The author has made an attempt at determining optimal conditions of econonic integration analyzing relationships occurring between economic laws and integration. A great deal of attention has been devoted to the principle of rational economic management, theory of comparative costs and structure of integrating economies. The author treats these circumstances as important conditions determining optimum of integration. The article constains also remarks on the functioning of both European economic groupings from the viewpoint of applied criteria of integration.

Switzerland’s foreign policy priorities include, among other things, relations not only with neighbouring countries, but also with the EU. Being a country which is located in the heart of Europe, Switzerland considers the relations with the European Union (EU) and its Member States to be of special importance. The paper aims to present mutual relations between Switzerland and the European Union over the past years, demonstrate benefits and threats arising from Switzerland’s decision to choose, as the only one of all third countries, a path of “bilateral agreements”, as well as describe possible scenarios for mutual relations following the rejection of an institutional agreement, which was expected to put that relationship on a new path. The strategy of bilateralism brings many bene fits to Switzerland. However, due to the firm position of the EU, it will be necessary to look for new scenarios for the development of mutual cooperation. Perhaps such a solution would be to renegotiate the free trade agreement with Switzerland and turn it into a next-generation trade agreement.

The state of the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic and the international economic integration are investigated. Insufficiency of a financial and economic condition of Kyrgyzstan is opened. Reasons for Governmental regulating use in the area of monetary, tax and budget policy in USA have been set up. The conditions of development of industrial countries’ economy are under consideration. The necessity of financialisation of all capital of the country is defined. Kyrgyzstan public budget’s permanent deficiency formation reasons are studied. A necessity of integration of economic relations development within the framework of Eurasia is offered. A necessity of sustainable economic relations establishment as well as finding a solution for external debt between Kyrgyzstan and Russia have been justified. The increase of efficiency and responsibility of top managers of the public administration level have been offered. The necessity of the independent mastering of own gold-mining fields is justified. An opportunity for development of integration processes between Kyrgyzstan and Poland is opened. Needs for the development of exploring and processing of hydrocarbons as well as building of large economic entities especially the hydroelectric power stations, namely Kambar-Ata-1 Hydro-Power Plants have been suggested. By this it is also suggested to Russia to develop this as strategic partner of Kyrgyzstan. Creation of integral customs system and energy cooperation suggested. It should be supported by establishment of unique equivalent among Eurasia states. By this it is possible to find acceptable solutions in the fields of finance and economy and to form a united economic cooperation considering a sovereignty of each state. It is necessary to develop an identical financial reporting of point-of-sale and payment balances, balance of international investments, compliable national republics and the whole of Eurasia. To walk away from the calculation and actual use of dollar of the USA in finance and economic operations. Based on econometric prognosis of gross internal product and the public budget of Kyrgyzstan is made calculating on the per to 2025 year.
W artykule badany jest stan ekonomii Republiki Kirgiskiej oraz międzynarodowej integracji ekonomicznej. Otwarty zostaje temat niewydolności finansowej i ekonomicznej Kirgistanu. Przedstawione zostają powody dla rządowej interwencji w dziedzinie monetarnej, podatkowej i budżetowej w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Pod rozwagę brane są warunki rozwoju ekonomicznego państw przemysłowych. Tekst definiuje także potrzebę finansjalizacji całego kapitału krajowego. Przestudiowane zostają powody ciągłych braków w budżecie Kirgistanu. Zasugerowana zostaje potrzeba integracji i rozwoju stosunków ekonomicznych na terenie Eurazji, a także potrzeba wprowadzenia zrównoważonych stosunków ekonomicznych oraz znalezienia rozwiązania problemu długów między Kirgistanem a Rosją. Zasugerowane zostaje także zwiększenie efektywności i zakresu odpowiedzialności kadry kierowniczej administracji publicznej, a także możliwość rozwoju procesu integracji między Kirgistanem a Polską. Tekst omawia rozwój w dziedzinie odkrywania i przetwarzania węglowodoru oraz możliwości budowania wielkich ekonomicznych jednostek, zwłaszcza elektrowni węglowodorowych, takich jak Elektrownia Węglowodorowa Kambar-Ata-1. Takie działania sugerowane są także Rosji jako partnerowi strategicznemu Kirgistanu. Wspomniane jest stworzenie integralnego systemu ceł i współpracy energetycznej. Powinien on być wspierany przez równoważny system między państwami Eurazji. Dzięki temu możliwe byłyby zadowalające rozwiązania w dziedzinach finansowej i ekonomicznej, a także stworzenie współpracy ekonomicznej, która brałaby pod uwagę niezawisłość poszczególnych państw. Niezbędne jest stworzenie jednorodnego systemu raportowania w zakresie finansów oraz materiałów wspierających sprzedaż, a także równowagi płac, międzynarodowych inwestycji, elastyczności republik oraz całej Eurazji. Następuje analiza kalkulacji oraz prawdziwego użycia dolara amerykańskiego w operacjach finansowych i ekonomicznych. Biorąc pod uwagę prognozy ekonometryczne produktu krajowego brutto oraz budżet publiczny Kirgistanu wyliczenia przygotowane są do 2025 roku.

