The great attention has been paid to the role of Ukrainian activist in popularization of conservatism idea among the Ukrainian population of the interwar period in Poland.

Opis:
Language in human civilization as a part of political, cultural and social life is an irreplaceable communicator. Ethnically language expresses facts, events, people and time. It saves and transports stylistic phenomena of language with new thinking constructs of vision, with traditional and original stylistics of folk and literary speech. This peculiarity of language is manifested in its linguistic cultures – the linguistic conceptualization signs (units) of creative, cultural content in broad sense, cultural phenomena, cultural notions and nominations, knowledge of ideologies, individuals, events, facts and epochs. The existing state of cultural consciousness includes, in addition to the modern ideologues, the inheritance of social, aesthetic and ethical culture of the previous ages of the ethnos development. It is displayed in verbal codes in the form of lexical-grammatical semantics of linguistic units of all speech levels: phonosemantics, lexicology, phraseology, grammar, word formation, syntax, linguistic, linguistic communication, text formation, linguoculture. Purpose. The aspirations of the authors to show language communication and cultural cooperation of Polish and Ukrainian scientific figures of culture in the past for the benefit of our nations, to motivate younger generation to a common cultural work have been the subjects of our linguistic style study. Methods. The descriptive method makes it possible to carry out a description of the textual material; historical and philological commentary explains the philological sense in the historical context; with the help of linguistic and linguocultural analysis of literary texts, we define stylistics and linguocultures that have a conceptual value in the studied samples. Results. The general conclusion may be the fact of the recognition of the extremely important role of numerical inter-language and intercultural contacts between Ukrainians and Poles in the past and the projections of their future development. In today's turbulent world, which is undergoing regular attacks in an undeclared information war, friendly contacts and mutual understanding between our peoples depend to a large extent on knowledge and appreciation of the road of understanding they have gone through. Polish-Ukrainian relations have been experiencing different, more and less successful periods, but in the perspective of the historical development of the two modern European powers, bright future based on mutual understanding, mutual respect and mutual assistance is seen – this implies future directions of research.

Opis:
It was created in 1812 and had short stage run but was never printed. Text preserved in the National Museum Library of Warsaw is the earliest drama text of 19th century devoted to Bohdan Khmelnytskyi. The emerging of this text can be interpreted as the beginning of pre-romantic tendencies and rising interest in history of Ukrainian-Polish relations and Cossack epoch. At the same time, the play was as relevant as ever because there exists a strong desire of playwrights to respond to important social and political problems of that time.
Созданная в 1812 г., эта пьеса имела пусть и короткую, но все же сценическую историю, хотя никогда не была напечатанной. Сохраненый в Библиотеке Национального музея Варшавы экземпляр текста позволет говорить о наиболее раннем из известных нам драматичнеских текстов ХІХ ст., посвященных фигуре Богдана Хмельницкого. Его появление следует понимать как проявление формировавшихся в недрах просветительства преромантических тенденций, а именно - интереса к истории украинско-польских взаимоотношений, епохе казачества. В то же время ьеса и спектаіиь обладали обостренной актуальностью, поскольку в репликах многих ерсонажей, и в первую очередь Богдана Хмельницкого, ощутимо желание драматурга реагировать на социально и политически значимые проблемы своего времени.

