Existential reflection is touched upon. Lack of knowledge about oneself is presented as a pedagogical problem. Teacher’s reflexive competence is viewed as a powerful mechanism of teacher’s mastership. It is shown as assisting teachers in the intensification of the educational process.

The predominant way of stylistic investigation - up till nowadays - follows the di chotomie ‘token-type’ principle. It is argued here that the comprehensive study of style be carried along the rhetoric-interpretative lineš, which requires a letrachotomic ap- proach (thinking - discourse - genre - utterance), thinking and utterance levels being of paramount importance. So, one should distinguish style of thinking, utterance style, genre style and discourse style. The analysis of continuity/discreteness is carried oul on four varieties of discourse: business, scientific, everyday (set in f literary one ) and poetic. The results show that the antinomy o f continuity/discreteness is highly varřable in each ilem of the antinomy - from continuity to discreteness and backwards; the scale o f variability dependent, though, on the type o f discourse. This fact shows that this antinomy might be treated as a stylistic feature of communication, alongside with other features of textuality.

This article describes the features of the development of the emotional sphere. It emphasizes the importance of the primary school age in the development of certain components of emotional intelligence, one of which is the ability to recognize emotions. In the early school years, children are able to understand emotions, but mostly with the help of their own emotional experience and/ or according to the situations they are used to experiencing, they mostly rely on the context of the situation, and, as we know, it does not always work correctly: different people in the same situations may experience completely different emotions. Few children are able to establish the reasons that caused other people emotions. Besides, one of the components of emotional intelligence is the ability to control one’s own emotions. Emotion regulation becomes available for children after the socialization associated with the first years at school. Child development is partly determined by the process of socialization, which determines specific cognitive representations of emotions, so called emotional prototypes. Also the culture in which the child grows up has effects on the process of emotion recognition and expression, so, for example, in the individualistic culture emotional expression and recognition is encouraged, and in collectivist cultures, there are certain rules of emotional expression fixing in which situations and to what extent the expression of emotions is permissible.

В последнее время все большее внимание уделяется именно социальной эффективности. Статья посвящена анализу аспектов социально ответственной деятельности образовательного учреждения. Необходимость управления деятельностью учебного заведения на основе принципов социальной ответственности вытекает, прежде всего, из того, что оно выполняет одну из самых важных общественных функций – функцию обучения молодого поколения и передачи накопленного опыта. В статье выделено 5 уровней социальной ответственности, которые конкретизированы в отношении учебного учреждения до конкретных управленческих решений.
The performance of any organization must be evaluated from the perspective of both the economic and social position with efficiency. In recent years, increasing attention is paid to social efficiency. This article analyzes the aspects of socially responsible activities of an educational organization. The need for management of the organization based on the principles of social responsibility implies first of all, from the fact that it performs one of the most important public functions - education the younger generation and transfer of experience. The 5 levels of social responsibility introduced in the article, which are specified to the educational organization and can be applied for management decisions.

Goal – the paper assessed (main objective) the assumptions of the selected models and legislation regulating health care in the studied countries and examined their impact on the implementation of the constitutional guarantee of access to health services (specific objective). Research methodology – the descriptive method was mainly used, with elements of system‑legal and formal‑legal analysis, as well as cause‑and-effect analysis. Score/results – main hypothesis was negatively verified (the assumptions of adopted models of health care in Poland and Italy lead to the improvement of constitutional guarantee of access to health services), while the specific one was positively verified (adopted conditions have a significant impact on the functioning of health care in Italy and Poland, in particular during the COVID‑19 pandemic). Originality/value – organise and systematise the healthcare reality described.

The article reveals the contents of methodological approaches to teaching foreign languages. Based on the author’s research, it gives analysis of the basic and the most advantageous approaches to teaching the prosody of a foreign language. The author briefly provides the foundations for classifying lingua-didactic approaches, and, using a comparative analysis of the existing approaches to foreign language teaching, proves the advantage of implementing the activity and functional approaches in teaching the prosody of a foreign language. The author highlights the necessity of integrating lingua-didactic approaches at the crossroads of adjacent sciences, with universal laws of speech prosody formation and specific features of a given foreign language in focus.
W artykule prezentowane jest sedno podejścia metodycznego oraz analiza podstawowych i najbardziej perspektywicznych podejść w nauczaniu prozodii języków obcych. Autor przedstawia podstawy dla klasyfikacji podejść lingwodydaktycznych z wykorzystaniem analizy porównawczej podejść już istniejących w nauczaniu języków obcych, udowadnia skuteczność aktywnego i funkcjonalnego podejść w nauczaniu prozodii. Omawiając podejścia lingwodydaktyczne autor zwraca szczególną uwagę na uniwersalne lingwistyczne zasady kształtowania mowy oraz cechy szczególne konkretnego języka obcego.