Opis:
The agro-food complex combines agriculture, food-processing industry and agricultural trade. It has been established that integration is an effective tool for formation and functioning of this complex. However, due to the unstable political and economic situation in recent years, there is a decrease in production of certain types of food in Ukraine. A vertically integrated structure which looks like a two-tier hierarchical structure has been studied. The purpose of its functioning is profit maximization at the expense of the synergetic effect, resource saving, etc. Under strict vertical integration, profit distribution can be made on the basis of distribution mechanisms of scarce resources, using priorities where expenses of enterprises can be considered a priority. The problem of formation of an effective vertically integrated structure can be brought to solving the issue of the smallest covering of a set. It has been proved that a boundary value of an index of vertical integration is determined by a share of energy resources in the process of production and the potential of their production. In Ukraine, the use of biogas complexes can provide growth of the mentioned index to 0.25. This corresponds to the ratio of energy resources in the crop production cost structure.

In the past years, Poland has been not only a country of (mass) immigration but also a country where foreigners have begun to play a much larger role in the domestic labour market than ever before. This makes the analyses of foreigners’ integration increasingly important both to understand the situation of immigrants in Poland and their impact on the national economy and social processes. In this context, this article aims to quantify one of the dimensions of the economic integration of immigrants. We look at the level of earnings as one of the indicators of their integration process. Additionally, we refer to the impact of social capital (in the form of migrant networks) on the economic situation of immigrants. We focus on immigrants from Ukraine—the most numerous group of foreigners in Poland. Based on a unique data set, we empirically identify the key dimensions that have an impact on their incomes, including gender, employment sector and legal status. We also point to the statistically significant effects of migrant networks on migrants’ earnings.

The aim of the article is the presentation of different insights and the classification of various definitions of international economic integration. The author of the publication divides supporters of international economic integration into the ones in favour of Jan Tinbergen and of Bela Balassa. The former ones emphasizes the importance of national and international institutions for international economic integration. The latter group of supporters does not object to the role of supranational institutions, however advocates abolishing the interference of the nation into its economy, especially in the field of factors of productions.

Regional economic integration initiatives has been prospect of enhanced economic growth in South African construction industry. The impact of regional economic integration and globalization on construction industries in South Africa is evidenced by the decreasing market share of the local players in the industry. Developing countries need to institute radical reforms in their development agenda in order to leapfrog, and bridge this difference. That is why increase in foreign participation in construction activities in South Africa, cross border strategic alliances, technology transfer are some impact of Regional economic integration on the industry. The aim of this paper is to understand the term ' Regional economic integration ' and to study its impact on South African construction industry and the lessons to be learnt by other African construction industries. Its objectives include investigating the positive impacts on the Construction Industry, discussing the Regional economic integration in southern African i.e. SACU and SADC; identifying the some lessons from it. These will be briefly discussed mainly by exploring the literature and throwing light on the views of people who investigated and wrote in this field. The paper ends with conclusions and recommendations, stressing the need for improvement on other construction industries in Africa participation in Regional economic integration, in related to lessons South African construction industry.
