    Opis:
    The article presents set of definitions of the relationship which develops in a therapeutic con-tact. The author shows understanding of the therapeutic relationship typical of psychoanalysis, cognitive-behavior therapy, humanistic currents and Gestalt therapy. He also mentions the results of the study conducted in the period of 2004-2012 oriented on the identification of those factors which significantly influence on the efficiency of the running psychotherapy. Among the variety of groups of factors featured in the study the attention is paid to the fact of independence of the results of the running psychotherapy from the theoretical assumptions of the current in which the therapist works.

    In this paper, we present some issues linked to therapy that seem important from the philosophical point of view. After some basic remarks concerning the problem of the therapist-patient relationship we discuss the philosophical presuppositions of three models of therapy: biomedical, humanistic and holistic. Each of them is based on different respective philosophical positions. Next, we try to examine whether the deconstruction of these assumptions may be relevant for contemporary representatives of the practical health sciences.

    This paper aims to recount a shared experience of some psychology students – an intellectual adventure of exploring one’s own approach towards human relations and nature on the way to becoming a psychotherapist. To become practitioners, the students need to choose a certain psychotherapeutic training based on one of the main psychotherapeutic theoretical approaches. The following are mentioned in this paper: psychoanalysis, cognitivebehavioral therapy, humanistic/existential and the postmodern narrative approach. Exploring the assumptions underlying different modalities and practices is also considered here to be an ethical challenge. It is reckoned that the choice of a specific psychotherapeutical practice bound to a theory shapes the identity of the therapist and the patients, forms the language and behaviour through which the future therapist will express his own Self and influence the Other. Referring to postmodern inspirations, the author speaks in favour of making an endless effort of recognizing the assumptions underlying different practices – as the only way for not taking a potentially violent and impervious attitude in the relationship between the therapist and the patient.

    Opis:
    Konieczność wszechstronnego wsparcia osób opuszczających zakłady karne i ich rodzin powinna stać się nadrzędnym działaniem zespołów interdyscyplinarnych. W artykule przybliżono złożony i zmienny charakter nowoczesnego społeczeństwa, który stanowi zagrożenie dla jednostek izolowanych, nie ułatwia znalezienia porozumienia i utrudnia znalezienie poczucia przynależności w grupie środowiskowej. Społeczeństwo nie proponuje jednostce sposobówrozwiązania problemu poczucia bezsensu, ale z reguły usiłuje wyeliminować go z życia człowieka poprzez dostęp do różnych form pomocy instytucjonalnej, które nie realizują odpowiednio programów wsparcia. Decydującą rolę w odbudowaniu satysfakcji odgrywają takie czynniki, jak: przynależność do grupy AA, czas trwania w trzeźwości, zaangażowanie ze strony alkoholika i uczestnictwo w psychoterapii. Najwięcej korzyści wypływa ze wsparcia wspólnoty, która daje siłę i duchowo oraz społecznie rozwija, co sprzyja poprawie funkcjonowania w sensie jednostkowym i społecznym Potrzeba realizacji działań korekcyjnych w przyszłości, jest dla tej grupy osób wykluczonych – byłych więźniów – jedyną szansą na ich przetrwanie w środowisku lokalnym i częściowe odbudowanie pozytywnego wizerunku człowieka.
    The value of the self-help groups in getting out of addiction and being sober of the punished persons – proposals for socialization The necessity of comprehensive support for people leaving prisons and their families should become the supreme activity of interdisciplinary teams. The article presents the complex and changing nature of modern society, which is a threat to isolated individuals, does not facilitate finding an agreement and makes it difficult to find a sense of belonging in an environmental group. Society does not propose to the individual how to solve the problem of sense of nonsense, but as a rule he tries to eliminate it from human life through access to various forms of institutional help that do not adequately support programs. The decisive role in rebuilding satisfaction is played by such factors as: belonging to the AA group, duration in sobriety, alcohol involvement and participation in psychotherapy. The most benefits come from the support of the community, which gives strength and spiritual and social development, which favors the improvement of functioning in the individual and social sense
