Przedstawiono najważniejsze problemy metodyczne oraz realizacyjne tworzenia zintegrowanych systemów informatycznych wspomagających zarządzanie obiektem gospodarczym. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na elementy oraz klasyfikację metod tworzenia systemu informatycznego. Problemy realizacyjne zgrupowano wokół - istotnych z punktu widzenia powodzenia przedsięwzięcia informatycznego - obszarów formułowania strategii informatyzacji, aspektów organizacyjnych (restrukturyzacyjnych) i integracyjnych.
The paper presents all important methodical and implementation problems of the construction integrated supporting management economic facility IT systems. Particular attention was focused on elements and classification methods of the construction IT system. Implementation problems were focused on essential fields of formulation of IT strategy, organization (restructurization) and integration aspects that assure successful IT projects.

W artykule przedstawiono wybrane praktyczne aspekty wyboru zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego do zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Kwestia opracowania dobrego zapytania ofertowego jest bardzo istotna w procesie przebiegu przetargu, którego efektem ma być zakup zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego do zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Celem autora było pokazanie wybranych mechanizmów zachodzących w tym procesie zwracając uwagę na kluczowe czynniki, które są niezbędne do osiągnięcia sukcesu. Autor celowo nie wymieniał żadnych konkretnych zintegrowanych systemów informatycznych ze względu na chęć przedstawienia w sposób obiektywny omawianej problematyki. Przedstawione wybrane aspekty praktyczne wynikają z kilkunastoletniego doświadczenie biznesowego, które autor posiada.
he article presents selected practical aspects of choosing an integrated IT system for enterprise management. The issue of developing a good request for proposal is very important in the process of conducting the tender, the effect of which is to be the purchase of an integrated IT system for enterprise management. The author's goal was to show selected mechanisms taking place in this process, paying attention to the key factors that are necessary to achieve success. The author intentionally did not mention any specific integrated IT systems due to the willingness to present the discussed issues in an objective manner.The presented selected practical aspects result from several years of business experience that the author has.

Artykuł stanowi cz. II publikacji [1] dotyczącej możliwości zastosowania koncepcji Przemysł 4.0 w procesach produkcyjnych związanych z przetwórstwem tworzyw polimerowych. Przeanalizowano strukturę architektury systemu informatycznego, który może być wykorzystywany w przetwórstwie tworzyw polimerowych oraz zaproponowano architekturę przeznaczoną dla złożonych przemysłowych systemów produkcyjnych, opartą na spiralnym cyklu życia produktu implementowanym do struktury Przemysł 4.0. Przedstawiony model jest elastyczny, co pozwala na jego wykorzystanie zarówno do tworzenia zupełnie nowej, jak i do modernizacji oraz rozbudowy już istniejącej infrastruktury przemysłu przetwórczego.
The article is the second part of the paper [1], which describes the possibilities of applying the Industry 4.0 concept in production processes related to the processing of polymer materials. In this part, the structure of the information system architecture has been analyzed, which can be used in the plastics processing. An architecture dedicated to complex industrial production systems based on the spiral life cycle of the product implemented in the Industry 4.0 structure has been proposed. The presented model is flexible, hence it is possible to use it both to create a completely new infrastructure, as well as to modernize and extend the existing infrastructure of the processing industry.

The article presents research on industrial quality control system based on AI deep learning method. They are a part of larger project focusing on development of Holonic Shop Floor Control System for integration of machines, machine operators and manufacturing process monitoring with information flow in whole production process according to Industry 4.0 requirements. A system connecting together machine operators, machine control, process and machine monitoring with companywide IT systems is developed. It is an answer on manufacture of airplane industry requirements. The main aim of the system is full automation of information flow between a management level and manufacturing process level. Intelligent, flexible quality control system allowing for active manufacturing optimization on the base of achieved results as well as a historical data collection for further Big Data analysis is the main aim of the current research. During research number of selected AI algorithms were tested for assessing their suitability for performing tasks identified in real manufacturing environment. As a result of the conducted analyzes, Convolutional Neural Networks were selected for further study. Number of built Convolutional Neural Networks algorithms were tested using sets of data and photos from the production line. A further step of research will be focused on testing a system in real manufacturing process for able possible construct a fully functional quality control system based on the use of Convolutional Neural Networks.

