W artykule pokazano metodę projektowania regulatora rozmytego pracującego jako korektor nieliniowy w układzie sterowania. Rozpatrzono regulator Takagi-Sugeno z rzeczywistymi następnikami reguł. Pokazano, że jego funkcja ma pewne własności, które można wykorzystać w syntezie układu sterowania. Wskazano, że może być ona nieliniowością sektorową, dzięki czemu do badania stabilności można użyć częstotliwościowe kryterium Popova. Na przykładzie pokazano, że zastosowanie korektora rozmytego może poprawić jakość pracy układu poprzez skrócenie czasu regulacji. Zaprojektowany układ zrealizowano w środowisku Matlab/Simulink.
The paper presents a design method of the Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy controller [5] that works as a nonlinear element in a control system. The controller has one input and one output (Fig. 1) and real numbers in consequences of fuzzy rules (Eq. (1)). In Section 2 it is shown that the function of the controller has certain properties that can be used in a design procedure. The system stability is considered in Section 3 and is based on the Popov criterion [13] which has useful graphical interpretation (Fig. 5). It is assumed that the controller function is a nonlinearity described by a sector condition (Eqs. (12) and (13)). The condition means that the graph of the function lies between two lines passing the origin [11, 12]. The presented method is illustrated in Section 4 by an example of a system containing a linear plant described by the transfer function (Eq. (19)) and a fuzzy controller in the feedback loop (Fig. 6). The goal is to design a fuzzy controller so that its settling time is shorter than the linear controller settling time. It is assumed that the system response is to be critically damped, which means stabilisation of the system without overshooting. The control quality with a fuzzy controller is compared to that with a linear controller (Tab. 1). The control system was realised in Matlab/Simulink environment (Fig. 10).

Opis:
The effects of various high temperature-pressure treatments in Czochralski grown silicon (Cz-Si) implanted with 130 keV hydrogen to the dose of 4times10$\text{}^{16}$ cm$\text{}^{-2}$ were investigated using synchrotron X-ray topographic methods and rocking curve measurements. The high temperature- pressure processes included 10 h annealing at 450°C, 650°C, and 725°C at argon pressure 12 kbar and 1 bar. The topographic investigations were performed with projection and section methods in back-reflection and transmission geometry. It was found that annealing resulted in significantly reduced strain induced by the implantation, which became undetectable with presently used very sensitive synchrotron arrangement. A significant difference between the Cz-Si:H samples annealed at high and atmospheric pressure was observed. In the first case a distinct topographic contrast attributed to the formation of comparatively larger inclusions was observed. This effect was different at different temperatures. The samples annealed at enhanced pressure were more uniform and often produced significant interference effects.

Opis:
In the publication the role of products for biological plant protection against noxious organisms is shown in structure formation and vegetable crops agrophytocenoses stabilization, their quantitative and qualitative composition. It is pointed out that application of biological pesticides with different mechanism of action exerts a positive effect on plant growth and development, facilitates the phytosanitary situation improvement in vegetable crops and decreases the negative influence on the environment.
Przedstawiono rolę środków do biologicznej ochrony roślin przed szkodnikami w strukturze formowania i stabilizacji agrofitocenoz upraw warzywnych, ich skład ilościowy i jakościowy. Zauważono, że biologiczne pestycydy o różnej zasadzie działania zaprawy użytkowej mają pozytywny wpływ na wzrost i rozwój rośliny, ułatwiają poprawę sytuacji fitosanitarnej w uprawach warzywnych i zmniejszają negatywny wpływ na środowisko.

