Artykuł stanowi pierwszą część [1] publikacji wyników badań kosztowych prowadzonych w polskich przedsiębiorstwach międzynarodowego transportu ciężarowego, przedsiębiorstwach operujących głównie na rynkach krajów UE. Zaprezentowano charakterystykę statystyczną zbadanych przedsiębiorstw według ich grup wielkości określonej liczbami eksploatowanych samochodów ciężarowych. Przedstawiono kształtowanie się średnich kosztów 1 wozokilometra przebiegu pojazdów powyżej 12,0 Mg dmc w zbadanych przedsiębiorstwach w 2017 r. (według wielkości przedsiębiorstw) oraz średnie ważone koszty dla całej zbadanej zbiorowości. Przy tym wyszczególniono główne rodzaje kosztów oraz podano dla ilustracji kształtowanie się powyższych zbadanych w ITS kosztów jednostkowych w latach 2009 – 2016. Zilustrowano strukturę rodzajową średnich kosztów 1 wozokilometra przebiegu w przedmiotowym zakresie w 2017 r.
The article is the first part [1] of the publication on cost studies results conducted at the Polish international freight transport enterprises, operating mainly on the EU countries markets. The statistical characteristics of the surveyed enterprises were presented according to their size groups determined by the numbers of trucks used. Shown is the average cost of 1 vehicle-kilometre of mileage for the vehicles over 12.0 Mg MAW in the surveyed enterprises in 2017 (by size of enterprises) and weighted average costs for the entire surveyed collectivity. At the same time, the main types of costs were listed and the unit costs examined at ITS for the years 2009-2016, were outlined for illustrations. The generic structure of the average costs of 1 vehicle-kilometre of mileage in the scope in question, was illustrated for the 2017.

Pierwszy artykuł dotyczył średnich jednostkowych kosztów w zbadanych przedsiębiorstwach operujących głównie na rynkach UE. Zaprezentowano charakterystykę statystyczną zbadanych przedsiębiorstw według ich grup wielkości wyznaczonej liczbami eksploatowanych samochodów ciężarowych. Przedstawiono kształtowanie się średnich kosztów 1 wozokilometra przebiegu samochodów ciężarowych powyżej 12,0 Mg dmc w zbadanych przedsiębiorstwach w 2017 r. według ich wielkości oraz podano średnie ważone koszty jednostkowe dla całej zbadanej zbiorowości. Wyspecyfikowano główne koszty rodzajowe. Zilustrowano kształtowanie się zbadanych w 2017 r. kosztów jednostkowych z kosztami z lat 2009 – 2016. Zaprezentowano strukturę rodzajową średnich kosztów 1 wozokilometra przebiegu w 2017 r. według badań ITS.
The article represents second part of the publication of the results of cost studies conducted at the Polish enterprises of international freight transport, operating mainly on the routes to the markets of countries located outside Poland’s eastern border. The first article concerned the average unit costs in the examined enterprises operating mainly on the EU markets. The statistical characteristics of the examined enterprises were presented according to their size groups determined by the numbers of used trucks. Shown is the average cost of vehicle - kilometre of mileage for the trucks of 12.0 Mg GVW at the surveyed enterprises in 2017 arranged by their size and weighted average unit costs for the entire surveyed population. The main generic costs have been specified. The evolution of the unit costs examined in 2017 with the costs from 2009-2016 was illustrated. Structure of the average costs per 1 vehicle-kilometre of the mileage in 2017 according to ITS survey was presented.

Opisano zweryfikowaną w ITS metodę badań i obliczeń średnich kosztów jednego wozokilometra przebiegu samochodu ciężarowego w przedsiębiorstwach transportu międzynarodowego w Polsce. Przedstawiono średnie koszty jednostkowe w badanych przedsiębiorstwach ogółem i według wybranych rodzajów kosztów za lata 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 i za I półrocze 2014 r. w odniesieniu do rynków przewozów międzynarodowych (osobno rynki innych krajów UE i osobno rynki wschodnie) z uwzględnieniem taboru uniwersalnego o maksymalnej masie całkowitej przekraczającej 12,0 Mg.
The paper describes, verified at ITS, methodology of the studies and calculations of the average costs of one vehicle-kilometre mileage of the truck at the road transport companies in Poland. It presents the average unit costs at the surveyed enterprises in total and arranged by selected types of costs for the years 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and for the first half of 2014 with respect to the international transport markets (separately markets of other EU countries and Eastern markets), for the universal rolling stock of maximum weight exceeding 12.0 Mg.

