project managers employed by the company. The main objective of the study was to gain knowledge about the competence of project managers (contracts). Conducted for this purpose a survey which was anonymous and contained 29 questions. Questions related to the competence of the project manager. Competencies that have been studied are: technical, social, organizational and managerial. The results of the study were a surprise to both the investigator and the President of the company, because it turned out that the steering contracts employed by the company are not familiar with common methods and tools of project management. The reason for these results is the lack of use of the names of these methods the company. The company carries out its projects based on internal procedures "Service Delivery", which is part of the Quality Management System. The procedure is developed on the basis of the methods of project management. Although the project managers use the methods and techniques of project management, are not using their common names only the term "Service Delivery". Due to this fact cannot determine the technical competence of project managers in this factory.

Są one bardziej skuteczne i bardziej efektywne niż klasyczne metody zarządzania. Wdrażając te metody trzeba pamiętać, że nie są one doskonałe. Należy poszukiwać dalszych rozwiązań optymalizujących proces zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem.
    The presented text is providing first from the cycle of articles concerning implementing of modern concepts managing in Polish enterprises. The questionnaire survey was conducted at the beginning of 2013 and included testing 100 Polish companies. In the opinion of the interviewees modern management methods applied in practice own companies to the economic efficiency improvement. They are more effective and more effective than classic management methods. Implementing these methods it is necessary to remember that they aren’t excellent. You must seek further solutions optimizing the process of the business management

Celem pracy jest przedstawienie charakterystyk współczesnych filozofii zarządzania produkcją, metod i narzędzi wspomagających zarządzanie utrzymaniem maszyn we współczesnych systemach produkcyjnych. Materiały i metody: Materiał bazuje na literaturze przedmiotu i przemyśleniach autorów. Zastosowano technikę badawczą deskresearch i uzupełniono jej treść przykładem zastosowania narzędzi związanych z utrzymaniem ruchu maszyn. Wyniki: W pracy scharakteryzowano wybrane koncepcje racjonalizacji zadań służb utrzymania ruchu na tle współczesnych systemów produkcyjnych. Przedstawiono istotne metody i narzędzia zarządzania utrzymaniem ruchu maszyn, stosowane w koncepcjach: szczupłej produkcji - Lean Manufacturing (LM), produkcji klasy światowej - World Class Manufacturing (WCM) oraz zwinnej produkcji - Agile Manufacturing (AM). Analizę wsparto badaniem funkcjonowania TPM w przedsiębiorstwie poprzez pomiar wskaźnika ogólnej efektywności wyposażenia - OEE. W trakcie prowadzonych badań autorzy zidentyfikowali kilka barier i problemów związanych z zarządzaniem utrzymania ruchu infrastruktury technicznej. Wniosek: Zastosowanie odpowiedniej filozofii zarządzania utrzymaniem ruchu infrastruktury technicznej jest zasadniczym elementem, który wpływa na efektywność i niezawodność pracy.
    Introduction and aim: Modern production systems, increasing the degree of automation and high levels pose enterprises increasingly higher requirements to organize maintenance services of machinery. The response to these changes in the area of maintaining high reliability and efficiency of technical infrastructure is the emergence of new concepts, methods and tools supporting the work of services from the maintenance department. The aim of the study is to present the characteristics of modern production management philosophy, methods and tools to support the management of maintenance equipment in modern production systems. Material and methods: The material is based on the literature and the authors’ thoughts. The desk research technology was used and its content was supplemented by an example of tools related to machine maintenance. Results: The study characterized the rationalization concepts selected tasks of maintenance services on the background of modern production systems. Significant methods and tools of machine maintenance management were presented, used in the following concepts: lean production - Lean Manufacturing (LM), world class production - World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and agile production - Agile Manufacturing (AM). The analysis of the problem was supported by the study of TPM functioning in the enterprise by measuring the general equipment efficiency indicator - OEE. During the research, the authors identified several barriers and problems related to the management of technical infrastructure maintenance. Conclusions: Application of proper management philosophy of maintenance of the technical infrastructure is an essential element that affects the efficiency and reliability

    Productive management of possessed infrastructure is one of the factors that determine competitiveness specific efficiency and production ability. In fact, the proper operating of devices in the enterprise is a very important element of system of machine operation management. Proper operating demands specific actions due to having certain production demands, priorities and supervision. Issues connected with traditional and modern stock of machine tools management were presented in this paper. Methods of technical infrastructure management of enterprise and their advantages and drawbacks were discussed too. Special importance is given to TPM - an innovative approach towards machine operation, the reduction of stoppages and elimination of sources of wastage. Key aspects of TPM implementation process which requires eg. systemic everyday work (5S), were presented. Beside technical and personal problems, the area of fulfilling the rules of safe work with machining devices was discussed. Stages of searching for incompatibilities, generating of necessary documents and establishing essential areas of technical condition of machines conditions were showed.