Opis:
Діапазон наукової проблеми обраної теми статті зумовлює об’єднання методологічних та інтеграційних дисциплінарних підходів з метою її розв’язання. Логіка дослідження передбачає встановлення взаємного зв’язку між творенням геостратегії та плеканням гуманітарної аури нації. На підставі концепції гуманітарної аури нації Л. Костенко аналізуються сучасні тенденції, які впливають на формування сучасної геостратегії України, а також в рамках розроблення її політико-правової моделі намічаються стратегічні національні пріоритети. Контекст роботи просякнутий необхідністю розбудови державної інфраструктурної політики, яка інтерпретується в ролі локомотиву стійкого розвитку України, формування інвестиційно-інноваційної моделі держави, на засадах реалізації розробленої геостратегії. Контекстуально заторкуються питання стратегічного наративу в розрізі ноополітики і деконструкції деструктивних стереотипів, експорту та експансії українського культурного простору.
Zakres problematyki naukowej wybranego tematu artykułu determinuje połączenie metodologicznego i integracyjnego podejścia dyscyplinarnego. Logika badań polega na ustaleniu wzajemnego związku między tworzeniem geostrategii a pielęgnowaniem humanitarnej aury narodu. W oparciu o koncepcję humanitarnej aury narodu L. Kostenki analizuje się współczesne trendy wpływające na kształtowanie się nowoczesnej geostrategii Ukrainy, a w ramach rozwoju jej modelu polityczno-prawnego nakreśla strategiczne priorytety narodowe. Kontekst pracy nasycony jest potrzebą wypracowania polityki infrastrukturalnej państwa, która jest interpretowana jako lokomotywa zrównoważonego rozwoju Ukrainy, kształtowanie modelu inwestycyjnego i innowacyjnego państwa, w oparciu o realizację opracowanej geostrategii. Kontekstowo poruszane są kwestie narracji strategicznej w zakresie neopolityki i dekonstrukcji stereotypów, eksportu i ekspansji ukraińskiej przestrzeni kulturowej.
The range of the scientific problem of the chosen topic of the article determines the combination of methodological and integrative disciplinary approaches in order to solve it. The logic of the research involves the establishment of a mutual connection between the creation of geostrategy and the nurturing of the humanitarian aura of the nation. On the basis of L. Kostenko’s concept of the humanitarian aura of the nation, modern trends that influence the formation of modern geostrategy of Ukraine are analyzed, and strategic national priorities are outlined within the framework of the development of its political and legal model. The context of the work is imbued with the need to develop the state infrastructure policy, which is interpreted as the locomotive of sustainable development of Ukraine, the formation of the investment and innovation model of the state, on the basis of the implementation of the developed geostrategy. Contextually, the issues of strategic narrative in terms of noopolitics and deconstruction of destructive stereotypes, export and expansion of the Ukrainian cultural space are discussed.

It has been proved that linguistic signs, related to the routine knowledge of order, the forms of its disruption and ways of restoring it, decipher ethnically determined parameters of certain categories, including legal subjectivity, legal consciousness and legal capacity that have been coded in folk poetic texts. The research focuses on the problems of linguistic culturological description of legal information in Ukrainian folk epic texts. The systematisation of theoretical notions that ground the necessity of cognitive and interpretative comprehension of a folk text, as an initial legal knowledge transmitter, has been carried out for the fi rst time. The choice of the linguistic culturological method for the analysis of the legal segment of oral folk creativity can be explained by the fact that culture, during its formation, is actualised in the form of folk discourses, represented by folktales, epic lyrical songs, ballads and other texts that refl ect the intellect of the many generations who created and used them. Folk texts transmit elements of social knowledge, verbalise the codes of a nation’s world view and become exclusive material for the philological study of various forms of ethnic and cultural experience. The perspectives of the investigation are based on the possibility to penetrate the legal sphere of sacral knowledge, coded in different Ukrainian folk genres, by means of a broad spectrum of language means.

Стаття присвячена питанням, що розглядалися під час міжнародної конференції „Мотив хвороби в історії літератури і культури посттоталітарних країн ЦентральноСхідної Європи”, що відбулася 6 листопада 2020 року. Основні теми доповідачів були сфокусовані на питаннях хвороби як дефекту у літературі, на травмі втрати, тематиці хвороби й зцілення у світовій літературі від її початку до сьогодення, включно з періодами Київської Русі, Ренесансом, Бароко і Модернізмом та побутування травматичного досвіду в наративах Голодомору, сучасної української жіночої прози і здатності українського сакрального і декоративного, а також сучасного жіночого мистецтва візуалізувати хворобу і допомагати митцям здолати свої травми.
The article is dedicated to the issues considered during the international conference “The motive of the disease in the history of literature and culture of post-totalitarian states of Central and Eastern Europe”, which took place on November 6, 2020. The main topics of the speakers were focused on the disease as a weakness in the literature, the trauma of loss, the theme of illness and healing in world literature from its beginning to the present, including the periods of Kyiv Rus, Renaissance, Baroque and Modernism and the traumatic experience in the narratives of the Holodomor, Ukrainian women’s prose and the ability of Ukrainian sacred and decorative, as well as modern women’s art to visualize the disease and help artists overcome their injuries.

The article shows that archaic language is one of the components and methods of the detection of historical memory of Ukrainians. The analysis of the use of such elements in Old Ukrainian literary language of the 14-18th centuries., in Ukrainian literary language of the 19-20th centuries and in modern Ukrainian dialects has proved “Ukrainianness” of some archaic elements of the Ukrainian language, which are perceived by the language awareness of the modern Ukrainian as elements of the Russian language rather than the elements of its national identity in the diachronic dimension, as these words do exist in the modern Russian literary language, while in the New Ukrainian literary language they are replaced by other lexemes. It is shown that such archaisms in the language awareness of educated Ukrainians, including writers, acquire additional connotations and update their historical memory.