The rapid development of renewable energy sources in the EU over the past decade is associated with a number of aspects, among which are economic: the development of new technologies and the reduction of dependence on energy imports; the positive economic effect of using renewable energy sources, caused by the improvement of the environment.Increase in competitiveness of economy, ensuring energy security and power independence due to increase in energy efficiency and increase in use of own TER, including RES, is the priority direction of development of the countries.There are determined economic problems in the way of development and use of renewable energy sources in the world, including the EU. The most significant among them are high initial investments in their development and implementation, as well as the difficulty in determining the additional financial-economic effect from the use of renewable energy (for example, the effect of saving traditional energy resources in the bowels, real economic investment to social-economic development, etc.).The analysis is carried out and an assessment of influence of digital transformation on world power is given. Also negative sides of this process are studied positive.The authors prove that it is necessary to implement, based on government support, administrative and economic stimulation: 1) tax mechanisms (tax holidays, reduction of taxation for alternative energy facilities at the level of their design and initial periods of exploitation, at the level of permission to embed local tariffs for such objects of generating energy, etc.), 2) mechanisms of indirect stimulation (through the provision of preferences for the allocation of land plots to build such objects, through the simplification of administration procedures of project construction and operational cycles, through the creation of a positive companies image which implement projects on renewable energy).

Goal – this article’s main goal is to provide the differences in the legal regulation of mediation in the Belarusian and Polish legislation, taking into account the identification of comparable comparison criteria, and on their basis to determine the possibility of borrowing of certain rules. Research methodology – the author focuses on the application of comparative jurisprudence as a comparative method of cognition of mediation, in general, and its method of normative comparison by formal legal analysis, in particular. This allowed to identify the unique, typical, general and special in the legal regulation of mediation in the legislation of Belarus and Poland. Score/results – the article includes several sections where based on comparison of Belarusian and Polish legislation the most essential aspects of mediation institution are disclosed: sources of legal regulation; the field and grounds of mediation application; issues of conclusion and execution of mediation agreement. As a result, the trends of legal regulation of the institution of mediation in Belarus and Poland are revealed. Originality/value – the article is the first comparative legal study of the legislation of Belarus and Poland on mediation, has theoretical and practical significance, and contains author’s generalizations and conclusions.

