The article is written in a popular science convention. It concerns issues related to generally understood issues that are involved in explaining the principles of the impact of the measurement beam in spectrophotometric research. To explain this, we need to answer basic questions about what a photon is? What is wave-particle dualism? What do chemical bonds look like? What conditions must be met for a photon to be adsorbed by a chemical moiety? There are many inaccuracies in the current theories that do not explain the observed phenomena. The phenomenological models of the photon and chemical bonds that I have created are in-tended to explain photoelectric and optical phenomena that are not explained by either the wave or particle nature of photons. There is also no clear model of chemical bonds that would explain the phenomena observed in spectrophotometry. Phenomenological considerations are accompanied by several physical considerations and calculations in order to illustrate certain phenomena and proportions prevailing on the atomic scale. The above considerations are of a debatable nature and are an attempt to break away from stereotypical concepts operating in the world of science. Spectrophotometry is an analytical method that combines theories about photons, the structure of matter and phenomena that concern their mutual interactions. The phenomena visible in it can be interpreted more easily using my phenomenological image of matter.

The Ultimate Paintings, a series of abstractions made by Ad Reinhardt during the 1960s, are coupled with writings with obvious affinities to the apophatic formulas of the commentaries of the Upanishads (the philosophical conclusions of the Vedas) known as the “nondual Vedānta” (Advaita Vedānta). The abstractions themselves refer to the model of the yantra, the geometrical diagram into which Brahmanic iconography is supposed to subside. In this instance, the apophasis defeats the attempt to signify through painting and language what constitutes itself in painting and language.

Abstract controlled evolution inclusions are revisited in the Banach spaces setting. The existence of solution is established for each selected control. Then, the input–output (or, control-states) multimap is examined and the Lipschitz continuous well posedness is derived. The optimal control of such inclusions handled in terms of a Bolza problem is investigated by means of the so-called PF format of optimization. A strong duality is provided, the existence of an optimal pair is given and the system of optimalty is derived. A Fenchel duality is built and applied to optimal control of convex process of evolution. Finally, it will be shown how the general theory we provided can be applied to a wide class of controled integrodifferental inclusions.

W artykule poruszono problematykę różnic w tłumaczeniu pojęcia ambidexterity, które utożsamiane jest w polskiej literaturze przedmiotu z takimi terminami jak: oburęczność, dwuzręczność, dwuręczność, ambiwalentność i dualność. Wybór polskojęzycznego terminu ma duże znaczenie dla intuicyjnego zrozumienia zjawiska zarówno przez badaczy, jak i niespecjalistów, w tym praktyków. Celem głównym artykułu jest uporządkowanie kwestii terminologicznych, a w rezultacie zaproponowanie polskojęzycznego tłumaczenia terminu ambidexterity w dyscyplinie nauk o zarządzaniu i jakości w subdyscyplinie zarządzania procesami. W realizacji celu głównego wykorzystano takie metody jak analiza bibliometryczna i przegląd polskiej literatury przedmiotu z wykorzystaniem bazy Publish or Perish. Wyniki badania oraz sformułowane wnioski stanowią wkład w aktualny stan wiedzy dotyczącej dyskusji nad polskim odpowiednikiem terminu ambidexterity. W opinii autorów na płaszczyźnie omawianej problematyki BPM pojęcie, które najpełniej i najdokładniej odzwierciedla kontekst sprzeczności między aktywnościami eksploatacyjnymi i eksploracyjnym w zarządzaniu procesami to dwoistość. Oryginalność artykułu związana jest z choćby częściowym wypełnieniem luki poznawczej dotyczącej niewielkiej liczby publikacji poruszających problematykę integratywnego spojrzenia na ambidexterity i BPM.
The article addresses the issue of differences in the translation of the term ambidexterity, which is equated in the Polish literature with such terms as ambidextrousness, two-handedness, double-agility, ambivalence, or duality. The choice of the Polish term is of significance for intuitive understanding of this phenomenon by both researchers and non-specialists, including practitioners. The main objective is to systematize the terminological issues and thus propose a Polish translation of the term ambidexterity, in the discipline of management and quality sciences, in the sub-discipline of process management. Methods such as bibliometric analysis and a review of the Polish literature on the subject, using the Publish or Perish database, were used to achieve the main objective. The results of the study and the conclusions formulated contribute to the current knowledge regarding the discussion on the Polish equivalent of the term ambidexterity. In the Authors' opinion, the concept most fully and accurately reflecting the context of the contradiction between exploitative and exploratory activities in process management, within the sphere of the discussed BPM issues, is duality. The article is original in nature because, even if partially, it fills the cognitive gap concerning the sparsity of publications addressing the integrative view of ambidexterity and BPM.

