Opis:: The article is an attempt at discussing the most important features of Wincenty Różański’s poetry written in the final years of his creative period. This poetry is strongly subjective, manifesting the poet’s Catholicism, and entrusting himself to the Blessed Virgin Mary, but it also tackled the subject of everyday life, routine behaviors and activities. In addition, the poet’s poems are characteristic in terms of their dialogical and stylistic relations compared to other cultural contexts, especially in the case of Grzegorz Ratajczyk’s paintings, as well as the prose and poems by Edward Stachura.
Artykuł jest próbą omówienia najważniejszych cech poezji Wincentego Różańskiego z ostatnich lat jego aktywności twórczej. Jest to literatura silnie zsubiektywizowana, manifestująca katolickość poety, zawierzenie Najświętszej Marii Pannie, z drugiej strony podejmująca tematykę życia codziennego, rutynowych zachowań i czynności. Dokonano ponadto charakterystyki wierszy poety poznańskiego pod względem ich relacji dialogowych i stylizacyjnych w stosunku do innych tekstów kultury, szczególnie malarstwa Grzegorza Ratajczyka oraz prozy i poematów Edwarda Stachury.

Opis:: The activity of N-acetyl-β-hexosaminidase was found to be significantly higher in the placentas collected after delivery from women in puerperium with symptoms of prolonged pregnancy or complicated by EPH gestosis, than in placentas from normal pregnancy. Isoelectrofocusing of placenta homogenates showed the presence of isoenzymes A, P and B of N-acetyl-β-hexosaminidase. Different isoenzyme A patterns in homogenates were observed in placentas obtained from normal and prolonged pregnancies and in those complicated by EPH gestosis.

Opis:: Climate change can make an impact on the mining sector and post-mining sites. Among others, extreme weather events are connected with sudden and deep pressure drops which lead to gas emissions from an underground space to the surface through closed shafts. The tests undertaken in the frameworks of TEXMIN project lead to get measuring data of this phenomenon and will allow validating numerical models for further forecasts and mitigation means. Three examples of the results were presented. They showed that the intensity of pressure drop influences strongly on gas emissions from a closed shaft. Although the pressure drop process should be investigated in detail considering hourly or even more frequent variations of pressure. Considering the variation of emitted gases in the vicinity of the closed shaft they remained increased even 20-30 m from the point of emissions.

Opis:: Artykuł podejmuje problematykę związku systemu wartości osób zarządzających szkołami oraz stylów kierowania. Na podstawie przeglądu literatury oraz dostępnych raportów zaprojektowano badania pilotażowe. Wstępne wnioski chociaż nie mają charakteru przesądzającego, to potwierdzają wcześniej omówione rezultaty uzyskane w badaniach zrealizowanych w innych środowiskach kulturowych. Wyniki sugerują pewną zbieżność co do dominującego sytemu warto-ści i preferowanego stylu kierowania/przywództwa dyrektorów szkół.
The main aim of this article is to describe the potential correlation between the value system of school principals and their leadership styles. On the basis of wide veriaty of literature and available reports the pilot studies were created. Although the first results (obtained during pilot studies) are not definitive they correspond with the results of the research conducted in different environ-ments. The results suggest the existence of the correlation between dominant value system and preferred style of leadership of particular principals.

Opis:: Precipitation, especially with a high intensity, affects the condition of mining waste dumps. The article presents the results of research aimed at determining the impact of rain on water erosion on the slopes of a coal waste dump and its thermal state. Preliminary tests of the condition of two slopes of the coal waste dump in Libiąż (Poland) undertaken in the frameworks of the TEXMIN project was carried out using modern geodesy techniques (low-ceiling photogrammetry and TLS terrestrial laser scanning). The current geometry of the slope surface was faithfully reproduced in the form of a cloud of points with known coordinates x, y, z. The thermal state within the analyzed slopes of the dump was also assessed. Based on thermography studies and measurements of temperature and gas concentrations inside the object, two zones of thermal activity were located on one of the examined slopes. The test results constitute the initial state against which the results of further tests will be compared. This will allow to determine the influence of precipitation on the amount of water erosion and the thermal state of the dump in a specific time period.
