    W artykule opisano uwarunkowania etyczne powszechnej w szkołach praktyki obdarowywania nauczycieli. Praktyka ta nie jest uregulowana prawem, lecz pewnymi zwyczajami i tradycją. Czynni zawodowo i przyszli nauczycie, tj. studenci ostatnich lat studiów, mają inny stosunek do norm etycznych. Autor przedstawia wgląd w etyczne uwarunkowania obdarowywania prezentami w instytucjach.
    This article describes the ethical conditions for the practice of giving gifts to teachers that takes place in schools. These issues are not regulated by law, but by certain customs and traditions. Active teachers and potential teachers, i.e., senior students, have a different attitude towards ethical norms. The authors hope that this article offers a deeper insight into the ethical conditions of giving gifts in institutions.

    Zachowania agresywne zaczynają być codziennością życia szkoły, z czym ani rodzina, ani sama szkoła nie umie sobie poradzić. Jeżeli chodzi o przyczyny środowiskowe, to źródeł takich zachowań należy szukać u rodziców i nauczycieli. Proces wychowawczy ma różne style, stąd i różne późniejsze zachowania dzieci. Wpływ rówieśników, przyjaźnie, społeczne nastawienia – mogą albo tonować niektóre zachowania, albo prowokować do rozwoju agresji (np. naśladownictwo w zachowaniach). W swoim artykule starałem się przeanalizować zachowania, zwłaszcza rodziny i szkoły, które to poparte zostały badaniami przyszłych nauczycieli, gdzie konkluzje mogą zaskakiwać, ale i skłaniać do refleksji.
    Aggressive behaviours begin to be a commonplaceness of the life of the school, with which neither family nor the school itself can cope. In relation to environmental causes, one should look for sources of such behaviours in parents and teachers. The educational process has various styles which leads to children’s various later behaviours. Peers’ influence, friends, social attitudes – they can either tone down some behaviours, or provoke a development of aggression (e.g. mitation of behaviours). I tried to analyse behaviours in my article, especially the family and the school, which are supported by the research of future teachers, and the conclusions can be surprising, but they induce reflections.

    Ten artykuł dotyka ważnej kwestii, a mianowicie integracji osób niepełnosprawnych intelektualnie z grupą, a właściwie komunikacji w tej integracji. Oprócz wiedzy naukowej na ten temat, autor opisał tutaj casus pewnej podopiecznej z autyzmem, która uczęszczała do szkoły publicznej. Nieumiejętność wychowawcy klasy do tego, aby zintegrować Miłkę z koleżankami i kolegami, przekładała się na jej funkcjonowanie w tym zespole. Mimo chęci pomocy ze strony rodziców, ich komunikatów kierowanych do wychowawcy – nie przekładało się to na integrację. Dziecko było klasowym klaunem, bardzo szukającym akceptacji. Komunikacja z innym nauczycielem, który rozumiał potrzeby dziecka spowodowała, że odżyło ono, było nawet podziwiane ze względu na swoje talenty, przez co poprawiła się komunikacja. Sądzę, że to ważny głos w dyskusji na temat sposobów poprawy wzajemnych stosunków między dziećmi, niekoniecznie w klasach typowo integracyjnych. To, co nazwane – nie jest już obce, a temu służy komunikacja.
    This paper addresses the important issue of the intellectual integration of handicapped persons within a group, and precisely – how to achieve effective communication and interaction in such integration. Apart from the scientific findings on this subject, the author describes a case of a child suffering from autism who attended a public (ie. State) school. The inability of the form teacher of the class to integrate Miłka with her fellow pupils influenced her functioning within the team. Despite the parents’ willingness to help, and what they told the teacher, there was no positive progress in the integration. The child was a “class clown”, constantly seeking acceptance. Communication with a different teacher who understood the needs of the child allowed her to “come alive” and even to be admired for her talents, which led to improved communication. I believe that it is an important voice in the discussion on the ways of improving the relationships between children and not only in classes for children with special needs. What has been named is no longer strange, and that is the purpose of communication

The guilds of social distinction, economic the and cultural village the children are the essential determinants of conditions of education and the youth.

W określeniu relacji rodzinnych nauczycieli wykorzystałem spłaszczoną skalę Kazimierza Kotlarskiego. Odniosłem się też do określonej placówki szkolnej – czy w zależności od typu placówki, w jakiej uczy nauczyciel, zmienia się sposób oceniania przez nauczycieli.

    In this article, I address an important issue, namely the functioning and integration of children with AS in public school. I used three case studies to describe the problems faced by small public schools in small communities. In spite of the parents' commitment to make their children feel comfortable among their students, this has not always been the case. What seems to be important here is the teacher's involvement, knowledge, and willingness, which has not always been the case. I believe that this paper will help to look at these challenges and that the teachers or parents reading this article will understand the complexity of the problem.

