    Future spouses with psychopathic personality are not capable of establishing interpersonal relations. They are not able to manifest their feelings to their partners and are marked by considerable egoism. For this reason, their marriages are failures and usually last shortly. Such persons live in their own world, with their specific problems, whereas all the essential issues connected with a proper functioning of a sacramental marriage are of secondary importance for them. Their decision to establish a sacramental marriage has not been properly thought over by them. All this makes them unable to establish permanent interpersonal ties with their marital partners. Neurotic personalities are little resistant to problems they have to cope with in their marital life. Therefore they experience mental breakdowns, sometimes connected even with attempts at suicide.

    The topic is well under the process of being absorbed by various societies. It may not be a totally new question, as regards our responsibility for the threat to the ecological environment. yet it addresses the three most important subjects of the said responsibility in a very unambiguous way. We may mention here 1) a conscious responsibility of the subjects making law (the Seym, Government); 2) an ecological awareness in law in relation to the subject making use of that law, i.e. the state administration; 3) the third subject is the addressees of law and its regulations within criminal, administrative, financial, labour and civil law, a law that is related to the environment, that is to all those who may potentially collide with decisions of law. The paper explains the ecological awareness as threshold of discerning the threats to the natural environment. It is quite a topical theme, for in many publications too little is said about the theoretical part of ecology and protection of the environment. The paper is divided into three paragraphs. The first one presents quite an exhaustive explanation as to what the "awareness" in the philosophical and psychological sense is, as regards the lives of people. Awareness comes here as a mental state which is carried on through the internalization of the known contents and accepting them as one’s own. The second paragraph seeks to put two terms into one whole, for its is termed as an "ecological awareness". This putting together of the two terms sheds light on the importance and necessity to address the topic under discussion, for the environment must be protected. And it will be protected, when our awareness is satisfactory. From the practical point of view it is well known that ecological education has been neglected. People have not been made aware of the fact that our environment has been weakened in its landscape values and the ecosystem. Therefore one may appeal to lawyers, to the people of the good will, those who make law, to execute the law concerning in its regulations and norms the protection of the environment. The third paragraph points to the ecological awareness in law, that is in the field which with its legal regulations challenges people to responsibility for the protection of the environment, addressed to those who receive the established law. We refer here to various authors and theorists which help us in defining and explaining the stated problem, i.e. to what extent the ecological awareness influences good law, its proper execution and penal reception by those who disregard and trespass it. Our considerations take up the long-term discussion on the level of "ecological awareness" both in those who decide in state administration and those responsible for legal regulations directed to the citizens of a given country. The paper seeks to make attempts at enhancing ecological awareness at all the levels of living among people.

    This article discusses different ways of understanding compositions of being, and different methods for discerning them. It considers non-metaphysical (physical, scientistic, phenomenological, abstractionist) interpretations in order to decide whether metaphysics can use them to discover and gain knowledge of the elements that determine the deepest structure of beings, and which set their mode of being. The paper also shows how much the metaphysical method for discerning the compositions of being is different from non-metaphysical methods.

    Adhortacja Amoris laetitia daje zdecydowany impuls do działań na rzecz pełniejszego włączenia w życie Kościoła wiernych, którzy znajdują się w sytuacjach nieregularnych. Ma się to dokonać dzięki procesowi towarzyszenia i rozeznania, który po uwzględnieniu złożoności i różnorodności sytuacji, okoliczności łagodzących, i innych czynników wskaże konkretne możliwości ich szerszej integracji. Powinna się ona wyrażać w podejmowaniu różnych posług i form aktywności w dziedzinie liturgicznej, duszpasterskiej, edukacyjnej, instytucjonalnej i dobroczynnej. Przykładem wdrażania nauczania Franciszka w tej materii jest dokument Pastoral guidelines for implementing Amoris laetitia wypracowany przez archidiecezję w Filadelfii. Łączy on w swoich rozwiązaniach wskazania zawarte w Amoris laetitia z wcześniejszym nauczaniem Kościoła, zwłaszcza tym wyrażonym w Familiaris consortio. Normy tego dokumentu z jednej strony promują włączanie wiernych w sytuacjach nieregularnych w życie Kościoła, a z drugiej określają zadania, które nie mogą przez nich być podjęte. Jest to uzasadnione koniecznością kierowania się nie tylko miłością i miłosierdziem, ale też prawdą o nierozerwalności małżeństwa.
    Exhortation Amoris laetitia gives strong impuls to integrate into Church life the faithful who are in irregular situations. It is to make through a process of accompaniment and discernment which, after taking account of the complexity and the diversity of situations, mitigating circumstances and other factors, will identify the specific opportunities for their widen integration. They might hold different ecclesial services and be involved in many forms of activity in the liturgical, pastoral, educational, institutional and charitable framework. An example of implementation of Francis’ teaching in this matter is a document entitled Pastoral guidelines for implementing Amoris laetitia issued by the Archdiocese in Philadelphia. It combines in practical solutions the indications of Amoris laetitia with the earlier teachings of the Church especially that expressed in Familiaris consortio. Regulations of Pastoral guidelines promote on the one hand the more full participation of the faithful in irregular situations in the life and mission of the Church, and on the other hand indicate activities they shouldn’t carry out. It is justified by the need to follow not only love and mercy, but also the truth of indissolubility of marriage.

