Opis:
Eva Perón has gained a considerable fame throughout the decades. From key political figure and party sybom, „Evita” has come to be one of the cultural artifacts more closely related to Argentina in a global scale. In that country both the „Lady of Hope” and the movement she belonged to remain a matter of historiographical dispute and, last but not least, a recurrent topic in still ongoing social and political debates. This articles aims to understand in a better way the singular derive of Eva Perón in the discursive and symbolic realms through a brief analysis of the images of her that were formed in the midst of these debates. Finally, it will present a new view on those discussions and on the notoriety of Eva Perón by exploring the ambiguos threads weaved in her public speeches, where feminine liberation, traditional family values and verticalism got along in unstable ways.
Eva Perón ha adquirido una fama notable a lo largo de las décadas. De personaje político clave y símbolo partidario, „Evita” ha pasado a convertirse en uno de los artefactos culturales más estrechamente asociados con la Argentina a nivel mundial. En ese país tanto la „Dama de la Esperanza” como el movimiento al que perteneció continúan siendo materia de disputa historiográfico y, de manera no menor, un tópico recurrente en debates sociales y políticos todavía abiertos. Este artículo pretende comprender mejor la singular deriva de Eva Perón en el plano discursivo y simbólico a través de un análisis de las imágenes configuradas al calor de esos debates. Finalmente, se ofrecerá dar una nueva mirada sobre esas discusiones y sobre la notoriedad alcanzada por Eva Perón a partir de las ambiguas tramas desplegadas en sus alocuiones públicas, donde liberación femenina, valores familiares tradicionales y verticalidad se conjugaban de forma inestable.

Eva Duarte de Perón, druga żona argentyńskiego prezydenta Juana Domingo Perona, odcisnęła piętno nie tylko na XX wiecznej historii polityki argentyńskiej, lecz także na kształtowaniu się tożsamości narodowej Argentyńczyków. Postać ta jest wciąż żywa w literaturze, sztuce, twórczości dramatycznej i w popkulturze. W artykule przeanalizujemy w jaki sposób figura Evy Duarte była wykorzystywana przez ruch peronistyczny w Argentynie. Spróbujemy też wykazać, jak ważną, również symbolicznie, rolę odegrała i wciąż odgrywa w kształtowaniu się tożsamości argentyńskiej. Istotą artykułu będzie zatem wykazanie, iż Evita operuje w argentyńskim imaginarium społecznym nie tylko na poziomie historycznym, lecz także jako artefakt kultury, co zwiększa zasięg jej społecznego oddziaływania. Metodologicznie artykuł czerpie z teorii populizmu Ernesto Laclaua, teorii abiektu Julii Kristevy, oraz prac Martina Kohana, Paoli Cortés Rocca oraz Elsy Drucaroff. Mit Evity, z jej różnymi wariantami, skonfrontujemy z wizją kobiecości wypracowaną przez teorie feministyczne, by odpowiedzieć na szereg pytań: Jaka była jej rola w formowaniu się myśli peronistycznej? Czy rzeczywiście możemy uznawać ją za model feministki-rewolucjonistki? Czy sława Evity nie sprawiła, iż zamiast być podmiotem tworzącym dyskurs, stała się jego ofiarą?
Eva Duarte de Perón, the second wife of Argentine President Juan Domingo Perón, left her mark not only on the 20th century history of Argentine politics, but also on the shaping of the Argentine national identity. She is still alive in literature, art, drama and popculture. In this article we will analyze how the figure of Evita Peron was used by the Peronist movement in Argentina. We will also try to show how important was the role she played in the Argentine identity formation process. The article focuses on the ways, in which the figure of Evita operates within the Argentinian social imaginary not only on a historical level, but also as a cultural artifact, which strengthens her posthumous influence on the Argentinian society.