    Ten artykuł dotyczy samotnego ojcostwa w Polsce i prób jego wsparcia. Wychowanie potomstwa, to w wielu opiniach domena kobiet, mężczyzna też wychowuje, ale ta kwestia rzadziej ma odzwierciedlenie w publikacjach codziennych. Samotnie wychowujący dzieci mężczyźni znajdują swoją niszę we wsparciu różnych stowarzyszeń, ale rośnie równocześnie akceptacja społeczna dla takich osób. Niemniej na pomoc w samotnym rodzicielstwie mogą bardziej liczyć kobiety, aniżeli mężczyźni.
    This article deals with single paternity in Poland and attempts to support it. Raising offspring is in many opinions the domain of women, a man also brings up, but this issue is less often reflected in everyday publications. Single-parenting men find their niche in the support of various associations, but at the same time social acceptance for such people is growing. Nevertheless, womans can count more on help in lone parenthood than men.

    W artykule opisano wieloznaczność pojęcia „kultura” i jego rozumienie w ujęciu szerokim i wąskim w obszarze działań szkoły. Nauczyciele w placówce szkolnej powinni kształcić uczniów w odnoszeniu się zarówno do siebie samych, jak i do innych, nauczycieli czy rodziców. Mierzą się jednak z wieloma problemami w tym zakresie, gdyż dość często uczniowie inaczej definiują i rozumieją pojęcie kultury, kultury osobistej czy zachowań wobec innych. W odpowiedzi na postulaty szkoły i presję wyrażoną w prawie szkolnym podejmowane są działania kontrkulturowe przez podopiecznych, które zazwyczaj nie są akceptowane ani przez władze szkoły, ani przez niektórych rodziców. Placówka powinna być miejscem wolności w takim zakresie, że wszystkie podmioty w niej współdziałające przestrzegają pewnych ustalonych norm, ale równocześnie dają pewien zakres wolności podopiecznym do bycia innym, bycia indywidualistą (np. w ubiorze, zachowaniu, głoszeniu zasad, aktywności artystycznej), jeśli nie krzywdzi się przy tym bliskich, nie narzuca się im swoich poglądów. W opisanych w opracowaniu badaniach można dostrzec, że tak się nie dzieje. Komunikat ze strony placówki brzmi bowiem: „Możesz być inny, ale my ci pokażemy, kim chcielibyśmy cię widzieć” – a to skutecznie hamuje wzajemną komunikację w tym zakresie.
    This article describes the ambiguity of the concept of “culture” and its understanding in a broad and narrow sense in the area of school activities. Teachers in a school institution should educate students also in relation to themselves, to others, to teachers, parents, but they face many problems in this area, because quite often students define and understand the concept of culture, personal culture and behavior towards others diffrently. In response to the demands of the school and the pressure expressed in the school law, it is quite common for counter-cultural actions to be taken by the wards, which are usually not accepted by both the school authorities and some parents. The institution should be a place of freedom to the extent that all the actors in it respect certain established norms, but at the same time give a certain amount of freedom to the pupils to be different, individualistic (e.g. in dress, behaviour, preaching, artistic activity), as long as they do not harm their relatives or impose their views. In my research, it can be seen that this is not the case. The message from the organization is: “you can be different, but we will show you who we would like you to be”, which effectively inhibits mutual communication in this respect.

Autor skupił się głównie na szkołach gimnazjalnych, ale dokonuje szerszego spojrzenia na edukację, głównie pod kątem problemów socjalnych i marginalizacji wsi w dobie drapieżnej walki o byt i poszukiwanie pracy. Wyzwania edukacyjne w tym środowisku zderzają się niejednokrotnie z problemami dnia codziennego, co powoduje, że niewielki odsetek uczniów z tych środowisk widzi szansę w edukacji na szczeblach wyższych.
    This article describes the rural environment and its educational institutions. The author focuses mainly on junior secondary schools, but also takes a broader look on education in terms of social problems and marginalization of rural areas in the era of brutal fights for survival and jobs. Educational challenges in this environment often collide with the problems of everyday life, which means that a small percentage of students from this background see their chances in education at higher levels.

    Niestety, moje badania wskazują, że szkoła i sami nauczyciele chcieliby lepiej „wypaść” aniżeli ma to miejsce. Pedagodzy nie za bardzo orientują się z jakich rodzin i z jakimi problemami borykają się ich podopieczni, nie odwiedzają ich w domach, rzadko kontaktują się z opiekunami gimnazjalistów. Czynią to tylko w sprawach na wyraźne życzenie rodziców. Jest pewne rozminięcie w opiniach obu grup: uczniowie deklarują mniejsze zainteresowani pedagogów swoimi problemami, nie widzą w nich partnerów do rozmów czy zwierzania się.
    Unfortunately, my research shows that schools and teachers themselves would better "fall out" than it does. Teachers do not really orient themselves with what families and identify problems faced by their wards, do not visit them in their homes, rarely interact with tutors high school students. They do so only in cases at the express request of parents. It is certain developments are the opinions of both groups: students declare a lower educators interested in their problems, not see them as partners for interviews or confide in.