Opis:
The design and kinematic scheme of the operation of a rotary external combustion engine with offset shafts have been developed. Expressions are obtained that make it possible to calculate the values of the increasing and decreasing functions of the working volume of the hot and cold cavities with a change in the angle of rotation of the rotor. An expression is obtained for calculating the compression ratio in the cold cavity of a rotary heat engine with an external heat supply. An expression has been determined that makes it possible to calculate the total torque of a rotary external combustion engine. A comparative analysis of the torque values of a rotary heat engine with an external heat supply and a Wankel engine is carried out. An assessment of the efficiency of an external combustion engine with offset shafts is carried out. Based on the thermodynamic calculations using ideal Erickson and Rallis cycles for a rotary external combustion engine, the processes occurring inside the hot and cold cavities of a heat engine are described. The thermodynamic condition parameters at the characteristic points of the cycle are determined and expressions are obtained that determine the thermal efficiency of the ideal Erickson and Rallis cycles in relation to the considered external combustion engine. A method for calculating the ideal cycle for an external combustion engine with offset shafts is presented.

Magnetocardiography is a sensitive technique of measuring low magnetic fields generated by heart functioning, which is used for diagnostics of large number of cardiovascular diseases. In this paper, k-nearest neighbor (k-NN) technique is used for binary classification of myocardium current density distribution maps (CDDM) from patients with negative T-peak, male and female patients with microvessels (diffuse) abnormalities and sportsmen, which are compared with normal control subjects. Number of neighbors for k-NN classifier was selected to obtain highest classification characteristics. Specificity, accuracy, precision and sensitivity of classification as functions of number of neighbors in k-NN are obtained for classification with several distance measures: Mahalanobis, Cityblock, Eucleadian and Chebyshev. Increase of the accuracy of classification for all groups up to 10% was obtained using Cityblock distance metric in binary k-NN classifier with 19 - 27 neighbors, comparing to other metrics. Obtained results are acceptable for further patient’s state evaluation.

This paper presents the combustion synthesis and characterization of one-dimensional silicon carbide nanostructures (nanowires of 3C-SiC polytype with zincblend structure) by means of cathodoluminescence technique. Cathodoluminescence spectra of nano-SiC samples and, as a reference, of a commercially available SiC micropowder are compared. It is shown that the emission band at 1.97 eV which is slightly evidenced in the spectrum of the commercial SiC under 10 keV electron beam irradiation becomes the prevailing band in CL of the purified silicon carbide nanowires.

The results of studies show the deposition conditions of the titanium-nitride based coatings and their structure influence on the tribological characteristics of the dry friction and in the diesel fuel. Tribological characteristics of multilayered systems on the basis of diamond-like coatings (DLC) have been studied. The deposition of the systems onto small-size cutting tools is found efficient for improving their service characteristics. When depositing the coatings to the cutting tool surface the microrelief of edges is not distorted and the service life increases 1.3 - 1.5 times. The morphology and tribological behaviour of composite and multi-layer polymer coatings based on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and polyurethane (PU) are studied after deposition by means the method of electron beam dispersion. It is shown possibility to produce fine-film systems based on polyurethane with polytetrafluoroethylene as filler that possess high tribological performance.

Opis:
The temperature dependencies of coefficient of linear expansion α in the range of 4.2-300 K were obtained for SnTe samples with various degrees of deviation from stoichiometry. For the sample of stoichiometric composition in the α vs. temperature curves the anomalies connected with ferroelectric phase transition were detected. It was found that within cubic phase existence region α isotherms have a minimum at 50.4 at.% Te. Maximum dynamic stability at indicated composition is believed to be associated with the formation of vacancy superstructure.

Agglomeration is the main problem that prevents large-scale implementation of nanodiamonds in the production of composites. Mechanical alloying was applied for crushing the agglomerates and to obtain uniform distribution of the primary nanodiamond particles in aluminium matrix composites. The commonly used X-ray diffraction method fails to detect non-agglomerated diamond nanoparticles 5 to 6 nm in size, if they are incorporated in a metal matrix. Synchrotron radiation was used for the identification of non-agglomerated nanodiamonds. Scanning electron microscopy and synchrotron investigation showed that mechanical alloying does not lead to transformation of the diamond structure into other allotropic forms of carbon and the nanodiamond reinforcing particles are uniformly distributed in the aluminium matrix.