Perón, Evita a prawa polityczne Argentynek Pierwsza administracja prezydenta Juana Domingo Peróna doprowadziła do nadania argentyńskim kobietom praw obywatelskich. Zarówno Eva Perón, jak i prezydent byli w stanie określić możliwości i potencjał głosów kobiet służący wzmocnieniu partii peronistów. Chociaż Evita nie mogła sprawować funkcji prezydenta, kilka kwestii rozstrzygnięto pod jej wpływem i przywództwem. Co najważniejsze, partia peronistów doprowadziła do uchwalenia w 1947 r. ustawy o prawie kobiet do głosowania. Ponadto inicjatywa nominacji Evity Perón na wiceprezydenta była promowana przy wsparciu CGT. Współpraca między Peronem, Evitą i ruchem robotniczym przekształciła drugą połowę lat 40. XX w. w okres wdrażania argentyńskiej równości obywatelskiej pod względem płci. Prawo do głosowania pozwoliło Argentynkom osiągnąć nowy status, dzięki któremu mogły one wpływać na politykę i życie społeczne swojego kraju, a także na swój krąg rodzinny. W wyborach w 1951 r., pomimo śmierci Evity i jej wcześniejszego „wyrzeczenia się” kandydatury na wiceprezydenta, Juan Perón został ponownie wybrany prezydentem większością głosów kobiet. W 1973 r. Isabel Perón, trzecia żona Juana, została wybrana na wiceprezydenta tuż przed trzecią kadencją męża – kształtując prezydencką formułę Peron‒Peron. Później Isabel została prezydentem Argentyny (1974–1976), jej władzę obalono w wojskowym zamachu stanu.   El primer gobierno de Juan Domingo Perón fué el que sentó la base de los derechos cívicos de la mujer argentina. Tanto Eva Perón como el mismo presidente supieron identificar la oportunidad y el potencial del voto femenino, con el fin de fortalecer las bases electorales del partido peronista y de sus jefes. A pesar que Evita no pudo ejercer un puesto ejecutivo en el marco presidencial, fue ella quien bajo su sombra y liderazgo, se creó el Partido Peronista Femenino, fué sancionada la Ley de Sufragio Femenino en 1947 y promovió junto con la Confederación General del Trabajo (CGT) la iniciativa de su propia postulación a la vicepresidencia. La colaboración entre Juan Perón, Evita y el movimiento obrero, transformaron la segunda mitad de los años cuarenta del siglo veinte en la cuna de la implementación de la igualdad cívica argentina, en términos de género. El derecho de voto femenino ubicó a la mujer argentina en un nuevo status desde el cual pudo influir en el ámbito pólitico y social de su país, aún fuera de su hogar y de su círculo familiar. En las elecciones de 1951, a pesar de la muerte de Evita y del anterior “Renunciamiento”, Juan Perón fue reelecto con mayoría de votos femeninos. Años más tarde, en 1973, Isabel Perón – su tercera esposa, fue electa vicepresidente en vísperas de la tercera presidencia de Juan Perón – conformando la fórmula presidencial Perón‒Perón y posteriormente se transformará Isabel en Presidenta de la República Argentina (1974–1976), por el Golpe de Estado que instituyó la dictadura militar.

Juan Domingo Perón’s first administration led to the basis of the civic rights of the Argentinian women. Both Eva Perón and the President were able to identify the opportunity and the potential of the female vote, in order to strengthen the electoral basis of the Peronist party and their heads. Although Evita could not be in an executive position in the presidential setting, a few things happened under her influence and leadership. Most importantly, the female Peronist party was created and the law of women’s right to vote was passed in 1947. Furthermore, the initiative of her nomination to the Vice Presidency was promoted with the support of CGT. The collaboration between Peron, Evita and the labor movement, transformed the second half of the forties of the twentieth century in the cradle of the implementation of the Argentinian civic equality, in terms of gender. Female voting rights gave Argentinian women a new status from which they could influence the politics and social life in their country, in addition to their influence on their family circle. In the 1951 elections, despite the death of Evita and her previous “renunciation” to be a Vice President candidate, Juan Perón was re-elected with a majority of female votes. Later, in 1973, Isabel Perón, Juan’s third wife, was elected as a Vice President right before the third Presidency of Juan Perón ‒ shaping the presidential formula Peron‒Peron. Later, Isabel will become the President of Argentina (1974‒1976), until she was overthrown in a military coup.

