Opis:: In the paper the hazard estimation model of assessment of risk on ship routes in terms of supporting the decision depending on the traffic stream parameters has been proposed. It has been obtained by applying of semi-Markov model of safety and partial models based on consecutive "k out of n: G" systems. Furthermore, the considerations on the aspects of the selection methodology for assessment of risk to a ship route have been presented.
W pracy przedstawiono model określania ryzyka tras morskich w kategoriach wspomagania decyzji w zależności od parametrów natężenia ruchu. Zostało to uzyskane przez zastosowanie semi-Markowskiego modelu bezpieczeństwa i częściowych modeli opartych na systemach progowych typu kolejnych "k z n" zdatnych. Ponadto, zaprezentowano rozważania dotyczące aspektów wyboru metodologii do oceny ryzyka trasy statku.

Opis:: In the paper the hazard estimation method of assessment of risk on ship routes in terms of the random maps has been proposed. The two-dimensional, multimodal density function of hazard areas has been used. Furthermore, the application to identify the main threats, based on accepted minimum level of safety for particular navigational situation has been proposed.
W pracy przedstawiono metodę oceny ryzyka na szlaku morskim w kategoriach map losowych. Użyto do tego dwuwymiarowej, multimodalnej funkcji gęstości dla obszarów zagrożeń. Ponadto przedstawiono metody identyfikacji głównych zagrożeń, wykorzystując minimalny poziom bezpieczeństwa.

Opis:: One of the possibilities when modelling a transport network is to use a graph with vertices and edges. They represent the nodes and arcs of such a network respectively. There are dozens of parameters or characteristics that we can describe in graphs, including the different types of domination number and the problems related to it. The main aim of this paper has been to show the possibilities of the application of the selected domination-oriented concepts to modelling and improving the transportation and/or logistics networks. Firstly, the basic description of domination in graph theory has been introduced. The edge-subdivision and bondage number notations and their implementations to the transportation network description and modelling were then proposed. Furthermore, the possible usage of distinguishing concepts in an exemplary academic transportation network has been shown. Finally, the conclusions and future directions of the work have been presented.