    Filozofia społeczna wypełnia niszę „rynku akademickiego” pierwszoligową naukowością i ustawia soczewki oglądu porządku społeczno-instytucjonalnego, który jest zakorzeniony w tradycji, odzwierciedla teraźniejszość i jest akceptująco otwarty na przyszłość. Filozofia społeczna integralnie ujmuje złożoną rzeczywistość instytucji w perspektywie ich inherentnych celów; nie tylko przypomina, czym są i jak funkcjonują, ale też osadza je w ich szerszych kontekstach i genealogicznych ciągłościach.
    Social Philosophy fills the niche of the “academic market” with champions league scholarship and sets the lens for the accurate perception of socio-institutional order that is anchored to the tradition, which reflects the contemporary and is acceptingly open to the future. And this is due to the realism of the Christian philosophical tradition and to the paradigm of truth adopted in it, as measures for correct perceiving and reasoning. They help organize the diversified positions taken respectively by the authors and make it clear, that no matter how hard attempts are being made to produce truths by means of miscellaneous agreements, there is still such a thing as truth independent of consensus. Abolishing the latter, brings about axiological disorientation and eventuates in degenerating institutions viewed as accomplishments of Western civilization. Social Philosophy encapsulates the complex reality of social institutions in terms of the ends they are to fulfill; it informs not only about their nature and how they are to operate, but it embeds them in the wider contexts and their genealogical continuities.

    Szczególnym miejscem rozeznawania duchowego jest kierownictwo duchowe, które należy rozumieć jako pomoc w stawaniu się dojrzałym w wierze, w otwieraniu się na działanie Ducha Świętego. Celem jest rozwój człowieka, czyli stawanie się podobnym do Jezusa Chrystusa. Kierownictwo duchowe może być również definiowane jako przekazywanie wiary przez osobę podejmującą się funkcji kierownika duchowego. Celem jest pozwolenie, aby w osobie kierowanej wzrastał Chrystus. W świetle Mt 28, 19 sprawowanie kierownictwa jest wpisane w strukturę hierarchiczną Kościoła. Przedmiotem rozeznawania w sakramencie pokuty winno być odkrywanie sposobu udzielania się Boga, a także Jego woli. Kierownik winien nieustannie zwracać uwagę na harmonijny wzrost modlitwy i pokory u penitenta, biorąc pod uwagę i rozumiejąc wszystkie zdolności osoby kierowanej, jej słabości oraz łaski udzielane przez Ducha Świętego.

    W posoborowym nauczaniu Kościoła, wobec wyzwań, przed jakimi stają wspólnoty zakonne, pojawiają się liczne apele o zachowanie w ich życiu i misji wierności charyzmatowi założycielskiemu. Kwestia rozumienia tegoż charyzmatu i jego kształtowania stała się z tego względu przedmiotem głębszej refleksji teologicznej. Zasadniczym celem niniejszego opracowania jest ukazanie, w jaki sposób słowo Boże wpisało się w proces rozeznawania i rozwoju charyzmatu założyciela salwatorianów i salwatorianek bł. Franciszka Marii od Krzyża Jordana (1848–1918). Szczególnym świadkiem tej drogi jest pisany przez niego przez ponad 40 lat Dziennik duchowy, który z tego względu stał się głównym punktem odniesienia w podejmowanej refleksji. Realizując obrany cel, wskazano najpierw na miejsce Biblii w życiu bł. Franciszka Jordana. Następnie omówiono szczególne działanie Ducha Świętego w życiu tego zakonodawcy, które określa się mianem inspiracji fundamentalnej. Zwieńczeniem podjętych rozważań stała się refleksja nad dynamiką, z jaką słowo Boże, szczególnie fragment J 17,3, działało na drodze rozeznawania i kształtowania jego charyzmatu założycielskiego.
    In the post-conciliar teaching of the Church, in view of the challenges faced by religious communities, there are numerous appeals to remain faithful to the founding charism in their life and mission. The question of understanding this charism and its formation has therefore become the subject of deeper theological reflection. The main purpose of this study is to show how the word of God became part of the process of discerning and developing the charism of the founder of the Salvatorians and Salvatorian Sisters, Blessed Francis Mary of the Cross Jordan (1848–1918). A special witness of this path is the Spiritual Diary he had been writing for more than 40 years, which became the main point of reference in the reflection undertaken. Realizing the chosen goal, the place of the Bible in the life of Blessed Francis Jordan was first pointed out. Then the special action of the Holy Spirit in the life of this religious founder, which is described as fundamental inspiration, was discussed. The culmination of the considerations undertaken became a reflection on the dynamics with which the word of God, especially the passage John 17:3, illumined the path of discernment and formation of his founding charism.

    Il discepolo di Cristo è invitato di esercitare il discernimento spirituale e il discernimento degli spiriti. Quando si tratta di discernimento spirituale, bisogna intendere „spirituale” come livello al quale si esercita il discernimento. San Paolo insegna che i cristiani hanno ricevuto lo Spirito di Dio, per poter distinguere ciò che viene da Dio (cf. 1 Cor 2, 12). Quando si parla di discernimento degli spiriti, si tratta del ogetto a cui si applica il discernimento (situazioni di spirito, luci, mozioni e pure gli spiriti – esseri di natura personale – che agiscono nell’uomo). Solo l’uomo „spirituale” è capace di esercitare il discernimento spirituale. Nella Bibbia si trovano i dati, che aiutano a distinguere l’agire dello spirito maligno, dello „spirito della natura umana”, e pure dello Spirito Santo. La chiave fondamentale del discernimento sono le parole di Cristo riportate dal Vangelo. Sulla base biblica e tradizione ecclesiale, la Chiesa può riscoprire le nuove regole del discernimento, se lo necessita la situazione.