В статье рассматриваются версификационные особенности текстов, составляющих пя- тый том Сочинений Державина, последней книги, составленной поэтом при жизни. 57 сти- хотворений редко становились объектом внимания исследователей и ранее не были проана- лизированы с точки зрения версификации как корпус. Анализ составленного автором статьи метрико-строфического справочника этого тома показывает, что большинство стихотворений написано каким-либо одним видом стро- фы. Разнотипными строфами написано только Целение Саула, один из композиционных центров сборника. Другое произведение, также являющееся одним из самых важных в кни- ге, Гимн лиро-эпический…, написано сложными пиндарическими триадами. Среди других строф поэт любит 8-стишия и 6-стишия, многие стихотворения также написаны одической строфой (причем все одические строфы написаны традиционным для них Я4) или вариаци- ями на ее тему. Катрен же, одна из самых популярных строф в русской поэзии, встречается в книге не очень часто, причем ни один из них не написан Я4 – в отличие от 8-стиший, более 70 % которых написано именно им. Интересно, что Державин не отдает предпочтение той ритмической схеме Я4, которая считается традиционной для его более ранней лирики (удар- ные 1-я и 4-я стопы, между ними – пиррихии). Поэт часто использует сверхсхемные ударения, причем они могут играть разную роль. К примеру, в стихотворении Проблеск это связано с сюжетом стихотворения: стихи, в кото- рых речь идет о трудности прохождения пути, содержат массу сверхсхемных ударений, че- рез которые должен «пробираться» читатель. В некоторых случаях возможна вариативность прочтения (и, соответственно, решение о наличии / отсутствии сверхсхемного ударения), поскольку обе точки зрения не противоречат тексту, прочтение зависит от расстановки ло- гических ударений. Переакцентуация же не очень часто встречается в 5-м томе. Несколько раз Державин пишет стихотворения размерами, которые кажутся ему похо- жими на античные. Наиболее интересным из них является Полигимнии – стихотворение, ко- торое завершает сборник. Оно посвящено теме поэта и поэзии и демонстрирует мастерство самого Державина. Он как будто стилизует размер под «античный» (при этом то, что у него получилось, не похоже ни на один из тех размеров, с помощью которых в русской поэзии принято стилизовать античные размеры). Необычен и выбор строф – это 7-стишия, первые четыре стиха в каждом 7-стишии зарифмованы (причём рисунок клаузул на протяжении стихотворения меняется), следующие три – нет. Схема холостых стихов, использованная в последней строфе, встречается в этом стихотворении только один раз. Эта строфа, являю- щаяся смысловым центром стихотворения и ставящая точку в сборнике финальным стихом «Буду я, буду бессмертен!», по-видимому, специально написана изощренно. В целом можно сказать, что анализ метрико-строфического репертуара позднего Дер- жавина позволяет увидеть поэта как настоящего старого мастера, который помнит о вер- сификационных вопросах, не становится однообразным, ищет новые размеры, умело вы- страивает композицию своего сборника – в том числе с точки зрения версификационных особенностей текстов.
The paper discusses versification features of the texts that make up the fifth volume of Sochineniya Derzhavina [The Works of Derzhavin], the last book compiled by the poet during his lifetime. These 57 poems have rarely been an object of scholarly attention and have not previously been analysed in terms of versification as a corpus. The author of the article has compiled a metric-stanzaic directory for this volume. An analysis of the material indexed this way shows that most of the poems are written in one kind of stanza. Only “Tseleniye Saula” [The Cure of Saul], a compositional centre of the collection, is written in various types of stanzas. Another work pivotal for the book, “Gimn liro-epichesky” [The Lyric-epic hymn], is written in complex Pindaric triads. Among other stanzas, the poet shows a predilection for the 8- and 6-line strophes; many poems are also written in the odic stanza (and all the odic stanzas are cast in the 4-foot iambics, traditional for them) or use variations thereof. The quatrain, one of the most popular stanzas in Russian poetry, does not occur very often in the book. Moreover, none of the quatrains is written in a 4-foot iamb — unlike the stanzas with 8 lines, more than 70% of which employ this metre. It is interesting that Derzhavin does not give preference to the rhythmic scheme of the 4-foot iamb, which is considered characteristic of his earlier poetry (with the first and fourth feet strong, second and third feet weak). The poet often employs more stresses than required by a given metre, and they can have different functions. For example, in the poem “Problesk” [A Glimpse] it is connected with the plot of the poem: the lines which speak of the difficulty of walking a path contain a high number of such “excess” stresses, through which the reader must “wade”. In some cases, a variable reading is possible (and, accordingly, the decision on the presence or absence of an extra stress) – where neither of two points of view contradicts the text, the reading depends on the arrangement of logical stresses. Transaccentuation, on the other hand, is not very common in Derzavin’s fifth volume. There are several instances of poems written in metres that must have seemed to Derzhavin similar to the ones used in the Antiquity. The most interesting of these is “Poligimnii” [To Polyhymnia], the poem that closes the collection. It is dedicated to the theme of the poet and poetry and as if serves demonstrating Derzhavin’s own skills. He seems to be stylising the meter to resemble “antique” ones (although the result is unlike any of the meters traditionally employed in Russian poetry with a view to imitating antique metrics). The choice of the stanzas is also unusual – they consist of 7 lines, with the first four lines in each rhymed (and the type of line endings varies throughout the poem), while the latter three are left unrhymed. The distribution of stresses in the line endings of the blank verses used in the last stanza occurs only once in the poem. This stanza, which is the semantic core of the poem and which closes the collection with the final line “I will be immortal, I will!”, was apparently written with intentional sophistication. In general, the analysis of the metric-stanzaic repertoire of the late Derzhavin makes it possible to see the poet as a real old master who pays attention to versification issues, avoids monotony, looks for new metrical patterns, and composes his collection skilfully – also from the point of view of versification features of the texts.
