    Wstęp i cel: Badania nad poprawą jakości obrazów uzyskanych z pomiarów na tomografie komputerowym jest zadaniem kluczowym w dzisiejszych czasach. Naukowcy nadal pracują nad wyborem odpowiedniego protokołu skanowania, który umożliwi bezpiecznie i z należytą dokładnością zeskanować ciało pacjenta. Materiał i metody: W artykule scharakteryzowano podstawowe artefakty oraz czynniki wpływające na jakość obrazów tomograficznych. Zastosowano metodę analizy. Wyniki: Wzrost aktywności fotonów i ich oddziaływania z danym środowiskiem, zależy od grubości, gęstości i liczby atomowej obiektu przez który przechodzą. Zmiana wymiarów matrycy oraz obszaru obrazowania (FOV), bezpośrednio wpływa na rozdzielczość przestrzenną i kontrastową danych. Typ budowy tomografu bezpośrednio determinuje czas skanowania, a tym samym wpływa na rozdzielczość czasową. Wniosek: Mimo dużych zmian, komputerowe systemy tomograficzne, nadal bazują na podstawowych zjawiskach wynikających min. z oddziaływania promieniowania rentgenowskiego na dane struktury anatomiczne. Zrozumienie tych zależności leży u podstaw poznania idei pomiaru, a tym samym umiejętnego wyboru protokołu skanowania.
    Introduction and aim: Research on improving quality of images obtained from computer tomography measurements is a key tasks in this times. Scientists are still working on selection appropriate scanning protocol that enables secure and accurately scan the patient’s body. Material and methods: The article describes the basic artifacts and factors affecting on quality of topographic images. Analysis method has been used. Results: Activity of photons depends on the thickness, density and atomic number of the object. Changing matrix size and field of view (FOV) directly affects on spatial and contrast resolution. Type of construction-CT directly determines the average scan time and thus affects on temporal resolution. Conclusion: Computer tomography systems still rely on the basic phenomena arising from the influence of X-ray anatomical structure data. To develop and practice the most safe and effective scanning methods, radiologic technologists must first understand the physical principles that make up the foundation of CT.

    W artykule przedstawione są wyniki badań dwupaliwowego silnika spalinowego o zapłonie samoczynnym w zakresie wpływu położenia wtryskiwacza paliwa LPG w kolektorze dolotowym na sprawność, zawartość składników w spalinach oraz podstawowe parametry procesu spalania. W trakcie badań przyjęto trzy różne położenia wtryskiwacza i pomierzono lub też wyliczono wymienione parametry pracy silnika dla różnych udziałów energetycznych stosowanych paliw (inicjującej zapłon dawki oleju napędowego oraz LPG)dla różnych obciążeń silnika. Wyniki zaprezentowane w niniejszym artykule dotyczą jednej stałej wartości prędkości obrotowej n=2000obr/min.
    The paper presents results of investigation on a dual-fuel compression ignition engine concerning the effect of LPG injector position in the manifold on efficiency, exhaust emissions and basic combustion pa-rameters. In the course of investigation, three various injector positions were studied. The above mentioned engine operating parameters were measured or calculated for various energy shares of the applied fuels (diesel oil pilot dose and LPG) and for various engine load. The presented results refer to a one constant engine speed n = 2000 rpm.

    Opis:
    One of the important parameters of Refill Friction Stir Spot Welding is the so-called basic position of the tool. This is the arrangement of the pin and sleeve which occurs when the tool is plunged into the material. The basic positions can be divided into two categories. In the first category, the sleeve and the pin are above the sheet surface or below sheet surface and in the second category the pin is retracted within the sleeve or protrudes from it. The aim of the work was to test four settings of the basic position, and then determine the best setting of the basic position, without changing the other welding parameters. Joints made of an aluminum alloy 2024-T3 sheet having a thickness of 1.0 mm and an aluminum alloy D16UTW sheet having a thickness of 0.6 mm were analysed. The best setting of the basic position was determined based on assessment of the force carried in shear test, macrostructure and weld face of the joints.

