Opis:
Architecture, as a science and practice of forming the environment, sensitively responds to the challenges of modernity - technological, economic, etc. One of the urgent challenges is environmental, the concern of which is formulated in many international acts, including the UN Sustainable Development Goals until 2030. Methods of neutralizing the negative impact on the environment in modern conditions are costly and consist of energy-intensive technologies. Architecture has been built since ancient times on the principles of consistent inclusion of artificial structures in the environment: in different countries there are traditional methods of protection from adverse climatic factors through the use of architectural planning and structural techniques. Demonstration of the possibilities of traditional ways of forming a comfortable environment in the countries of the East, as well as their interpretation in modern energy-efficient practice of architecture and construction is given in this article.

Artykuł przedstawia badania dotyczące systemów planowania przestrzennego w wybranych krajach europejskich. W badaniu posłużono się metodą oceny aktywności poszczególnych uczestników planowania przestrzennego według przyjętej typologii. Uczestników podzielono na 5 grup, różniących się stopniem włączenia w procesy i procedury planistyczne: podmiot, współpodmioty, partycypantów oraz uczestników biernych: klientów i konsumentów. W badaniach wzięto pod uwagę stopień i charakter aktywności poszczególnych uczestników w fazach i formach planowania ze szczególnym zwróceniem uwagi na planowanie normatywne fazy konstytutywnej, w której sporządzane i przyjmowane są dokumenty planistyczne.   
This article presents studies on spatial planning systems in chosen European countries. The study used a method to assess the activity of individual spatial planning participants according to the specific typology. Participants were divided into 5 groups, differing in the degree of integration into planning processes and procedures: originators, co-originators, participants, and passive participants: customers and consumers. The studies took into account the degree and nature of the activity of the individual participants in the different phases and forms of planning, paying particular attention to the normative planning of the constitutional phase in which planning documents are drawn up and adopted.

W artykule opisano proces organizacji planowania finansowego w przedsiębiorstwach w warunkach podwyższonego ryzyka finansowego. Przedstawiono kwestię zastosowania właściwego scenariusza planowania finansowego w warunkach niepewności. W artykule proponowana jest metodologia planowania finansowego oparta na budowie scenariuszy korporacyjnych.
The article investigates a financial planning organization at enterprises in uncertainty. The financial planning mistakes, namely the organization of the planning work and proper planning, have been considered. The expediency of the scenario approach of planning in uncertainty has been substantiated. A financial planning technology based on the construction of enterprise scenarios has been proposed.
Статья посвящена исследованию организации финансового планирования на предприятиях в условиях повышения неопределённости условий их функционирования. Рассмотрены ошибки финансового планирования, а именно организации плановой работы и собственно планирования. Обоснована целесообразность применения сценарного подхода к планированию в условиях неопределённости. Предложена технология финансового планирования, основанная на построении сценариев развития предприятия.

Today, route planning requires freight forwarders to make a conscious effort to identify unloading points such that the transport process is both cost- and time-efficient. At the same time, operational parameters that help to determine the validity of the chosen route must also be considered. This article aims to present the key metrics and ways of attaining them to provide a reliable determination of a transport company’s performance. Based on a selected transport company, the authors collected data on the transport routes implemented in 2020. Interpretation and analysis of the extracted information of the concerned sections were carried out and followed by alternatives. We present in this article the results of research concerning the exploitation parameters of the vehicle set. The evaluation of a given route section was indicated using selected indicators adapted to the specificity of the enterprise. The results are aimed at locating the components that have a destructive impact on the entire process. The proposed solutions serve to introduce factors that will pave way for improving the services provided. An in-depth analysis of all sections and key parameters was performed. Because of the conducted studies, abnormal parameters were identified, efficient sections were distinguished and new routes were developed in the case of previous routes that were not highly efficient and which had a possible alternative corridor. The obtained results of the research can comprise, for logistics managers, vital elements in the transport process, to which attention should be given in the course of overseeing these processes.

