The paper presents the results of the questionnaire study concerning teachers approaches toward misbehaviour of the students and discipline in the classroom. The sample consisted of 143 teachers from three types of schools (primary schools, middle and secondary schools. The data presented and discussed in this article will cover the topic of teachers’ self evaluation in the field of coping with misbehaviour and discipline and the frequency of particular kinds of misbehaviour experienced by the teachers.

The exhibition was the aim of article as the knowledge of students of direction in time of studies changed the Management and Marketing the relating possibility of utilization of computer science in management. It the programme of the teaching simultaneously analyzing was observed the disproportion among knowledge passed on the students, and possessed in time of the study.

Sformalizowane systemy zarządzania bezpieczeństwem i higieną pracy (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems - OHSMS) stanowią zbiór zasad i powiązanych ze sobą elementów ogólnego systemu zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem, zapewniających osiągnięcie celów organizacji w zakresie poprawy warunków bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy pracowników oraz otoczenia. W Polsce wymagania systemu zarządzania bhp zostały określone w PN-N-18001:2004 Systemy zarządzania bezpieczeństwem i higieną - wymagania tej normy stanowią podstawę w procesie zewnętrznej certyfikacji. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań własnych przeprowadzonych na próbie 202 osób, uczestników studiów podyplomowych "Zarządzanie bhp". Badania dotyczyły oceny wagi wyróżnionych na podstawie PN-N 18001 elementów systemu zarządzania bhp oraz wiedzy niezbędnej w procesie doskonalenia systemu.
Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS) specifies requirements necessary for an organization to develop and implement a policy and objectives which take into account legal requirements and information about occupational health and safety risks. OHSMS requirements are established by PN-N 18001. This paper presents the results of a survey conducted among 202 postgraduate students. Its main goals included assessment of the weight of elements of OHSMS and knowledge essential for improving OHSMS.

The Bologna Process has made it inevitable to create and implement systems for education quality management at higher education institutions. It involves, among other things, a system for internal and external evaluation aimed at monitoring and improving the quality of education provided at any higher education institution. Therefore, the present paper is aimed at synthetic presentation of regulations adopted as part of the Bologna Process in the context of internal education quality system functioning at higher education institutions. It also describes the education quality system that is in operation at the Faculty of Economics and Management (WNEiZ) at University of Szczecin, determines the role that opinions held by students play in the evaluation of higher education quality and presents the results of the survey conducted in this scope at WNEiZ at US. The questionnaire survey allowed, among other things, to learn about subjective assessment made by students with reference to higher education curriculum, educational system, studying conditions and the teaching staff, all of which have a considerable influence on education quality system. The information in question is of major importance while formulating educational offer and taking promotional action as well as creating higher education institution’s image (and hence recruiting new students) on a more and more competitive higher education market.

The paper presents three projects combining education with the practical activities for sustainable water management, which were carried out in close cooperation with local partners. The first project was organized in Dziewin in 2006 and resulted in a decision to build a constructed wetland to treat wastewater from this settlement. The subject of two other practical projects, which were realized within the summer school “Challenges of Sustainable Development in Poland”, was water management in Przysłop and Zawoja.

Opis:
The purpose of the paper is to try to answer the question: in what way students see the teaching programme of accounting related subjects and what they think of its usefulness in practice. The study also presents expectations of future employers (owners of accounting service companies) in the area of the knowledge and the skills of graduates of accounting specializations. Information related to the assessment of the way in which lectures on accounting related subjects are given indicates that theoretical ways of passing on the knowledge still prevail. It is similar in case of exercises. Students evaluated the practical usefulness of each particular subject differently, and, according to the opinion of accounting service companies, the knowledge of all the subjects listed in the hour schedule should be of high or a very high level. Accounting service companies as well as students think that more time should be expended on working with accounting applications and simulating the business activity as it would increase the graduate’s chances on the labour market.

Przy wyborze trasy podróży kilka czynników odgrywa ważną rolę, takich jak kierunek, cel podróży, reputacja przewoźnika, środek transportu, zakwaterowane, wyżywienia jak również ceny i rabaty. W tym artykule omówiono badania opinii studentów Wydziału Zarządzania Uniwersytetu w Preszewie biorąc pod uwagę ceny wycieczek.

