    Opis:
    The article is devoted to presenting connections between interaction of investigation procedures and disciplinary proceedings as two stages of proceedings in student’s disciplinary cases. Considerations included in this article are subordinated to assumption, according to which the actual shape of the interaction mentioned above is determined by the way in which the issue of the scope of the interaction of investigation procedures is resolved as well as the impact of the actions taken in these proceedings on the examination of the case in disciplinary proceedings. The analysis of the first of the issues mentioned above gives ground for statement that regulation included in the Act on Higher Education and Science (according to which – returning the petition for punishment in order to complementing the investigation procedures) leads directly to increasing the burden of proof of the investigation procedures in terms of substantive examination of the student’s disciplinary case. The legal solution indicated above determines the wide scope of consolidation of evidences for the Disciplinary Board during the investigation procedures; in fact subject to disproportionate expansion and prepares a disciplinary case for resolution by this committee. This assessment is supported by regulating the impact of the evidence that was perpetuated in investigation procedures on the examination and adjudication of the case in disciplinary proceedings. It resulting in a wide-ranging possibility of using this evidence as a basis for a judgment on disciplinary liability.

    Opis:
    Numerous studies on new biofeedback devices conception development were undertaken. They are used for some compensation methods of the data lost on sensors set. The aim of the study was carried out for introducing several approaches of investigations and testing of the biofeedback devices that support a plantar pressure analysis, for foot unloading processes implementation. The healthy man is walking in normal conditions first; on a walkway. The recorded load on 6 sensors has to be reduced next in a specified area. The pressure was considered at the beginning on metatarsal head, in time of 100 steps. The visual and auditory signals were then adjusted to a specific plantar pressure threshold setting. The peak pressure was evaluated for various walking condition. The introduced device enables us reducing the peak plantar pressure within the appointed risk-regions.

    This paper presents the results of old and new techniques for the investigations of underwater acoustic fields radiated by different objects. In the Navy Test and Evaluation Ranges (NTER), we monitor the ship radiated underwater noise, pressure and other signatures. They are of major importance to sea mines, surface ships and submarines. The NTERs contain an accurate measurement system consisting of a bottom-mounted hydrophone array, which is used for different running vessels. We also have a special laboratory ship and a transportable multisensor module, which is the most recent Polish Naval Academy product. Nowadays, the problem of protecting the civilian and military harbor facilities is becoming more and more important. There is always a threat to the ports from submarines and terrorists who dive under the water.

    This paper presents a method of measuring deformations in the contact between flat surfaces and a way of estimating the shares of elastic and plastic deformations in the total contact deformations. Experiments showed that the share of plastic deformations in the total contact deformations varied depending on the strength parameters of the specimens and the roughness parameters of the contacting surfaces, amounting to a few per cent and to 37% for respectively steel specimens and specimens made of aluminium alloy AW5754. A strategy for estimating all the deformation components for the tested specimen types and the kinds of machining is presented.

    Opis:
    Approximation of the Albanian legislation with the acquis communautaire is accompanied by deep reforms and, consequently, by reforms of relations accompanying the relevant laws. In this context, one of the European Union recommendations for the Albanian government was the country’s tax reform. This reform was accompanied by the abrogation of Law no 8560, of 22 December 1999 “On Tax Procedures in the Republic of Albania” and the approval of the new Law No. 9920, of 19 May 2008 “On Tax Procedures in the Republic of Albania”. The purpose of this Law is to reduce informal economy and to improve the business climate in the country. By analyzing the legal amendments in this tax domain, we shall see reformation of tax procedures, evolution and the tax appeal process in Albania. By way of providing details on main issues, we shall focus on the benefits the changed tax procedures have yielded to the taxpayer and to the protection the law provides to the taxpayers against the illegal tax administration actions. Amongst the issues treated in this article is also the impact of such procedures in the fight against fiscal evasion.

    Nuclear medicine is great for viewing the roles of body organs. Medical imaging in nuclear medicine takes radioactive pharmaceuticals and studies their path of progress through patient's body. The principles of nuclear medicine are different from those of diagnostic radiology. The nuclear medicine can study the functioning of body and how it actually works. On the other hand, usage of different kinds of radiopharmaceuticals in nuclear medicine examinations can affect the dose rates. The purpose of our investigation was to estimate the effective dose from most common procedures, performed in nuclear medicine departments. We noted the injection radiation doses, which are used for diagnosis in nuclear medicine clinics. Later patient radiation doses were calculated, according to models recommended in ICRP 106.

    Celem badań było określenie przyrostu temperatury tkanek jamy ustnej podczas laseroterapii. Autorzy sprawdzili zalecane przez producentów metody posługiwania się urządzeniami laserami w wybranych zabiegach stomatologicznych pod kątem ilości ciepła odbieranego przez tkanki w wyniku oddziaływania wiązki promieniowania świetlnego na pole zabiegowe. Pomiary zostały zrealizowane za pomocą kamery termowizyjnej zarówno w warunkach in vivo jak i in vitro. Do badań użyto trzech typów laserów: YAG:Nd, YAG:Er, i CO2. Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników sformułowano zalecenia pozwalające zmniejszyć ryzyko powstania niekorzystnych zmian w tkankach jamy ustnej na skutek oddziaływania promieniowania laserowego.
    A main goal of the study was to determine the temperature increase inside oral cavity during laser treatments. Methodology and parameters recommended by equipment manufacturers was tested in chosen operations to determine how they influence on the amount of heat absorbed by oral cavity tissues. Measurements were performed using IR camera. In vitro and in vivo conditions was taking into consideration. Three types of laser was tested: Nd:YAG, Er:YAG, and CO2. On the basis of gathered results of investigations a list of recommendations was formulate which allow to avoid unfavorable changes in the oral cavity resulting from influence of laser radiation.