Research focused on integration of machine operators with information flow in manufacturing process according to Industry 4.0 requirements are presented in this paper. A special IT system connecting together machine operators, machine control, process and machine monitoring with companywide IT systems is developed. It is an answer on manufacture of airplane industry requirements. The main aim of the system presented in the article is full automation of information flow between a management level represented by Integrated Management IT System and manufacturing process level. From the management level an information about particular orders are taken, back an on-line information about manufacturing process and manufactured parts are given. System allows automatic identification of tasks for machine operator and particular currently machined part. Operator can verify information about process and tasks. System allows on-line analyzing process data. It is based on information from machining acquired: machine operator, process and machine monitoring systems and measurement devices handled by operator. Process data is integrated with related order as a history of particular manufactured part. System allows for measurement data analysis based on Statistical Process Control algorithm dedicated for short batches. It supports operator in process control. Measurement data are integrated with order data as a part of history of manufactured product. Finally a conception of Cyber-Physical Systems applying in integrated Shop Floor Control and Monitoring systems is presented and discussed.

The article describes the possibility of using computer support for the decision-making and in-formation processes in the rescue system in Poland. The authors also describe the future development trends of decision support systems in crisis management, which is a kind of the next stage of IT development in the management of rescue systems. The paper also describes the existing research and the development of computer technology used in the administration of emergency based on the case studies of tools and systems. The analyses are focused on Polish reality, but also the tools implemented in the European Union and the United States of America are described. The article is based on the research conducted by Stanislaw Drosio during the projects of building and implementing the described IT tools in Wodzislaw Slaski district.

W artykule zawarte zostały informacje dotyczące sposobu wykorzystania automatycznej identyfikacji danych w celu monitorowania przebiegu procesu produkcyjnego. Referat ukazuje, że zastosowanie kodów kreskowych jako nośnika informacji powoduje usprawnienie przepływów obiektów oraz umożliwia bieżącą aktualizację danych dotyczących postępu produkcji. W opracowaniu ujęty został przykład użycia automatycznej identyfikacji danych w przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjnym posiadającym w swojej ofercie bardzo zróżnicowany asortyment, co wskazuje na szerokie możliwości wykorzystania tego narzędzia.
The article contains information on how to use automatic data identification to monitor the progress of the production process. This study shows, that the use of bar codes as an information carrier improves the flow of objects and enables current updating of data of production progress. The study includes an example of the use of automatic data identification in a production company that has a very diversified assortment in its offer, which indicates the wide possibilities of using this tool.

The article presents the issues related to knowledge management by using the integrated management information systems. The aim of the article is to develop the manner of cognitive agent's perceptual memory implementation. The agents run in the prototype of integrated management information system, named CIMIS, which is used in knowledge management process in business organizations. CIMIS is based on the LIDA cognitive agent architecture. The paper draws attention to the business processes integration with the use of the information systems. Using such research methods as literature study, case study and computer simulation, the authors present how to use a topic map standard for perceptual memory implementation. This is very important module of agent's architecture responsible for proper recognition of an object, categories, activities and events occurring both in external and internal agent's environment. The solution presented in this paper allows for automatic interpretation, by an agent, of the phenomena occurring in the enterprise's environment. It has a positive impact on the process of knowledge management. Since the topic map is an international standard, it allows to achieve an interoperability of different information systems.

