    The author has tried to bring significant contributions and interesting suggestions, which were presented at a seminar taken during the ending of the European Year for Active Ageing and Intergenerational Solidarity 2012. Institute of Philosophy, Czech Republic, Department for the study of science, technology and society organized on 30 November 2012 at the premises of the conference center of the Philosophical Institute in Prague seminar of the series "Bioethics and civil society" to mark the ending of the European Year of Active Ageing and Intergenerational Solidarity in 2012 under the name aging society and its ethical problems. The seminar opened the Philosophical Institute Director Paul Baran, who likened aging to silver economy. The seminar was divided into three thematic units (news, view of old age and practical contexts), which has been said a few interesting posts.

    The family upbringing is thus increasingly suffering from permanent development and innovation, not only in society, but especially families. Why? Probably also because the traditional family model has appeared so he mocked that show lack of pragmatic family and social networks. Acceleration time is felt more and more. Being demolished relations is atomized families. We are seeing new types of family life, such as single, mingle, patchwork families, gay families, and so on. More young heterosexual couples does not enter into a marriage, because marriage is considered unnecessary formalities with the statement that “do not need a paper that they love!”

    Opis:
    The authors of a contribution in dealing with prejudice and negative images of older people and symptom discrimination against older person or a group of elders. We are talking about ageism thus, social prejudice against age. These are the statements and positions without a true foundation, but the appearance that they are at the core of truth. Some manifestations of discrimination are evident in some unspoken subtext. In practice, we often encounter ageism as age discrimination against individuals or groups of older people, for example, advertisements offering jobs. Generation 55+ is not only healthier than we think, but to live for a longer active life than previous generations, are far more involved in other activities than just gardening, fishing and baking cookies and cakes. Seniors begin also other careers, leading companies devoted to artistic activities, traveling, attending educational courses, schools and transmit their profession and experience to others. To give people a sense of well being and reinforce positive attitudes in society towards aging and older people is essential participation in social, economic, cultural and voluntary activities, responsible approach to their own life and interest in the development of society. The main ethical principles are respect for human uniqueness, while recognizing equality between people, respect for the dignity of the older person, and respect for its independence, the right to self-determination, the right to privacy and personal choice. It is important to promote, strengthen and protect the family as the basic cell of society, in which there is naturally intergenerational solidarity, and respect for the elderly. The program aims to create conditions for full and active life of seniors, eliminate the causes of the inadmissible restrictions on fundamental rights and freedoms for reasons of age and social status, combat discrimination and social exclusion of the elderly, strengthening intergenerational solidarity, self-reliance, recognizing the contribution of seniors to family and society, promote understanding , tolerance and solidarity.

    In this article the author deals with Hegel ́s statism, his philosophy of right and state. He analyses primarily Hegel ́s work Elements of the Philosophy of Right. Based on historical argumentation, he refutes the proposition of the connection of Hegel ́s philosophy of right and the ideology of the Prussian state. The author analyses Hegel ́s theory of abstract right, morality, and the importance of the role of family in society. He points to the influence of English political economics, which is especially evident in Hegel ́s perception of civil society.

    One addition to the existence and ability to work with others in the community, is also able to be unselfish helping gift because it owns himself, himself and the government itself decides to subject and the administrator of his act or conduct. Thanks to this ability as one person is able to create community with others and the community, which still has a deeper family character . It is based on mutual love: human, but also the love of God. Love is the principle strength and double-family community, it is born of the marriage indissoluble unity and brotherly love to the wider community. Love and its preservation is the structure of the community of persons and therefore the life of the spouses and family members should be constantly trying to expressions of love such as respect, forgiveness and mutual giving and receiving all the family members of the community.

We can state that they recovered the woman literary character, stressed their family and professional micro world as well as the inner world with not solved problems.

    Темой статьи является проникновение этики в политическую сферу общества и индивидуума как актуальнейшего вопроса современности. Главной темой публичной этики стали права человека в реальных условиях глобализма, которые преобразовались в этические ценности, и которые придали справедливости, свободе и процветанию глубокий смысл. Таким образом в публичном дискурсе присутствует моральный аспект социального преобразования вместо политического, и одновременно дискурс становится критерием политической легитимности.
    The main subject of the paper is the issue of ethics accession to the political sphere of society and the individual as one of the most current issues of present time. The key question of public ethics has become the matter of universal human rights in the real conditions of globalism, which are transformed to the ethical values and given the inner dimension of justice, freedom and prosperity. Thus, in the public discourse there is a moral aspect of the society transformation rather than the political one and, at the same time, the discourse becomes the criterion of policy legitimacy.

    Статия посвесщает свое внимание философии культуры в восприятии Канта. Исходя из так называемового нового чтения Канта, занимается его малыми произведенями чтобы сравнить его наследие с современными контекстами мышления. Основной целей творчества Канта это культура совершена в всемирно-гражданском единстве. Целей нашего розмышления является определение культурного масштаба общества в философии Канта и в дальнейшем ее конфронтация с современной идеей космополитизма. Универсалистическое стремление кантянской концепции культуры может являтся исходным пунктом современной оцены нашего восприятия культуры.
    The paper focuses on Kant’s philosophy of culture. Based on a new reading of Kant, emphasizing the importance of his short writings, the paper tries to update and contextualize Kant’s ideas. Culture, realized in the cosmopolitan world, is for Kant the ultimate purpose of history. The aim of the paper is to define cultural dimension of society in Kant’s philosophy followed by a confrontation with contemporary idea of multiculturalism. The universalist character of Kant’s concept of culture has a potential of a philosophical reflection of our culture.
