Opis:
To improve the magnesia removal effect of collophane and increase the P2O5 grade of phosphorus concentrate, the fatty acid collector mixed with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was used as the compound collector in reverse flotation for magnesia removal in acid system. Solution surface tension measurement, Zeta potential test and infrared spectrum analysis were conducted to analyze the intensified effect of compound collector for dolomite removal. The results showed that under the conditions of grinding fineness -0.074 mm accounted for 89.8%, sulfuric acid dosage 12.0 kg/t, phosphoric acid dosage 3.0 kg/t, SDS compound proportion 3%, collector dosage 1.0 kg/t, the P2O5 grade of concentrate is increased from 25.7% to 29.94%. SDS can reduce the surface tension of slurry, which is conducive to the formation and stability of flotation foam. Zeta potential became negative due to the compound collector adsorbed on the mineral surface. Moreover, the -CH2 antisymmetric stretching vibration peak originated from fatty acid and SDS were detected after the interaction of collectors with dolomite. The compound collector was effectively adsorbed on the surface of dolomite, enhancing the magnesium removal effect of collophane.

Izabella Łabędzka, JERZY GROTOWSKI’S ACTOR TRAINING AND ITS IMPACT ON THE TAIWANESE SEARCHING THEATRE. THE CASE OF LIU JINGMIN’S EARLY EXPERIMENTS. “PORÓWNANIA” 1 (24), 2019. Vol. XXIV, P. 175-194. ISSN 1733-165X. The paper is a result of several years’ research conducted in Taiwan. It presents the early years of one of the most interesting theatre groups from Taipei, You Juchang/U-Theatre/Youren Shengu, which was established in 1988 by Liu Jingmin (Liu Ruoyu). Liu Jingmin was much inspired by Jerzy Grotowski’s idea of actor’s training presented by him in Irvine (California) in the mid-eighties. The article shows how Liu Jingmin started from imitating Grotowski’s physical exercises and later she focused on understanding her native culture. She rethought many Chinese and Taiwanese forms of theatre, meditation and breathing techniques, music and dance traditions, culture of masks andreligious rituals. The aim of this paper is to describe how Liu Jingmin for more than three decades had been working on a comprehensive development of the actor through perfecting his technical skills along with their spirit. Her goal was the internal/spiritual and external/physical transformation of a performer and finally creating a beautiful person.

XXIV, S. 175-194. ISSN 1733-165X. Niniejszy artykuł jest efektem wieloletnich badań terenowych prowadzonych na Tajwanie. Przedstawia on jedną z bardziej interesujących grup teatralnych w Tajpej, You Juchang/U-Theatre/Youren Shengu, która została założona w 1988 r. przez Liu Jingmin (Liu Ruoyu). Liu Jingmin zainspirowała idea treningu aktorskiego zaprezentowana przez Jerzego Grotowskiego w Irvine, w Kalifornii, w połowie lat osiemdziesiątych XX w. Artykuł pokazuje, jak Liu Jingmin, zrazu zainspirowana ćwiczeniami aktorskimi Grotowskiego, w późniejszym okresie działalności skupiła się na głębszym poznaniu własnej kultury. Przemyślała i przestudiowała wiele chińskich i tajwańskich form teatru, technik oddechowych i medytacyjnych, tradycji muzycznych i tanecznych, bogatą kulturę maski i rytuałów religijnych. Celem tego artykułu jest przedstawienie, jak przez ponad trzy dekady Liu Jingmin pracowała nad wszechstronnym rozwojem aktora przez doskonalenie jego umiejętności technicznych i jego ducha. Jej celem było wewnętrzne, duchowe oraz zewnętrzne, fizyczne przekształcenie performera, a ostatecznie stworzenie pięknego człowieka.

