    The author discusses the so-called „civil poetry”, which is now closer to journalism and becomes part of the political discourse, becoming part of media. The poetry participates in political communication, reflecting the oppositional sentiment of society. The author demonstrates that poetic discourse approaches to the journalistic one by the set of ideologemes, the social evaluation, the author’s intention to change the perception and the worldview of the recipient, the strategies of persuasion and linguistic manipulation. Special attention is given to irony and citations as interpretive methods of formation of the evaluation, and to expression of subjectivity. The article concludes the convergence of poetic and political discursive practices. The research is based on the material of Russian socio-political poetry of the circle of the “New literary review”, fellonneau poetry of D. Bykov and L. Kaganov and German political poetry, published by the newspaper “Die Zeit”. Content analysis, linguistic analysis of the text and com- municative-cognitive analysis methods have been used.

    The text describes selected publicistic programmes produced in 2013 by the regional branch of Polish National Television in Łódź. The author makes use of such analytical tools as modern rhetoric & stylistics, the study of non-verbal communication (including colours and their meaning), and mechanisms for persuasion and manipulation in the media. Based on the analysis carried out, the author assesses the quality of programmes and their role in the TV schedule, taking into account the context of their public mission.

    Opis:
    At present, in different styles of the literary language and various spheres of communication, there is an increase in such a layer of vocabulary as the tsar-derivatives. Formed by the «word-word» model, they are the result of a secondary nomination (derivatives of meaning and morphological composition). All the tsar-derivatives are motivated by the lexeme tsar. In complex compound nouns, the tsar acts as an evaluative (feature) component. The author associates the wide dissemination of the tsar-derivatives with their complex seme composition and connotative components “best”, “outstanding among the same”, “main”, “sacred”, “large”, “turned to the old, to the past of Russia”. In this paper, an attempt to present the existence of tsar-derivatives in the sphere of publicism is made. The publicistic style, its functions, information, analytical, artistic and publicistic genres are briefly described. The emphasis is on the most important unit of the publicistic text - the headline. Attention is drawn to the specificity of the expression of the author’s position in the texts containing the tsar-derivatives. It is proved that creolised publicistic texts not only attract the attention of the reader, but also influence them.
    В настоящее время в разных стилях литературного языка и разных сферах общения отмечается наращивание такого пласта лексики, как царь-производные. Образованные по модели «слово + слово», они являются результатом вторичной номинации (производные по смыслу и морфологическому составу). Все царь-производные мотивированы лексемой царь. В сложносоставных существительных царь- выступает как оценочный (признаковый) компонент. Широкое распространение царь-производных автор статьи связывает с их сложным семным составом и коннотативными компонентами ‘лучший’, ‘выдающийся среди подобных’, ‘главный’, ‘сакральный’, ‘большого размера’, ‘обращённый к старине, к прошлому России’. В данной работе предпринимается попытка представить бытование царь-производных в сфере публицистики. Кратко охарактеризован публицистический стиль: его функции, информационные, аналитические, художественно-публицистические жанры. Акцент делается на важнейшей единице публицистического текста – заголовке. Обращается внимание на специфику выражения авторской позиции в текстах, содержащих царь-производные. Обосновано, что креолизованные публицистические тексты не только привлекают внимание читателя, но и воздействуют на него.

    The purpose ofthis paper is to explore headlines in generał, first regarded as texts, and specifically headlines in Macedonia newspapers from a stylistic aspect. As far as the consideration of headlines as texts is concemed, the major criteria oftextuality are taken in view; namely: intentionality, acceptability, situationality, informativity and intertextuality. Ali ofthese criteria can be applicable when analysing headlines, specially informativity, sińce one main characteristic of publicistic style, or better said the joumalist substyle, is to be as much informative as possible, but in the case ofheadlines there is a tendency to accomplish that by being concise. When it comes to cohesion, there is not much possibility to take in regard this criteria except for ambiguity, which may be a useful strategy in the creation ofheadlines sińce it might be used to provoke the reading public, rather then to inform. This is particularly the case with headlines formulated as ąuestions.As for the linguistic features ofthe headings in Macedonian press, we may conclude that there is a tendency to write headlines by omiting the verb in the predicates consisting of adjective and/ or noun+verb. In most ofthe cases this is done with the intention to write a short headline, by conserving its informativity at the same time. In regard to the vocabulary used in headings, it should be pointed out that Turkish lexems which are part ofMacedonian vocabulary and lexems from the coloąuial style are freąuent in headlines and are mostly used with the intention to accomplish expressiveness of the language. In the context ofcreativity in headings, it is to be noted that tropes are freąuently usedin headlines, such as: comparison, metonymy, oxymoron etc. The inventivness ofthe joumalist is important and comes to light in the ability to use tropes, but at the same time having in mind the informativity and intentionality as principles in joumalistic style. Headlines are to be considered as a joumalistic form which offers space for creativity. The art ofwriting creative headlines is always interesting to study sińce joumalistic style is by its nature current, provocative and inventive.