    Jakość życia nauczycieli nie jest taka zła. Pracują więcej (dłużej) na swoją emeryturę, mają też średnio tych świadczeń więcej, aniżeli wynikałoby to z powszechnych opinii. Oczywiście że są nauczyciele pobierający nieduże świadczenia, ale przecież jest i wielu emerytów z innych branż, tak zwany stary portfel, którzy też nie mają za dużo pieniędzy. Nie jest też tych nauczycieli emerytów tak dużo, jak chciałoby widzieć to społeczeństwo. 4 procent nauczycieli emerytów wśród wszystkich emerytów – to nie jest duży współczynnik średniej krajowej. Dobrze, że jeszcze niektórym udaje się dorobić do emerytury w macierzystej bądź innej placówce, ale te czasy powoli się kończą. Presja społeczna i kurczący się rynek pracy, niż demograficzny, zamykanie szkół – powoli wykruszają tę grupę społeczności emeryckiej z dodatkowego źródła pracy. Dyrektor staje przed dylematem: mieć fachowca z doświadczeniem, ale drogiego w wynagradzaniu, czy taniego nauczyciela, ale nie wiadomo jakiego? Ma też naciski ze strony władz zwierzchnich, czasami nakaz, aby takich pracowników nie zatrudniać. To wszystko powoduje, że emerytowany pedagog będzie miał problemy ze znalezieniem dodatkowego źródła dochodu pracując w swojej specjalności. Tym samym jakość życia tych najuboższych zdecydowanie ulegnie pogorszeniu.
    The quality of the teachers life now not is such bad. They work on their pension more (longer), they also have the average of these services more, than this would result from general opinions. Obviously that there are teachers taking small services, but he is and many different pensioners from different trades, called so the old wallet which do not also have for a lot of money. He is not theses of pensioners these teachers so a lot of how this society would like to see. 4 percentage of among all pensioners teachers – this is not the large coefficient of the national average. Well, that he still is successful to work in addition some to the pension in the mother or different post, but these times end slowly. They social pressure and the shrinking market of the work, than demographic, closing the schools – crumble up slowly this the group of the pensionary community from the additional source of the work. Does the manager stand up before the dilemma: to have the expert with the experience, but dear in rewarding, the cheap teacher, but it is not known what? The my theses pressures from the side of superior powers, sometimes the order, not to employ such workers. This in all results that working in his speciality the retired educator will have problems with finding of the additional source of the income. The same the quality of the life of these not rich – he will undergo the deterioration decidedly.

    Opis:
    Purpose: The aim of the article is to evaluate and characterize the use of renewable energy sources and their impact on the environment in selected European countries. Design/methodology/approach: relying on renewable energy sources is one of the fundamental goals of the European Union, which is constantly striving to improve the quality of life of societies, and to secure the welfare of present and future generations. The authors performed an analysis of energy consumption in 2010-2020 based on statistical data obtained from the European Statistical Office “EUROSTAT”. Numerous statistical analyzes, including data composition and decomposition, have been carried out. The authors relied on the analysis of change dynamics technique. The article presents indexes with a variable base (chain) and relative increments with a constant base. Findings: It has been established that the use of renewable energy in the following analyzed sectors such as electricity, transport, heating and cooling is diversified, with the highest use being noted in the field of heating and cooling. The most developed country in Europe in terms of the use of renewable energy sources is Iceland, followed by Norway and Sweden. The countries with the lowest use of renewable energy are Malta, the Netherlands and Luxembourg although these countries are exhibiting a growing tendency towards using renewable energy sources. Originality/value: The article presents the results of data composition regarding the use of renewable energy and its impact on the natural environment. Due to the analyzes used, it may be regarded as an interesting overview of the use of renewable energy sources.

    Opis:
    Objective: the authors’ main objective was to analyse, on the basis of other publications on the subject, the merits, the stages and the reasons for which enterprises establish innovation-driven relationships, as well as to present the results of an empirical study showing the condition and scope of co-operation between Polish enterprises within the scope of innovation-related activities in the years 2017-2019. Project/methodology/approach: The results of the empirical study presented in the paper have been taken from a statistical analysis by the Central Statistical Office titled: “Innovative activities of enterprises in the years 2017-2019”, GUS (Central Statistical Office), Warsaw-Szczecin 2020. The study covering industrial and service enterprises was carried out in the years 2017-2019, and its results were published in 2020. The study applied the methodology developed by Eurostat and OECD described in the Oslo Manual (Oslo Manual, 2008). Findings: the paper and its summary discuss the main findings from the and the results of the empirical study conducted. Originality/value: the paper presents the latest data published by the Central Statistical Office, which are the results of studies innovation-focused activities of Polish enterprises as part of innovation-driven co-operation (relationships). The paper is addressed chiefly to industrial and service enterprises.
