The paper sets forward to justify the objective necessity of creation and distribution of benefits of the social consumption fund in socialized companies. The author proceeds from an assumption that the company Is not only a production unit in the economic system but also a subject implementing tasks of the social policy including also the function of the social consumption fund. In the further part of the paper there is made an attempt at determination of qualification criteria of the company’s contribution to the social consumption fund. It becomes necessary to isolate the company's expenditure in this area in order to assess utilization of resources in accordance with functions of this fund at the company's level.

W artykule skoncentrowano uwagę na trzech grupach problemów, a mianowicie: 1) podział pracy i współdziałanie podmiotów gospodarczych, 2) monopol i współdziałanie oraz 3) rynek sprzedawcy i współdziałanie. Autor dokonał teoretycznej analizy tych problemów na gruncie gospodarki socjalistycznej zwłaszcza w odniesieniu do sfery rynkowo-konsumpcyjnej. Wskazał również na zakłócenia ekonomiczne na rynku wynikające z wadliwego współdziałania podmiotów gospodarczych oraz na sposoby ich przezwyciężenia.

In the very middle of Poland the erection of a big quarry of brown coal is begun as well as great power station which will strongly affect environment of the region covering 20 000 km!. The biological investigations carried out in the years 1948/1980, i.e. the quarry was started, are summarized. The authors propose a new program of investigations and suggest that the region may be a suitable object for further ecological studies on biota and ecosystems, influenced with industrial pressure.

Opis:
Ethical dilemmas encountered by the authoress using participant observation in a house of social assistance for incapacitated persons are discussed. Two exemplary cases are analysed: 1) an elderly man with temporarily cured epilepsy developed a strong attachment to the researcher in the course of biographic interview; when she could not come for an appointed meeting he was so upset that fits re-appeared; 2) an invalid woman who claimed to suffer from acute pain in her leg asked the researcher to report it directly to the doctor which was contrary to the rules and could antagonize the nurses who suspected simulation. This illustrates difficulties caused by conflicting expectations directed to a researcher by various categories of persons involved in social relations with her/him in the course of research.

The paper deals with dynamic analysis of low structures subject to kinematic excitations caused by transversal waves when using nonlinear discrete-continuous models. The models consist of rigid bodies and elastic elements which undergo only shear deformations. In these models discrete elements with a damper and a spring of a nonlinear characteristic representing local nonlinearities can be included. In the study a wave approach is used, in terms of the wave solution of the equations of motion. Numerical calculations are performed for model with single, two, three or four rigid bodies. They focus on the determination of amplitudefrequency curves and investigation into the effect of local nonlinearities on displacements of selected cross-sections of elastic elements in the considered models.
Praca dotyczy analizy dynamicznej niskich obiektów poddanych poprzecznym wymuszeniom kinematycznym wykorzystując nieliniowe modele dyskretno-ciągłe. Modele te składają się z brył sztywnych i elementów sprężystych poddanych tylko odkształceniom ścinającym. W modelach tych można uwzględnić dyskretne elementy ze sprężyną o nieliniowej charakterystyce reprezentujące lokalne nieliniowości. W rozważaniach zastosowano metodę falową, w której wykorzystuje się rozwiązanie falowe równań ruchu. Obliczenia numeryczne wykonano dla modeli z jedną, dwiema, trzema i czterema bryłami sztywnymi. Koncentrują się one na wyznaczaniu krzywych amplitudowo-częstotliwościowych i badaniu wpływu parametrów reprezentujących lokalną nieliniowość na przemieszczenia w wybranych przekrojach poprzecznych elementów sprężystych rozważanych układów dyskretno-ciągłych.