Głównym celem artykułu jest dokonanie przeglądu dzieł kultury traktujących Evitę jako główny temat zainteresowań. Pokazanie Evy Perón jako bohaterki powieści, filmów czy poezji służy sformułowaniu oraz potwierdzeniu tezy o narastaniu mitu wokół jej osoby. Zestawienie ze sobą utworów powstałych na przestrzeni ponad pół wieku pozwala na prześledzenie zmieniających się w czasie wizji dotyczących argentyńskiej prezydentowej. Autorów zajmujących się Evitą można podzielić na kilka grup: jedni są jej bezwzględnymi krytykami, drudzy zagorzałymi zwolennikami, inni natomiast starają się być obiektywni. Czarny oraz złoty (nazywany też białym) mit ścierają się ze sobą wśród twórców z różnych krajów, żyjących w różnych czasach i mających zupełnie czasem odmienne światopoglądy. Bez wątpienia do najważniejszych tekstów na temat pierwszej damy peronizmu należą te, które wyszły spod pióra Borgesa, Cortazara, Martineza czy Walsha, obok nich znajdą się jednak nie mniej ciekawe prace innych artystów. Każdy z przywoływanych w artykule tytułów jest dowodem na to, że legenda narosła wokół Evity sprawiła, że z pamięci społeczeństwa zniknęła już historyczna postać Eva Perón, stale jednak obecna jest mityczna Evita: błogosławiona ostoja ubogich i cierpiących albo zawistna egoistka walcząca o pieniądze i sławę. Liderka peronizmu stała się mitem.
The main aim of this article is to gather works of art which consider Evita an inspiration. Showing Eva Perón as a crucial character of novels, films or poems allows me to propose a thesis about the growing myth of this person. The comparison between texts created during over fifty years is a great opportunity to trace evolving pictures of the Argentina’s first lady. The authors interested in Evita could be divided into the following groups: some of them are ruthless critics, others are devoted supporters and the last ones are trying to be objective. The black and the gold (sometimes called the white one) myth are represented by artists from distinct countries, artists who were leaving in different times and – very often – with the completely different outlook. Obviously, there were the works of Borges, Cortázar, Martínez and Walsh about the first lady of peronism considered the most relevant, but right next to them there are also other, equally interesting, publications. Every work mentioned in this article is a proof that the legend focused on Evita in memory of a society as a historical figure named Eva Perón no longer exists. It was replaced by the myth of Evita: blessed shelter for poor and sufferers or envious egoist caring only about money and fame. The leader of peronism was turned into a myth.

Badano wpływ temperatury powietrza na proces suszenia blanszowanej i nieblanszowanej kostki ziemniaczanej (10x10x10 mm). Kostkę suszono w laboratoryjnej suszarce fontannowej. Pomiary przeprowadzono przy stałej prędkości przepływu czynnika suszącego (w=7,6 m/s) w czterech temperaturach (25, 55, 65, 80°C). Określono szybkość suszenia oraz wartość strumienia wilgoci z jednostki objętości komory suszenia. Wyniki przedstawiono w postaci wykresów oraz równań korelacyjnych.
The influence of air temperature on the process of drying blanched and un- blanched potato cubes (10x10x10 mm), was investigated. The cubes were dried in a laboratory fountain drier. Measurements were taken at constant flow velocity (w = 7,6 m/s) and four temperatures (25, 55, 65, 80°C). The drying rate as well as flux of moisture per a unit of drying chamber volume were determined. The results have been presented in form of diagrams and correlation equations.

Badano wpływ temperatury suszenia na dynamikę schnięcia wytłoków z jabłek odmiany „Kronselska". Suszenie prowadzono w warunkach konwekcji naturalnej w temperaturach: 60. 70, 80. 90, 100H°C przy początkowej wilgotności surowca 83%. Określono wpływ temperatury w komorze suszarki na szybkość suszenia oraz wartość współczynnika dyfuzji wody. Wyniki przedstawiono w postaci wykresów oraz równań korelacyjnych.
The influence of air temperature on process of apple pomace drying was investigated. The pomace was made of the „Kronselska" variety apples and dried in conditions of natural convection. Measurements were taken at initial raw material moisture of 83% and at five drying temperatures: 60, 70, 80, 90, 100°C. Determined was the effect of air temperature in the chamber on the drying rate in the 1st Ilnd period, as well as the value of water diffusion coefficient. The result have been presented in form of diagrams and correlation equations.

W pracy przedstawiono ocenę wydajności, zużycia ciepła oraz równomierności wysychania podczas suszenia kostki ziemniaczanej w suszarce taśmowej. Dokonano także oceny zdolności do rehydracji suchej kostki. Wilgotność surowca wynosiła 81-82%, suszu 6,7-11%. Temperatura powietrza na wlocie do suszarki wahała się w granicach 105-120°C, na wylocie 52-63°C. Wydajność w odparowanej wodzie kształtowała się na poziomie 1224-1707 kg·godz.⁻¹, a jednostkowe zużycie ciepła wynosiło od 3650 do 5200 kJ na 1 kg H₂O. Zdolność suszu do rehydracji oscylowała w granicach 37-94%. Wyniki podano w postaci wykresów i tabel.
The results of: drying efficiency, heat consumption and uniformity of drying in band dryer while drying potato cubes are presented and analyzed. An estimation of the rehydration properties of dry cubes was also made. Moisture of raw material was 81-82%. The final moisture content of dry product was 6.7-11%. Air inlet temperature ranged from 105-120°C and outlet temperature of air was 52-63°C. Capacity of evaporated water ranged from 1224 to 1701 kg·h⁻¹. Heat consumption per 1 kg H₂O was 3650-5200 kJ. The rehydration ability of dry material renged from 37 to 94%. The results of studies are presented in the form of diagrams and tables.

