Globalizacja, zdaniem autorów artykułu, zbliża nie tylko gospodarki różnych państw, ale stwarza określone przesłanki na rzecz stworzenia systemu globalnej etyki, czego dowodem jest kształtowanie się konsensusu w odniesieniu do szeregu kwestii związanych z wartościami humanitarnymi, które reprezentują syntezę Zachodu i Wschodu. Rosja jest niewątpliwie państwem europejskim, której jednak znaczna część położona jest w Azji, co jest formalną przeszkodą na drodze do członkostwa w Unii Europejskiej. W związku z tym obydwie strony muszą wypracować jakąś formę „uprzywilejowanego partnerstwa”, które zagwarantuje „paneuropejską jedność”. Mimo tego, że nastroje społeczne w Rosji i na Zachodzie nie sprzyjają zbliżeniu, konfrontacja pomiędzy Rosją i Europą zakończy się prędzej czy później. Dla dwustronnej współpracy nie ma bowiem alternatywy.
The article notes that globalization brings not only the economies of different countries, but also creates certain prerequisites for the formation of global ethics is already indicated by a consensus on a number of key humanitarian values, values which represent a synthesis of East and West. Russia is certainly a European country, which, however, has a considerable territory in Asia, which is a formal obstacle to its eventual entry into the EU. In this regard, it’s necessary to find a form of “privileged partnership” with it, which would provide “a pan-European unity”. Despite the fact that now in Russian society and in the West, dominated by very different sentiments, the confrontation between Russia and Europe end sooner or later. For both sides, cooperation is no alternative.

The article analyzes the main modern globalization challenges, that influence on the communication activities of business entities; on the basis of statistical analysis, their positive and negative characteristics are determined. A comparative analysis of the irreversible transformational changes in the world and the main trends of modern communications are carried out. The approaches to the improvement of external and internal communication activities are defined. It is hypothesized that the symbiosis of these areas allows us to implement advanced communication capabilities and have a synergistic effect of the introduction of advanced communications. Their introduction will allow to increase the efficiency of activities and improve the competitive position of modern business entities in the market.

This article is about hypertext as a phenomenon directly imbedded in globalization. The dynamie development of various nonlinear processes has led to the active development ofnon-linearity in language. This is most evident in the linguistic unit of the hypertext. In particular, the electronic hypertext reveals features that have never before existed in language, making the classification and regulation of these features at th s stage o f language leaming impossible, as the traditional definition o f standards is based on a linear languagelevel, and hypertext, a complicated non-hnear formation, with the signs o f other semiotic systems, in other languages, etc.

The article describes in detail some derivational elements involved in the process of agglutination occurring in word-formation system of modern Russian, analyzing semantic and functional characteristics of these word-building elements. The comprehensive analysis of the collected hybrid derivatives shows that globalization and the Anglo-American ‘linguistic hegemony’ increased the productivity of international morphemes, penetrating into the Russian word formation system through the mass media. Modern Russian language has been undergoing noticeable changes in word-formation models and in the inventory of actively productive derivational affixes. The following processes are noticeable: 1) resemantization and activation of international affixes; 2) development of new hybrid derivative models; 3) creation with the help of morphemes abstracted from composites new formally and semantically condensed nouns, which allows to notice an agglutination’s tendency.

Last global financial-economic crisis started at the end of 2007 has affected a large number of countries. The crisis, which arose initially in developed countries, was sharply transferred to countries with economies in transition. Thus, the modern economic and financial crisis of the post-Soviet countries came from the outside. The current crisis has shown the pros and cons of the process of economic globalization. The authors examined the problem of intra-regional channels of crisis dissemination, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of national economies, and establishes the degree of involvement of these economies in the globalization process and determines the level of risk associated with this process. The crisis was evaluated based on the performance of the economy of a single country
Ostatni światowy kryzys finansowo-gospodarczy, który rozpoczął się pod koniec 2007 roku wpłynął na wiele krajów. Kryzys, który powstał początkowo w państwach rozwiniętych, szybko rozprzestrzenił się do krajów o gospodarkach w okresie przejściowym, takich jak postsowieckie. Obecny kryzys tych państw wykazał wady i zalety procesu globalizacji ekonomicznej. Autorzy artykułu zbadali problem wewnątrzregionalnych kanałów rozpowszechniania się kryzysu, a także mocnych i słabych stron gospodarek krajowych. Przedstawili także stopień zaangażowania tych gospodarek w procesie globalizacji, jak również poziom ryzyka związanego z tym procesem. Kryzys był badany na podstawie wyników gospodarczych jednego państwa.

The subject of the article is an analysis of the dialectics of interests and values in the international politics so-called global actors. Purpose of the article corresponds to the main tasks of identification and self-identification of the actors of political activity. The transitive character of the world in the conditions of globalization demands the balanced recognition both a force of authority, and authority of a force. As a result more and more perspective is becoming a synthesis of two systems – interests and values – in new geoglobalistic thinking and practice.
Przedmiotem artykułu jest analiza dialektyki interesów oraz wartości w poli-tyce międzynarodowej tzw. globalnych aktorów. Celowi artykułu odpowiadają główne zadania identyfikacji oraz samoidentyfikacji aktorów działalności poli-tycznej. Przejściowy charakter świata w warunkach globalizacji wymaga zrówno-ważonego uznania zarówno siły autorytetu, jak i autorytetu siły. W rezultacie coraz bardziej perspektywiczną staje się synteza dwóch systemów – interesów oraz wartości – w nowym geoglobalistycznym myśleniu oraz praktyce.

