The maps of pedestrian accessibility are little known in cartography, even through their significance for urban geography and cartography, and particularly for regional planning, is great. The starting quantity is the speed of pedestrian traffic, which depends on many factors; commonly 4 or 3.6 km/h is assumed. On the areas of towns a number of accessibility objects can be found along with possible application of cartographic methods. Examples of various possibilities of such applications are given with reference to the capital city of Prague. Pedestrian accessibility should be presented by diverse screen kind molten into the street network (cf. Fig. 1) which depicts the downtown accessibility („Na můstku”, i.e. „On the viaduct” intersection); accessibility zones of post offices (according to the urban standards of a 600-m radius) is illustrated in Fig. 2. The radius of the circles should be reduced by 83%, as it is not the straight-line (air line) that is involved here. The circular isochrone of a value of 5 min has a radius of 277 m (cf. accessibility of the underground stops at the city center (Fig. 3)). The method of circles and the method of marking in the street network, shown for comparison of similar cases (accessibility of the downtown department stores expressed by the 2-, 4-, and 6-min isochrones) are illustrated in Figs. 4 and 5. The shopping streets should be marked with a line (Fig. 6). The speed of pedestrian traffic is highly affected by sidewalk capacity and the number of persons walking. The maximum traffic occurs at the afternoon rush hours (cf. Fig. 7). More interest should be paid to pedestrian accessibility studies in future, as it affects strongly the people’s life in towns.

We prove that if A is the basin of immediate attraction to a periodic attracting or parabolic point for a rational map f on the Riemann sphere, if A is completely invariant (i.e. $f^{-1}(A) = A$), and if μ is an arbitrary f-invariant measure with positive Lyapunov exponents on ∂A, then μ-almost every point q ∈ ∂A is accessible along a curve from A. In fact, we prove the accessibility of every "good" q, i.e. one for which "small neigh bourhoods arrive at large scale" under iteration of f. This generalizes the Douady-Eremenko-Levin-Petersen theorem on the accessibility of periodic sources. We prove a general "tree" version of this theorem. This allows us to deduce that on the limit set of a geometric coding tree (in particular, on the whole Julia set), if the diameters of the edges converge to 0 uniformly as the generation number tends to ∞, then every f-invariant probability ergodic measure with positive Lyapunov exponent is the image, via coding with the help of the tree, of an invariant measure on the full one-sided shift space. The assumption that f is holomorphic on A, or on the domain U of the tree, can be relaxed and one need not assume that f extends beyond A or U. Finally, we prove that if f is polynomial-like on a neighbourhood of ¯ℂ∖ A, then every "good" q ∈ ∂A is accessible along an external ray.

It turned out that 1999 was crucial in primary health care in Poland. The institution of fami1y doctor (a manager of medical services) became dominant. Zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa dostępności do informacji a w szczególności aspekt dostępności do informacji jest istotny z punktu widzenia systemów czasu rzeczywistego, w których czas reakcji na określoną sytuację jest limitowany. Oznacza to, że niedostarczenie informacji do układu sterowania w oczekiwanym czasie może spowodować kryzysową sytuację, a nawet doprowadzić do katastrofy. A zatem zapewnienie dostępności do informacji jest problemem bardzo ważnym i szczególnie istotnym zwłaszcza, jeżeli uwzględni się, że stosowane są obecnie coraz szybsze systemy sterowania. We współczesnych systemach sterowania, w szczególności w systemach dyspozytorskich problem bezpieczeństwa informacji jest często bagatelizowany. Przedstawiony w artykule system przesyłu informacji pozwala zapewnić dla niej metodami kryptograficznymi poufność, autentyczność a także często niedostrzegany problem dostępności.
The problem of fulfilling the information`s security, e.g. in particular: confidentiality, authority and accessibility, is presented in the paper. The fulfilling the accessibility of information is esspecially important from the point of view of the real-time systems, where the time of delivering messages to the valid user is limited, while disturbances of transmission can make the dengerous crisis situations. The present transmission systems often neglect the accessibility aspect of information protection problem. The system presented in the paper allows to fulfill the accessibility of information as well as it`s confidentiality and authenticity.