    Methods of management of cement composites unused remains are present in the article. Each of these methods is a part of the sustainable construction idea. Moreover, the management and utilization of such waste is a legal obligation imposed on the producer of this waste. Some tests of granulate obtained by one of mention methods are also present in the paper.

Rozwijająca się technologia dostarcza ambitnym przedsiębiorcą coraz to dokładniejszych i pozbawionych błędów statycznych, wyników. Prawidłowe wyciągnie wniosków na ich podstawie oraz odpowiednia analiza działań przedsiębiorstwa pozwala wspiąć się firmie na bardzo wysoki poziom zaangażowania marki na rynku. Pojawiająca się praktyka większej maksymalizacji zysku i minimalizacji kosztów oraz eliminacji bezsensownego zużycia materiałów, podąża za trendem umiejętności prawidłowego projektowania.

This is not a simple process, but an investigation into the effectiveness of compulsory monitoring of market developments, experience, but also knowledge of how to choose measurement methods and their credibility. Technological efficiency provides an ambitious undertaking to increase accuracy and deprive statistics, results. Correct extracts based on them and proper analysis of activities on the basis of cooperation with the company at a very high level. The emerging practice of balancing and minimizing and eliminating senseless material consumption, incited by a trend for proper design.

    Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie współczesnych koncepcji zarządzania, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem zarządzania wiedzą i zarządzania informacjami. W pierwszej części artykułu przedstawiono istotę zarządzania rozwojem firmy oraz determinanty rozwoju, takie jak: potencjał przedsiębiorstwa, otoczenie, finansowanie rozwoju, koncepcje zarządzania rozwojem przyjęte w firmie oraz powiązanie ich ze strategią przedsiębiorstwa. W części drugiej pokazano w oparciu o studia nad literaturą oraz na podstawie dotychczasowych doświadczeń praktycznych na ile stosowanie tych nowych rozwiązań faktycznie sprzyja rozwojowi przedsiębiorstw oraz jakie nowe kierunki rozwijają się w tym obszarze.
    The aim of this article was to present some modern conceptions of the management, with particular attention paid to subject oriented conceptions, especially to the managing of knowledge or information. The first part of the paper presents the essence of company development management, determinants of the development, such as direct and indirect environment, the potential of a company, the trends in the management of company development and source of finance for the company development. The second part of the paper conveys the review of selected conceptions used in the above-discussed areas, while close attention has been given to further possibilities of their applications, taking into consideration constantly changing external conditions.

    The aim of the paper is to present selected tax strategies that are the tool of modern finance management applied in companies. The paper also analyzes current income and VAT taxation methods. The application of a simulation experiment made it possible to point at the optimal solutions as regards the fiscal burdens of business entities.

    The article describes a system for managing wind farms. The proposed system will be based on assumptions of Business Intelligence technology. This includes gathering source data and the use of the ETL process to transform it and load to the target - data warehouse. Then the Business Intelligence application will be responsible for data display, analysis and all kinds of alerts - email and sms. The system will be fully integrated and able to read multisource data.

Współczesne koncepcje i metody zarządzania czasem pracy w organizacji oraz odpowiednio dobrana koncepcja i metoda zarządzania czasem pracy w Policji może wpłynąć pozytywnie na skuteczność i realizacje celów statutowych oraz strategicznych. To z kolei może przynieść mierzalne oszczędności. Zwrócono również uwagę na problemy powstające w związku z interpretacją przepisów prawnych normujących czas służby policjantów, jak również na brak ustawowej definicji czasu służby.
    The article was devoted to the issue of time management officer. Good time management resulting in better organization of work and organizational development. Modern concepts and methods of time management in the organization and properly chosen concept and method of time management in the Police may improve efficiency and realization of statutory objectives and strategic. This in turn can produce measurable savings. Attention was also paid to the problems arising in connection with the interpretation of legal provisions regulating the time of service of police officers, as well as the lack of a statutory definition of duty.