    Opis:
    The hereby paper undertakes the analysis of the genesis and evolution of the Finland’s Parliament Eduskunta from the moment of its establishment till nowadays, including the characteristics of its present constitutional position, being a result of its development during the centuries, with paying special attention to the current normative state and made on the basis of the hitherto constitutional practice. The article aims at deriving the origin and presenting the development of this organ in Finland, which in consequence leads to reliable conclusions in the field of determining its current constitutional position in the system of the supreme state authorities of Finland. The subject of the paper particularly focuses mostly on the analysis of the beginnings of Eduskunta’s formation and Finnish parliamentarianism, as well as its further evolution during different periods of its history, i.e. the time when Finland was included into the Kingdom of Sweden, the period when it was incorporated into the Russian Imperium and after it gained independence in 1917. The work also concentrates on the analysis of Eduskunta’s current constitutional position, its composition, internal structure, functions and competences presented on the basis of the exegesis of the provisions of the binding Basic Law of 1999 and the Parliament’s Rules of Procedure. The constitutional principles referring to the Parliament also seem to be of particular significance in this context, for they contribute to a more precise definition of Eduskunta’s constitutional position, as well as to pointing out its originality and dissimilarity regarding parliaments of other contemporary democratic states.
    W niniejszym opracowaniu przeprowadzono analizę genezy i ewolucji parlamentu finlandzkiego – Eduskunty: od chwili jego ustanowienia do czasów współczesnych, w tym – na podstawie dotychczasowej praktyki ustrojowej – dokonano charakterystyki obecnej pozycji ustrojowej tego parlamentu, będącej wynikiem jego rozwoju na przestrzeni wieków, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem aktualnego stanu normatywnego. Artykuł ma na celu ustalenie źródeł powstania oraz przedstawienie rozwoju tego organu w Finlandii, co w konsekwencji prowadzi do wiarygodnych wniosków w zakresie określenia jego obecnej pozycji ustrojowej w systemie naczelnych organów państwowych Finlandii. Przedmiot pracy koncentruje się przede wszystkim na analizie początków Eduskunty i parlamentaryzmu fińskiego, a także dalszej ewolucji Eduskunty w różnych okresach, tj. w czasach, gdy Finlandia była włączona do Królestwa Szwecji, funkcjonowała w obrębie Imperium Rosyjskiego oraz po uzyskaniu przez nią niepodległości w 1917 r. Opracowanie koncentruje się też na analizie obecnej pozycji ustrojowej Eduskunty, jej składu, organizacji wewnętrznej, funkcjach oraz kompetencjach przedstawionych na podstawie egzegezy postanowień obowiązującej ustawy zasadniczej z 1999 r. oraz regulaminu parlamentu. Zasady konstytucyjne odnoszące się do parlamentu również wydają się mieć w tym kontekście szczególne znaczenie, ponieważ przyczyniają się one do dokładniejszego zdeterminowania pozycji ustrojowej Eduskunty, a także wskazują na jej oryginalność i odmienność w stosunku do parlamentów innych współczesnych państw demokratycznych.

Выявлено, что базовые составляющие гражданской позиции личности непосредственно связаны с ценностными, ориентациями, особенностями белорусской идентичности и с ценностями гражданского общества.
    The article attempts to comprehend the formation and establishment of the civic position of the individual in the context of values and sociocultural characteristics of our society. It has been revealed that the basic components of a person’s civic position are directly related to value orientations, features of the Belarusian identity and the values of civil society.
    W artykule podjęto próbę omówienia inicjowania i formowania się obywatelskiej postawy jednostki w kontekście wartości oraz socjokulturowej specyfiki białoruskiego społeczeństwa. Ukazano, że bazowe komponenty obywatelskiej postawy jednostki bezpośrednio związane są z wartościami, orientacjami, specyfiką białoruskiej tożsamości i wartościami społeczeństwa obywatelskiego.