The article analyses and evaluates legal standards concerning administrative legal remedies in administrative matters dealt with in composite proceedings, i.e. proceedings in which Member State administrative bodies and the EU administration cooperate. The issue of judicial control in such procedures is particularly important from the point of view of the implementation of the principle of effective judicial protection expressed in Article 47 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights. The issue of an adequate system of legal remedies – monistic (based solely on national or EU remedies) or dualistic (assuming coexistence of national and EU remedies in cases of a given type) one – raises particular concerns. Considerations in this respect are based on the doctrinal concept of composite proceedings as a specific group of proceedings integrated into the EU law, as well as the current case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union. The conclusion presents de lege lata and de lege ferenda postulates to ensure effective judicial protection in this type of proceedings.
Przedmiotem artykułu jest analiza i ocena standardów prawnych dotyczących środków zaskarżenia w sprawach administracyjnych rozpatrywanych w postępowaniach złożonych, tj. w postępowaniach, w których organy administracji państw członkowskich i administracja unijna współpracują ze sobą. Problematyka kontroli sądowej w tego typu procedurach jest szczególnie istotna z punktu widzenia realizacji wyrażonej w art. 47 Karty Praw Podstawowych zasady efektywnej ochrony sądowej. Wątpliwości budzi zwłaszcza kwestia adekwatnego systemu środków zaskarżenia: monistycznego (opartego wyłącznie na krajowych lub unijnych środkach zaskarżenia) bądź dualistycznego (zakładającego współistnienie w sprawach danego rodzaju środków krajowych i unijnych). Rozważania w tym przedmiocie oparto na doktrynalnej koncepcji postępowań złożonych jako specyficznej grupy postępowań zintegrowanych z prawem unijnym, a także na aktualnym orzecznictwie Trybunału Sprawiedliwości Unii Europejskiej. W zakończeniu przedstawiono postulaty de lege lata i de lege ferenda służące zapewnieniu efektywnej ochrony sądowej w tego typu postępowaniach.

Under univexity and generalized univexity hypotheses, we prove optimality conditions and various duality results for such nondifferentiable multiobjective fractional variational control problems. The results established in the paper generalize many similar results established earlier in the literature for such nondifferentiable multiobjective fractional variational control problems.

In this paper, we introduce new classes of nonsmooth second-order cone-convex functions and respective generalizations in terms of first and second-order directional derivative. These classes encapsulate several already existing classes of cone-convex functions and their weaker variants. Second-order KKT type sufficient optimality conditions and duality results for a nonsmooth vector optimization problem are proved using these functions. The results have been supported by examples.

Pełnowymiarowa wojna rosyjsko-ukraińska skonsolidowała społeczeństwo ukraińskie. Wybór absolutnej większości na rzecz przyszłości europejskiej i euroatlantyckiej pozwala stwierdzić, że Ukraińcy zakończyli formowanie się narodu politycznego. Jednocześnie konflikt stworzył obywatelom zaatakowanego państwa podstawy do przezwyciężenia istniejących rozłamów w sferze społeczno-kulturalnej, ale nie zlikwidował ich całkowicie. Głównym zadaniem władz, naukowców i społeczeństwa obywatelskiego w tych warunkach jest skoncentrowanie się na opracowaniu i realizacji takiej polityki, która pomoże uniknąć pogłębiania się istniejących podziałów aż do toksycznej polaryzacji i uniemożliwi Ukraińcom ostateczne przezwyciężenie dychotomii w kwestia tożsamości narodowej i kulturowej.
The full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war consolidated Ukrainian society. The choice of the absolute majority in favor of the European and Euro-Atlantic future allows us to conclude that the Ukrainians have completed the formation of a political nation. At the same time, the war created grounds for the Ukrainians to overcome the existing rifts in the socio-cultural sphere, but did not remove them completely. The main task of the authorities, scientists and civil society in these conditions is to concentrate on the development and implementation of such policies that will help to avoid the deepening of existing rifts to the extent of toxic polarization and prevent Ukrainians from finally overcoming the dichotomy in the issue of national and cultural identity.