Opis:
The article is devoted to the formation of a linguistic interpretation of the interaction of language and culture of the Polish-Ukrainian border territories. The material for the analysis includes nomic systems of Ukrainian and Polish languages, which are considered as a cultural product of interpersonal and interethnic communication and an element of the language system, as well as invariant scientifi c theory created in the works of Polish onomastics (according to key theoretical concepts, tradition of analysis, and continuity in linguistic knowledge). The analysis performed in the article allows us to single out the linguistic indicators of the interaction of language and culture typical for the subject fi eld of sociolinguistics. These are connections and concepts: language-territory, language-social strata, language-gender, language-ethnicity, social functions of the Polish language, and non-standardized spelling systems. Linguistic indicators reveal the peculiar mechanisms of the border in the historical memory and collective consciousness, marking the role of languages in these areas as a factor of space and cultural marker and bringing us closer to understanding the social relations of native speakers in the fifteenth-nineteenth centuries.

Few people know that one of the prominent centers of Ukrainian studies abroad has been successfully operating in Germany for more than a hundred years, namely the Institute of Slavic Philology of the world-famous Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich, one of the ten elite universities in Germany. This article discusses the old traditions and new initiatives of the Institute and its partners from Poland and the Ukraine in the study, dissemination and support of the Ukrainian language, literature, culture in Ukraine and abroad.

У статті проаналізовано діяльність української інтелігенції у період 1917-1921 рр. Авторка за мету ставить визначення досягнень та втрат, що отримала українська наукова інтелігенція протягом 1917-1921 рр. Досліджено матеріальне забезпечення представників української інтелігенції, які не емігрували за кордон, а залишилися працювати на українських теренах. Звернуто увагу на їхній внесок у розвиток науки, культури періоду, коли в українських землях постійно змінювалися режими та влада переходила від одних до інших. Політика цих режимів кардинально різнилася в залежності від зовнішньополітичної орієнтації та програмних засад їхніх лідерів. До того ж українська інтелігенція по-різному реагувала на зміну влади. Тому зроблено спробу умовного розподілу представників української інтелігенції на групи відповідно до їхніх ідейно-світоглядних переконань. Розглянуто вплив політичних змін на ключові галузі науки і культури та визначено, що, з одного боку, становище наукових інституцій було незадовільним, натомість культурні галузі відроджувалися та розвивали активну діяльність. При написанні статті застосовувався принцип системності, методи порівняння і узагальнення, структуризації та аналізу. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у визначенні чинників, що впливали на формування наукових, культурних інтерпретацій питання подальшого буття української інтелігенції в умовах Української революції на основі проаналізованих історіографічних напрацювань та архівних матеріалів, виявленні основних досягнень та помилок у цьому інформаційно-світоглядному полі. Авторка вказує на важливість подальшого наукового дослідження проблеми, адже нині, не дивлячись на певний наявний блок напрацювань з теми, є питання, що потребують подальшого вивчення та нової інтерпретації.
The article analyzes the activities of the Ukrainian intelligentsia in 1917-1921. The author aims to determine the achievements and losses received by the Ukrainian scientific intelligentsia during 1917-1921. Attention is paid to their contribution to the development of science and culture of the period when the regimes in the Ukrainian lands were constantly changing and power passed from one to another. At the same time, the policies of these regimes differed radically depending on the foreign policy orientation and program principles of their leaders. At the same time, the Ukrainian intelligentsia reacted differently to the change of government. It was made an attempt to divide representatives of the Ukrainian intelligentsia into groups in accordance with their ideological and ideological orientation. The impact of political changes on key branches of science and culture is explored. It is determined that, on the one hand, the position of scientific institutions was unsatisfactory while cultural branches were revived and developed actively. The article is written using the principle of systematization, methods of comparison and generalization, structuring and analysis. The scientific novelty of the study is justified by the determination of the factors that influenced the formation of scientific and cultural interpretations of the future existence of the Ukrainian intelligentsia during the Ukrainian revolution on the basis of analyzed historiography and archival materials, as well as identifying major achievements and errors in this information and worldview. The author emphasizes the importance of further scientific research of the problem, because today, despite a certain existing block of work on the topic, there are issues that need further study and reinterpretation.