Artykuł jest próbą odpowiedzi na pytanie, co jest przedmiotem logiki intuicjonistycznej. Rozważania opierają się na publikacjach twórców intuicjonizmu, zwłaszcza Heytinga. W tle poczyniono również komentarze na temat logiki klasycznej. Prawa klasycznej logiki zdań ustanawiają pewne obiektywne i jednocześnie najbardziej ogólne związki między faktami i zdarzeniami. Myśliciele zakładają istnienie takich powiązania, które charakteryzują stanowisko ontologiczne. Z drugiej strony prawa logiki intuicjonistycznej ustanawiają związki między konstrukcjami matematycznymi lub właściwościami tych konstrukcji na podstawie uprzednio utworzonych i zbadanych mentalnych konstrukcji matematycznych.
The article is an attempt to answer the question what is the subject of intuitionist logic. The considerations are based on publications by the creators of intuitionism, especially Heyting. In the background, comments were also made on classical logic. The laws of classical propositional logic establish certain objective and also the most general relationships between facts and events. Those thinkers assume the existence of such connections that characterize the ontological position. On the other hand, the laws of intuitionist logic establish relationships between mathematical constructions or the properties of these constructions on the basis of previously created and researched mental mathematical constructions.
In dem Artikel wird versucht, die Frage zu beantworten, was den Gegenstand des intuitionistischen Aussagenkalküls bildet. Die Erwägungen basieren auf den Veröffentlichungen von den Gründern des Intuitionismus, vor allem auf Heyting. Im Hintergrund werden auch Anmerkungen gemacht betreffend des Gegenstandes der klassischen Logik. Die Gesetze der klassischen Aussagenlogik stellen einige objektive und zugleich allgemeinste Zusammenhänge zwischen Sachverhalten, Tatsachen, Begebenheiten fest. Die Existenz, solchen Zusammenhänge nehmen die Denker an, welche die ontologische Stellungnahme kennzeichnet. Die Gesetze des intuitionistischen Aussagenkalküls dagegen stellen Zusammenhänge zwischen mathematischen Konstruktionen oder Eigenschaften dieser Konstruktionen auf Grund von den vorher gebildeten und untersuchten mentalen mathematischen Konstruktionen fest.

Following the previously published considerations the present paper aims at determination of a displacement vector and infinitesimal rotation vector describing the bending of the Grioli-Toupin plate subject to a normal polyharmonic loading. The presented biharmonic representation reduces the problem of equilibrium of a such a plate to a non-homogeneous biharmonic equation involving a function of a plate deflection. A semi-inverse method in an explicit form has been obtained together with relationships for force and moment stresses. Formulas for determination of the functions... and... of the variable... and coefficient... in a recurrent form have been given as well.P
Poliharmoniczne obciążenia płyt mikropolarnych. W niniejszej pracy (korzystając z wcześniej opublikowanych rozważań) wyznaczono przedstawienie wektora przemieszczenia i infinitezymalnego obrotu, opisujące zginanie płyty wykonanej z materiału Grioli-Toupina wywołane obciążeniem normalnym poliharmonicznym. Przedstawiona reprezentacja biharmoniczna sprowadza zagadnienie równowagi takiej płyty do rozwiązania niejednorodnego równania biharmonicznego na funkcję przedstawiającą ugięcie płyty. Metodą półodwrotną uzyskano wzory na naprężenia siłowe i momentowe w postaci jawnej. Podano też, w postaci rekurencyjnej, wzory na poszukiwane funkcje... , ... zmiennej... oraz współczynników... .

The paper presents the aims and principal results of three international research programs dealing with Ips typographus, carried out with differentiated approaches. In two projects (IUFRO-Biodiversity and ILTER) the insect was used as a bioindicator of environmental stresses caused by air pollution, mainly ozone. The differences in selected parameters characterizing bark beetle occurrence on Norway spruce in investigated stands (infestation density, beetle-caused tree mortality, captures in pheromone traps) show a positive, however not linear, response of I. typographus to this kind of stress, expressed by the increase of its population density. Within the ILTER project (suspended after 2 years) some important information about I. typographus ecology has been collected, especially concerning its adaptation and dispersion abilities in the mountain conditions, including upper montane and timberline zones. The third project (INCO-Copernicus TATRY) was focussed on better understanding of spreading of the bark beetle outbreak in a transboundary area in Tatra mountains. The analysis of the data from Polish (TPN) and Slovak (TANAP) Tatra National Parks revealed the same course of the bark beetle outbreak in both parts of the study area, regardless of the nature of the protection regime applied in individual countries. The high dependence of the outbreak on the weather conditions, as well as forest stand and site characteristics, was described. In conclusion, the role of national parks in the research on the bark beetle occurrence on Norway spruce is discussed.