Na podstawie doświadczalnych krzywych suszenia określono efektywny współczynnik dyfuzji wody podczas suszenia połówek śliwek bez pestek. Stwierdzono jego zależność od temperatury i prędkości czynnika suszącego, i opisano ją równaniami empirycznymi. Potwierdzono zasadność stosowania temperatury suszenia do 343 K i prędkości przepływu powietrza do 0,7 m/s.
On the grounds of experimental drying curves the effective water diffusion coefficient during drying of stoneless plum halves was determined. Its dependence on temperature and air velocity was found and described with empirical equations. Rightness of applying drying temperature up 343 K and air flow velocity up to 0,7 m/s has been corroborated.

Opis:
W artykule opisano innowacyjne rozwiązania krawędzi peronowych. Widząc potrzeby wynikające ze starzenia się społeczeństwa oraz konieczności instalowania udogodnień dla osób niepełnosprawnych, zestawiono przykłady urządzeń stałych i ruchomych, które mają za zadanie możliwie zmniejszać odległości pionowe i poziome pomiędzy krawędzią peronu a progiem pojazdu. Porównano skrajnie taboru i budowli w kolejach, prezentując płynące z tego porównania wnioski. Zawarto również autorską koncepcję takiego urządzenia.
The article deals with some proposals of innovative solutions for platform edges. Due to aging of society and need of improving of public transport accessibility for the handicapped, some examples of fixed and automatic gap filier systems have been presented. A comparison of rolling stock and loading gauges structures has been performed and followed by deductions. Also, an own concept of gap filier device has been presented.

Opis:
The subject of the article is the history of some of the interesting interwar period constructions, namely the modernist railway platform umbrella roofs and the train station waiting halls of the Warsaw Railway Junction electrified railway lines. In 1933, an agreement was concluded between the Polish State Railways (PKP) and a consortium of British entrepreneurs on the electrification of the suburban railway lines of the Warsaw Railway Junction (to Otwock, Żyrardów and Mińsk Mazowiecki). The completion of this railway investment, one of the most significant in the interwar period, required the redevelopment of the track systems of the electrified lines and the construction of new platforms, umbrella roofs and stations. The design works related to the electrification and redevelopment of the Warsaw Railway Junction lines were conducted by the Polish State Railways Design and Study Bureau in cooperation with the Polish State Railways Warsaw Railway Junction Electrification Bureau and the Regional Directorate of the State Railways in Warsaw, under the supervision of the Ministry of Communication. At the stage of drawing up the concept of the communication system for the electrified lines, experiences of European railway management boards using electrified lines to handle suburban traffic were used to a large extent. In creating the communication system of the electric urban railway, the Polish State Railways Design and Study Bureau based their work largely on the Berlin Stadtschnellbahn (S-Bahn). The author of the concept of track systems and stations, as well as traffic organisation for the electrified railway lines of the Warsaw Railway Junction was Kazimierz Centnerszwer, Eng., a 1927 graduate of the Faculty of Railway Transport Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology, an employee of the Polish State Railways Design and Study Bureau. Platforms adapted to the new electric rolling stock were designed at the suburban stations of the electrified lines. They were island, bay and side platforms. At the time, the Polish State Railways Design and Study Bureau created a repeatable design of a station/ platform umbrella roof connected to the waiting hall and the ticket office building or office building. Depending on the local conditions, single-pitched umbrella roofs were also built on island platforms and double-pitched ones in the case of cross-platform interchanges. Unfortunately, in spite of the preliminary research having been conducted, the name of the architect who was the author of the project remains unknown. However, the authorship of Arseniusz Romanowicz, Eng., architect, was ruled out beyond doubt. The modernist platform umbrella roofs and waiting halls constitute an extremely interesting example of Polish modernist railway architecture of the 1930s. At the same time, they are a relic of one of the most prominent investments of the interwar period, namely the construction of the cross-city railway line and the electrification of the Warsaw Railway Junction. Their value is especially high in the context of the destruction of all the railway stations in Warsaw (including the modernist Warszawa Główna main railway station) and a considerable part of Warsaw’s railway architecture and infrastructure during the war.

Opis:
Changes in lenght, width and thickness of maize grain as well in its section area during drying were determined on experimental stands. Substantial differences in dynamics of changes these dimensions during particular drying phases were proved. Changes in dimensions depending on grain moisture content (dry basis) are described by the equations.

