It is indicated that sets of elements of complex logistic system, their parameters, numerical values, properties and finally – structures of complex logistic system, are topological spaces between which properties of homeomorphism can exist, that allows to apply mathematical apparatus of the theory of topology at the solution of a number of tasks. The general principles of an estimation of efficiency of functioning of logistical complexes on the basis of modeling with the account of hierarchical construction and influence of the human factor are considered.

Opis:
The main goal of this paper is to introduce the notion of stabilizers in \(L\)-algebras and develop stabilizer theory in \(L\)-algebras. In this paper, we introduced the notions of left and right stabilizers and investigated some related properties of them. Then, we discussed the relations among stabilizers, ideal and co-annihilators. Also, we obtained that the set of all ideals of a \(CKL\)-algebra forms a relative pseudo-complemented lattice. In addition, we proved that right stabilizers in \(CKL\)-algebra are ideals. Then by using the right stabilizers we produced a basis for a topology on \(L\)-algebra. We showed that the generated topology by this basis is Baire, connected, locally connected and separable and we investigated the other properties of this topology.

A topological space is called connected if it is not the union of two disjoint, nonempty and open sets in this space. The standard exercises show that here the concept of open sets can be replaced by closed sets or separated sets. In this context we will discuss the definition of connected sets in topological spaces, not being the whole space with particular regard to metric spaces, without the term of subspace topology.

Opis:
Arzelá [1] considered the weaker form of uniform convergence which is as good as uniform convergence of sequences of functions in respect to continuity of the limit of a sequence of continuous functions. Some generalization of such convergence can be found in [5]. Similar kinds of convergence of function sequences were considered in [3] and [4]. In our article we generalize those kinds of convergence for functions defined in a topological space with values in a topological space. In the article we use terminology which is explained in Engelking's monograph “General Topology” [2]. Among others, we use the notion of a star with respect to an open over. If X is a topological space and α is a cover of this space, then the star St(x, α) of a point x ϵ X with respect to the cover α is defined as the union of all the sets from α which contain the point x, i.e. [wzór].

For a space X and a regular uncountable cardinal κ ≤ |X| we say that κ ∈ D(X) if for each $T ⊂ {X^2} - Δ(X)$ with |T| = κ, there is an open neighborhood W of Δ(X) such that |T - W| = κ. If $ω_1 ∈ D(X)$ then we say that X has a small diagonal, and if every regular uncountable κ ≤ |X| belongs to D(X) then we say that X has an H-diagonal. In this paper we investigate the interplay between D(X) and topological properties of X in the category of generalized ordered spaces. We obtain cardinal invariant theorems and metrization theorems for such spaces, proving, for example, that a Lindelöf linearly ordered space with a small diagonal is metrizable. We give examples showing that our results are the sharpest possible, e.g., that there is a first countable, perfect, paracompact Čech-complete linearly ordered space with an H-diagonal that is not metrizable. Our example shows that a recent CH-result of Juhász and Szentmiklóssy on metrizability of compact Hausdorff spaces with small diagonals cannot be generalized beyond the class of locally compact spaces. We present examples showing the interplay of the above diagonal conditions with set theory in a natural extension of the Michael line construction.

The area of research of this paper goes back to a 1930 result of H. Auerbach showing that a scalar series is (absolutely) convergent if all its zero-density subseries converge. A series $∑_n x_n$ in a topological vector space X is called ℒ-convergent if each of its lacunary subseries $∑_k x_{n_k}$ (i.e. those with $n_{k+1} - n_k → ∞$) converges. The space X is said to have the Lacunary Convergence Property, or LCP, if every ℒ-convergent series in X is convergent; in fact, it is then subseries convergent. The Zero-Density Convergence Property, or ZCP, is defined similarly though of lesser importance here. It is shown that for every ℒ-convergent series the set of all its finite sums is metrically bounded; however, it need not be topologically bounded. Next, a space with the LCP contains no copy of the space $c_0$. The converse holds for Banach spaces and, more generally, sequentially complete locally pseudoconvex spaces. However, an F-lattice of measurable functions is constructed that has both the Lebesgue and Levi properties, and thus contains no copy of $c_0$, and, nonetheless, lacks the LCP. The main (and most difficult) result of the paper is that if a Banach space E contains no copy of $c_0$ and λ is a finite measure, then the Bochner space $L_0$ (λ,e) has the LCP. From this, with the help of some Orlicz-Pettis type theorems proved earlier by the authors, the LCP is deduced for a vast class of spaces of (scalar and vector) measurable functions that have the Lebesgue type property and are "metrically-boundedly sequentially closed" in the containing $L_0$ space. Analogous results about the convergence of ℒ-convergent positive series in topological Riesz spaces are also obtained. Finally, while the LCP implies the ZCP trivially, an example is given that the converse is false, in general.

In this paper, we introduce the notations of $e-\mathcal{I}$-open sets and strong $\mathcal{B}_{I}^{\star}$ -set to obtain a decomposition of continuing via idealization. Additionally, we investigate properties of $e-\mathcal{I}$-open sets and strong $\mathcal{B}_{I}^{\star}$ -set. Also we studied some more properties of $e-\mathcal{I}$-open sets and obtained several characterizations of $e-\mathcal{I}$-continuous functions and investigate their relationship with other types of functions.

For a map \(\rho\) of \(\mathbb{N}\) into itself, consider the induced transformation \(\sum_{n} x_n \mapsto \sum_{n} x_{\rho_(n)}\) of series in a topological vector space. Then such properties of this transformation as sending convergent series to convergent series, or convergent series to bounded series, or bounded series to bounded series (and a few more) are mutually equivalent. Moreover, they are equivalent to an intrinsic property of ρ which reduces to those found by Agnew and Pleasants (in the case of permutations) and Wituła (in the general case) as necessary and sufficient conditions for the above transformation to preserve convergence of scalar series. In the paper, the scalar case is treated first using simple Banach space methods, and then the result is easily extended to the general setting.