Opis:
Integrated monitoring system for discrete manufacturing processes is presented in the paper. The multilayer hardware and software reference model was developed. Original research are an answer for industry needs of the integration of information flow in production process. Reference model corresponds with proposed data model based on multilayer data tree allowing to describe orders, products, processes and save monitoring data. Elaborated models were implemented in the integrated monitoring system demonstrator developed in the project. It was built on the base of multiagent technology to assure high flexibility and openness on applying intelligent algorithms for data processing. Currently on the base of achieved experience an application integrated monitoring system for real production system is developed. In the article the main problems of monitoring integration are presented, including specificity of discrete production, data processing and future application of Cyber-Physical-Systems. Development of manufacturing systems is based more and more on taking an advantage of applying intelligent solutions into machine and production process control and monitoring. Connection of technical systems, machine tools and manufacturing processes monitoring with advanced information processing seems to be one of the most important areas of near future development. It will play important role in efficient operation and competitiveness of the whole production system. It is also important area of applying in the future CyberPhysical-Systems that can radically improve functionally of monitoring systems and reduce the cost of its implementation.

Industrial processes’ control systems based on PLC controllers play today a very important role in all fields of transport, including also sea transport. Construction of control systems is the field of engineering, which has been continuously evolving towards maximum simplification of system design path. Up to date the time needed for system construction from the design to commissioning had to be divided into a few stages. A mistake made in an earlier stage caused that in most cases the next stages had to be started anew. Modern software allows for quicker implementation of system design. Available debugging systems allow for defect detection at an early stage of project implementation. Application of additional protective devices will allow for remote diagnosing of the equipment state and introducing changes (depending on authorities granted). The paper presents general characteristic of integrated software for implementation of complex control systems. The issues related to the software use for programming of the visualisation environment, control computer, selection of transmission medium and transmission protocol as well as PLC controllers’ configuration, software and control have been analysed.

Restrukturyzacja instytucjonalna w resorcie obrony narodowej skutkowała w ostatnich latach koniecznością wprowadzenia zmian w zakresie informatycznego wsparcia systemu logistycznego. Dotychczasowe systemy wspierające zarządzanie zasobami osobowymi i materiałowymi okazały się niewystarczające, a ich modyfikacje – ekonomicznie nieuzasadnione. Efektywne zarządzanie zasobami Wojskowych Jednostek Budżetowych wymaga wprowadzenia systemu informatycznego wsparcia o charakterze zintegrowanym. Artykuł podejmuje próbę oceny możliwości wprowadzenia systemu informatycznego wsparcia opartego na systemie klasy ERP.
Effective management in the institutional dimension of the military logistics system requires the use of modern electronic data interchange between military institutions. This article refers to the problem of the IT support of the military logistics system and the possible IT implementation in military logistic departments.

Opis:
Dla efektywnego wspomagania procesu eksploatacji statków powietrznych użytkowanych w Siłach Zbrojnych RP zostały wprowadzone systemy informatyczne m.in. system SI SAMANTA, zawierający dane o niesprawnościach instalacji i systemów pokładowych, a także system SI TURAWA, umożliwiający określanie statusu wybranych parametrów eksploatacyjnych. W artykule przedstawiono komputerowy systemu ewidencji danych zintegrowanego systemu łączności, który eksploatowany jest na śmigłowcach Mi8/Mi17/Mi24. Gromadzone dane eksploatacyjne systemu dają możliwość wyznaczania i oceny parametrów eksploatacyjnych, w tym niezawodności oraz gotowości operacyjnej.
In Poland, the effective aiding of the operation of aircraft and helicopters used in the Polish Armed Forces is also provided by IT systems, including, among others, the SAMANTA system, which includes data about the defects of avionic systems and devices, and the TURAWA system, which allows specifying the status and selected operating parameters. The Air Force Institute of Technology runs an IT system in the form of a database to collect specific data and determine the value of selected operating parameters in the scope of the ZSŁ (integrated communication system). The database is regularly updated with information concerning, among others, dates of commencing maintenance, servicing and storage of particular ZSŁ system components, results of checks and inspections, descriptions of damage and defects, as well as the times of their operation on board of an aircraft (data collected from military units using the system).
