The formation of a favourable business environment and the intensification of entrepreneurial activity on this basis is one of the priorities of economic policy of governments around the world. The aim of this article is to conduct a comparative analysis of some of the characteristics of the business environment of Georgia and Ukraine. The theoretical basis of the study is the understanding of the business environment as a necessary prerequisite for the implementation of entrepreneurial initiatives in a particular country. In the process of our research, the following methods were used: comparative analysis, generalisation, content analysis, correlation, and regression analysis. The authors studied the business environment of Georgia and Ukraine on the basis of an analysis of the following components; that of general economic, political and legal, financial, and fiscal. The results of the study show that Georgia's business environment is more favourable than Ukraine's. It is noted that between 2011-2020, Georgia made significant progress in the fight against corruption, in simplifying the procedures for starting a business, and bettering access to finance. Both countries are reforming their tax systems towards liberalisation and democratisation, and they declare the functioning of special tax regimes. According to the Paying Taxes indicator, which is calculated within the Doing Business rating, Georgia improved its result from 61st position in the ranking in 2011 to 14th position in 2020, while Ukraine improved its result from 181st place in 2011 to 65th place in 2020. It is indicated that between 2011-2020, Ukraine showed significant positive dynamics in inflation targeting. The authors note that the weakest elements of the business environment in Ukraine are its efforts to ensure the independence of the judiciary and the fight against corruption. In conclusion, the authors note that the policy of the governments of Georgia and Ukraine should be aimed at the further democratisation of relations with businesses in order to increase the level of a favourable business environment.

The article reveals the importance of creativity in achieving psychological well-being in teachers of higher educational institutions and substantiates the feasibility of its study. Psychological well-being is considered as an important indicator in people’s lives, their desire for the development of personal potential, the formation of positive relationships, and productive creative activity for the benefit of society. The role of creativity in achieving the psychological well-being of a person as a unique creative ability, an important condition for human life, is substantiated. It affects self-acceptance, personal growth, creativity, among others. Creativity indicators (curiosity, creative opportunities, self-confidence, stability and persuasiveness, the desire to be an independent person, the ability to cope, etc.), affecting the psychological well-being of teachers of higher educational institutions, their satisfaction with life, work and themselves are investigated. It was established that the level of creativity is insufficient and that teachers for training specialists in social work have lower indicators than teachers of a foreign language. It is shown that creativity is a factor in psychological well-being and affects the formation of relationships with others, the purposefulness and meaningfulness of life, self-acceptance, personal growth, and the like. Statistically significant differences were found in terms of creativity and psychological well-being of the teachers who were studied depending on gender.

In the philosophical-pedagogical analysis of the undertaken issues, some theoretical and methodological conceptualizations have been applied that refer to Paweł Boski’s theory of the cultural identity based on values and practices in bi-or multicultural socialization and Harold J. Noah’s model of the comparison of academic education. The assumption was also made that the research into the quality of life of Polish and Ukrainian university students enables one to learn the way(s) in which students understand themselves, the others and the world - the way(s) anchored in their own experience and culture. The undertaken studies also address the important problem of forming students’ identity in the stage of the so called emerging adulthood. It occurs in the countries where a knowledge-based economy dominates and where the intensive changes both decrease the young’s motivation to engage in adult roles and make the young postpone them.

Introduction: This study aims to outline indicators of physical literacy for Ukrainian student youth, taking into account current international experience and concepts and meeting national specificities of the organization of physical education in higher educational institutions of Ukraine. Methods: 82 individuals were invited to participate in study (face-to-face meeting). The 2-round Delphi method as approach for facilitating group interaction aimed to structure communication process was used to generalize the knowledge and receiving the consensus of expert opinion. Results: The top five of the most important indicators of physical literacy were physical health, physical activity level, participation in fitness activities, ability to conduct morning hygienic gymnastics, physical training break, physical training, gymnastics before classes, individual training session, ability to perform preventive exercises in case of illness. The indicators identified by the experts can be grouped into three separate domains: functional, motivational, cognitive and behavioral. Conclusion: The selected indicators are contextually sensitive for the Ukrainian population. We prioritize approaches that have already been used in daily practice in Ukraine. The set of selected indicators demonstrates that they reflect the structural hierarchy of the “physical literacy” construction. The selected indicators, in particular, correspond to the goals of students' education, they take into account the list of necessary knowledge, skills and abilities in accordance with the requirements of the Ukrainian program, consider motivation of students, awareness of active lifestyle and sufficient level of physical strain importance for health.

The article, based on a systematic analysis of the problems of national education in the age of information society and digitalised education, reveals the significance of the human paradigm, which is the conceptual core and the major platform for the educational process under the regime of aggravation. The convergence of education and information technology produces not only new areas of knowledge, pedagogical tools and teaching methods but also large-scale transformations in social practice. Like any social change, the digitalisation of education has a variety of consequences - from positive to negative ones. It is shown that the digitalisation of education, which meets great hopes not only in Ukraine and Poland, can be productive only if an anthropocentric algorithm is dealt with. Along with the huge and not much-studied possibilities of digitalisation of education, it is proved that many problems and risks are associated with the total introduction of the “digital” in the educational system. These are social, psychological, health, organisational and methodological risks, and some problems with the reduced quality of education. However, the ethics-related risks are perhaps the most dangerous among them. As regards this, it is proved that the humane paradigm, as a paradigm of the integrity of knowledge that provides values and goals of education, is a guarantor of the harmonisation in many processes related to translating information and knowledge into a digital form. The humane paradigm is the basis of the genetic connection of knowledge, skills, digital literacy, moral imperatives, and life values, which in a synergetic algorithm contribute to students’ effective development, systematic thinking, and socialisation. The three most important blocks of educational problems in the discourse on modern cyber-socialisation (transformation of the worldview component of education, reconstruction of the content of education, imbalance of educational and didactic processes) are outlined, and the ways and mechanisms of solving them are suggested. Implementing integrated strategies within the humane paradigm (which is the nourishing source of each of these blocks) might result in the idea of the so-called “new humanism” in education.

