    In this article we summarize the study of the electronic states and electron-vibrational interactions in square-planar molecular entities playing the role of molecular cells in quantum cellular automata (QCA), a promising paradigm of quantum computing. The following issues are shortly discussed: 1) QCA as a paradigm of quantum computing; 2) molecular implementation of QCA; 3) vibronic coupling as the origin of charge trapping, encoding of binary information 4) non-linear cell-cell response; 4) spin-switching in molecular QCA based on mixed-valence cells; 5) multimode dynamic vibronic problem, the symmetry assisted approach.

    What we intend to do in this short essay is to consider part of the epistolary of Rebora as a literary object, an object that follows the condition of poetry hand in hand (at least in certain moments) and that often goes beyond it precisely at the level of daring formal and semantic. In evaluating the epistolary under the literary aspect, in its creativity so similar to writing in verse, our pourpose is to demonstrate how at the basis of Rebora’s expressiveness (or expressionism) there is a powerful endogenous drive, and that his disorder is psychological rather than cultural, or “stylistic”.
    Celem eseju jest omówienie części epistolografii Rebory jako twórczości literackiej, która rozwija się idąc śladem jego twórczości lirycznej (przynajmniej w pewnych momentach), a nawet wręcz ją wyprzedza w poszukiwaniu odważnych rozwiązań na poziomach formalnym i semantycznym. Analiza aspektów literackich listów włoskiego poety, pod kątem artystycznym tak bliskich jego wierszom, służy wykazaniu, że u podstaw ekspresyjności (czy ekspresjonizmu) Rebory’ego tkwi potężny endogeniczny popęd i że nieład charakteryzujący jego twórczość epistolograficzną jest raczej natury psychologicznej niż kulturowej czy stylistycznej.

    Jednym z przykładów działania na rzecz jedności chrześcijan jest projekt Religiöse Schulwoche. Jest to jedna z form duszpasterstwa obejmującego szkoły w Niemczech, dotychczas nie opisywana w polskojęzycznej literaturze. Projekt ten jest przykładem braterskiej współpracy Kościołów katolickiego i luterańskiego, której celem jest postęp w ekumenizmie praktycznym i duchowym. Projekt Religiöse Schulwoche został zainicjowany w 1947 r. i wiąże się z osobą Clemente Peieiry SJ (1911–1990). Do celów projektu Religiöse Schulwoche należy zachęcanie uczniów do zastanowienia się nad własną tożsamością; szukanie związków między życiem i wiarą; odkrycie wiary jako pomocy w rozumieniu siebie i otaczającej rzeczywistości; zachęcanie do odpowiedzialnego działania; szukanie nowych życiowych perspektyw; rozwinięcie w uczniach poczucia odpowiedzialności za siebie i drugiego człowieka; umożliwienie doświadczenia przez uczniów wzajemnego zrozumienia i poszanowania odmiennych poglądów; zmierzenie się z pytaniami dotyczącymi religijnego wymiaru życia.
    Schools of North Rhine-Westphalia took the initiative and changed their timetables to invite staff of the Archdiocese of Paderborn, Diocese of Münster and of the Evangelical Church of Westphalia. The staff members gathered students with their parents and teachers during their lectures and answered various questions in smaller groups, as well as during the church service. The main idea of this longstanding ecumenical project stated by Religiöse Schulwoche is the prevention of the young generation’s ideological brainwashing and manipulation, which were experienced during National Socialism of Nazi Germany. The beginning of this initiative took place in 1947 and is connected with Clemente Pereira SJ (1911–1990). Ecumenical group which consists of educationalists and theologians at the disposal of students and their parents. Lecturers of Catholic and Evangelical Churches meet young people to allow them to reflect on their lives. Classes gather 9th–12th grade students, regardless of their worship and their world-view. Such classes gather up to 15 students for a maximum of three hours a day. The main aims of Religiöse Schulwoche are: to encourage students to think about their identities, to encourage responsible actions, to develop a sense of responsibility for oneself and other people, to make it possible for students to understand and respect different opinions, to cope with questions concerning religious aspects of living. Religiöse Schulwoche is not only intended for students but for adults as well. There are also meetings for parents and teachers. Besides group meetings, there are also motivations for the start of the day, with so-called Wort in den Tag, and ecumenical church services, which is the crowning touch to the week of the meetings.