System zapewnia takie funkcjonalności jak: udostępnianie materiałów dydaktycznych studentom, publikacje i archiwizacje ocen zdobytych przez studenta, wyświetlanie planów zająć, wysyłanie wiadomości e-mail, zarządzanie studentami, oraz grupami studentów, publikacje ogłoszeń na stronie portalu. System został wykonany w technologii ASP .NET z wykorzystaniem Visual Studio 2008. Wykorzystany został także serwer bazodanowy SQL Server 2008.
Master's thesis 'Internet system of Information management as a tool assisting students' didactics at the Directions of Agricultural and Forestry Techniaque' was targeted to create functional system for assisting didacticsfor all students and lecturers of lnstitute of Agricultural Engineering of Poznań University of Life Sciences. System provides such functionalities as: access to learning materials for students, displaying and storing students marks, displaying timetable of all years and specializations, sending e-mails, managing groups of students, displaying news on systems main page. System was made in ASP.NET technology with use of Visual Studio 2008. For data storage was used SQL Server 2008. This solution besides high performance provides possibility of easy integration with existing system EDUIR.

The paper will present a novel marketing concept of relationship management in higher education and a justification of its application based on the specific character of educational services. The definitions of relationship and relationship management in higher education will be given. The paper will highlight key relationships that should be built by an educational institution with special emphasis placed on students as the most important clients of a school. The paper will proceed to elaborate on the concept of loyalty as the aim of building sustainable relationships with students and its specificity due to the special nature of an educational environment. A student relationship management model will be proposed and discussed as comprising three basic stages of the educational services provision: pre-sales. sales and after-sales stages. The presented model may serve as a basis for further theoretical research or may be applied in practice as it is.

W referacie zostanie zaprezentowana nowa koncepcja działań marketingowych w szkolnictwie wyższym, jaką jest zarządzanie relacjami. Przedstawione będzie uzasadnienie zastosowania proponowanej koncepcji, wynikające ze specyficznych cech usługi edukacyjnej. Zdefiniowane zostanie zarówno pojęcie relacji, jak i zarządzania nimi w szkolnictwie wyższym. Wskazane zostaną najważniejsze relacje, które szkoła wyższa powinna budować w swoim otoczeniu, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem studentów jako najważniejszych klientów uczelni. W dalszej części przybliżone zostanie pojęcie lojalności, będącej celem budowania długotrwałych relacji ze studentami, która w szkolnictwie wymaga odmiennego podejścia, niż w innych organizacjach. Następnie zaproponowany i omówiony zostanie model zarządzania relacjami ze studentami, zawierający trzy podstawowe fazy procesu świadczenia usługi edukacyjnej: przedsprzedażową, sprzedażową i po sprzedażową. Prezentowany model może stać się zarówno podstawą dalszych badań teoretycznych w tym temacie, jak i znaleźć zastosowanie praktyczne.

Każdy student podejmując naukę na wyższej uczelni ma nadzieję na znalezienie pracy, która byłaby zgodna z jego oczekiwaniami. W artykule zostaną zaprezentowane wyniki badania opinii studentów UEP na temat preferencji dotyczących przyszłej pracy. Badanie przeprowadzono wiosną 2009 roku na reprezentatywnej próbie 400 osób. Poruszono m.in. takie aspekty oczekiwań, jak: wynagrodzenie, doświadczenie zdobyte w trakcie studiów, możliwość wyjazdu za granicę, przesunięcie planów matrymonialnych, nabyta wiedza. Podobne badanie przeprowadzono również w roku 2004 – w artykule zostanie dokonane porównanie dwóch generacji studentów.
Each student taking up science in university is hoping to find a job, which would be in line with their expectations. This paper presents the results of student surveys on UEP preferences for future job. The study was conducted in spring 2009 on sample population of 400. Addressed issues are such as, i.a. salary expectations, the experience gained during the studies, the possibility of moving abroad, postponing plans for marriage and the knowledge acquired. A similar study was also conducted in 2004 the comparison between two generations of students will be the subject of the next paper.
Поступая в вуз, каждый студент надеется найти работу, которая соответствовала бы его ожиданиям. В статье демонстрируются результаты исследования мнения студентов UEP относительно предпочтений, касающихся будущей работы. Исследование проводилось весной 2009 года на репрезентативной выборке в 400 человек. Были затронуты такие аспекты ожиданий, как м. пр. вознаграждение, опыт, приобретенный в процессе обучения, возможность выехать за границу, готовность перенести на более поздний срок матримониальные планы, приобретенные знания. Подобное исследование было проведено также в 2004 году – в статье будет проведено сравнение двух поколений студентов.