The new Ukrainian school needs the teachers able to work on their continuous development and decide on their personal paths with regard to their interests, needs, motivation, opportunities, and experience. The educational environment of postgraduate education should fully allow for the choice of types, forms and pace of education as well as variability of programs. In the context of the national educational space, a number of professional development projects has been proposed to teachers in accordance with the declared change. Despite the diversity of their content and forms, postgraduate educational institutions need their own educational and information environment that would play a leading role in the professional development of teachers and enable them to continuously follow their individual educational trajectories. The article analyzes modern approaches to understanding the essence of educational and information environment of postgraduate pedagogical education institutions. Some results of sociological research on teachers’ readiness to design their own professional development are presented. The practice of individualizing advanced training and professional development of teachers through face-to-face and distance learning using the authors’ platform DLET (Distance Learning Environments for Teachers) at Volyn Institute for Postgraduate Pedagogical Education is described. The platform is based on the principles of accessibility, understandability, personal orientation, motivation and interests; and enables organization of guided independent work of participants under regional educational projects. The articles concludes by stressing the importance to update educational and information resources of postgraduate pedagogical education institutions and to use benefits of the information space objects of the industry and Internet platforms.

Recent research has shown that the increase in a number of participants of construction project elevated the cost and duration of construction. The use of integrated project delivery and the formation of a network organization structure can significantly reduce the costs, as the activities of the participants become more coherent and coordinated. The optimization of decisions is essential for the efficiency of a negotiation process, which in turn depends on the organizational structure. The article specifies three basic types of network organizational structure that can be applied in a construction project: focal (F1), dynamic (F2), multifocal (F3). In this study, a direct assessment of possible effectiveness of each of the three types of network organizational structures was carried out using a vector decision model. For each of the above-mentioned types of organizational structures, the potential effectiveness of negotiating act f0 and the total potential effectiveness F0 was calculated. The results of the study show that the most effective type of network organizational structure is the multifocal collective decisions in which a project manager has several “assistants”.
W warunkach nowoczesnej działalności gospodarczej znacznie wzrosła liczba uczestników przedsięwzięć budowlanych. Ich wzrost prowadzi do zwiększenia przepływów informacyjnych i pogorszenia komunikacji, co z kolei może skutkować wyższymi kosztami oraz dłuższym czasem realizacji budowy. Wykorzystanie nowoczesnych metod zarządzania projektami pozwala zaprojektować taką strukturę organizacyjną, dzięki której działania uczestników stają się bardziej spójne i skoordynowane, co w konsekwencji prowadzi do zmniejszenia liczby błędów i kolizji oraz zmniejsza koszt i czas realizacji projektu. Zaproponowana metoda wyboru struktury organizacyjnej oparta jest na założeniu, że członkowie zespołu największą ilość decyzje podejmują wspólnie i/lub w uzgodnieniu. Ponieważ wszyscy uczestnicy są zainteresowani efektywną realizacją całego przedsięwzięcia, większość decyzji będzie podejmowana na podstawie tych samych lub podobnych kryteriów. W artykule przeprowadzono bezpośrednią ocenę potencjalnej wydajności trzech wybranych rodzajów sieciowej struktury organizacyjnej (SSO) przy użyciu wektorowego modelu decyzyjnego. Przyjęto następujące rodzaje sieciowej struktury organizacyjnej (SSO), które mogą być stosowane przy realizacji przedsięwzięć budowlanych: focalna (F1), dynamiczna (F2), multyfokalna (F3). Wykonanie oceny potencjalnej wydajności SSO pozwala na wskazanie optymalnej struktury organizacyjnej. Kryterium optymalności reprezentuje maksymalną efektywność wykorzystania łączy informacyjnych między uczestnikami przedsięwzięcia. Dla każdego z analizowanych rodzajów SSO obliczono potencjalną skuteczność aktu negocjacyjnego f0 i całkowitą potencjalną efektywność F0. Wyniki badań teoretycznych i obliczeń empirycznych pokazują, że najefektywniejszym rodzajem sieciowej struktury organizacyjnej SSO jest sieć multyfokalna, w której kierownik projektu ma kilku asystentów. Dalsze badania skoncentrują się na praktycznej weryfikacji proponowanego modelu na rzeczywistych strukturach zarządzania przedsięwzięciami budowlanymi.

The theoretical and methodological framework of the undertaken issue is indicated by basic notional categories - culture, value and valuing orientations. While analyzing the philosophical and educational context, assumptions of social and cultural anthropology were applied (with a special focus on its anthropocentric-cultural current), (phenomenologically orientated) axiology and cognitive psychology (with the use of its cognitive-developmental theories). Assumption was also made concerning the exploration of youth’s image of the axiological world and the valuing orientations manifested by them, that make it possible to learn the way(s) rooted in culture and experience, in which learners understand themselves, Others and the world.
