    W artykule przedstawiono proces usuwania ziemian ze stanowisk kierowniczych w Zarządzie Okręgowym Państwowych Nieruchomości Ziemskich w Olsztynie. Na podstawie analizy akt wytworzonych przez Wojewódzki Urząd Bezpieczeństwa Publicznego w Olsztynie oraz akt procesowych Sądu Apelacyjnego w Olsztynie wykazano rolę funkcjonariuszy Urzędu Bezpieczeństwa Publicznego, a także dyspozycyjnych prokuratorów oraz sędziów w przygotowaniu procesów pokazowych i skazaniu kierownictwa przedsiębiorstwa na bardzo surowe kary, w tym dyrektora na karę śmierci. The article presents a process of ousting landowners from managerial posts in the Regional Department of the State Land Properties in Olsztyn. Upon an analysis of documents generated by the Voivode Office of Public Security in Olsztyn and procedural documents of the Appellate Court in Olsztyn a role played by functionaries of the Public Security Office was revealed, together with that of prosecutors and judges in preparations for show trials and conviction with severe punishment, including the death penalty.

    Three profiles were sited on the major landscape elements of crest, middle slope and lower slope on three land uses; Forest (FS), Rubber (RS) and arable cropping (AS) at Agoi-Ibami in Central Cross River State, Nigeria. For study purposes, soil samples were collected from the morphogenetic horizons for the analysis of physical and chemical properties. Results showed that the surface horizon textures were mostly sandy loams with little sandy clay loam, while subsurface textures were mostly sandy clay loams with few silt clay loams and clays. The bulk densities were below the ranges of 1.46 to 1.63 g cm-3 for silts and clays and 1.75 g cm-3 for sands. This imposes stresses such as mechanical resistance to root penetration, decrease in cultivation and organic matter. The surface and subsurface pH values vary from 4.9–4.5 in FS, 4.9-4.6 in RS and 4.9 in AS, indicating that the soils are very strongly acidic. The Organic carbon contents was low with mean values of 4.33 and 0.6 % in surface and subsurface for FS, 2.10 and 0.50 % for surface and subsurface for RS, while surface and subsurface values proved to be 0.57 and 0.31 % for AS. The nitrogen contents was also low, mean values of 0.16 and 0.06 % for surface and subsurface for FS, 0.23 and 0.08 % for surface and subsurface for RS, and 0.19 and 0.10 % for surface and subsurface for AS. The content and available phosphorus are equally low, except for AS, with surface mean values ranging from 11.52 mg kg-1 to 13.87 mg kg-1. The exchangeable cations, Ca, Mg, K, and Na were very low, while exchangeable H+ and Al3+ were high. Base saturation was also low in FS and AS (< 50%) in surface soils, but higher in AS in the surface and in RS in the subsurface soils. The mean values of organic matter were 4.33 and 0.16 %. The land use should, therefore, be adjusted by application of recommended inorganic fertilizers and organic matter so as to support growth of crops such as maize, yams, cassava etc.

    Cel – W artykule przedstawiono analizę rozwiązań instytucjonalnych dotyczących przejmowania, zabezpieczenia i obrotu nieruchomościami zabytkowymi na Dolnym Śląsku w latach 1945-2018. Metoda badań – Wykorzystano analizę źródeł archiwalnych i literatury przedmiotu oraz danych statystycznych. Wyniki – W powojennej historii Polski nie podjęto żadnych kompleksowych i długofalowych działań na rzecz ochrony i zabezpieczenia obiektów zabytkowych. Do 1989 r. odpowiedzialność za ich zachowanie spoczywała przede wszystkim na instytucjach państwowych i administracji. Natomiast od lat 90. XX w. struktura własnościowa zabytków uległa zmianie. Większość obiektów nadal należało do instytucji państwowych – Agencji Nieruchomości Rolnych (ANR) oraz Agencji Mienia Wojskowego (AMW), ale stopniowo zwiększał się udział Kościoła i związków wyznaniowych, gmin i prywatnych właścicieli w ich zagospodarowaniu. Oryginalność – Analiza działań poszczególnych instytucji ukazuje, że problem zachowania i użytkowania zabytków architektury nadal pozostaje aktualny.
    Purpose – The aim of the article is to analyze the institutional solutions regarding to acquisition, security and trade in historic real estate in Lower Silesia in the years 1945-2018. Research method – The analysis of archival sources and literature on the subject as well as statistical data. Results – In the post-war history of Poland, there was no comprehensive and long-term activities for protection and security of historic buildings. Until 1989, the responsibility for protection of cultural heritage rested primarily on state institutions and administration. However, since the 1990s the ownership structure of monuments has changed. Most of the buildings still belonged to state institutions – Agricultural Property Agency (ANR) and Military Property Agency (AMW), but gradually increased participation of churches and religious associations, municipalities and private owners. Originality – Analysis of the activities of individual institutions shows that the problem of the preservation and use of architectural monuments still remains valid.