Opis:
Koszty eksploatacji pojazdów zmieniają się pod wpływem różnorakich zewnętrznych uwarunkowań ekonomicznych i eksploatacyjnych. Jednym z wielu istotnych czynników wzrostu kosztów eksploatacji samochodów są ceny paliw, charakteryzujące się w ostatnich latach, szczególnie wysoką dynamiką zmian. Dla wybranych, reprezentatywnych w Polsce marek i modeli samochodów osobowych, przedstawiono wyniki badań przeprowadzonych w Instytucie Transportu Samochodowego, dotyczących kształtowania się średnich jednostkowych kosztów eksploatacji pojazdów (rozumianych tu jako średni koszt 1 pojazdokilometra przebiegu) w funkcji ich średnich rocznych przebiegów. Zaprezentowano struktury rodzajowe kosztów eksploatacyjnych samochodów z silnikami benzynowymi o objętości skokowej do 900 cm³, z silnikami powyżej 900 cm³ i z silnikami zasilanymi ON.
Costs of operating vehicles change being affected by various external economic and operational factors. One of many significant factors contributing to the increase of cars operating costs are fuel prices, characterised in the recent years by a particularly high dynamics of changes. The paper presents results of the studies conducted at the Motor Transport Institute, with respect to the shaping of average unit costs of operating vehicles (understood here as an average cost of 1 vehicle-kilometre of mileage) as a function of average annual mileages, for the selected, representative in Poland makes and models of cars. The costs type structures of the operated cars are shown for the cars with petrol engines of up to 900 cm³ capacity, with the engines above 900 cm³ capacity and with the Diesel engines.

Opis:
Structure of the fleet of the passenger cars registered in Poland in the 1991-2006 years has undergone significant changes due to a dynamically developing situation, both on the domestic and international automotive market. Over the last fifteen years there has been a growing tendency observed in Poland, which led to an over twofold increase of passenger cars being registered. Changes in both makes and age structure of the fleet of the passenger cars registered in Poland are affected by fluctuations of sales figures of the new cars, but first of all by the used cars import. The 90-ties brought about an improvement in the financial situation of certain social groups in Poland as well as increased availability and ease to obtain loans to buy cars. This resulted in the increase of the new passenger cars sales. Since 2000 there has been a decreasing tendency observed in this aspect, but at the same time growing interest in the individual import of used passenger cars to Poland. Especially, since Poland's accession to European Union on the 1-st of May 200 Analysis of both makes and age structure of the fleet of the passenger cars registered in Poland for the first time in the years 2004-2006 as well as those removed from the register, indicates a constant growth in the population of old cars, and increase of their share in the car fleet structure. In the period under scrutiny, cars removed from the register, were dominated by the cars of at least mp-teen years of age, including those over 20 years. Those removed from the register were first of all the cars of makes and models whose low technological quality, and additionally high fuel consumption, excluded them from their further economical and safe usage.

Niektóre kraje UE, takie jak np. Niemcy, nie czekając na decyzje wspólnotowe, wprowadzają prawne działania mające na celu ochronę własnego rynku m.in. rynku transportu drogowego przed konkurencją ze strony przewoźników innych państw. Polskie przedsiębiorstwa międzynarodowego transportu drogowego osiągnęły na europejskim rynku transportu rzeczy znaczną przewagę w udziale w tym rynku nad firmami z innych krajów UE. Zdaniem wielu opinii środowiska transportowego takie działania, jak przyjęcie prawa o płacy minimalnej pracowników delegowanych (w tym kierowców) do pracy m.in. na terenie wymienionych tu Niemiec spowoduje wzrost kosztów działalności zarejestrowanych w Polsce przedsiębiorstw, a przez to częściową utratę ich rynkowej przewagi konkurencyjnej, szczególnie wobec przewoźników zachodnioeuropejskich, w tym przede wszystkim wobec przewoźników niemieckich. W artykule skoncentrowano uwagę na oszacowaniu skali zaangażowania polskich firm międzynarodowego transportu drogowego na obszarze Niemiec (wielkości przewozów, liczb przedsiębiorstw i liczb samochodów w latach 2013 i 2016).
Some EU countries, such as Germany, without waiting for Community decisions, introduce legal actions to protect their own market, including road transport market, against competition from the carriers of other countries. Polish international road transport enterprises have achieved a significant advantage in the European goods transport market in the share of companies from the other EU countries of this market. According to many opinions of the transport community, such activities as the adoption of the law on the minimum wage of posted workers (including drivers) to work, among the others in the territory of the above-mentioned Germany, will cause the operations costs of the enterprises registered in Poland to rise, and hence the partial loss of their competitive market advantage, especially towards Western European carriers, including primarily German carriers. The article focuses on estimating the scale of involvement of the Polish international road transport companies in Germany (transport volume, number of enterprises and number of cars in the years 2013 and 2016).