W treści artykułu odniesiono się do źródeł i przejawów konfliktu w organizacji, traktowanego jako nieodzowny element relacji międzyludzkich. U jego podłoża zawsze znajduje się rozbieżność interesów danych podmiotów. Z uwagi na istotę oddziaływania konfliktów w organizacji w niniejszym opracowaniu przedstawiono podstawowe strategie i metody oraz skutki zarządzania konfliktem w organizacji. Wskazano jednostkowy, grupowy i międzyorganizacyjny model występowania konfliktu. Odniesiono się również do wagi kontekstu i czynników osobowościowych w kształtowaniu sytuacji niepożądanych w organizacji. Jednocześnie wskazano obszary pozadysfunkcyjnego oddziaływania konfliktów, podkreślając ich mobilizujący i wzmacniający więzi charakter, uzależniony od poziomu występowania ogólnie rozumianych rozbieżności interesów na poziomie człowieka, grupy i organizacji.
The content of the article refers to the sources and manifestations of the conflict in the organization, which is treated as an indispensable element of human interpersonal relations, at whose bottom there is always a divergence of interests of the entities concerned. Due to the essence of conflicts in the organization, the study presents the basic strategies and methods as well as the effects of conflict management in the organization. The individual, group and inter-organizational conflict incidence model was indicated. It also refers to the importance of context and personality factors in shaping adverse events in the organization. At the same time, the areas of non-problematic conflict influence were pointed out, indicating their mobilizing and strengthening character relationship, depending on the level of occurrence of broadly understood differences of interests at the level of man, group and organization.

Po wejściu w życie dyrektywy obronnej zmieniły się zasady pozyskiwania sprzętu wojskowego w krajach Unii Europejskiej. W artykule przedstawiono zasady, podstawy prawne, sposób planowania, organizację oraz procedury pozyskiwania uzbrojenia w Republice Francuskiej. Proces ten realizowany jest przez Główne Przedstawicielstwo do Spraw Uzbrojenia. Postępowania o udzielenia zamówienia na sprzęt wojskowy przeprowadzane są na podstawie powszechnie obowiązujących regulacji prawnych określonych w Kodeksie Zamówień Publicznych (Code des Marches Publics) oraz Dekrecie Obronnym (dekret nr 2004-16 z 17 lipca 2004 r.). Proces pozyskiwania uzbrojenia w Republice Francuskiej składa się z czterech faz: wstępnej, projektowania, realizacyjnej i użytkowania. Każda faza kończy się wypracowaniem dokumentu, który będzie podstawą rozpoczęcia fazy następnej.
The rules of acquiring of military equipment among the EU Members have changed after entering into force of the Directive 2009/81/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on the coordination of procedures for the award of certain works contracts, supply contracts and service contracts by contracting authorities or entities in the fields of defence and security, and amending Directives 2004/17/EC and 2004/18/EC. This article is to present the rules, legal basis, methods of planning, organization and procedures of acquiring of armament in the Republic of France. The main actor in this process is the General Delegate for Armament - DGA. Armaments procurements are proceeded on the basis of common legal rules given in the Code of public procurement (Code des Marches Publics) and the Decree N° 2004-16 of July 17th 2004. The process of acquiring of military equipment in France is consisted of four phases: preliminary, designing, realization and utilization. Each phase is ended with elaboration of a document being the basis for initiation of next phase.

Otoczenie przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjnego to klienci oczekujący efektywnej i terminowej realizacji ich potrzeb. Czyni to systemy informatyczne ERP kluczowymi narzędziami w doskonaleniu i wspomaganiu zarządzania. W publikacji przedstawiono modele procesów jako metodę doskonalenia zarządzania poprzez rozszerzenie wspomagania systemem informatycznym ERP. W pierwszej części przedstawiono opis organizacji wydziału produkcji oraz przepływów i procesów przetwarzania informacji. W drugiej części przedstawiono modele konceptualne, oparte na założeniach analizy strukturalnej. Interpretowanie modeli konceptualnych procesów, w publikacji są to modele planowania i kontroli produkcji, jest metodą powiązania funkcji systemu ERP z organizacją i procesami przetwarzania informacji. Daje to możliwość doskonalenia zarządzaniu stosując system ERP w oparciu o umiejętności kadry przedsiębiorstwa.
The production enterprise environment is the customer's expectation of effective and timely fulfillment of their needs. It makes ERP IT systems a key tool in improving and enhancing management. The paper presents process models as a method of improving management by extending the support of an ERP system. The first part describes the organization of the production department and the flows and processing of information. The second part presents conceptual models, based on the assumptions of structural analysis. Interpretation of conceptual models of processes, in publications are planning and production control models, is a method of linking the functions of the ERP system with the organization and processes of information processing. This gives you the opportunity to improve your management using an ERP system based on the skills of your company.