Sformułowano równania empiryczne opisujące przebieg suszenia śliwek w warunkach konwekcji wymuszonej. Pomiary dokonane zostały dla temperatur 323-348 К (50-75°C) oraz prędkości przepływu czynnika suszącego 0,7 m/s.
Empirical equations describing the course of drying plums in conditions of forced convection have been formulated. Measurements were taken for temperatures of 323 - 348 K (50-75°C) every five degrees and air flow velocity of 0,7 m/s.

Odczytywanie ukrytych w krajobrazie znaczeń prowadzi do odkrywania biografii osobistych i historii narodów i mniejszości etnicznych
The article covers issues related to cultural geography and its relations with literature. In the meeting of these domains, issues related to geopoetics, memory space and narratives about identity arise. The text presents literary transpositions of experiences of people who have memories connected with losing their home. They are confronted with the family landscape. Literary works and personal memories show the concept of a symbolic understanding of landscape (Żeromski, Iwaszkiewicz, Miłosz). Monika Sznajderman in her book Empty Forest recreates the memory of places from which people were displaced. The writer’s voice becomes the voice of the guardian of the memory of their harm. Reading the meanings hidden in the landscape leads to discovering personal biographies and the history of nations and ethnic minorities.

‘Poetic diptychs’ distinguish themselves from a group o Fr. Janusz St. Pasierb’s poems inspired by the art of painting. These dual poems refer to the same branches of art (painting, sculpture, architecture) as a general rule. The dual sequences are put in the volumes next to each other. Apart from the subject matter they are linked by similar characteristics and nearly identical formulation of their titles. References to art are a pretext to ponder upon in a theological, existential and metapoetic manner. Dual nature of the voice points to multiple ways in which the visible can be interpreted. It also shows the necessity of precise defining of any meanings and presents the scope of difficulties related to inexpressibility.

Badano wpływ temperatury suszenia na dynamikę narastania temperatury wnętrza owoców bzu czarnego, szybkość ich wysychania a także ich skurcz suszarniczy i zdolność do rehydracji. Suszenie prowadzono w warunkach konwekcji naturalnej w temperaturach 50, 60, 70°C przy początkowej wilgotności surowca około 75%. Wyniki przedstawiono w postaci wykresów oraz równań korelacyjnych.
The research involved examination of drying temperature impact on the dynamics of temperature rise inside elder fruits, drying rate, and their drying shrinkage and ability to rehydration. Drying was carried out in natural convection conditions at temperatures: 50, 60, 70°C at initial material humidity.

Opis:
A system of differential equations enabling simulation of contact/convection dehydration of potato-puree in slowly circulating inert material bed was developed. The equations make possible prognosticating temperatures within the inert material balls and in superficial coating of potato-puree as well as prognosticating moisture content within the entire volume of the coating. The agreement between test results and the simulation based calculations was verified.
Opracowano system równań różnicowych umożliwiający symulację kontaktowo-konwekcyjnego suszenia wycierki ziemniaczanej w powoli cyrkulującym złożu materiału inertnego. Równania umożliwiają prognozowanie rozkładów temperatury w obrębie kuli inertu i w suszonej otoczce wycierki oraz prognozowanie rozkładów zawartości wody wewnątrz całej objętości otoczki. Stwierdzono zgodność wyników pomiarów z wynikami obliczeń symulacyjnych.

W ramach udziału w Radzie ds. Mobilności, która jest organem opiniodawczo – doradczym Prezydenta Wrocławia, autor miał sposobność zapoznać się z bieżącymi potrzebami m.in. transportu tramwajowego. W odpowiedzi na to zapotrzebowanie w niniejszym artykule zostały opisane wybrane, względnie łatwe do realizacji postulaty wprowadzenia usprawnień systemowych i punktowych. Niektóre z nich, jak na przykład rozjazdy dużych prędkości czy krzyżownice głęboko-rowkowe, stosowane są za granicą od dziesięcioleci, natomiast inne, jak regulowana krawędź peronowa, mają charakter eksperymentalny. W pracy opisano cechy charakterystyczne wybranych rozwiązań, ich proponowany zakres stosowania oraz spodziewane efekty usprawniające funkcjonowanie transportu tramwajowego w mieście.
Due to the fact that author participate in Council for Mobility which is an advisory body for the President of Wroclaw, the author had a chance to become acquainted with current needs of tramway transportation service. This paper brings proposals of answers to some of the issues that can be handled in relatively easy way. Some of these, as high speed turnouts or turnout crossings equipped with deep grooves are known abroad for decades, some however, as the device for reducing platform gap, are at experimental stage. In the paper characteristic features of chosen solutions are described, their range of use is proposed and expected impact on tram transport functioning is estimated.