W polskiej literaturze, w naukach o zarządzaniu istnieje wiele tłumaczeń angielskiego pojęcia ambidexterity. Niektórzy autorzy stosują termin oburęczność, inni wszechstronność, obustronność, dualność czy bipolarność. Pozostawiana jest także nazwa w angielskim brzmieniu. Celem artykułu jest porównanie odwzorowania głównych wymiarów ambidexterity w stosowanych w języku polskim terminach. Metodyka została podzielona na dwie fazy. W fazie pierwszej dokonano podsumowania sposobów definiowania ambidexterity i jego kluczowych wymiarów na podstawie artykułów o liczbie cytowań powyżej 500 według bazy Web of Science w latach 1991–2021. W fazie drugiej z polskiej literatury naukowej wyodrębniono stosowane terminy, ich zastosowania w naukach o zarządzaniu, kontekst użycia, znaczenia lingwistyczne i możliwości interpretacyjne. Następnie porównano oddanie wyznaczonych w fazie pierwszej wymiarów zjawiska w pojęciach zanalizowanych językowo w fazie drugiej. Wykazano, że poszczególne tłumaczenia nie mają związku z konkretnymi dyscyplinami nauk o zarządzaniu, różne nazwy pojawiają się w tych samych dziedzinach. Żadna z nazw nie jest tak wieloznaczna jak angielski termin ambidexterity określający używanie obu rąk z jednakową łatwością, zwinność i żonglowanie pomiędzy paradoksalną i konfliktogenną naturą eksploatacji (doskonalenia bieżących kompetencji) i eksploracji (adaptacji do zmieniającego się otoczenia i technologii). Pojęcia bipolarność/dwubiegunowość i oburęczność są najbliższe odwzorowania natury łączenia obu tych obszarów.
There are many translations of the term ambidexterity in Polish scientific literature. Some authors refer to this form of management as organisational two-handedness, universality, bilaterality, duality or bipolarity, while others leave the English name. The aim of the article is to compare theories of the phenomenon based on systematic literature review and linguistic meanings of Polish terms.

Tekst zajmuje się współczesnym sporem w humanistyce o „metawzorce”. Składa się, poza wstępem, z siedmiu bloków rozważań. Po pierwsze, autor określa i zgłasza sprzeciw wobec dominujących wizji strategii poznawczej w humanistyce współczesnej, jako ułomnych wobec złożoności zjawisk i procesów. Po drugie, są nazwane i zakwestionowane jako iluzje przekonania dotyczące doskonałości w dominujących trybach instytucjonalizacji nauki. Po trzecie, omówione zostają przykłady narastania złożoności zjawisk jako wyzwania humanistycznego. Po czwarte, mówi się o pojęciu podwójnych (dual) (dwoistych) procesów w kulturze i praktyce społecznej. Piąty człon rozważań stanowi ilustrację problematyki powracającego niezrównoważenia w strukturze takich procesów i praktyk, akcentując także wagę podejścia ekologicznego z jego nowym pojmowaniem w humanistyce. Szósta część tekstu omawia napięcia między instytucjonalizacją i intelektualizacją dyskursu, w trosce o ich zespalanie w jeden proces. Wreszcie po siódme, zamiast zakończenia autor czyni akcenty w formie posłania dla przyszłości w postulowanej strategii rozwoju i samokształcenia.
The article discusses the contemporary conflict over “meta-patterns” in the humanities. Aside from the introduction, it consists of seven sections. First, the author presents and objects to the dominant visions of cognitive strategies in contemporary humanities, which are defective when analyzing the complexity of phenomena and processes. Secondly, they are named and questioned as illusions about excellence in the dominant modes of the institutionalization of science. Thirdly, the author discusses examples pertaining to the increasing complexity of phenomena as a humanistic challenge. Fourthly, he refers to the concept of dual processes in culture and social practice. The fifth section illustrates the recurring problem of imbalance in the structure of such processes and practices, also highlighting the importance of an ecological approach, together with its new understanding of the humanities. The sixth section of the article examines the tension between the institutionalization and the intellectualization of discourse, for the sake of uniting them into one process. Finally, instead of a conclusion, in the seventh part the author offers some emphasis in the form of a message for the future in the postulated strategy of development and self-education.