W obliczu kryzysu związanego z pandemią koronawirusa, dwa wymiary działalności przedsiębiorstw stały się szczególnie istotnym przedmiotem debaty publicznej i naukowej. Pierwszy to transformacja kultur organizacji, będąca konsekwencją zmian w sposobach organizacji pracy. Drugi to skrócenie perspektywy planowania działań przedsiębiorstw, będące konsekwencją niepewności w środowisku gospodarczym. W artykule dokonano analizy dynamiki przemian w zakresie kultur organizacji oraz planów działań polskich firm oraz ich powiązań z odpornością na kryzys pandemiczny w zakresie innowacyjności. Źródłem danych są wyniki badania panelowego reprezentatywnej próby polskich średnich i dużych przedsiębiorstw, przeprowadzonego przez autorów i zespół projektu „Bilans Kapitału Ludzkiego” (BLK). Wskazano w nim, że wbrew przewidywaniom wynikającym z perspektyw teoretycznych, podkreślających znaczenie elastyczności kultur i struktur organizacyjnych dla innowacyjności, w czasie kryzysu firmy o stabilnej kulturze hierarchicznej oraz stabilnych planach działań zwiększają szansę na wprowadzenie innowacji.
In the face of the crisis triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic, two dimensions of corporate activity have become a particularly prominent subject of public and academic debate. The first is the transformation of organizational cultures stemming from the changes in work organization. The second is the shortening of the planning perspective in corporate activities caused by the uncertainty of the business environment. In this article, we analyse the dynamics of transformations in organizational cultures and action plans of Polish companies as well as how they link with resilience to the pandemic crisis in the area of innovation. The source of data are the results of a panel study conducted by us and the Human Capital Balance team on a representative sample of Polish medium and large enterprises. We show that, contrary to predictions relying on theoretical perspectives emphasising the importance of flexibility of organizational cultures and structures for innovativeness, in times of crisis companies with a stable hierarchical culture and stable action plans have better chance of introducing innovations.

This research paper is dedicated to important integration of human and nature, which is shown in architecture and landscape design of river valley areas in the Carpathians. The author’s goal was to define special features of this integration and to ground principles of architecture and landscape layout in these terrains. The research is based on specialized literature sources, maps and field research projects. To reach the goal the notion of «mountain river valley area» and its structure was considered. The author names ten groups of factors that have impact on architectural and landscape layout of mountain river valley areas. According to these factors the analysis of extant architecture and landscape integration in river valley areas in Carpathians was made, based on which regularities and irregularities of architecture and landscape integration mechanisms in the researched terrains were defined. As a result, five principles of architecture and landscape management and development of river valley areas in the Carpathians were substantiated.

Jednym z charakterystycznym zjawisk współczesnej gospodarki są procesy tworzenia i rozwoju sieci już istniejących. W obecnych warunkach powstaje coraz więcej podmiotów powiązanych ze sobą więziami kooperacyjnymi, które tworzą różnorodne sieciowe formy organizacyjne. Współpraca sieciowa umożliwia przedsiębiorstwom rozwój zdolności relacyjnych, które mogą stanowić istotne źródło przewagi konkurencyjnej, a ich znaczenie powinny odzwierciedlać decyzje strategiczne podejmowane w przedsiębiorstwie.
Today’s business environment consisting of network organizations with growing number of links and interdependencies between companies changes an approach to management. Traditional firm-centric strategies should be complemented by network strategies, since competition increasingly occurs between networks replacing competition between firms. Core competencies also look different from network perspective. The competencies that are important are no longer the ones a company owns, but rather the ones a company can connect to. In order to gain a competitive advantage, it is necessary to create a competitive network which requires developing relationships with customers and other groups of stakeholders. Thus, the necessity of building long-term relationships with the company’s stakeholders should be reflected in the strategy formulation process, including: the mission statement, strategic objectives, as well as plans and programs designed for all firm’s departments.