    For combining two convex bodies C and D to produce a third body, two of the most important ways are the operation ∓ of forming the closure of the vector sum C+D and the operation γ̅ of forming the closure of the convex hull of C ⋃ D. When the containing normed linear space X is reflexive, it follows from weak compactness that the vector sum and the convex hull are already closed, and from this it follows that the class of all rotund bodies in X is stable with respect to the operation ∓ and the class of all smooth bodies in X is stable with respect to both ∓ and γ̅. In our paper it is shown that when X is separable, these stability properties of rotundity (resp. smoothness) are actually equivalent to the reflexivity of X. The characterizations remain valid for each nonseparable X that contains a rotund (resp. smooth) body.

    Introduction: Little is known about the influence of seroreactivity to fish nematode antigens on the unborn child. Aim: The objective of this study was to ascertain whether infants born to women with Anisakis spp. seroreactivity had problems with growth at birth, or during neonatal care. Methods: We conducted a retrospective database search of puerperal women interviewed at two perinatal facilities in Niterói, Brazil. Neonates were selected by the presence of anti-Anisakis IgG antibodies in cord blood and categorised, by analysis of maternal blood results, as reactive or nonreactive. The Mann–Whitney U test was used for hypothesis testing in continuous variables. A generalised linear model was used for binary logistic regression. Results: Of the 147 neonates studied, 121 were labelled as nonreactive and 26, as reactive. There were no significant betweengroup differences in maternal age (p = 0.193), number of prenatal visits (p = 0.362), presence of prenatal conditions (p = 0.980), mode of delivery (p = 0.193), gestational age (p = 0.266), birth weight (p = 0.294), need for resuscitation (p = 0.675), development of conditions during hospital stay (p = 0.201), or length of hospital stay (p = 0.528). There was also no significant association between IgG positivity in cord blood in raw fish intake (p = 1.000) or intake >2 times/week (p = 0.729). Conclusions: The presence of anti-Anisakis IgG in cord blood of infants born to women seroreactive to Anisakis did not pose a hazard to this neonatal population and did not influence growth, conditions at birth, or development of any clinical conditions before hospital discharge.
    Wstęp: Niewiele wiemy na temat wpływu seroreaktywności w kierunku antygenów nicieni pasożytujących na rybach na płód. Cel pracy: Niniejsze badanie miało na celu stwierdzenie, czy seroreaktywność matki w kierunku Anisakis spp. wpływa na rozwój dziecka w trakcie ciąży lub bezpośrednio po urodzeniu. Metody: W powyższym celu przeprowadzono retrospektywne badanie analizujące dane pacjentek objętych opieką dwóch placówek położniczych w Niterói w Brazylii. Uwzględnione w badaniu noworodki zostały wyłonione na podstawie obecności przeciwciał IgG anty-Anisakis w krwi pępowinowej i podzielone na dwie grupy, jako charakteryzujące się seroreaktywnością bądź jej brakiem, na podstawie wyników badania krwi matki. W celu sprawdzenia hipotezy dotyczącej zmiennych ciągłych posłużono się testem U Manna–Whitneya. W celu przeprowadzenia binarnej regresji logistycznej zastosowano uogólniony model liniowy. Wyniki: Spośród 147 noworodków objętych badaniem 121 dzieci zaklasyfikowano jako niereaktywne, a 26 – jako reaktywne w kierunku anisakiozy. Nie stwierdzono występowania statystycznie istotnych różnic pomiędzy grupami pod względem wieku matki (p = 0,193), liczby wizyt w okresie ciąży (p = 0,362), występowania u płodu jednostek klinicznych w okresie prenatalnym (p = 0,980), sposobu rozwiązania (p = 0,193), wieku ciąży w momencie rozwiązania (p = 0,266), masy urodzeniowej (p = 0,294), konieczności resuscytacji po urodzeniu (p = 0,675), pojawienia się problemów zdrowotnych u dziecka w trackie pobytu w szpitalu (p = 0,201) ani też długości pobytu w szpitalu (p = 0,528). Nie stwierdzono również statystycznie istotnej korelacji pomiędzy obecnością przeciwciał klasy IgG w krwi pępowinowej a obecnością surowych ryb w diecie matki (p = 1,000) ani też spożyciem surowych ryb częstszym niż dwa razy w tygodniu (p = 0,729). Wnioski: W badanej przez nas populacji noworodków obecność przeciwciał anty-Anisakis klasy IgG w krwi pępowinowej noworodków urodzonych przez matki charakteryzujące się seroreaktywnością w kierunku nicieni z rodziny Anisakis nie stwarzała zagrożenia i nie miała wpływu na rozwój fizyczny płodu, występowanie u niego jednostek chorobowych w momencie urodzenia ani ich pojawienie się w okresie pobytu w szpitalu po urodzeniu.