A new, unusual rhynchonellide brachiopod Jafarirhynchus alatus assigned to the newly established family Jafarirhynchidae is described from the Silurian (Telychian) of the Boghu Mountains in east-central Iran. It forms a low diversity association with the spiriferide Striispirifer? ocissimus, which exhibits well preserved calcified brachial supports. A strophic shell, well-developed ventral interarea and liberosessile mode of life make this taxon unique among Palaeozoic rhynchonellide brachiopods. In spite of a superficial similarity to spiriferides and the atrypide family Davidsonioidea, Jafarirhynchus retains the typical rhynchotrematoid cardinalia with a septalium supported by the median septum, a septiform cardinal process and long, raduliform crura. It is considered as an offshoot of the local lineage, which includes two successive species of Stegocornu (family Rhynchotrematidae) which proliferated in Central Iran and adjacent Afghanistan during Aeronian time.

A low diversity association made up of the lingulid Tunisiglossa almalensis Popov and Mambetov, sp. nov. and the gastropod Ptychonema agyris Ebbestad, sp. nov. is described from the Upper Member of the Almaly Formation at Kyrgyz Range, North Tien Shan, Kyrgyzstan/Kazakhstan. The specimens co−occur in dense coquinas, made up of different sized individuals, deposited in a shallow water, intertidal, and storm driven depositional environment. The lingulid shells display a completely reduced dorsal pseudointerarea typical of Glossellinae, and the smooth shell lacking fine external granulation, radial or pitted ornament, a small ventral pseudointerarea, and no dorsal median ridge place it in the hitherto monotypic Tunisiglossa known previously only from the Lower Ordovician (Tremadocian) Sanrhar Formation of Libya. It compares with Ectenoglossa sorbulakensis that is widespread in the lower to middle Caradocian Anderken Formation of Chu−Ili Range in southern Kazakhstan. Gastropods of this age have not been reported earlier in Kyrgyzstan; neither can Ptychonema be compare with any taxon in the gastropod association earlier described from the contemporary Anderken Formation in Kazakhstan. Ptychonema is otherwise commonly associated with peri−Gondwana terranes, but the Late Ordovician dispersal pattern of the genus is unknown. Overall, however, the Upper Ordovician faunas of North Tien Shan show close similarities to contemporaneous faunas of the Chu−Ili terrane, which have strong biogeographic signatures linking them to the faunas of South and North China.

This article is devoted to the problem of economic consequences of the pact Ribbentrop–Molotov. The discussion about the pact is going on for many years, however it is marred by scarcity of research examining the impact of the pact on the war efforts of the Nazi Germany in 1939–1941, the years of the utmost success of the Nazi war machine. The present paper relies on newly discovered documents revealing the economic relations between Germany and several states, including USSR. It constitutes a comparative study of the trade between Germany and Western democracies on the one hand, and between Germany and USSR on another, in order to better comprehend the role of the pact Ribbentrop–Molotov in the growth of the Nazi Germany’s war machine.
Artykuł ten poświęcony jest problemowi gospodarczych skutków paktu Ribbentrop–Mołotow. Dyskusja na temat paktu trwa od wielu lat, jakkolwiek nie wykazano w badaniach wpływu paktu na sukcesy militarne nazistowskich Niemiec w latach 1939–1941, czyli okresie największych sukcesów nazistowskiej machiny wojennej. Autor, bazując na nowo odnalezionych dokumentach ujawniających stosunki gospodarcze pomiędzy Niemcami a kilkoma państwami, włączając ZSRR, prezentuje studium porównawcze handlu pomiędzy Niemcami a demokracjami zachodnimi z jednej strony, a Niemcami i ZSRR – z drugiej, w celu podkreślenia roli paktu Ribbentrop–Mołotow w rozwoju machiny wojennej nazistowskich Niemiec.
