    Kościół u swych początków objawiał się jako wspólnota wspólnot i rodzina rodzin. Sakramenty chrześcijańskiej inicjacji były wprowadzeniem do wspólnoty Kościoła, który dzięki nim żyje i wzrasta. W sposób szczególny Kościół tworzą Eucharystia i sakrament małżeństwa. Małżeństwo ma swój początek w stwórczym akcie Boga i stanowi źródło życia każdego społeczeństwa. Ofiara Jezusa Chrystusa, uobecniana w sakramencie Eucharystii, sprawia wzrost Mistycznego Ciała Chrystusa, w którym rodzina jest jego podstawową komórką oraz podstawą każdego społeczeństwa. Proponowane studium jest próbą odpowiedzi na poszukiwania duchowości małżeńskiej i rodzinnej, na problem prywatyzacji wiary i sakramentów, a w szczególności sakramentu małżeństwa we współczesnej kulturze.
    At its beginnings, the Church manifested itself as a community of communities and a family of families. The sacraments of Christian initiation were an introduction to the community of the Church, which as a result thrives and grows in number. In a special way, the Church creates the Eucharist and the sacrament of marriage. Marriage begins in the creative act of God and is the source of life for every society. The sacrifice of Jesus Christ present in the sacrament of the Eucharist increases the Mystical Body of Christ in which the family is its basic cell and the foundation of every society. The proposed study is an attempt to answer the search for marital and family spirituality, to the problem of the privatisation of faith and sacraments, but in particular the sacrament of marriage in contemporary culture.

    The communio-oriented vision of the church has a strong tradition in the evangelical theology, and so is with Jürgen Moltmann’s approach. There is a couple of layers to Moltmann’s ecclesiological project. Firstly, he provides a way of reforming the church in Germany and is convinced that the key to the process consists in reorganizing the church into small, ,,base communities”, where all members know each other; the communities, rich in charismata, are tied together by mutual care and friendship. Secondly, he sees the eschatological communio of the church over against the horizon of the new creation. As such, the church will embrace not only the saved ones, but the whole of creation as well. It is the final phase of the history of salvation when ,,God will be all in all.”

    Artykuł porusza problem bezpieczeństwa w wymiarze lokalnym. Autor przedstawia podstawowe założenia związane z kształtowanie bezpieczeństwa lokalnego oraz definicje odnoszące się do bezpieczeństwa publicznego. Zwraca także uwagę na rosnący problem zaniku więzi społecznych. W artykule przedstawiona jest koncepcja community policing, która stanowi model kształtowania bezpieczeństwa w środowiskach lokalnych.
    The article discusses the security problem on the local scale. The writer presents basic assumptions related to shaping local security and definitions that refer to public security. He also turns attention to the growing problem of the disappearance of social bonds. In the article a concept of community policing is pointed out, which constitutes a model of shaping security in local circles.

    This article deals with two subjects which form an inevitable part of the discussion on Czech basic schools. First, there is school development from the inside, individual and group learning and organizational development in schools. Second, there is the double task of Czech basic schools to provide pupils with primary and, subsequently, lower secondary education. The aim of the analysis is to compare evidence given by teachers at the primary and lower secondary levels of basic schools about processes which create the dimensions of a professional learning community. Analysis of the data obtained from this research, which was carried out in Czech basic schools, leads to the conclusion that despite a relatively large conformity in the adult actors’ perception of systematicity in handling the subjects of learning, this perception cannot be considered homogeneous.

    Opis:
    The issues raised in this article present the organization and the tasks of the commune authorities in the Polish and in the French legal system, indicating their decision-making and executive function. The regulations concerning the organization and the operation of the commune authorities, outlined on the basis of the statutory regulations and the internal regulations, the output of the doctrine and the jurisprudence of administrative courts, are intended to identify the elements common and specific to these bodies. Creating good relations between the community authorities is of fundamental importance for the efficient exercise of power at the local level, hence the present issues are deemed crucial. De lege lata analysis of the research problems at hand will help to raise comments and postulates in the final assessment in respect of the relations between decision-making and executive authorities in the commune of both a personal as well as functional nature.
    Problematyka poruszana w przedmiotowym artykule przedstawia organizację i zadania organów gminy w polskim oraz we francuskim porządku prawnym, wskazując na ich funkcję stanowiącą i wykonawczą. Unormowania dotyczące organizacji i działania organów gminy, nakreślone w oparciu o regulacje ustawowe oraz statutowe, dorobek doktryny, a także orzecznictwa sądowoadministracyjnego, mają na celu wskazanie elementów wspólnych dla tych organów oraz rozłącznych. Ułożenie dobrych relacji między organami gminy ma fundamentalne znaczenie w zakresie efektywnego wykonywania władzy na poziomie lokalnym, stąd ta problematyka jawi się jako istotna. Analiza de lege lata przedmiotowej problematyki badawczej pozwoli w ocenie końcowej na wysunięcie wniosków i postulatów dotyczących relacji między organami stanowiącymi i wykonawczymi w gminie zarówno o charakterze personalnym, jak i funkcjonalnym.