Opis:
Naturalism that I deal with is an approach towards the world, the man and the possibilities and methods of learning about the world. It maintains that there is an existential continuity of reality and this is a continuity of nature and not of other spheres of existence. A view formulated in this way silently accepts the assumptions of ontological realism and epistemological realism. Hence it becomes part of the ontological paradigm of philosophy. After Kant, that is after mentalistic (transcendentalistic) paradigm in philosophy came into being, the legitimacy of the ontological way of philosophising cannot be maintained. Is then naturalism – that at present experiences another revival – only a misunderstanding? Well, no. The limits of its validity – but not legitimacy – are set by science. Within its area it is obvious and useful, perhaps even indispensable. It is a type of unrealised research attitude by whose virtue a scientist treats the object of his studies as autonomously existing and one that can be objectively cognised. However, here he is supported not by theoretical arguments, but first of all by pragmatic and psychological-social ones.

The paper is an analysis of the category of political thought as an element of the research field of political science. The attention focuses on three issues: 1) the concept of political thought and the conceptual network related to it; 2) fundamental sources, methods and techniques adequate to research on political thought; 3) a historiography of political thought and the development of the ways to analyze political ideas. The concept of political thought enjoys a status of an autonomous notion in the language of political science. It is constituted by all kinds of reflection on political reality, irrespective of the degree of their development, internal coherence or systemati-zation as well as of the degree of their theoretical advancement and specification. It origins as a result of political thinking. It cannot be reduced to notions such as ideology, doctrine, conception, programme, ideas, a set of values and political princi-ples or be properly defined by the recurrence to these notions. Neither does it constitute an intermediate link in the categorical chain between ideology and doctrine. Both ideas and programmes, as well as ideologies and doctrines are constitutive elements of poli-tical thought. The present author assumed that political views do not have to relate directly to politics, institutions of power or a political regime as long as they exhibit political features. In the structure of political thought the following strata can be distinguished: ideological, conceptual and pragmatic which are hierarchically interdependent. To develop a political thought is the only way for any political subject to find an answer to many fundamental questions, to define goals which make public activity meaning-ful, to delimit political facts in the reality and to group them into relationships and to distinguish the political subject – in existential terms – from other participants of social life. In the political thought of the XX century one can see the evolution concerning types of ideas dominating the political thought – from the classical political phil-osophy to a reflection related to optimal political decision-making in given circum-stances. The breakthrough occurred around the half of the XX century when political subjects in their idea-making activities ceased to focus exclusively on precise defini-tions of visions of an ideal order based on a single, true and universal principle and engaged themselves in pragmatic controversies concerning the nature of particular solutions and the organization of the process of decision-making, that is concerning political engineering. There follows from the above points that exclusive focusing in research on analyses of political activities and their results without taking into consideration the views of politically oriented communities and decision-making centers representing them, would make it impossible for political science to fulfill its basic functions effectively (from the descriptive to the instrumental one)*. Therefore we attribute such an important role to the proper methodological organization of research on political thought which still suffers from three visible shortcomings affecting the cognitive process in numerous ways: 1. a weakly developed methodological reflection on the notion of political thought and the conceptual network related to it 2. little cognitive interest in the sources, methods and techniques proper to re-search on political thought 3. lacking scientific investigations in the historiography of political thought and the development of ways to analyze political ideas.