    There is a wide spectrum of ways in managing subjectivity intrinsic in research. This paper goes through and “lives” (Gregorio Gil, 2014) some research experiences: one on prostitution of minors and another on trafficking in human beings. These two experiences reveal how some of the characteristics of my subjectivity – among which that of being a “young female foreigner and outsider” in academia and in fieldwork – and of my own researches, have impacted that reflexivity practice alongside access to related fields, types of relationships and shared information. The paper proffers the idea in which a “reflexive process” on subjectivity can involve and/or hopefully involve the entire experience of the researcher, going beyond the borders of a single research. In the process, unexpected elements of subjectivity can come into play; in other cases the meaning attributed to them can change in time or can have a role different from what had been expected. Some elements, objects of epistemological analyses, as imposed by a reflexive approach, can become objects of attention also on the phenomenological level.

    La storia della formazione e dello sviluppo del Messale Romano viene presentata a tutt’oggi come l’inversione di un procedimento diretto a cercare la fonte della fonte. In questo modo, però, si corre il rischio che possano essere annoverate tra le varie tappe del suo sviluppo anche le fonti tipologicamente diverse. Un caso di questo tipo si rinviene nella fonte conosciuta come il Messale di Clemente V (1305-1314). L’originalità di questo messale induce ad un ripensamento della questione dello sviluppo del Messale Romano. Il presente contributo è teso ad offrire alcuni orientamenti, basati sulle acquisizioni del metodo di liturgia comparata, per una rilettura della storia della formazione e dello sviluppo del messale.
    The history of the formation and the development of the Roman Missal is presented until now as the reversal of a procedure to seek the source of the source. In this way, however, you run the risk that they may be counted among the various stages of its development also different typologically sources. A case of this type is found in the source known as the Missal of Pope Clement V (1305-1314). The originality of this missal leads to a rethinking of the issue of the development of the Roman Missal. This present contribution offers some guidelines, based on the acquisitions of the method of comparative liturgy, for a rereading of the history of the formation and development of the missal.
    Historia powstania i rozwoju Mszału Rzymskiego aż po dziś dzień przedstawiana jest jako odwrócony proces poszukiwania źródła danego źródła. W ten sposób jednakże zachodzi ryzyko zakwalifikowania do poszczególnych etapów rozwoju mszału źródeł typologicznie różnych od siebie. Przypadek taki dotyczy źródła znanego jako Mszał Klemensa V (1305-1314). Oryginalność tego mszału nakazuje przemyśleć na nowo kwestię rozwoju Mszału Rzymskiego. Bazując na osiągnięciach metody liturgiki komparatywnej, niniejszy artykuł prezentuje niektóre spostrzeżenia służące relekturze historii powstania i rozwoju mszału.

    Opis:
    This study used light and electron microscopy to describe a myxosporean, polysporic, histozoic plasmodium infecting the gill filaments of the freshwater teleost, Semaprochilodus insignis, specimens of which were collected from the Trombetas River (Central Amazonian Region, Brazil). Ultrastructural analyses of the fish-infecting spores identified the parasite as Myxobolus insignis, an organism that occurs within whitish unequal-sized plasmodia located in the intralamellar epithelium of the gill. Based on the observed morphological and ultrastructural features of the plasmodia in this study three stages in the plasmodial evolution were distinguished, related to the sporogonic stages of Myxobolus insignis. The plasmodium walls were also found to constitute a number of layers of fibroblasts, surrounded by collagen fibres, which displayed different morphological arrangements according to the different phases of evolution. This represents the first time such ultrastructural features have been described in detail for Myxobolus insignis plasmodia and offers potentially significant points of comparison with plasmodia from other species of myxosporea.