    This article attempts to compare Jan Maria Rokita’s talks between 1989 and 2007, the period of his active participation in politics, and the theses which he posed as a journalist. This is meant to help answer the question about the extent of the evolution of the would-be Prime Minister’s views in relation to the Polish situation. The analysis is devoted to media information referring to Jan Rokita’s utterances and his 66 comments, which were published between 1 September, 2008 and 31 August, 2009 on dziennik.pl.

    The article refers to a language awareness category. It analyses the phenomenon of functioning of metatextual elements in an utterance; specifically the so called metatextual commentaries (which occur on the surface of a text as various interjections, e.g. participal phrases). These formulas serve different functions; in the first place they organize the message and inform about its properties. The author claims that metatextual commentaries – properly interpreted – can be a tool for manifesting individual and social language awareness. The object of direct investigations of the article are metatexts in the colloquial language substance (words and idiomatic phrases). The materials excerpted from radio and television publicistic debates have been taken into account. The aims of the analysis are following 1) to enumerate the most frequent types of metatextual commentaries introducing colloquial lexical material into the language of the media 2) to determine the assessment of the material, expressed in the metatext 3) to confront the collected opinions with the theses presented in contemporary linguistic reflections.

    В статье представлен обзор литературно-публицистического насле-дия эмигрантов Туниса, представляющего «африканскую» страницу эмигрантской летописи русского зарубежья. На примере бизертинского цикла стихов поэтессы И. Кнорринг, историко-литературного наследия Н. Монастырева, А. Зернина, мему-арных воспоминаний М. Ардатова, В. фон Берга, Н. Кнорринга, А. Ширинской и публикаций в периодической печати показан богатый диапазон тем и художествен-ных образов (история Российского флота, утрата Родины, поиск себя в изгнании, жизнь диаспоры на чужбине и т.д.). Единый для всех авторов хронотоп Русского исхода и Бизерты как последней стоянки Русской эскадры получает индивидуаль-но-авторское семиотическое осмысление и наполнение и отражает уникальное взаимодействие подлинности и мифологизации действительности в пространстве эмигрантского текста. Литературно-публицистическое наследие русской диаспоры Туниса, несомненно, входит в единую летопись русской эмиграции и представляет золотые страницы книги Зарубежная Русь.
    This article presents an overview of the literary and publicistic heritage of emigrants in Tunisia introducing the “African” page of the expat chronicle of the Russian community. Through the example of the Bizertine cycle of poems by the poetess I. Knor-ring, the historical and literary body of the work of N. Monastyrev, A. Sernin, memoirs by M. Ardatov, V. von Berg, N. Knorring, A. Shirinskaya and publications in the periodical press we suggest a rich range of topics and imageries (history of the Russian f leet, loss of the Homeland, search in exile, diaspora life in the foreign land, etc.). The authors of the chronotope of the Russian exodus, and Bizerta as the last port of the Russian Squadron, meet individually authorial semiotic comprehension and interpenetration which ref lects the unique interaction of authenticity and mythologisation of reality in the space of the emigrant text.

    The displacement o f a scientific paradigm has occurred in modem linguistics: the transition from the systematic approach to the study o f language in the communicative approach. We can observe the formation o f a new, communicative stylistics o f text. This stylistics takes place o f the traditional functional stylistics. If the text is the most important part o f the language system in the functional stylistics, then the text in the communicative stylistics is simply a verbal work by a sender which is directed at the addressee. The main intention o f the author-publicist is to convince the reader not only to the legitimacy o f the idea (ideologism), suggested by the author, but also to its correctness. Therefore, the main text-forming (intentional) categories o f any publicistic work as an impactful type o f text are the ideologism, the nomination, the evaluative format, the interpretation and the tone. It means that a certain suggested idea (ideologism) is being realized in the publicistic text with the help o f author’s evaluative foundation, the interpretation o f reality, and the strategy o f naming the stylistic manner o f disclosure (communicative aggression, communicative approval or an emphasized objectivity). All mentioned categories provide the realization o f the author’s global convincing strategy in a publicistic text and further - in a publicistic discourse as a compilation of the publicistic texts, submerged in a communicative situation (for the publicistic discourse - in the ideological communicative situation). And therefore, we can consider the ideologism, the evaluative format, and the ideological interpretation o f the event, to be the discourse (hyper-textual) characteristics o f publicism.

W powieści poświęconej powstaniu 1830–1831, przedstawiono autorską interpretację wydarzeń, etap przygotowania powstania, przyczyny klęski i sytuację imigrantów. Podkreślono edukacyjną wartość powieści oraz jej miejsce w twórczości pisarki.
    The article analyzes the novel “Ternistym putem”, written by a nineteenth century Polish writer Teresa Jadwiga Papi, which was devoted to the uprising of 1830–1831. The novel is considered as the author’s interpretation of the preparatory phase of the uprising, the reasons for its failure, the situation of immigrants. Educational value of the novel for young people and its place in the author’s work are discussed.

    The article focuses on the analysis of the language means of the negative emotions verbalization in modern publicistic texts in Ukrainian and English. A direct nomination of emotions, interjections, vulgar words, exclamatory marks, metaphors, negative particles are considered to be the main means of the negative emotions expression.