Opis:
The effects of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) on the rheology and viscoelasticity of cement-limestone paste were evaluated, as was the mechanism of HPMC from the viewpoint of zeta potential and adsorption amount. The results revealed that the greater the content of HPMC or the viscosity of its aqueous solution, the lower the fluidity of the composite paste and therefore the higher the rheological parameters. The relation between torque and rotational velocity of cement-limestone paste is linear; nevertheless, the shear thickening degree of paste increased following the addition of HPMC, demonstrating typical viscoelastic properties. The addition of HPMC prolonged the induction duration and delayed the emergence of the exothermic peak of hydration, decreased zeta potential and conductivity, and increased the propensity of suspension particles to agglomerate. The adsorption amount of polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE) decreased with increasing aqueous solution viscosity and HPMC concentration due to the winding effect of HPMC’s high molecular chain structure and the competing adsorption of HPMC and PCE.

The performance evaluation of new and old subgrades is critical for the quality and safety of reconstruction and extension projects. It is necessary to achieve rapid and easy performance testing. In this study, a Portable FallingWeight Deflectometer (PFWD) is chosen to rapid evaluate the performance of subgrade. First, a testing area, the reconstruction and expansion project of the Hefei to Dagudian section of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway, is selected. Then, the PFWD modulus Ep of resilient tested by PFWD and the corresponding water content w and compacting degree K tested by the cutting ring method for old subgrade are obtained. And the correlation relationship between Ep and w and K is established. The performance of old subgrade can be rapid obtained by PFWD. Meanwhile, for the new subgrade, the correlation relationship between Ep and bending value L, w and K is established, and the performance can also be rapid tested by PFWD. Finally, a rapid evaluation method for the reconstruction and expansion of subgrade performance was proposed, which aims to provide technical support for ensuring construction quality and safety and provides a technical reference and a theoretical basis for the prediction of similar subgrade performance.

Opis:
Fluorite and calcite have similar surface properties and natural floatability, so their flotation separation has always been a problem faced by the beneficiation industry. The key to flotation separation is the choice of depressants. Sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP) has a good effect on fluorite calcite selective inhibition. In this paper, the effects of Zn2+ on the selective inhibition of SHMP in the flotation process of fluorite and calcite were studied through single mineral and artificial mixed mineral flotation experiments. Solution chemical calculation, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and Time of Flight Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (ToF-SIMS) analyses investigated the mechanism of action of Zn2+, which had the most significant negative effect on the selective inhibition of SHMP. The results show that the main components of SHMP inhibiting minerals are HPO42- and H2PO4-, which can react with Ca active sites on the mineral surface to form hydrophilic Ca(H22PO4)2 and CaHPO4, while Zn2+ The presence of HPO42- in solution resulted in the formation of stable ZnHPO4 complexes, thereby weakening the inhibitory effect of SHMP on minerals.

Opis:
The complete cDNA and deduced amino-acid sequences of ribosomal proteins L34 (AmphiL34) and S29 (AmphiS29) from the amphioxus Branchiostoma belcheri tsingtauense were identified in this study. The AmphiL34 cDNA is 435 nucleotides in length and encodes a 118 amino-acid protein with calculated molecular mass of 13.6 kDa. It shares 53.6-67.5% amino-acid sequence identity with its eukaryotic counterparts including human, mouse, rat, pig, frog, catfish, fruit fly, mosquito, armyworm, nematode and yeast. The AmphiS29 cDNA comprises 453 nucleotides and codes for a 56 amino-acid protein with a calculated molecular mass of 6.6 kDa. It shows 66.1-78.6% amino-acid sequence identity to eukaryotic S29 proteins from human, mouse, rat, pig, zebrafish, seahorse, fruit fly, nematode, sea hare and yeast. AmphiL34 contains a putative nucleolar localization signal, while AmphiS29 has a zinc finger-like domain. A phylogenetic tree deduced from the conserved sequences of AmphiL34 and AmphiS29 and other known counterparts indicates that the positions of AmphiL34/AmphiS29 are intermediate between the vertebrate and invertebrate L34/S29. Southern blot analysis demonstrates the presence of one copy of the L34 gene and 2-3 copies of the S29 gene in the genome of the amphioxus B. belcheri tsingtauense. This is in sharp contrast to the existence of 7-9 copies of the L34 gene and 14-17 copies of the S29 gene in the rat genome. These date suggest that housekeeping genes like AmphiL34 and AmphiS29 have undergone large-scale duplication in the chordate lineage.
