The rapid development of technology is one of the major challenges of today’s organizations. The unprecedented capabilities offered by technology simultaneously create the demands of constant change and development of organizations themselves and their employees. For many years human-technology interaction in organization have remained in focus of interdiciplinary resarch, which resulted in several theories and models explaining technology acceptance. The aim of this paper is to present the state of the art in technology acceptance research and to introduce technology readiness theory (Parasuraman, 2000). Also the practical implications of technology readiness for human resources management will be discussed.

In the paper statistical data of Information technology development during 2008-2017 and a further forecast till 2019 are presented. They were found to increase by 115 billion dollars. The authors present references on the basis of using methods of dynamic programming in economic processes. Being based on the algorithm of building the model of dynamic programming the problem of the optimal distribution of information products among tourist enterprises functioning in the city of Dnipro (Ukraine) is solved. The purposeful function and restrictions concerning the problem of optimizing the usage of programming products are presented. As a result of calculations of the optimal distribution of information products among tourist enterprises the purposeful function is received, that shows the maximum additional income which constitutes 349000 thousand UAH. Information products are distributed as follows: the capacity of tourist operators is 6000 UAH, the capacity of tourist agencies is 5250 UAH, the capacity of aviation ticket offices is 750 UAH, the capacity of excursion bureaus is 3000, the capacity of enterprises of sports tourism is 2250 UAH, the capacity of enterprises of entrance/departure tourism is 2250 UAH It was revealed that the needs of tourist enterprises of the city of Dnipro in information products are fully provided.

Artykuł jest poświęcony kwestii możliwości redukcji kosztów związanych z infrastrukturą IT organizacji i ich funkcjonowaniem w kontekście wykorzystania przez nie modelu cloud computing, cieszącego się coraz większą popularnością. Artykuł składa się ze wstępu i pięciu części. W pierwszej została przedstawiona krótka analiza wydatków przeznaczanych przez współczesne organizacje na technologie informatyczne. Następnie zdefiniowano pojęcie cloud computing, przedstawiono podstawowe elementy tego podejścia oraz zaprezentowano najważniejsze przyczyny jego rozwoju. Kolejna cześć artykułu została poświęcona analizie różnych aspektów związanych z modelem cloud computing, mogących być źródłem redukcji kosztów. Przedostatnia część artykułu zawiera analizę perspektyw rozwoju i wykorzystania rozwiązań „chmurowych”. Uwzględniono w tym kontekście badania dotyczące sektora MŚP oraz przykłady związane z sektorem publicznym w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Końcowa cześć artykułu zawiera najważniejsze wnioski i konkluzje.
This paper is devoted to the issues concerning reduction of costs connected with IT infrastructure of organizations and their functioning in the context of the more and more popular cloud computing approach used by them. It is composed of five parts. In the first part, a short analysis of money allocated by contemporary organizations for information technology is presented. Next, the notion of cloud computing is defined and the basic elements of this approach are presented along with the most important reasons for its development. The next part is devoted to the analysis of various issues connected with the cloud computing approach which can be the source of the reduction of costs. The penultimate part of the paper contains an analysis of the prospects for the development and utilization of cloud solutions. The results of the research concerning SMEs and cases connected with the public sector are presented in this context. In the final part of the paper, the most significant conclusions and suggestions are offered.

W artykule przedstawiono podstawy i główne procesy metodologii Common Criteria, umieszczono krótki opis projektu CCMODE, scharakteryzowano główne moduły systemu, sformułowano wnioski i określono kierunki dalszych badań.

W pracy podjęto próbę analizy wpływu uwarunkowań techniczno-ekonomicznych i społecznych wprowadzania technologii informacyjnych i multimedialnych w polskim systemie edukacji. Zwrócono uwagę na dynamikę rozwoju rynku telekomunikacyjnego i multimedialnego, a zwłaszcza na sektor tego rynku związany z technologiami mobilnymi. Wskazano na aspekty techniczno- -ekonomiczne związane z koniecznością wyposażania szkół w nowoczesny sprzęt teleinformatyczny i multimedialny. Rozpatrzono czynniki o charakterze społecznym mające wpływ na absorpcję nowoczesnych technologii w polskim systemie edukacji. Przedstawiono podstawowe zalecenia normatywne, tak polskie jak i Unii Europejskiej, dotyczące wprowadzania technologii informacyjnych i multimedialnych do systemów edukacyjnych państw Unii Europejskiej.
In his work an attempt has been made to analyze the influence of technical and economical conditionings of the introduction of information and multimedia technologies to the polish system of education. The dynamics of the development of the communications and multimedia market has been appointed, emphasizing mobile technologies sector. Both technical and economical aspects was mentioned that are substantial for furnishing schools with the latest multimedia and information hardware. Social agents have been discussed that may influence the acquisition of modern technologies in the polish system of education. Normative recommendations have been presented, both polish and of the EU, regarding the introduction of information and multimedia technologies to educational systems of member countries of the European Union