    W artykule przeanalizowano kwestię podnoszenia atrakcyjności lokalizacyjnej małych miast w Polsce poprzez analizę potencjału instytucjonalnego gmin. Celem badawczym jest analiza wpływu współczesnych programów rozwoju instytucjonalnego oraz metod zarządzania jakością w małych miastach w Polsce, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem metody PRI, która została szczegółowo opisana w samym artykule. Jako przykład stosowania tej metody w małych miastach przedstawiono miasto Sochaczew, które z powodzeniem od wielu lat stosuje metodę PRI.
    In the article the issue of increasing the attractiveness of small cities in Poland was researched by analyzing the institutional capacity of local governments. The research objective is to analyze the impact of contemporary institutional development programs and quality management methods in small cities in Poland, with particular emphasis on the PRI method, which is described in detail in the article itself. The city of Sochaczew was detailed described as an example of this method in small cities. The city of Sochaczew has been successfully applying the PRI method for many years.

    Współczesny świat nie może się obyć się bez energii. Dynamiczny rozwój cywilizacyjny spowodował, że zapotrzebowanie na energię jest ogromne. W przemyśle nawozów sztucznych jej udział w kosztach produkcji wynosi nawet 70%. Również przemysł ceramiczny cechuje się dużą energochłonnością. Koszty energii elektrycznej stanowią od 7 do 10% całkowitych kosztów produkcji wyrobów, natomiast energii cieplnej pozyskiwanej z gazu ziemnego kształtuje się na poziomie 25-30%. Duża konkurencja na rynku powoduje konieczność utrzymania jak najniższych cen, gdyż podwyżki cen oferowanych produktów mogą doprowadzić do radykalnych spadków sprzedaży lub nawet regresji na rynku materiałów budowlanych. Jednym z głównych problemów, jakie napotykają producenci wyrobów ceramicznych, są systematycznie drożejące nośniki energii zarówno elektrycznej, jak i gazowej.
    The modern world cannot do without energy. Dynamic development of civilization has caused, that the need for energy is huge. In the fertilizer industry, its share of to costs of the production amounts to even a 70%. The ceramics industry is also marked by a great energy consumption. Costs of the electric energy constitute from 7 up to the 10% of total costs of production of products, however the thermal energy acquired from the natural gas is being shaped on level 25-30%. One of the major problems the producers of ceramic products are systematically becoming more expensive, both energy carriers electricity and gas. The article describes of the process of selection of the monitoring system of the electricity consumption in the newly built establishment of ceramic tiles. Inspired to action became implemented a few years ago in a production of facade brick program “SKADEN” which is used for comprehensive analysis of electricity consumption data. It also uses the “Guardian of the contractual power” which controls the average active power absorbed and signals or control exclusion devices in order to avoid exceeding the contractual electricity power. Thanks to that they more rationally are managing the electric energy what is being transferred into great financial gains reaching several dozen thousand zlotys in the scale of the month.

    We developed, justified and verified methodological foundations for the professional training of specialists in public management of quality and security of socio-cultural forms of education, science and innovation systems of diploma-training of future representatives of the academic sphere, successors of scientific heritage of the trans-boundary level to consolidate the efforts of quality and safety cohesion of acquired and prolonged trajectories of employment and professional development , pleasure insurance according to the needs and requirements of interested and academically worthy and capable categories of applicants for educational and scientific services and consulting and advisory services to build intellectual and emotional capacity of perspective development of transcultural interaction of communicative perception of understanding and consent of diverse categories of society without breaking the biosocial stability equilibrium. We achieved the goals of axiological analysis of conceptual and categorical apparatus with regard to the problem of professional training of future public management specialists on the basis of scientific schools of managerialism in philosophical, psychological and pedagogical and managerial literature; we established the semantics of organization of professional training of future public management specialists for teaching activity ; we justified the structure of professional competence of future public management specialists. We applied a set of methods – axiological analysis, systemic and institutional for semantics of the training management system in higher education institutions and the development of methods for organizing professional training of future public management specialists for teaching activity; method of analogy and probabilistic modeling.

Prezentowany tekst, w tym analiza badania empirycznego pozwalają zdaniem autorów na zastosowanie przez polskie firmy przedstawionych koncepcji.
    The article is introducing results of the examination of applying implementing modern concepts the realization of one of managements functions in Polish enterprises. The discussed determined management functions is a name of organising. Such issues are concentrating around the examination as: using of modern concepts the accomplishment of the purpose, factors affecting the efficiency improvement of the enterprise after applying these concepts. Presented text, including analysis of the empirical examination let according to author’s for applying presented concepts by Polish companies.
