The paper describes a new psychological discipline – reproductive psychology that deals with psychological processes and behaviour of people involved in procreation. However reproductive psychology is regarded as separate discipline it is closely connected to clinical, social, developmental and health psychology as well as psychology of personality. Main methodological issues – research paradigms and research tools were also discussed. The last part gives short presentation of new trends in reproductive psychology research, ie. psychological aspects of assisted reproductive technologies, traumatic stress related to reproductive experiences and analyses of male perspective on procreation.

Due to uniwersity studies young people undergo the process of education, and this in turn changes their behaviours and attitudes. The above mentioned process concerns students of different faculties, also teacher’s faculties. And prospective teachers — having a great influential power — should play a very important role in teaching pro-health attitudes. An the same time it should be emphasized that the more health conscious teachers are, the more effective education will be. Teaching children by exposing them to positive examples should be a basic mechanism in this respect. The question arises whether students — prospective teachers — will be able to set up appropiate examples to follow. The answer to this question seems to be of paramount importance, especially when we take into consideration the fact that health state of Polish citizens is rather poor. Hence the purpose of my research is to assess pro-health attitudes among the students of the University of Zielona Góra.

In the article the issues regarding ratio legis of can 812 were analyzed. Besides, the critical opinions and answers of the individuals who are responsible for canon establishing were presented. Moreover, the author presents his personal opinion about promulgated canon. Also, the following issues are presented: similarities and differences of canon according to Apostolic Constitutions SCH and ECE; the analysis of obligatory rule of law, the analysis of the concept of canonical mission and mandate. On this basis the analysis of the canon was presented. The author's considerations show the necessity of authentically interpretation of the canons.

Omówiono rozwój i cechy współczesnej chemii, a także jej poznawczą i cywilizacyjną misję. Zwrócono uwagę, że po erze rolniczej, przemysłowej i naukowo-technicznej, świat wkracza w Wiek Środowiska (a także informatyki), w którym cywilizacja podąży drogami opartymi nie tylko na potrzebie opanowywania przyrody, ale także umiejętności harmonijnego z nią współżycia. Będzie to okres realizacji tzw. proekologicznej strategii zrównoważonego trwałego rozwoju (sustainable development), w którym wprowadzane będą zrównoważone technologie podporządkowane pokonywaniu barier rozwojowych (materiałowej, surowcowej, ekologicznej). W odniesieniu do chemii identyfikowana jest dodatkowo bariera psychologiczna - objawy niechęci społecznej i strachu przed chemią. Wspomniano o działaniach branży chemicznej na rzecz samodoskonalenia poprzez inicjowanie i realizację wielu prośrodowiskowych programów. Omówiono pojęcie "interdyscyplinarna chemia" oraz rolę chemii w rozwiązywaniu globalnych problemów świata. Konstatując, że chemia w istocie współkształtuje przyszłość, Autor wyraża opinię, że w interesie ludzkości jest rozkwit i słoneczna przyszłość chemii.
This paper presents the development and features of contemporary chemistry, its cognitive and civilisation mission. It was noted that after the eras of agriculture, industry, science and technology, the world entered the "Age of Environment" (also informatics), where civilisation is to follow not only the roads of harnessing the nature, but also those of harmonious coexistence with it. This age, therefore, should be a period of implementing the strategy of sustainable development, when sustainable technologies, aimed at overcoming growth barriers (material, energy and environmental barriers), will be introduced. In the case of chemistry, one more barrier has been identified: a psychological barrier - manifested by social aversion to and fear of chemistry. Mention is made of "self-improvement" activities of the chemical sector consisting in initiating and carrying out a number of environmental programmes. The concept of "interdisciplinary chemistry" is discussed along with the role of chemistry in solving global problems of the world. Concluding that chemistry does, in fact, shape the future, the author expresses the opinion that the growth and sunny future of chemistry is in the interest of humankind.

The paper presents selected aims of WROVASK project carried on by Regional Specialist Hospital in Wroclaw with cooperation with a number of academic and research centres. The project is of interdisciplinary kind and gathers researchers and experts of number different disciplines, like chemistry, agricultural, and technical sciences, especially mechanics and informatics. Some tasks aiming at development information systems are presented and described such as: data warehouse based reporting system for the hospital, the system supporting assignment management in teleradiology with optimization of its distribution, and intelligent decision support system for automated assessment of washing surgical tools quality.

Article, rich in wide autobiographic welfs, is located in very interesting trend of gepolitical researches, trying answer on seemingly simple, but how complicated question like, what is the matter and what geopolitcy is? Title of this article shows that, undertaken considerations on place of geopolicy in classifications of sciences disciplines, with geography, history and policy of their names. Author claimed that, just seperate geography and history from geopolitical "traces” would be good not only for geography and history, but also geopolicy, whitch is placed in political environment, would can fully present one’s own geopolicy identity.

The article concerns the fundamentals of tourism studies and its methodology. After presenting the current situation, the author comments on the opinions of those whose aim it is to establish tourism studies as a fully independent discipline. This is followed by a presentation of the process of creating a ‘tourism studies’ which is not only multi-disciplinary, but above all an interdisciplinary basis for research. The article ends with a short reflection on the future of tourism studies and some conclusions. It is a discursive article.

Persuasive strategies in ecological advertising campaign In our paper we discuss from a pragmatic perspective (Sperber, Wilson 1989) how persuasive strategies are used in ecological advertising. Prototypical discursive configurations in our corpus are analyzed in the light of two criteria: interlocutive relation and the orientation of interpretation. The first has shown the discursive function of communicator and the second how he imposes the interpretation of the message. Both criteria represent the form of ostensive-inferential communication. We have shown that the main strategy consists in ‘introduction’ of the audience to discursive space (ethos, interactive forms). The communicator tries to make a message optimally relevant, transparent and comprehensible to achieve his persuasive goals.

W artykule zaprezentowano sposób implementacji mechanizmów zapewniania jakości świadczonych usług w projektowanym punkcie dostępu do sieci bezprzewodowej standardu IEEE 802.11. Zaprezentowano trzy sposoby zapewnienia QoS: dla warstwy łącza danych (przy użyciu funkcji EDCA standardu IEEE 802.11), dla warstwy sieciowej (przy użyciu dyscyplin kolejkowych) oraz schemat łączony Użycie tych mechanizmów w punkcie dostępu do sieci bezprzewodowej umożliwi zarówno poprawę jak i kontrolę jakości świadczenia usług w sieciach standardu IEEE 802.11.
The paper is related to the implementation of mechanisms for providing QoS in access point based on IEEE 802.11 standard. Three different methods for providing QoS are showed: for the data link layer (using IEEE 802.11 function), for the network layer (using queuing disciplines), and for the both mentioned layers (using hybrid solution). These mechanisms allow for improving and proper control of services provisioning in IEEE 802.11 wireless local area networks.

The aim for this article is to point out the epistemological and methodological limitations of these procedures which head for making the theology scientific. These limitations result from commonly accepted in the philosophy of science principles, namely autonomy and homogeneity of the particular scientific disciplines. These disciplines in such cognitive acts as: inferring, explanation, interpreting, proving, defining and justification of clamed thesis require the situation in which both clauses of above mentioned endeavours belong to the same cognize plane. Otherwise we would have to deal with the attitude of the cognitive liberalism, which leads in its final consequences to the cognize chaos.