In the article the toolkit public opinion in modern Ukraine. Directions strengthening social solidarity and new forms of influence on public opinion in modern Ukraine. Characterized the main task of political analysis of public opinion. Comments on the specifics influence public opinion and its functions. It is concluded that the tool is inherent in public opinion is unsystematic. The necessity consistency in use of formation solidary society and promote the idea of Ukrainian national solidarity. The attention on the need to track sentiment of society. The need for attention to the content of media market. The article also describes the main indicators of public opinion. Contact politician or political force, which would be formed through such interactive forms, while almost absent. Communication state and society leads to a distortion of reality and the possibility to influence the coverage of certain events. In light of the obvious failure of state intervention in the sphere of public interests, policies, practices, scientists searching for new meaning social interaction, which is based on the following social processes, association, recognition, communication, understanding and trust. These processes are important components of the idea of solidarity. The policy takes the highest percentage discussion ordinary citizens of our country together.

Zmiany zachodzące na rynku globalnym rodzą potrzebę jak najefe-ktywniejszego wykorzystania tej gałęzi transportu poprzez tworzenie nowoczesnych systemów transportowych, modernizację środków transportu oraz usprawnianie działania infrastruktury drogowej. Ogromną szansą utrzymania się przewoźników na rynku europejskim są nowoczesne systemy telematyczne i informatyczne. Wykorzystanie inteligentnych systemów transportowych, w każdym aspekcie niesie za sobą pozytywne skutki. Od poprawy przepustowości dróg miejskich poprzez poprawę bezpieczeństwa na drogach (np. zapobieganie kolizji) poprzez redukcję emisji dwutlenku węgla do środowiska naturalnego, aż do zwiększenia wykrywania przestępstw drogowych. Celem podjęcia tematu jest ocena i analiza systemów działających w Polsce oraz przedstawienie problemów związanych z ich wdrażaniem.
Changes in the global market create the need for the most efficient use of this transport sector by creating modern transport systems, modernizing means of transport and improving road infrastructure. The modern telematics and IT systems are a great opportunity for carriers to survive on the European market. The use of intelligent transport systems, in every aspect entails positive effects. From improving the capacity of urban roads, by improving road safety (e.g. preventing collision traffic), by reducing carbon dioxide emissions to the environment, till on increasing the detection of road traffic offenses The aim of this topic is to assess and analyse the systems operating in Poland and to present issues related to their implementation.

While the general importance of information technology in management is a commonly known issue, its influence on organizational creativity and corporate entrepreneurship has drawn much less attention of researchers up to now. The author of the paper seeks to fill this gap by pointing out to some concepts already described in the literature. The main objective of this study is to characterize the managerial aspects of creative entrepreneurial organization, where the costs of processing, storing and communicating information are close to zero. Advances in information technology are conducive to new types of interaction between actors of economic activity. Describing an emergent theoretical framework for the concept of "creative corporate entrepreneurship" constitutes the author's core contribution besides adding the fresh insight into the openness of creativity and entrepreneurship. This paper presents three phases of the creative entrepreneurial organization, namely, creative novelty which means generation of new ideas, creative usefulness which refers to the selection of ideas in terms of their usefulness to launch new bold ventures, and exploiting opportunities. The third aspect should be considered in the context of eliminating the constraints of information delivery, which may be one of the most important sources of managerial transformations. These transformations lead to new methods of managing creative entrepreneurial organization.

Cloud Computing allow the users to dynamically provide computing resource to meet their information technology needs. Cloud providers are able to rent resources from cloud for many computational purposes using any one of the provisioning model static/dynamic the company can pay bills as per the model. One of the major drawbacks in cloud computing is linked to step up the dataflow model with better resources. Resource allocation is performed with the aim of minimizing the costs and to get high throughput. Cynicism is described as a mind-set characterized by hopelessness, disappointment, and disillusionment, and is also associated with scorn, disgust, and suspicion. This strong negative attitude has infiltrated Indian I.T organizations, and is believed to be responsible for unfavorable organizational consequences, even though, hardly any studies have explored the causes and concerns of employee cynicism about their organizations in the Indian context. The present research centers around two qualitative case studies through in-depth interviews with seventy two participants undertaken in western India to investigate the causes and concerns of employee cynicism towards employer organization. Findings of the study indicate that workplace perceptions significantly influence organizational cynicism, which is largely influenced by poor leadership, organizational politics, decisive culture, accessibility of benefits and un-met expectations. As these findings have important organizational implications, I recommend for further studies on cynicism in the future.

The barriers of using Information Technology by teachers in schools have been classified in the article into technical-communicative, cultural and intellectual. Intellectual barriers were particularly emphasized, pointing to clear defects in teachers’ suitable methodological preparation. The number of causes of rejection by IT teachers as well as teachers of other subjects were presented together with the reasons for rejection of introducing and using IT in school. Analyzing teachers’ views concerning the introduction of IT into the education system, constant establishing of the cultural pattern was indicated. This pattern functions in schools and has roots in memory teaching.