Treść artykułu stanowi próbę otwarcia perspektywy badań pedagogicznych, w której dziecko i dorosły nie stanowią centrum poznawczego, ale stają wobec wyrażania się Natury, a dosłowniej Lasu jako medium pedagogicznego. Zapis wielką literą pojawia się również w zaproponowanej koncepcji przyrodo-Słowia, która stanowić może kulturowo-rodzime nawiązanie do anglosaskiego przyrodopisarstwa (ang. nature-writing). O ile to ostatnie eksponuje estetyczny i artystyczny walor świadectwa kontaktu z naturą w postaci osobistej eseistyki, o tyle estetyką przyrodo-Słowia, z jej etycznym i pragmatycznym uzasadnieniem, jest umiejętnością milczenia, słuchania własnego słuchania, szeptu, zająknięcia i ogólnie ujmując – zrównoważonego sposobu mówienia. Propozycja ta stanowi próbę wskazania na możliwe teoretyczne i praktyczne fundamentum pedagogii i pedagogiki lasu, nie podejmując jeszcze pogłębionych refleksji nad metodologią własnego przedmiotu. Dlatego w artykule wyeksponowano przede wszystkim dokonania współczesnej myśli humanistycznej w Polsce (dwoistość versus od-uczanie się, kompetencje głębokie, pedagogika akuologiczna), które stanowić mogą pierwsze ścieżki konceptualizacji, inicjujące podłoże definicyjne, semantyczne i w przyszłości metodologiczne dla inter- i transdyscyplinarnej inicjatywy nazwanej pedagogiką lasu.    
The content of the article is an attempt to open a perspective of pedagogical research in which the child and the adult do not constitute the cognitive center, but face the expression of Nature, literally the Forest, as a pedagogical medium. The capital letter also appears - non-standard - in the proposed concept of nature-Languaging, which may be a cultural and native reference to Anglo-Saxon nature-writing. While the latter exposes the aesthetic and artistic value of a testimony to contact with nature in the form of personal essays, the nature-Languaging aesthetics, with its ethical and pragmatic justification, is the ability to be silent, listen to your own listening, whisper, stutter, and generally speaking - a balanced way of speaking. This proposal is an attempt to indicate a possible theoretical and practical foundation of forest pedagogy, without undertaking in depth reflections on the methodology of its own subject. Therefore, the article highlights, first of all, the achievements of contemporary humanistic thought in Poland (duality, versus, unlearning, deep competences, acuological pedagogy), which may constitute conceptualization of the first paths initiating a definitional, semantic and, in the future, methodological basis for an inter- and transdisciplinary initiative called forest pedagogy.

In this paper, we consider a set-valued minimax fractional programming problem (MFP), where the objective as well as constraint maps are set-valued. We introduce the notion of ρ- cone arcwise connectedness of set-valued maps as a generalization of cone arcwise connected set-valued maps. We establish the sufficient Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) conditions for the existence of minimizers of the problem (MFP) under ρ-cone arcwise connectedness assumption. Further, we study the Mond-Weir (MWD), Wolfe (WD), and mixed (MD) types of duality models and prove the corresponding weak, strong, and converse duality theorems between the primal (MFP) and the corresponding dual problems under ρ-cone arcwise connectedness assumption.

There are several classes of decision-making problems that explicitly or implicitly prompt fractional programming problems. Portfolio selection problems, agricultural planning, information transfer, numerical analysis of stochastic processes, and resource allocation problems are just a few examples. The huge number of applications of minimax fractional programming problems inspired us to work on this topic. This paper is concerned with a nondifferentiable minimax fractional programming problem. We study a parametric dual model, corresponding to the primal problem, and derive the sufficient optimality condition for an optimal solution to the considered problem. Further, we obtain the various duality results under (p, r)-ρ-(η, θ)-invexity assumptions. Also, we identify a function lying exclusively in the class of (−1, 1)-ρ-(η, θ)- invex functions but not in the class of (1,−1)-invex functions and convex function already existing in the literature. We have given a non-trivial model of nondifferentiable minimax problem and obtained its optimal solution using optimality results derived in this paper.

Aim. The aim of the research is to identify and analyse the particularities of a dual model of practical professional and educational training of future vocational school teachers in Germany; to outline the prospects for the use of advanced ideas and positive experience of such a model in the training teachers in higher pedagogical educational institutions. Methods. The following methods have been used: interpretative - analytical method, some elements of general philosophical dialectical method (analysis, synthesis, analogy, comparing, systematisation, generalisation); empirical level methods (interview, observation); the method of theoretical generalisation. Results. The prospects of using the positive experience of a dual model of practical professional and pedagogical training of teachers of vocational school in Germany in a similar practice of teacher training have been determined: initiation of previous practical activity in the production of the chosen speciality as a necessary prerequisite for admission to a higher education institution; introduction of pedagogical internship; cooperation of higher education institutions with enterprises, institutions and organisations. Conclusion. A dual model of organising practical vocational training for future vocational school teachers, guarantees a high level of practical training for higher education applicants, makes balance among the educational needs of young people, labour market requirements and educational opportunities. Originality. The structure and content of the practical training of future professional school teachers in Germany have been characterised; the features of a dual model approach to its organisation have been investigated.

The topic of the present article is the life and teachings of three less known, but important, modern mystics: Russian Sufi Irina Tweedie (1907–1999), and two non-confessional mystics: Indian U.G. Krishnamurti (1918–2007), and Romanian Ilie Cioara (1916–2004). It shows that method of permanent, silent contemplation, being non-sectarian, is the essence of spiritual life. It is an alternative to both the religious and secular lives, derivative from differences which can lead to religious intolerance. It shows that the essence of spiritual life is to be found in man, it is impossible to put in into words and can be realised in solitary contemplation.