The article discusses development of the Polish sector of the international freight transport since 2005. Shaping of the haulage work arranged by type of transport and its share in the European market in 2016 has been shown. The figures characterizing the number of international transport companies in Poland and the number of trucks used by them are given. The selected features of enterprises participating in unit cost studies conducted by ITS were characterized. The average costs of 1 vehicle-kilometre of the mileage and generic unit cost in 2016 were presented according to the size groups of the surveyed companies and average unit costs in 2009-2016 in total as well as according to the specified types of costs and the generic structure of average costs of 1 vehicle-kilometre of mileage in 2016.

The work presents results of the research on the relations between temperature and resistance relaxation times of thin films of the YBa₂Cu₃O₇₋x superconductor deposited on substrates with different thermal conductivity (SrTiO₃, MgO, Al₂O₃) and the duration of optical and current pulses (ranging from 5ns to 1ms) and the temperature level of the superconductor film. The research was conducted by means of the numerical modelling method of the resistance response in the superconducting element. The research findings can be used for developing thin-film structures of switching elements in order to optimize the process of selecting materials and the film thickness adjusted to working modes of these elements.

W niniejszej publikacji dokonano porównania średnich kosztów jednostkowych i stawek przewozowych w zbadanych przedsiębiorstwach operujących głównie na rynku UE i przedsiębiorstw przewożących przeważnie w relacjach z rynkami krajów położonych poza wschodnią granicą Polski.
The article represents the third part of the publication of cost study results conducted at the Polish international truck transport companies and covering the results for 2017, presented against the background of costs for the years 2009 - 2016. The first article, placed in No. 2/2018 of the ITS quarterly, concerned average unit costs and their generic structure at the surveyed enterprises operating mainly on the EU markets. The second article, included in the No. 3/2018 of the ITS quarterly, concerned the development of the unit costs at the enterprises operating transport services mainly on the routes with the countries located outside Poland’s eastern border. This publication compares the average unit costs and transport rates at the surveyed enterprises operating mainly on the EU market and enterprises usually conducting transport services on the routes to the markets of countries located outside Poland’s eastern border.

Przedstawiono syntetycznie założenia techniczno - eksploatacyjne pierwszej w Polsce instalacji oczyszczania biogazu, sprężania, magazynowania i dystrybucji biometanu, sfinansowanej w ramach projektu międzynarodowego More Baltic Biogas Bus, zaprojektowanej i wykonanej przez firmę NGV AutoGas z Krakowa, zainstalowanej na terenie zamkniętego składowiska odpadów w Niepołomicach. Przykładowo wskazano koncepcję wykorzystania biometanu do zasilania silników autobusów miejskich obsługujących potrzeby komunikacyjne ludności Krakowa i podkrakowskich osiedli na wybranych liniach przewozów regularnych. Przedstawiono wariantowo średnie koszty biometanu pozyskiwanego z biogazu wysypiskowego przypadające na jeden wozokilometr przebiegu autobusu. Porównano przedmiotowe koszty ze średnimi kosztami jednostkowymi przebiegu autobusu zasilanego olejem napędowym. Mając na względzie aspekt środowiskowy nowatorskiej instalacji w Polsce oszacowano średnie koszty jednostkowe emisji gazów cieplarnianych w przypadku eksploatacji autobusów na biometan (licząc od źródła do koła). Oszacowano średnie koszty jednostkowe emisji gazów cieplarnianych w przypadku eksploatacji autobusów zasilanych olejem napędowym.
The technical and operational assumptions of Poland's first operational installation of biogas purification, compression, storage and distribution of biomethane, financed from the international More Baltic Biogas Bus project, designed and built by NGV AutoGas firm from Krakow, and installed at the closed landfill in Niepołomice, have been presented in a synthetic form. As an example, the concept of using biomethane was shown to power the engines of urban buses that serve transport needs of the Krakow’s population and that of the settlements surrounding Krakow, on selected regular routes. The average costs of the biomethane obtained from the landfill biogas were shown in a variant form per one vehicle-kilometre of the bus’s mileage The subject costs have been compared with the average unit costs of running dieselpowered bus. Having regard to the environmental aspect of the innovative installation in Poland the average unit costs of greenhouse gases emissions have been estimated for the use of buses running on biomethane (counting from the source to the wheel). The average unit costs of greenhouse gases emissions have been estimated for the use of buses powered by diesel fuel.