В статье рассмотрены изменения в трактовках понятия национальной безопасности, происшедшие под влиянием глобализационных процессов. Автор показывает как на политику обеспечения безопасности отдельных стран воздействуют особенности формирования и развития современного миропорядка. На основе анализа базовых документов в области национальной безопасности России и Польши в статье сравниваются приоритеты каждой страны в этой сфере, проявившиеся в конце ХХ – начале XXI века. Дана оценка не только общим позициям, но и различиям в подходах двух стран к проблемам достижения собственной национальной безопасности.
The article examines changes in the interpretation of the concept of national security under the influence of globalization. The author reveals the impact of formation and development of the contemporary world order on the security policy of separately taken countries. Based on analysis of the Russia’s and Poland’s basic documents in the field of national security he compares the priorities of each country in this sphere during the end of XX – beginning of XXI century. The conclusion demonstrates not only common positions, but also differences in the two countries’ approaches to the problems of their own national security.

Понятие МакМир связано со многими символами современного мира, а также с людьми, работающими в средствах массовой информации (масс-медиа). Бенджамин Барбер определяет МакМир, как виртуальную реальность, которая создается сетью высокоразвитых информационных технологий, выходящих за пределы национальных рынков, основанных на потреблении и прибыли. Это также корпорации, которые создают этот мир, управляют мировой экономикой. Каково положение Католической Церкви в этом мире? Иоанн Павел II в Pastores dabo Vobis указал на моральный хаос и идейную потерянность, хотя есть и немало случаев позитивного поведения людей перед лицом трагедий континентального или мирового масштаба. Однако настораживает тот факт, что цели многих научных исследований ведут к цивилизации смерти и улучшению методов убийства, потому что в основе МакМира лежит ошибочная концепция человека, исключающая из жизни Бога, а также трансцендентальное и моральное измерение человека, в то время как у ее основания лежат гедонизм и потребительство. Человек, которым завладела гордыня, поверил во власть своего разума и считает себя правилом и правом всей реальности. Он признает смерть Бога и живет так, как будто Бога нет.
The term McWorld is associated with many symbols of the modern world as well as with people involved in mass media. Benjamin Barber defines McWorld as a virtual reality constructed by all-powerful networks of highly developed information techniques, reaching beyond national markets based on consumption and profit. They are also corporations that design this world and govern the world economy. What is the situation of the church in this world? In Pastores dabo vobis, John Paul II pointed to moral chaos and ideological confusion, although there are many very positive human behaviours with regard to tragedies of continental or global dimension, such as earthquakes, famine, armed conflicts or epidemics. However, it is worrying that the goals of scientific research lead to the civilization of death and to the improvement of methods of killing, because the basis of McWorld is the erroneous conception of man eliminating God from one’s life as well as the transcendental and moral dimension of man, and its basis is hedonism and consumerism. Conquered by pride, man came to believe in the power of his mind alone and decided that he was the principle and reason of all reality. He professes the death of God and lives as if there were no God.

Kompleksowa analiza zebranych derywatów hybrydalnych wskazuje, że globalizacja oraz anglo-amerykańska „hegemonia językowa” spowodowały wzrost produktywności internacjonalnych morfemów pochodzenia angielskiego ( инг/-ing, -гейт/-gate) oraz tzw. „eurołacińskiego” (-завр/-zaur, -(о)номика/-(o)nomika), przenikających do rosyjskiego i polskiego systemu słowotwórczego poprzez środki masowego przekazu. W obu językach zauważalne są takie procesy, jak: 1) resemantyzacja i uaktywnienie się internacjonalnych afiksów; 2) powstawanie nowych hybrydalnych modeli derywacyjnych; 3) tworzenie za pomocą nowych morfemów wyabstrahowanych z kompozytów formalnie i semantycznie kondensowanych nazw, co pozwala dostrzec tendencję do aglutynacji.
Comprehensive analysis of collected hybrid derivatives shows that globalization and Anglo-American “linguistic hegemony” have increased the production of English origin international morphemes (-инг / -ing, -гейт / -gate) and so-called “Euro-Latin” affixes (-завр / -zaur, -(о)номика / -(o)nomika), penetrating into the Russian and Polish word-formation systems through the mass media. In both languages the following processes are noticeable: 1) resemantization and activation of international affixes; 2) development of new hybrid derivative models; 3) creating with the help of morphemes abstracted from composites new formally and semantically condensed nouns, which allows us to notice an agglutination tendency.

In the article specificity of the qualitative transformation of the contemporary personal identification practices and strategies in the context of actualization of positive and negative freedom is analyzed. The development of civilization and related transformation processes in society are affected the system of spiritual and moral values. As a result of intense and rapid changes in the end of the 20th – beginning of the 21st century connected with globalization, completely new values began to appear, those previously established ones were enriched and new spiritual and moral values were formed as a result of a combination of traditional and new values. In connection with the growing processes of globalization, the issue of spiritual and moral values that are being spread in the media today has become very topical, especially considering that it is the mass media that play a very significant role in the struggle to preserve national and cultural identity. Therefore, the essence of our analysis constitutes of issues relating to the values that the authors of Russian media texts are guided by, the frequency of their mentioning according to the context.
